This hotel is conveniently located for exploring Osaka: it’s very close to the shopping in Shinsaibashi and the Osaka loop station, and about a 10 min walk to Dotonbori. The staff is very helpful too — they were quick to respond to my emails, and they kindly helped arrange for our luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. (FYI they only seem to offer a laundry service but we found a coin laundromat nearby).

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us forward our luggage, nothing was too much trouble for them. The beds were a bit hard but i found them comfortable. We’d stayed at this Hearton hotel before and appreciated its convenient location and cleanliness. However, we were disappointed with the following during this stay: - The floor of our guest room was pretty dirty despite the room being cleaned by housekeeping everyday. It appeared that the floor wasn’t vacuumed as we found clumps of long hair which was probably left by previous occupants and even a coin on the ground. - The daily breakfast at the cafe opposite the hotel was a letdown. In addition to its limited spread and palatability, the same food was served everyday throughout the 8 days that we were there.

Great location, convenient very clean just was very small for me I m 5ft 10 in and weight 188 and I had some struggles on the room I’m, basically it’s just to sleep also no window access.

같은 이름의 호텔이 두군데 있어서 혼란스럽다. 신사이바시라는 타이틀을 포기못해서 그렇게 한듯... 침대가 너무 형편없다. 키체인이 무식하게 커서 불편하다. 카드키 안쓰나? 그 외는 주변 명소에 가기에 용이한 지역이라 좋다.

This is our 2nd time to stay here in this hotel, we first stayed in Hearton Hotel last November 2023. I would definitely recommend Hearton Hotel to my friends and relatives. Affordable rate. Helpful receptionists available 24/7. There is an elevator which is a must for travelers with big luggages. As expected in Japan, room is small but tolerable for 2 pax, we have brought 1 large luggage, 1 medium luggage and 1 small luggage. Luggages are mostly closed if we don’t need anything from it. There is no cabinet for our clothes but for us it’s not a big issue. We like their toilet, it’s small with a tub but super clean. Bath Towels & Face towels are changed every day. Shampoo, conditioner, bath liquid soap and hand soap are available. They provide & give basic toothbrush everyday. We borrowed clothing iron everyday for free. Great location! It’s a 2-min walk from Shinsaibashi station, 15-20mins walk from Namba station, 10-min walk from Glico Dotonbori. We can stay late night shopping in dotonbori & don’t worry about the schedule of the last train because hotel is very near shopping area. Every day when we go out, we leave the key of our room in the reception area, it’s their policy maybe because they will fix our bed and change towels, not a big issue for us since we bring our valuables with us everyday and we trust the hotel staff. Family mart is just across the hotel.

Everything was great. Only snag was front desk said they don’t reserve taxis. Went back later and tried again. Taxi was reserved with great service.

Near the Shinsaibashi station, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. You’re required to leave your room key at the reception desk when you leave the hotel and that’s strange, but there’s someone at the desk 24/7 so there’s no problem getting back in your room.

Overall the hotel is Okay, bed matress are firm, toiletries are at the Hotel Lobby so you have to get what you need. Feels Old, hallways has an old smell. Location is strategic best for shopping and dining. May suit for budget traveller, but not the most comfortable.

We've stayed at Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi before and the reason we came back is mainly because of the location - lots of great food and shopping near by, easy access to train station. The staff at the hotel are excellent - friendly and helpful. This time we stayed in the annex building which has central air conditioning so you can't control temperation in the room yourself. The weather was hot and for some reason the hotel was only using the FAN and not A/C so it was very hot in the room. But guests can ask the staff to open the window which we did and the staff happily obliged. There are signs at the front desk and in the elevator telling you if they are using the heat, or the fan, or the air conditioning that day. So if it is a hot day and the sign says "FAN" you can tell the staff at the desk right away and they will come open the window. You can't lock the window and will need to get the staff to come back to do that, but as I said the staff is great and will help you right away.

Unit was fine, typically small as most business hotels. Staff was excellent, assisted us with the process of shipping our large baggage to our next hotel. It was a little cumbersome to have to deposit our room key every time we left the room; it required some coordination as there were 3 people in our room booking. Lobby could use some updating, perhaps some additional decoration, or pleasant scents. Optional buffet breakfast was slightly expensive, but very convenient if you wanted something nearby and very satisfying. Location was great, 10 to 15-minute walk to popular areas like Dotonbori and Namba. Also very close to Shinsaibashi station for subway transportation, 2-minute walk.

The picture in the reservation and description inaccurate, the building is old, and the room small. The most inconvenient thing is that guests need to return room key to the staff every time before leaving the hotel.

Excellent value. The location was very convenient. Quick walk to the metro station and right next to the Shinsaibashi shopping street, and all the big designer brand stores and the department store Daimaru which has an excellent food floor. The reception was busy but the staff was very efficient and helpful.

Thin walls, can hear people next door

Overall, good experience. Basic accommodations and served it’s purpose for a safe place to sleep after a busy day touring Osaka. However, disappointed as I booked according to pictures shown, but they have multiple locations in the same area and found out when we got there that we were in the wrong building, had to walk another 15 mins to the business hotel which had a main building and an annex, which was older, not updated, and not as the picture shown. So ask your questions before booking!

Location of the hotel was great as it was only about 5 mins walk around from Dotonburi. Room is relatively big compared to other rooms ive stayed in Tokyo. Check in time is fixed at 3pm and not very flexible. Nonetheless, overall a good experience.

Very close to Shinsaibashi station, and the breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended to anyone that wants to get around osaka and have a place to stay nearby.

Walkable distance to Shinsaibaishi Shopping District, Dotonburi and Namba. Rooms are on the smaller side and you have to give your key to the front desk staff every time you leave the building.

This hotel is in the middle of restaurants and easy access to the train station. It’s a few minutes away from the Dotonburi. Staffs are very helpful. Room is a decent size. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel staff

The hotel staff was exceptional! It was mother's birthday and they helped me get the cake and flowers, stored it for the night then surprised my mom on the morning of her birthday. Later in the day, they set up a happy birthday banner with some decorations in the room. They went our of their way to accomodate my request, exceeding our expectations. Thank you very much for helping me plan the surprise. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Close to everything but the room is small. Barely any room for luggage

The staff were lovely and the location was great. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room we stayed in (large twin bed) was the smallest we have stayed in Japan. It is essentially the size of a king single. We are not big people and could not sleep next to each other comfortably. When we questioned the room as we actually thought there had been a mistake we were told the hotel was fully booked and that was the correct room. The bathroom creaked loudly every time you shifted your weight. The bedside lights flickered constantly. Breakfast was ok but very busy and not quick to replenish items.

Although the room is small, it almost has everything . The cleaning lady cleaned my room every day though i did not put out the sign.. i am surprised by the power of the shower faucet, very powerful i will definitively come back thd price is reasonable

The location is good and very close to nearest subway. Be very careful on room type you may choose because I was asked to top up Yen 3,000/per night for child despite searched with selection (2 adults and kid age 11), why display un-suitable room type (double bed) if it is not allowed & suitable for 2 adults + 1 kid? with the upgraded price I paid, I can easily get a better holiday hotel near Namba, because this is basic business hotel and typical small Japanese room size,

The location is good. Many luxury stores and department stores near by for shopping. But the hotel is old.

The propery is close the Shinsaibashi station. Close to mcdonalds and the famous Eggs n Things. Also across the street is the Shinsaibashi shopping street all the way to Dotonbori. So it is located conviniently. The room is nice and clean. I like the bathtub. Looks new and water pressure never dissappoints. Only concern is in house wifi seems not so strong. Also not even 1 english channel on the TV. Staff are polite and lobby is kept clean. Do noe that this property is Annex building. When i came to check in at the same name the receptionist told me that i am checked in on the building accross the street which is a stone throw away. Not bad but should have informed me which building i have booked. Instead of just the hotel name. Saves me the toruble of having to carry my luggages across. Overall it was a nice stay. Breakfast is not apletizing. You could have a decent and nice breakfast at Eggs n Things for the same price.

The location is pretty much in the center of everything, walking distance to a lot of food places and shops. A few minutes to Shinsaibashi shopping, America-Mura and Dotonbori. Also very near the train station. Staff are very polite and helpful, hotel is clean. Room size is typical of Japan though.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location which is near Shinsaibashi shopping area. The subway station is also walking distance to the hotel. We're good with a clean room & it's spacious enough for our luggages. Food at the restaurant in ground floor is just so so.

It was very close to Shinsaibashi and the station. Decent hotel, and the hotel on the next block has access to airport bus (limited schedule), which was easy for us to walk our bags over. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Close to American Village. Only downside is we have to leave the key at reception every time we go out. Staff speaks fluent English and all were very friendly, polite, and helpful.

出張で利用しました。快適でした！少々室内など年数を感じましたが、何の不自由もありませんでした。心斎橋駅へのアクセスも良く、チェックアウトが12時までなのも嬉しいです。海外の旅行者で賑わっているイメージでした。

非常殘舊的酒店

酒店房間非常殘舊，要用鎖匙開門，不是拍卡的，真實的房間狀況同網上相片完全不同。我是15:00準時check in的，我當刻即時詢問酒店職員，可否更換一間跟網上照片相符嘅房間，酒店職員回覆不能, 因為酒店爆滿。我跟他們說我可以等，他們說不可以，沒有房。 員工態度差，不友善，大阪有更多更好的酒店選擇 。唯一可取是酒店位置方便，但其實周圍都有很多價位差不多，但新淨的酒店，下次絕對不會再入住。

駅から近く便利でした。荷物も預かってくれて丁寧な対応だったと思います。
