Security everywhere is very nice. Restaurant is good and the pools are fun, a lot to do just at the complex.

Great resort for families

Great stay for a family vacation. Great amenities for kids and safe for kids to play around the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very neat and clean. Pools are great. Heated pools will be even better. Maybe an idea for colder weather.

Room needs maintenance - service needs to improve

Beautiful property for our 1 night stay, however, for the nightly rate, there was no water offered in the room (there was a tap water bottle in the refrigerator that appeared to have been there for a long time) no transportation from room to reception area, very long walk (a few blocks). Hippo-Cabana 6, the shower floods each time you shower, it appears the drain is not working properly. Thank you.

Romantic

The room that we had was amazingly romantic! Would definitely recommend if you're just there to relax and not cook. The resort is beautiful and there's alot to do!

Check in was a breeze! The accommodations were very nice. My biggest problem was I didn't book a long enough stay!

The age of the accommodation not great and the quality. Needs an upgrade.

The modern river cabins with the outside heated splash pools are amazing..! Tons of fun activities as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was clean and extremely comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

Great place for families!

Just an after thought

We stayed in a new chalet, we stayed next to the building site and we where on leaf the noise was not so nice, the advert talked about hiking trails on the ground or near, but the lady at reception said she doesn't know about any. And lastly our chalet had a pool pump that ran 24 hours, its quite noisy at 1 o clock in the morning the amount of chlorine in that small pool was also excessive and our swimming gear got burned by all that chlorine. But besides that it is nice and relaxing and lots to do with nice nature scenes

Beautiful property. Kids loved the pool and jump pillow. Staff is a bit unfriendly. The gal at the store would rather not have customers. I think we interrupted her each time we came in. I booked this place for its amenities and the included breakfast. Upon checkin, they said they don’t offer breakfast to the large rooms. I will be calling Expedia for a refund on that.

Worth a stay

The spa was closed, the bathrooms were moldy, the staff woke us up before eight in thee morning to clean, the resturant messed up our order. But I would definitely go there again. Everyone was really friendly, it was nice and quiet. Bit the sunsets and the sunrises were incredible. Our house was very spacious and well equipped.

Limited options for vegetarian meals, wifi wasn’t working well on our first day

Security is great, felt safe within the compound. Internet is not free and is expensive.

Just an overnight stay but very happy with the facilities and the rooms. Would be a great spot for a longer stay. Excelent facilities for all the family and close to Kruger National Park and other wildlife attractions.

Hazyview Cabannas is a nice place to stay. Central enough for sight seeing and any daily excursion

Great stay for Kruger escape

Long weekend stay from Friday to Monday, all as per expectations, great spaces to relax and walk around. Internet quality could be improved, we were given free a 50MB voucher, we connected to the Wi-Fi but were unable to authenticate and use the vouchers. The rooms to do have A/C but it was winter and we really did not have the need to heat/cool the place.

Fantastic for group & budget holidays

Everything about the stay was fantastic. The place was very clean and neat, quite impressive. If it wasn't for time constraints, we would have stayed longer.

Please put aircons in the rooms. The fans are really loud and not very effective. Condition of the chalet is brilliant - very modern and clean.

Great space for safari

We loved the space and opening all the windows and enjoying the mountain sounds. Dinner was lovely by the river.

Breakaway at the Lowveld

As a family we enjoyed our stay at Hazyview Cabanas, the self catering apartments was amazing, clean and had all the utensils. The cleaning staff was excellent and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pools, tennis courts, put put and the slides. We also enjoyed been close the Hazyview Mall and there were lots of attarctions nearby viz, reptile park, the shangaan cultural village. We enjoyed the Boma Resturant value for moneyand will definitely return for another visit..

Very comfortable and well equipped apartments

Our stay was only for 2 nights. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, we would consider it again over a hotel. We were not around during the day, but found the resort extremely quiet from early evening. Whilst the resort appeared to have good security, I would have felt more comfortable if the external door for the apartment had a proper security lock. Bath towels were dingly and stained and should really be replaced.

Convenient , clean Hotel

the place is very nice,neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere, peaceful and quiet. I liked the braai and the table and benches in the veranda. There is shopping nearby and very close to Kruger National Park.The pool is small but ok. Not so nice: the chalets are very close to each other, little privicy. There is only a fan and no aircon and it becomes very hot. We moved the bed under the fan then only we were able to sleep.

The fans were not working, it was very hot we couldn't sleep at night, the reception closes early. The rooms needs to be fumigated.

Modern, clean self-catering

We had a great time! Really fun for kids and even small kids and babies. Was very very hot and rooms didn't have air-con (only a fan).

Relaxing stay in a great location

Great location for visiting KNP and not far from thre airport as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but also a big supermarket if wanting to cook. A car is a must for this location if you want to really appreciate the amazing scenery.

Enjoyed our family stay at Hazyview

Hazyview Cabanas is a well maintained 3-star holiday camp. Facilities were more than adequate (great to have tennis court and pool with water slide) and staff were very helpful. About 10 mins drive to Hazyview and about 25 mins to nearest Kruger gate. Small monkeys run around the site which is fun for the kids. Wifi seemed a bit of a mission to set up so didn't bother.

The resort was clean and check in staff friendly. The room we had was on eth main road on which the security guards would walk at night and make a real racket.

Perfect location for visiting Kruger Patk

Hazyview Cabanas is an ideal place to launch your visits into Kruger Park and other Mpumalanga sights. Great value for money with super friendly staff. Apartments are huge and very comfortable. Excellent onsite facilities.

we booked through hotels.com and prepaid by credit card. on arrival at around 7pm the hotel could not find our confirmation! the blame was on hotels.com and their blame on resort. took around an hour to sort out.how does this happen and who was really responsible? hotel was great

Hele fijne plek, dichtbij het Krugerpark en mooie nette huisjes. Leuke faciliteiten voor kinderen. Heel sfeervol restaurant met een leuke indoor speeltuin voor de kinderen.

Foi ótimo! Chegamos as 22h no hotel e estava fechada a recepção mas o menino da guarita de carros estava nos esperando. O único ponto negativo é que nao tinha ar condicionado e era quente na casa, mas era uma casa enorme, muito confortável e as áreas comuns eram ótimas tb.

Lindo resort

Ótimo ambiente! As cabanas são muito bem equipadas! As áreas comuns são ótimas! Só senti falta do wi-fi na cabana e do ar condicionado, pois estava muito quente no dia em que nos hospedamos.

Bien pour visiter le parc Krugger ou le Blyde river canyon juste à côté. Accueil très sympa d’Eliott à l’accueil. De vaste chalet avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. On se gare à proximité. possibilité de visiter le park au départ de l'hôtel. Seuls petits bémols : il faut payer un supplément pour accéder aux toboggans de la piscine, idem pour le wifi qui laisse à désirer. Certains chalets 3 chambres sont plus modernes et on ne sait pas comment se fait l'affectation...

Great family trip to Hazyview Cabanas.

Great place for kids with jungle gym, inflatable hopper, miniature golf course and nice pool with slide. The restaurant by Sabie river was brand new and had great food/drinks. The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange a Safari trip to Krüger Park.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Cabanas sehr genossen. Zweckmässig eingerichtete, neu renovierte Räume wo täglich sauber gemacht wird. Wifi ist kostenpflichtig, Verbindung aber sehr langsam und mit Unterbrüchen.
