This well kept inn has friendly staff, is clean and comfortable, located next to small mall that has cariety of food options, walking distance to 24 hour Tim Hortons, free parking, easy short drive to l'anse aux Meadows and Norstead, Fishermans point.

Comfortable and clean - great motel

We only stayed one night but I’m glad we got a chance to stay here in St. Anthony. The motel is an older building but it’s in good condition and very comfortable. Staff are awesome - VERY friendly and welcoming. We were on a motorcycle trip so comfort is a big deal for us and the Haven Inn definitely gave us that. The restaurant was really good too. Would definitely recommend.

No fridge in room. Not good for middle of July. Front desk said they would get one from another room but never saw anyone after!!!

Old style motel with clean rooms and helpful staff.

Nothing special but clean and convenient .

I only spent one night, and it was pleasant. The building had a series of ramps inside that made it very easy to carry the bags. Lovely staff!

This hotel is very easy to find and the room was very nice. The property is well looked after and the staff are very nice folks. The dining was only open for supper when we were there, they might run longer hours later in the season. There is a shopping mall one block away with dining options and all the usual stores. The ladies at the desk gave us direction to everything we needed.

Satisfactory accomodation.

This inn is ok. Very basic. Quite clean However there was no air conditioning and the dining room was not open for dinner because there was not enough staff. That was inconvenient. However there was breakfast served at extra cost, of course.

Nice Spot to Stay

Arrived to find that they had no record of my reservation through Hotels.com. Reception, however, accommodated us and even offered to upgrade our room. As we were travelling with pets, we could not take the upgrade but the room we had was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great food in the restaurant.

Friendly staff and good location

Staff was less then helpful. Kitchen staff was just plane rude.

A basic hotel that met our needs. But we had problems with the internet (evidently not uncommon in St Anthony in general) and with the hot water supply (sometimes it was great, sometimes not so much). The staff was very friendly and helped as much as they could.

The hotel was okay nothing great. For some unknown reason they put us in handicap rooms. Both rooms had different items in it. Cold on the feet in the morning. It was nice having the restaurant attached little pricey though.

Perfect!

The hotel is a bit out dated but absolutley perfect! The rooms are big and clean. The bed was very comfy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on site has delicious meals for great prices. Loved the omelettes! Great location as well!

It was an amazing trip.

We booked this as a last minute stop and were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Very friendly staff, food in the finish g room was good and easy to navigate around.

This is a very clean place. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing. The food was all home cooked.

Great location, fair price, excellent service. Downside, our room did not have enough electric outlets for us to do some work on our laptops and charge phones at the same time.

The property is convenient. The water is yellow and not drinkable. You have to pay for breakfast.

Our stay was good. Quick check out they gave me the price as stated on the hotel.com reservation. We were grateful for not having stairs.

Interesting visit to St. Anthony and L’Anse aux Meadows and the hotel was a warm place to stay in the foggy weather. Older but clean and quiet.

Small nice place

Nice small hotel, in small city of St. Andrews. Restaurant had good food, reasonably priced. Slept soundly. Used as springboard for exploration of northern Newfoundland. Would stay again.

This is a great base to explore the North Peninsula from.

Great place to stay with entertainment only downfall the restaurant closed by 8 pm

Convenient location just in front the main drag. The room was large and comfortable. The television was odd in that it flickered between fuzzy and not but it wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t watch a lot of tv. The free use of the computer out front was nice. The diner is also a great place to grab breakfast with nice views of St Anthony.

Very nice welcome. The room was fairly well equipped. Nice to have both an exterior door to bring in luggage as well as an inside door into the hotel as it was raining heavily when we checked out. The restaurant was very nice as well with friendly service staff.
