It was a great time in a clean house with a beautiful view

Nice room, clean and quiet.

Beautiful property, although older it was well maintained. The outside and inside pools were lovely. I believe it is off season so at times felt line we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was delightful and nice to be able to enjoy it on the patio. Water in room was replenished daily but it was not till checkout that we were informed it was not free. Only feedback I have is there should gave been a sign.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Great property but you have to pay for the gym which wasn't mentioned as private/ separate before i booked the room. Gym is expensive $75 dinars which about $25 dollars a day per person. The hotel employees are very nice and very helpful. Hotel food are decent but the location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at the same time. I recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed this property, but we experienced discrimination here. Veiled Muslim women are not allowed in the swimming pools, which is discrimination.

dissapointing Hotel.

the hotel is not as grand as to be expected. very limited services and conditions on the use of facilities such as the bath water warm uninviting pool have made sure I will not book it again. the beds are actually single narrow beds put together. there is no room service at all, boring breakfast and the beach is one of the worst beaches I have ever been on

Friendly staff , clean property , excellent services

The rooms are confortable with a nice balcony with a garden view. The hotel staff are polite and helpful and the pool was very enjoyable for the kids. The restaurant service is very slow and the a la carte menu choices are limitef. The food is average compared to near by restaurants. Also when my daughter left a banana on a table in the room, ants came out of the cracks in the tile and covered it within minutes. Oveall our stay was enjoyable and I recommend hotel Hasdrubaal to parents with kids.

4 NIGHT STAY

We totally loved our stay at this hotel. From the welcome at reception to the farewell and absolutely everything else we could not have asked for a better 4 night stay. Will definitely book to stay here again!

Nice hotel in good location............. Recommended in summer time

I appreciate the hotel sorting out the mistake i made but in general they seemed uninterested. You weren't informed about any of the facilities so we didn't know about the indoor pool till the day we left. And the spa is overpriced. There's no price list to begin with but to charge separetly for the pool and the gym, 15 euros a day, is unfair. There's potential but a vast renovation is necessary. With the lack of tourists you'd expect better service but the opposite seemed the case. I won't be returning

All staff was well trained and friendly. Almost everyone speaks at least a little English. Very clean. We had a excellent time. We would want to repeat.

Unexpected tranquility

I was aware that Port El Kantaoui was a purpose built resort catering mostly for package holiday clients. However, I was totally surprised at how tranquil this hotel was, set apart from the main road and with its extensive gardens facing the sea. Accordingly, the rooms were extremely quiet and peaceful, attracting no noise whatsoever. The guests were reserved and very civil, as were the staff. An thoroughly excellent place to stay in a convenient location to be able to enjoy both the seclusion of the hotel itself and to visit nearby towns and attractions.

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était désagréable et loin d'être accueillant. Le manque de professionnalisme était flagrant, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus déplaisante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement si vous cherchez un service de qualité.

Expérience mitigée au sein de l’hôtel. La piscine est excellente, la chambre très propre et spacieuse. Mais il n’y a pas d’âme dans l’hôtel, et le personnel n’est pas agréable du tout. Cela ne donne pas envie de revenir..

Moquette usée dans notre chambre, à la limite du respect des clients. TV et internet de mauvaise qualité. Nous sommes d'anciens clients et l'attention portée aux clients n'est plus la même. L'hotel n'est plus ce qu'il était. Dommage. Nous n'y retournerons plus.

Bon séjour Mais ma femme a oublié sa chaîne en or dans la chambre lorsque nous somme parti je l’es ai rappelé pour la récupérer il m ont dit qu il ne l avait pas trouvé ceci est désolant

De la porte de l'hôtel a notre chambre c'était parfait, un personnel hors du commun qui est à vos petits soins, le sourire et l'humour font partis de la convivialité de cet hôtel, c'est notre deuxième séjour et aucun regret. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci a tout le personnel ne changez rien!! Que du bonheur ! L'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine propre intérieure et extérieure ainsi qu'une thalasso qui est très bien tenu et agréable et pour couronner le tout vous avez la plage à côté, un jardin très agréable et bien entretenu ainsi qu'un cours de tennis, vraiment rien a redire sur ce joli hôtel à proximité du port El kantaoui.......un grand merci aussi aux femmes de chambre qui sont à vos petits soins et les gardiens, jardiniers cuisiniers,serveurs de cet hôtel... Hôtel un peu vieillot en terme d’équipement.. le restaurant est à déconseiller, sans aucun intérêt et cher pour le coin. Personnel à l’écoute et très gentil

Hôtel propre avec un personnel très gentil. Le restaurant présente des plats de très bonne qualité. Il faudrait peut être un peu plus d’animation le soir.

L’hôtel est calme, propre, avec un magnifique jardin, une belle piscine et un accès à la plage. La chambre est très agréable, rien ne manque ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux ! L'hôtel est également très bien situé, à quelques pas de la marina.

Hotel formidable, avec une architecture exceptionnelle, bien que des années 80, très propre luxueux, chambre propre, spacieuse et confortable, literie superbe, parc luxuriant, restauration de très Bonne qualité, et surtout personnel, souriant, aimable, professionnel et très discret, un grand merci à Fathia.
