Been to same hotel before lovely only 2 weeks ago. This time round service was not good at all very poor main reason for choosing Harmony is the wonderful Spa still advertised but now wanted 60 lev not a lot about £26 per visit but of course if you go 3 or 4 times as we do over the week an extra expense for people to bear in mind as over £100.
TravellerHarmony Suites were absolutely fabulous and made our sunny beach experience the best it possibly could have been. I came out my way to highly recommend this hotel as one of the best resorts I have stayed in, good location, clean, stunning and gave you access to all 12 Harmony Suite locations across Sunny Beach, all at an almost unbelievable price point for its quality of services. I highly recommend, will be telling all my friends and hopefully rebooking again soon!
TravellerGreat facilities and very modern however, the room maid service verged on terrible. Floors not cleaned once, no clean linen or towels supplied in whole week. There was a washing machine in apartment however and if I didn't do it myself we would have had no clean towels or linen. Massive let down by service in what is very good modern hotel.
