Property is definitely ready for update. And although very sweet staff no urgency or rush. Harborside was great for a quiet relaxing vibe . Opposed to The other Atlantis properties.

The Harborside was overall really nice. It was great to have a two bed two bath to accommodate us. I felt like the place was a bit old. Some of the outlets didn’t work. You could not adjust the AC and it was FREEZING. We didn’t have running water and then hot water for half a day which was really inconvenient. When we checked in they told us the pool area and restaurant was being renovated which would have been nice to know ahead of time. However the shuttle that runs around was super nice and helpful. The place is walkable and safe. The staff was great too.

Disappointing stay at Harborside.

Pool was closed for renovation, but website nor follow up emails stated this during booking. Lots of bugs in the guest room. Very high priced Wi-Fi charges, limited choices and expensive offerings in the on-site store. Concierge staff easy to work with but management not very friendly and helpful. Will never stay there again and most likely go to Baha Mar in the future.

The fact that we had a kitchen with grocery stores close to our hotel and the staff were respectable and nice

Our family had a great time at the waterpark but the lack of food options made it miserable. I understand its their off season but they did not even have restaurants open when they said they would be open. $300 for the dinner buffet and $200 for breakfast buffet for 3 adults and 2 kids seemed ridiculous as the only options most days. I have never eaten so much fast food (Shack Shake open a few days, Starbuck, and Wendys across the street) on vacation. Atlantis is not the same as it used to be especially when the price is still high. Harborside rooms were fine but they forgot to mention their pool was closed. We will not be returning until they have major renovations.

Very friendly staff

I enjoyed staying at the villas for the first time. Having 3 teengaers made the villas better than getting 2 hotel rooms. Felt homely.

The location is perfect as it is quiet but a short walk from all the excitement. The property rooms have amenities like a small kitchen to offer you the opportunity to save some money and cook some things or store snacks and drinks for your days at the beach or pool

Excellent facilities with a pool. Quick walk to the water park. Kitchen and dining room were perfect for family dinners to save some eating out nights. Rose was amazing everyday making sure our supplies were ample ( towels etc)

Front desk helpful and friendly. Rooms older, bathroom was leaking and fan didnt work. No one ever came to fix it. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Easy to park and felt safe. We took shuttle to other areas which had lots to do. Unfortunately everything is far and tons of walking. Other hotels not friendly and service and food wasn’t good. We were grateful for staying at Harbor Side!

Too far from beaches, shuttles weren't that frequent. Room safe was broken later fixed, had coffee supply, no coffee filter.no room service. Minor inconvenience, otherwise ok.

I found the accommodations to be beautiful. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and dining area, as well as, a living room. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed the live music on the property. The shuttle service made it easy to get around.

The room accomodations were exactly as needed with kitchen, living room with couch-bed, bed room, patio, and large tub, shower and private toilet area. The pool is large and warmer than all other pools sampled in the Atlantis complex. Shuttle bus were frequent and easily accessible.

We have stayed several times at Harbordidr and it was nice to see some new furniture. Only complaint was not having room cleaned 1 day and when asked for extra blankets it took half hour to be delivered

The units are dated but quite spacious. I definitely recommend for families with teenagers/young adults. Only a short walk to all the attractions - nice getaway from the crowds.

I did not like that the wifi was not included. The air conditioning did not work well. The rooms need updating. The dishwasher was full when we arrived. I thought it was too pricey for what you got.

Enjoyed the property and all the amenities that it came with. Travelling with a toddler, and having access to basic amenities such as the microwave, toaster, dishwasher, laundry service made our travelling a lot easier! Loved the resort and we will definitely come back

Do not stay here!

The room had multiple issues upon arrival. The door did not close properly and was a safety issue. The air conditioning did not work for the entirety of the stay. Literally stayed at 80 degrees! We were traveling with a pregnant woman and it was truly a big issue. The water in the shower did not heat up. The toilet also clogged multiple times. We asked for extra towels and blankets for the pull out on arrival, we had to follow up hours later to receive them. The worst part about this was we made the front desk aware of our room issues and they were not fixed. We were not offered another safer room with a functioning door and air conditioner. They offered us a $300 credit for the issues and that’s it. They didn’t even follow up or try to fix anything. Not to mention the slow and sometimes rude service at the pool and beach. And beach chairs that don’t function with no assistance from anyone. It is unacceptable and ridiculous that NOTHING was done to fix this awful situation. We are extremely disappointed with the stay and the reaction to the situation with the room. My plan next time is to stay at Baha Mar. Will anything be done to make it right? One thing is for sure, I will be warning everyone I know about Atlantis so they can stay somewhere better.

Room was very spacious with great view of the harbour. However the Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and ran almost all the time. The noisy AC was bothersome at night when trying to sleep as it was most noisy in the bedroom. All resort staff were very helpful and great!

very clean and safe

Hotel is located next to main bridge crossing to the Island, too much traffic noise, restaurants close by don’t open late maybe until 10 even on weekends. They are always full. Restaurants at the other hotels part of Atlantis have limited food choices. Buffet serves same food every day. Quality of food for the price is not reasonable. Atlantis hotels are beautiful but had a lot of water fountains and features not working. The rooms at Harborside felt somewhat like a comfort suites. We have wanted to go to Atlantis for a very long time but please stay at the Royal or Reef of you want to make it more memorable.

Peddlers in Paradise

We generally had a good time and were very comfortable at Harborside. The shuttle to Atlantis was very convenient, but were found everthing to be walkable as well. We were given a suite on the first floor right behind the main lobby. The suite was nice, but very dark at all times of day. We let the staff know on our first day that our water was not getting hot, and there was no improvement during our stay. Beware of persistent peddling as soon as you step off the resort property. And be very careful when dealing with transport arrangements. The price back to the airport was twice our arrival price because they called us a "nicer car" even though we didn't ask for one. One request for a detour resulted in being charged for a "tour" complete with a couple stops to his vendor buddies. They seem to all be in it together so beware.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and more than willing to help.

After checking in our room didn’t not have hot water. And went to the desk twice to get hot water finally in room. Once to let them know and second time to let them know we still didn’t have hot water. Last stay there were concerts and comedy shows you could attend but nothing really was available after 5pm except for dinner, movie, or casino kind of got bored.

Beautiful villa, great amenities and loved the location

Fabulous amenities. Stunning location. Bathroom in need of repair. Black mold in the shower loose tiles. Leaky faucet. For the amount they charge those things should not ever happen. Also Internet should be complementary. Not $25 a day. Limited transportation on property for mobility, limited individuals.

The size of the room was amazing and very comfortable. We where out of hot water for 2 days!!

Great location. Atlantis hotels are in need of a facelift internally. Many rooms and public washrooms need fixing and facelift.

Nice lowkey resort in Atlantis

Nice, tranquil and low key resort in Atlantis. Spacious, comfortable premium 1bedroom room, with a nice balcony. Close to the Marina and Marina village, which can be a nice stroll. Shuttles take you everywhere in Atlantis. next time I would take dishwasher pods -since only 2 left-, sponge, water (water station tastes horrible) and salt, pepper, oil and whatever you need to cook.

Nice and quiet and peaceful. A pleasant break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the resort. It was pretty and homey. Easy access to the rest of the Atlantis resort and the ferrys either by walking or shuttle.

We’ve been coming to Harborside for 20 years and unfortunately will not return. The bellman Raymond and the manager Blanche truly ruined our experience. The property is still beautiful but the customer service has unfortunately fell below any standards I’ve known Harborside to have. Raymond threatened me, yelled at me and proceeded to taunt me and walk in circles around me in a threatening manner. When I asked to speak to his manager she couldn’t even manage to crack a smile, apologize or have any sign of remorse at the very least for his behavior. She instead glared at me as I explained what occured and her response was “well there’s two side to every story.” Basically calling me a liar. It’s beyond sad to see such lack of hospitality displayed. I will never come back simply from fear of running into such a aggressive hostile employee that his manager will allow to behave in that way. So sad!

Rooms were spacious and super clean. Pool was big and peaceful. Easy to walk to everything at Atlantis or you can take shuttle. Staff at front desk were great. Only problem i had was at restaurant. Server never came to the table and food took forever.

The property overall was nice but my first room, not so much. First, they kept giving me a key to a wrong room. When they finally came with the master key, a woman was on the other side of the door. We realize they had the wrong room # for that key. We finally get into the room and discover there's no hot water. I ask 4 times for someone to come and fix it. Eventually, I had to ask for another room which I got and that room was nice...Nice views. Love it

I loved the affordability and the location of the property. The room was big enough for 4 adults and loved the kitchen and was washing machine amenities.

This resort has terribly slow and overcrowded shuttle services. The resort is also outdated and way too expensive for what they provide.

Great location especially if planning to go off the resort to the shopping plaza next door or downtown Nassau. The property itself has amazing views and not too far away from resort amenities.

Broken elevator building 1 no maid service supposedly because of virus yet Atlantis had full daily services

Everything was perfect except the refrigerator did not cool very much.

WiFi should be free. It’s ridiculous that Harborside and Atlantis charge for WiFi. No one came to clean our room in the six days we were there. They just gave us new towels every day which was unnecessary and not eco-friendly. Overall, this trip was WAY too expensive and I while we had fun, it was not worth what we paid.

this hotel was just a hotel with a pool and a place to eat overlooking the harbor. i stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned my room once. im not sure if thats how they do it? i kept saying i dont understand why they dont hand out maps with info about things because they just sent me out for 2 hours to wait for my room and i was confused! but going to the main hotels all day was AMAZING. shuttle was usually 0-5 min wait which was awesome. would i go back? YES

The place was descent. The room was clean and close to the advert pics. I have to commend the manager who helped me with my service animal when the shuttle driver said they don’t transport animals. So, thank you for taking care of us :-) Lots of activities and staff was very accommodating.

We loved the quietness of the property and the view of the harbor/ marina. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great. We were disappointed that the resort did not have a better grasp on what was and wasn't available throughout the resort property. That I am sure comes from the top.

Our A/C didn’t work or our phones in the room for 3 days. So had to move all our stuff to another unit. And as far as them getting back to us it never happened we had to get back to them

Harbourside is a beautiful part of the Atlantis resort, and it is a lovely walk each day to the Aquaventure part of the property, which is the highlight for kids. A few nits to pick, though. A 4 PM check-in is late in the day, when coming from colder climates. We weren't really offered a place to change into warmer climate clothing, so we were hot and sweaty, and wanting to get to our room... which wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. Not so good... ...and then when we did get into the room (which was actually STILL being cleaned when we arrived), they neglected to clean one of the bedrooms - which had hair in the shower and a lipstick-covered towel hanging in the shower area. Absolutely disgusting. Atlantis, you can do better than that. We asked for more towels on the first day, and blankets, as the room was cold at night, and our request was ignored. We asked again on the second night, and we were rudely told "These are the last towels you will get during this stay." Why not tell us that we are expected to wash and re-use our own towels? (The units have washers/dryers.) There is no housekeeping at all - they do not come to make beds/change sheets/empty trash. Harbourside is near the Marina Village, which you can usually walk through to get to the hotel, except it is now fenced off, blocking access. Stupid. Lastly, 1/2 of Atlantis is 1/2 open, so you are paying full price for 1/4th of the resort. We still loved it and had fun and great weather, but beware...

The properties are very family friendly, washer/dryer, kitchen. The rooms are being updated but they keep the older units very well maintained. It has its own pool so when you want to escape the business of The water park which is a 5 minute walk, you can.

Grounds were beautiful. Most of the staff was very kind but there were a couple of ladies that were not so kind that worked the front desk area. Tried to over charge us by 1244.00 ! Luckily I had my original booking saved so there was no way she could over charge me.. the rest of the staff were very kind. Location was great to us bc it got us away from the noise of Atlantis. Cleaning staff were super friendly !! Make sure to check your final statement before you leave. So glad we did. My next stay in the Bahamas will be back at Baha Mar.

Despite a problem with an I cleaned room and a faulty toilet, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to sort out the problem. Shuttle bus to Atlantis was frequent and saved a 10 minute walk.

Loved all the happy smiling people !! I think I could have eaten for less by not using the dining plan, but it was very convenient and had some really good meals.

The size of the room was great. It was comfortable. What we did not like was, we had our Do not disturb sign out and housekeeping would call to ask if we wanted service. Do not disturb means we do not want to be disturbed. We disconnected the phone because of all the phone calls we would get.

one day the water was cut off could not take a bath i call hotels.com and told them what happen and they sent a email to Harborside Resort at Atlantis and i have not heard from them yet it's been months

Overall Good - it's showing some signs of age but still in good shape. the rooms were really spacious and well setup. we would probably come back here again if we were to do another Atlantis Vacation.

I really like the location so close to Marine Village and the shuttle were wonderful. I wish I shopped in the little store next to check in desk it would have saved me money. I hated that it was over an hour passed check in before we could get our room.

Staff , especially Franklin & Marva were very helpful & made us feel at home! Really wish the hotel would offer Free WiFi and coffee for each day you stay. We had to leave the bldg & hunt for coffee each morning But, we really enjoyed our stay

Hidden treasure

This was the tail end of my trip & I wish it was my entire trip!! The family was comfortable all the amenities provided wr excellent. Meals outside are pricy but you have a full kitchen a visit to the supermarket will be better for bkfast & lunch - the manager Kim was very accommodating when we needed & purchased extras hours.

The kitchenette and washer/dryer actually were wonderful! And we were able to get into Aquaventure in the room/price included.

Home away from home

Our stay at the Harborside Resort at Atlantis was wonderful! From the Security booth to housekeeping, the service was excellent. The staff was respectful and delightful. Their smiles were warm and friendly. They made us feel at home.

This was my 2nd visit to Atlantis i stayed @ the Coral on my 1st visit & had to issues other the some hidden fees. Harborside is just as beautiful the rooms are very spacious and you get a lesson on docking boats just by looking outside your balcony. Issues are Harborside is considered a timeshare and not apart of Atlantis although it said Harborside Atlantis so you are charged 25$ a day for wifi (hiddem fees). I also experienced and issue upon check out, as my confirmation email stated check out at 11am Harborside room key states check out at 10am. I spoke to two front desk agents one Marvin was very unprofessional and said it doesn't matter what your confirmation saids maybe on the other Atlantis resorts check out is different. I still was allowed to checkout at 11am no thanks to Marvin. All in all i rate my experience a 6 out of 10 which i enjoyed Coral way better and don't forsee myself going back to Harborside in the nearest future. P.s honorable mention shuttle bus to Coral & Royal other properties at Atlantis great drivers Darren in particular good man. Another gentleman at the front desk was extremely great i lost my room key @ the beach he gave two new cards he also stored my snapple & other snacks away when i went to the fish fry. Bahamian people are the best i love the Bahamas.

Internet charges on top of room rate was ridiculous.

Our rooms were spotless and the furnishings were like new. It would have been nice to have a noon checkout but everything else exceeded my expectations
