Greeting was top notch with a welcome drink and reception that greeted as seated and a thorough explanation of our accommodations and the many available amenities.The receptionist personally devoted is to our rooms. Service is above and beyond

Nice looking hotel with helpful kind staff. Breakfast was good. Andrew helped me with my travel arrangements I was so grateful him calling hotel reference for me in Sapa.

This was such a lovely little hotel, very conveniently located in the historic district of Hanoi. Traffic is a challenge in the narrow streets but most things were close by. The staff , especially Andrew and Antony were very helpful. We had a clean small room for two nights and the last night for 20 bucks more we upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Andrew helped us book the Halong Bay tour and didn’t try to push the most expensive tour on us. We did one day not overnight. My son’s GF left clothes in closet and Antony mailed them to our hotel in Saigon for us ! So helpful and efficient. Breakfast is included and was very decent. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely experience here, celebrating our 25th anniversary in Hanoi. They upgraded us to the Balcony Suite for a fair price and decorated our bed with rose petals. Our favorite way to start the day was the delicious breakfast, where they offer an array of Western and Vietnamese dishes. We enjoyed wonderful runs and walks at the lake, which is just a few minutes away walking distance. The lake is a wonderful area to enjoy life as a Hanoi local. Special thanks to Tommy and Elsa for making our stay so special.

Great stay in Hanoi

Central location plus the very efficient and friendly personnel. My wife and I would come back to this hotel.

Excellent facility, clean, well maintained, well decorated beautiful, awesome rooms. Restaurant was excellent, breakfast was great and dinners were also great with great Asian and European selections. Best of all the staff are simply the finest hotel staff I have ever stayed with, they know the town, will get you to all the great places, will get you the best cab fees. Simply put this hotel staff will care for you so well you won’t want to leave. All this at totally reasonable prices. I highly recommend Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa.

From the warm welcome and check-in with tea and dried peach to the best pillows, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast selection, this hotel punches above it's weight. Would not hesitate to return. The location is central and the service is great - really felt like we were valued guests.

Fantastic service

The bathroom was slightly dated and the elevator only went up to the sixth out of seven floors, but everything else was great! Fantastic service, great breakfast, and a good location in Old Town.

I stayed with my family for some nights during our Vietnam trip. The Hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can reach everything very easily by foot or by grab/taxi/scooter. The rooms vary depending on the type and are all good. The Receptionist and all the crew are amazingly kind, very helpful and welcoming. A particular mention is due to Elsa: she provided all the assistance one guest needs already before the check in, thank you very much! We would surely stay again in these hotel!

This hotel is located in the centre of Hanoi, only a few minutes on foot from the night market, the famous lake. There are rooms on the front facing the street and in the back, the latter being quieter. Staff are very friendly and reactive. We loved our stay here.

Super Stay

This truly is a stand-out hotel. Staff are superb. Always smiling, helpful & professional. Definitely some of the best I've encountered. They looked after our luggage on our side trip to Halong Bay/Ninh Binh & greeted us with welcome drinks both times - and remembered us, asking how our trip was as soon as we came in. We also booked airport transfers with the hotel which worked really well & took the stress out of the travel.Breakfast was delicious - I loved the freshly made a la carte options as well as buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, breads, pastries & hot and cold selections.The location is great - literally a few minutes walk from the night market, train street, Hoan Kiem lake. The hotel is an oasis of calm from the hustle & bustle outside. Both our rooms were spacious, really comfortable & well equipped.Would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends for quality, value & attention to detail.

We had a great stay at Hanoian Central. The hotel is conveniently located in central Hanoi, near the Old Town. The reception staff were friendly and responsive, accommodating our late check in. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for several days with no issue. Breakfast was varied and fresh, with a good choice of both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. We would recommend Hanoian Central for a smooth stay in Hanoi - you will be able to enjoy most of the city’s delights within walking distance and you will benefit from the help of the friendly hotel staff!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful when I needed assistance moving my flight. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the breakfast is impressive. And the location is terrific, very close to the night market, train street, the lake. Highly recommend!

Hanoi getaway

We loved the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is good relative to things we wanted to see. The included breakfast was ample and delicious.

For the price, the hotel is great. We cannot be happier with the service and staff as they are keen to assist us in any way they can and have assisted us professionally and personally with what we asked. We recommend the balcony rooms on the main street as you can open the windows to absorb the energy of the street that happens throughout the day and night. Closing the windows shuts out the noise when you need quiet. We used it as a base that gives you access instantly to the Old Quarter and its surroundings. Otherwise, use Grab, the Asian version of Uber. All trips around the city are only $5 to $10 AUD. The Hotel is clean, with only some limescale on the shower nobs. This Hotel has charm if you are looking for a small boutique hotel in the Old Quarter. We were very happy with our stay and wish all the fantastic staff the best.

Not as good as I thought

I booked this hotel because i saw everyone had given 5 stars on everything however this hotel only worth 2.5 stars, totally not up to my expectation, especially the breakfast, short of selection, not delicious, room is very normal, i dont think is delux, i can hear dog barking all night, people talking and etc...

The hotel is an older one but very well keep. The area around was quite noisy but that can be expected in Hanoi. The staff was great and very helpful.

We had a fantastic time at this boutique Hotel full of charming touches and creativity. From reception who just couldn’t do enough for you to the basement breakfast we would thoroughly recommend to stay here as well located and very close to the night market and old Hanoi, the reception staff and the general manager assisted me in finding the right side of medical help and arranged transport, I was so grateful to the staff there and would definitely return. Perfect Hanoi hotel, great location round the corner from the train street and so close to tourist spots and amazing restaurants and shopping. Room was a good size with a great shower and amazing breakfast too. The staff are really attentive and keen to ensure your stay in Hanoi is perfect, we had mentioned our wedding anniversary and were treated to a personalised cake, delivered to our room. The hotel is in a perfect location to reach the most important sights on foot. When you arrive you are given a really warm welcome. The whole team is super friendly and very helpful. Hanoian Central is a really nice hotel in Hanoi, I stayed here for the second time. The breakfast and dinner are amazing, the rooms are nice and clean and what I liked the most, is the staff of this hotel. The staff members are very nice. They will help you with lots of stuff (like booking some tours, which we did). I was also very surprised that some of the staff members will remember your name, I really liked that. The location for the hotel is also great, in the old quarter of Hanoi. Hopefully I will be back someday!

Lovely hotel with a really cool vibe. The breakfast is great with western and eastern selections. And the staff are wonderful and friendly. It was our honeymoon and the staff went the extra mile to make it special for us.

I love this hotel. The interior and design is so vibrant and beautiful. Friendly staff and I got an upgrade room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels are clean. It has indoor slippers. The aircon is cooling. The best part is the sound proof for the room. In Hanoi, there is alot of honking, but I unable to hear it inside my room. Maybe I was tired hahahhaa but I had a wonderful night. The hotel location is great. Near the night market, the church, the Hoan Kiem lake. Staying within the old quarters is a great location. For my next visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Top Notch Customer Service

The service was top notch. At every point of our stay they made sure we were comfortable. The dinners were amazing, and the location is prime. We were able to walk everywhere popular in old quarters from the hotel. The massages were better than anything in the Taiwan and less than half the price!

A Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was great and everyone at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We especially loved our spa services… so much so we visited the spa twice! The food was delicious (both the breakfast selection and for other meals)!

So so loved this hotel. It’s an oasis of calm and tranquility in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and well looked after. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of Western and Asian options. This was the beginning of our Vietnam adventure and we couldn’t have had a better start to the holiday. A very special thank you to Molly who was wonderful. She worked tirelessly in accommodating our requests in advance of the holiday and was super efficient in helping us book some local experiences. To the entire hotel. It's a lovely hotel in the Old Quarter. Very convenient to walk around to Old Quarter and the beautiful lake. I arrived in Hanoi almost midnight and checked in the room. It was cozy and clean. The next morning I had breakfast at the hotel and went for a meeting then took a bus to Sapa. They let me keep my big luggage until I return from Sapa 5 days later. When I came back, I arrived really early in the morning, like 5am and I just rested at their couch in front of their lobby. I took my luggage, went and brush my teeth, changed and gave them back the luggage. Then I went for breakfast and explored the lake and Old Quarter. I got back to the hotel after lunch and got a coffee from the lobby lounge and got some work done before heading to the airport. When my grab arrive at the hotel to pick me up, they helped me bring me luggage to the grab and the front desk manager came to send me off and said bye. I only stayed there the first time for 1 night but they treated me so nice. Made me feel like going back to Hanoi again. Will be on top of my list next time in Hanoi.

We experienced the best boutique hotel and awesome treatment by the staff that we never had. The hotel is the perfect place for the perfect stay. We highly recommend staying in this hotel for those who are first timers in Hanoi. During our stay we were treated like VIP’s by the hotel staff from the bellboys to the managers. Very comfortable place surrounded by very hospitable staff.

The service was exceptionally, patient and fun. Breakfast is very good. The accommodation was not in bad condition. I had a birthday and they gave me a present when i checked out it was so touching.

Five star service! I fully recommend this Hotel if staying in Hanoi Old Quarter area. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. We had a midnight flight back home and they let us use their shower to freshen up. The breakfast were superb. Hotel transfer were efficient. The room is clean and enough for us as a couple. Great hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located and is close to the shopping streets, night market and a lot of eateries, all within walking distance. The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are extremely warm and always ready to assist with even the tiniest request. They even went to the trouble of booking me a local taxi to get to a place and then organized a local taxi to drop me back to the hotel (similar to uber). Nothing that I can say would do justice to how amazing the staff is at the hotel.Thank you everyone at Hanoian Central for an amazing stay. You guys rock!

We had an amazing 1st time experience in Vietnam thanks to Tommy. From airport transfer, activities, accommodation and transport during our trip in Hanoi, Lan Ha Bay cruise and Ninh Binh. Tommy organised the itinery for our whole trip based on our family needs and preferences. He was always helpful, responsive and attended to all our needs with extra care to ensure our family was comfortable and had utmost experience. We were welcome at the hotel with refreshment drink and local sweets. The check in process was done smoothly and conveniently. The room was clean and cosy. It was supplied with all the bathroom necessity. The bedding was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was amazing with delicious selection of Asian and Western breakfast items. Our family favourite was their beef pho which was made to order and Vietnamese coffee.Highly recommend this hotel for great location, most comfortable sleep and 5 stars service. Hanoian Central was the perfect accomodation for me and my family. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi, so there is easy access to convenience stores, restaurants and souvenir shops. The rooms were also extremely clean, and the hotel has a vibrant and fancy aesthetic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted with great service and beverages. I felt the staff went above and beyond with their level of hospitality and they very much so exceeded my expectations. Everyone was really friendly and all requests were addressed promptly. The beds were firm but comfortable which is to my liking. There’s also a really good spread for breakfast. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting the old quarters.

We’ve just finished our trip around Vietnam and luckily ended our trip here. Hanoi is a fantastic place to finish your holiday. It’s full of life and character. This hotel was our favourite hotel during our stay in Vietnam and perhaps my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is nice. The breakfast is very good with several choices to have made fresh. The location is excellent but the best of all are the staff. They go above and beyond. Very attentive and very friendly. When we go back to Hanoi and will be booking here.

I stayed at the hotel for several days while in Hanoi. The hotel is central to most attractions and sites. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The staff use to ask how my day trips went the following morning. The staff show an interest in the guests. The buffet was amazing with a selection for all. There is a cooked menu in addition to the buffet. The rooms were clean and regularly serviced. I caught a night train from Hanoi to Hue. The hotel offered me a shower before I caught the train. It was the only Hotel I stayed in Vietnam that did this. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend. I would come back here again on a future visit to Hanoi!!

One of the best hotel in old quarter. They arranged our airport pick-up and communication with them very easy. Driver was waiting on arrival even our flight was delayed 20mints. Hotel location was excellent 5mints walk to the train street, the lake. 5 minutes walk to weekend night market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and Breakfast Staff were exceptional. Front office staff recommended us use Grab app in Vietnam instead of catching normal taxi. It was excellent and cheap too. Around the hotel very nice coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. We will be back.

The staff at the Hanoian Central are very attentive, polite and will help you in any way. A clean and neat hotel ideally situated in the old Quater , close to where you need to be, but just far enough away to be quiet. When it rains the staff will give you an umbrella for you trip which is a nice touch.Would recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with great service. Tommy reached out to us prior to checkin via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, Tommy came out to say hello and then proceeded to help plan the rest of our trip. Great info and recommendations on a Ninh Binh tour, a Sapa tour and the Ha Giang loop. We did them all. Would definitely recommend. Great breakfast, as well.

The rooms were small, but quaint, and the showers had plenty of hot water. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was well stocked with Vietnamese cuisine. It’s located in the old quarter of Hanoi and you are surrounded with 1 million choices of street food.

Great hotel near the center of the city. Easy walking distance to a lot of local food, drink, restaurants, shopping, the night market and Hoang Kiem Lake. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Lovely small hotel in old town Hanoi

We were a family group of 6, I had originally booked another hotel then realised it was in beer street so cancelled and found this gem of a hotel.We were welcomed and offered ginger tea, green bean cake whilst we sorted out paperwork. 2 of our rooms were at the front of the hotel and 1 at the back, but not really noisy. The rooms were a good size, clean and had a lovely small bathroom. Breakfast was good, fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked for you. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the old town so easy to get about. There is 2 lifts. I would stay again.

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely awesome. Loved my stay, will definitely be my go to hotel when in Hanoi. Elsa is by far one of the most genuine, nice receptionists I have encountered, thank you for your local suggestions. I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough.

As we all do, I looked at endless hotels before settling on this place. Its brilliant. Good price. Good location. Good breakfast. Brilliant brilliant staff. Sure, it’s not the Hyatt, but you can’t go wrong here if your are looking for a hotel with a bit of charm where you can unwind at the end of the day.

This is a great hotel for first time travellers to Hanoi. The staff will help you with anything you are unsure of. I found them to be very reassuring and they took care of further travel arrangements with ease. It’s right in the middle of old town, you can walk to the lake etc. Breakfast is good, coffee is good! I especially recommend speaking to Elsa, Andrew and Antony if you have any concerns, their knowledge and service was exceptional.

First night had a problem with WiFi. Second day, they fixed. Staff are wonderful.

It was such a great hotel! The staff were so kind and the breakfast was more than I expected. If I visit Hanoi again, I would like to visit again. The location was so nice and the air conditioner was turned on. And it is clean and there are good restaurants nearby, so you can eat delicious food anytime.

The hotel is excellent. Very good where abouts in the old town of the city. Comfortable and clean rooms. During check-in we got the list of the most interesting sightseeing’s and restaurants. Good team in the hotel, especially Elsa, who help us in organizing tour to Halong, Sapa and Da Nang.

I got a really warm welcome with fresh juice, cake and lovley smiles. so the service is excellent! the stuff is caring and gave all my needs from getting information about the city and booking a car to the airport. I really love Hanoian Central Hotel because I have been stayed in this one many times in my business trips. The location of the hotel is very good, the room is clean. This the third staying at this hotel. What we like is the fact it is on a quiet street, right in the heart of the old quarter. Breakfast caters for all tastes and there is plenty of it. We always started the day with a Pho.They also had the excellent Spa room in house. All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the reception staff to the "boys" who helped with luggage etc. Again I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.There are some truly excellent coffee shops in the street.

A great hotel ideally in the heart of the Old quarter in Hanoi. We particularly appreciated the personalized service upon arrival with welcome fresh juice, cake, polite attitude of staff and gave us full information of Hanoi travel tip. At breakfast time, the waitress helped us to order the hot meal with yummy pancake and omelet. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Excellent value for money.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service and supportive staff during my recent stay. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. However, I did have one area of feedback - the room size was somewhat smaller than I expected for a deluxe category. While the room was comfortable and clean, the compact size was a bit surprising. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you again for having us.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast was varied and also suitable for vegetarians. The extremely friendly staff deserves special mention, e.g. Elsa and Tiffany from reception. Tommy, the sales manager, helped us implement our further plans excellently. He gave us lots of helpful information and tips and made bookings for us. We will definitely stay here again on our way back!

We had a very welcome from all of the staff in Hanoian Central hotel. They were always kind to our group and helped us for every question.Their room was absolutely great with very soft pillow and beds and super clean. Breakfast had served every day from 6:30 to 9:30 and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you for having us here.

We really love the location and all staff in this hotel. The location is absolutely easy to acess to every places in the old town. The room is super clean and spacious that is very comfortable for us.

Good Stay

Service is very good. Staff were friendly and ensure that our stay here was comfortable. The beds were clean and well made every time we went back to the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. They even special eggs that we have to special order.

Great Experience

Super awesome. Great location near old quarter, train street, etc. Good value for price. Convenient breakfast right near lobby. Housekeepers were very good too. Checked us in even when we arrived at 3am. Room was great as well I recommend to anyone.

Amazing and Relaxing

I had an amazing time ! I really recommend staying here for any group. Really nice breakfast really cool and clean room and amazing staff. They also had great Spa service. Will definitely come again.. also, great location. Every attraction is walkable. Great local food joints and cafes right in hotel lane.

Amazing Hotel

Excellent, comfortable. Had sound sleep. That's the bonus. Please maintain it. Breakfast was very good . Being Vegan , my wife and I enjoyed a lot. Outstanding body wrap which included a gentle massage and shower treatment! Staff was excellent and made the treatment very relaxing and enjoyable.The location is very convenient and wonderful to travel and shopping. The staff is very cordial.

Great Hotel Service

This hotel is very impressive with their service, the room is super clean and their staff are very helpful and kind to the customers. I have been stayed for several days and they always happy to take care and helped me book the trip to halong bay as well as showed me places to visit. I also love the breakfast which was very tasty and a lot of cuisine. I will come back again.
