Excellent staffs, convenient location, great breakfast options - I would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel and great location

Great hotel in the best possible area. Staff was very friendly. The room was fresh, clean and bright. Our room Had a separate seating area and a small balcony which was nice to have, but note that not all rooms have this. We specifically rented a room that did. We had a kitchenette as well that we didn’t use but nice to have the option.

Although the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, EVERYTHING else about Hanoi Paon was excellent. Our paramount praise goes to the hotel staff from front desk to bell staff. Bell staff ALWAYS were right there to open doors and assist me with my weak hip that makes climbing steps difficult. Bravo to these attentive guys. Our tip paled in comparison to their hard work!

Nice hotel lobby. Room was ok, a little lackluster for paying extra.

Mr Kelvin was a stand out star for his customer servive. So polite!

Staff amazing location perfect to walk to any place you wanted or transport in abundance outside the door.

Definitely recommend - Good location

It was a great location. In the old distract, close to the lake and French quarter. My room was on the 5th floor and I didn't hear any traffic at night. Lovely breakfast. Reception (Leo) and bell boy (Kelvin and another guy) all so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely friendly hotel in the Old Quarter, my room was super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with views across the city from the restaurant on the roof. Had a great Vietnamese massage in the hotel spa which I would totally recommend. All of the staff went out of their way to make the stay as good as possible. Special thanks to Kelvin the bell hop for always being welcoming and helpful. Top hotel.

City break in hanoi.. nice hotel in old quater.. Staff fruendly and very nice room

Great hotel. Very well located. Staff super friendly. We are staying at this hotel three times over a two week period. They stored our luggage for our trips out to Sapa and Halong Bay. Rooms are lovely

Excellent. Very kind. Good value. Pool is a life saver when it is hot. Breakfast was great and worth the extra money for the convenience of having it as an option.

The pictures on the website make this property look nice but you can tell immediately upon arrival that the property is not very clean. Check-in was great and the staff was helpful but our room smelled bad as if people had smoked in the room previously and also the walls were dirty, water-damaged, and had mold on it. The floors were worn and also not very clean. We left the hotel shortly after check-in and went to a different hotel in the Old Quarter for less money but much nicer.

Accueil excellent, hôtel très bien situé pour visites, chambre très calme et bien entretenu. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité avec une vue splendide car au sommet de l immeuble. Je recommande

Very nice hotel, great location close to the cities main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice view from the rooftop pool/terrace.

Kirjautuessa sisään pyysimme apua skootterin vuokrauksessa ja hotelli pyysi kaksinkertaista vuokraa mitä markkinoilta saa. Edellisessä hotellissa asiaa katsottiin palveluna asiakkaalle. Kerroin mutta hinta ai muuttunut. Otin muualta.
