Hôtel idéalement situé. Notre chambre familiale était très belle et très propre. Les lits sont confortables, le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié et le personnel adorable.
The Hotel is fine but you need to be aware that the rooms are very small. I booked a Superior Double Room which was at the back of the hotel and was much smaller than described. I could just about lay down and open my case at the side of the bed as this was the only place to put it, but then had to climb over it to get in and out of bed or go to the bathroom. The window that you see in the pictures is tiny and opens onto an internal corridor so there is no natural light or ventilation. Also the bathroom lights come on from a motion sensor which seems like a cool idea if you get up in the middle of the night but is less entertaining when you get back into bed and can’t switch them off for yourself. t’s, ok and the location is good but definitely not for the claustrophobic.
Very good
Staff are excellent
Great place in Hanoi old quarter. Close to numerous restaurants and stores. Short walk to the lake. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.
My husband and I spent 7 nights in north Vietnam during our honeymoon. We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and 3 nights in-between to explore Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The staff helped us plan the trip, which made it so stress-free. I communicated with the staff over WhatsApp, and they understood enough English to make everything feel easy. They’re extremely accommodating and kind. I would recommend staying here if you’re in Hanoi. It’s very walkable to the night market and tons of tour agencies.
Although our flight was delayed and we weren’t able to stay, they still arranged all our transfers and travels for local trips, let us use their shower and hold our luggage. Super friendly staff!! On that alone, I would recommend!! I wish we could have stayed
Thin walls noisy, loud fridge every 30minutes, tv screen was not clean and half screen totally off, room smell mould, poor breakfast but I got what I paid for. Good location and kind staff
My partner and I arrived in Vietnam about 3 weeks ago. What an amazing time we’ve had, and as we traveled from south to north our trip just got better and better. We were thrilled to arrive at the Media Spa Hotel amidst the bustle of the Old Quarter. Such a beautiful building, and what a warm welcome by staff. We loved our room (a family room - maybe a little small for 3 people but a good size for 2 big Australians) and felt utterly spoilt. Staff helped to arrange activities for us to do, made suggestions about where to eat, and generally looked after us. We began our mornings with a free breakfast - a lovely range of delicious delights. Thanks to our breakfast host, Duy. We enjoyed our conversations with you and noted you made everyone feel comfortable. In the evening we visited the Lux Sky Bar, viewed stunning sunsets, and enjoyed a cool drink or two. I loved my cocktails made by the guys working in the bar. Thank you for looking after us at the end of big days in and around Hanoi. Finally, a big shout out to all the staff working so hard in Reception. You are all amazing, friendly and attentive. It’s you, who do all the hard work, that make a place to stay in so memorable.
Great location, all staff really helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Highly recommend. I also got my nails done and she was great.
My favorite hotel in Hanoi. Wonderful staff
Go To Hotel when in Hanoi
Always stay at this hotel because the staff are so wonderful and caring. The hotel is in a great location as well as the rooms being very adequate. I never stay anywhere else.
Welcoming Hotel
Warm, welcoming staff make this hotel my go to place to stay everytime I visit Hanoi.
Service is impecable. They will go out of the way to ask you for any tips or help. Breakfast is also very good and tasty. Location is perfect too, not too busy and a spared from noisy night market. Good restaurants are all nearby.
There was a lovely hotel welcoming and staff couldn’t be nicer. The hotel’s location is perfect in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The room was big, clean and quiet with comfy beds. I couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely recommend.
A good location next to the lake. The staff were very helpful and courtesy. The bathroom was very nice with hot water. Better lighting would be great for the bathroom and desk in the room. Breakfast included in my package was good with enough varieties offered. This is a solid place to stay and convenient and safe. The shopping was not as exciting because most vendors were selling the same thing. I would stay here again.
The location of the hotel is great to experience Hanoi in all it's facets. The rooms are clean and some parts (bathrooms) have been renovated recently. Other parts can do with a refresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very friendly & helpful staff. Good location in the Old Quarter - easy to walk the area. Clean, comfortable bed and room. Overhead and front shower a bonus. Rooftop SkyBar a good place for drinks before or after a night on the town.
I ST class, our experience was amazing. Ms Salena contacted me via WhatsApp, enquiring of our plans. She sorted out everything. I work in tourism, so have a lot of experience. So l think l can be objective, we had a brilliant time. Thank You
Friendly Welcome Hotel
When ever I visit Hanoi I always try to stay at this hotel. As well as it being a great, boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff here are so welcome and friendly and I have got to know them all over the last 9 months or so.
Hotel is at good location, staff is very helpful.
Very helpful staff. Great location. Our hotel room had a balcony and it had a nice view of the area along with some seating and decor. Would recommend.
Room was clean and spacious for old town!
Good
The best part of the hotel is the location, closing many hot spots. And the staffs from the front desk were very nice. They were very helpful on introducing us with the food and the areas.
Great hotel in the Old Quarter, with service and amenities designed with foreign visitors in mind. All staff speak excellent English. Room was comfortable, breakfast had good variety, all staff were very service-oriented. I would not hesitate to stay again.
Exceptional staff. Very nice hotel
A Welcoming Hotel
Since finding this hotel a few months back, I always stay here now when in Hanoi. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are very spacious, clean and well fitted out. But the main reason for staying here is the staff. They are so welcoming and go over the top to make your stay plesant.
Very Friendly helpful Staff
I had 2 stays in Hanoi. The service I received on the first stay meant i canceled my sevond hotel so as to stay back here. Its a lovel boutique type hotel. The small rolms dont have outside wi dows, so worth the extra money for the larger rooms. Its a clean, quiet friendly hotel with staff that go the extra mile to be helpful at all times and mske your stay a pleasure. It was my birthday whikst there. Someone must have seen thus frommy passport copybecause on the day tgey bought to my room a cake. Will definately stay there again.
Nice place great location next to the lake and lots of food nearby.
Would Highly Recommend
Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so nice. Comfiest bed, clean, well-stocked, beautiful bathrooms. Nice location. Close to Hoan Kiem, shopping, and lots of food. I would stay here again for sure.
I arrived to Hanoi around 12am and I had booked the hotel only the night before. I received a very prompt message back about getting a driver which was around $20 usd. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They even remembered my name and greeted me each time with it. The room was very nice. The bathroom was modern and they provided me with fruit and water for free in the room. I do have to say the walls are very thin and you can here everything going on within the hotel but I was still able to get a good nights rest in the very comfy beds. Also the location is great. Anything you would like to see or do is all within walking distance or a short grab ride away.
Great water pressure to bath comfortably
There is a lot of details and tech in the room I stayed like auto off lights and the water pressure for the rain shower was superb! Would recommend anyone to stay for some comfy night.
Incredibly friendly staff, nice location, great stay overall.
We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The wi-fi connection was a bit unstable and gets dropped quite often during our stay there that I had to not only manually reconnect but also restart my i-phone all together. The breakfast was absolutely excellent! a good mix of Vietnamese (pho, salad, stir fried rice/veggies etc.) and Western (eggs, toast, etc). Excellent location in the heart of old quarter, too. I will definitely be back!
Good and friendly
Best Place Ever to Stay In Hanoi
We had a magnificent stay! It was the end of our 3 week trip to North Vietnam and we just wanted to chill out at an up-market hotel close to the action. We have stayed in Hanoi on several different occasions, each time staying at a different location in the Old Quarter. This was one of the best. The room was great - with a balcony - and the location was excellent. The breakfast was up there with the best. The rooftop bar was the highlight of the trip - Helen and Eric were the perfect hosts - so engaging and genuinely interested in the guests. We have been to Vietnam both in 2018 and 2019 and would have to say that Helen and Eric are the best - very entertaining. We really want to thank them both and the rest of the staff, including the restaurant staff, who were amazing, for a great stay. 100% recommend.
Wonderful Hanoi
Was really amaze by the hospitality industry in Hanoi. Particularly impressed with the hotel services and cleanliness. We checked-in with family room for a night. Despite only one night after our trip from Sapa, I must said we love this premises so much with good location near to the lake plus many shops and things to see. Breakfast is sufficient and we can order different variety of eggs from Chef. Overall good service and satisfying with range of foods served. Thank you Hotel Media and hope to see you again.
Very nice hotel, lovely and friendly staff, great location. The hotel is well placed in Old Quarter with all tourist attractions within walking distance. It is also very close to Hon Kiem lake and the Night Market (Fri-Sunday every week). There are loads of options for street food bars etc. Very close by. The hotel is clean snd well maintained. My room *junior) was small - but exactly as described on Expedia and the hotel website. TV - couple of English language news channels (CNA and DW news) plus Fox movies, Fox Life and Box movies. Hotel is clean, up-to-date and there is a Spa onsite. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Whether it's Jenna and her day reception team (Helen, Min and Sophie) or the lovely and always helpful LaLa on the night reception. They all care about trying to make your stsy in Hanoi amazing. The team in the restaurant and bar are just as keen to help where they can. The hotel can also arrange car for the airport (pick up or drop off) and trips to the likes of Halong Bay (definitely wirth the dsy trip and cruise). Overall, a lovely place to stay and somewhere i'll visut again if back in Hanoi (this was my second stay here).
Not as good deal as you think.
Location of this place is not the best. The road to get to the hotel from main road is atrocious. I booked a cabana which is shirt of their presidential suite. Really is just a big room with a bed. Should book regular room. The wifi is a problem. It keeps going in and out. So far the electricity has been gone out 3 times. Not sure if this happens in all Cambodia bit feel I have to mention it. The pool is actually pretty cool the food in the restaurant is ok but prices are in US and is not cheap at all. Downtown is 3 min from here according to the front desk. Seems farther to me. The welcome was very nice and warm. They were waiting for me at the airport in a Tuk Tuk. overall would probably pick another hotel if a ever come back here. The allure of a cabana style room got me. Now I'm stuck in this place.
Incredibly friendly staff at this lovely hotel in Old Quarter. The location is excellent with all major attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the hitel is ckose to numerous cars and eateries. Some if the side streets are filled with street food bars. Excellent location also fir the Night Market (Fri-Sun nights). My room was smallish - but exactly as advertised. The bathroom was a decent size with walk in shower. Restaurant is a bit basic for breakfast - fruit, cereal and Vietnamese choices. Evening meal choices include some basic western choices. Personally i would choose the street food options - amazing quality and options. TV includes some English language movie and news options. Hotel also offers trips etc. Really can't praise the staff enough. In particular Helen and Sophie on recception. They clearly care about making sure their customers have a wonderful trip.
EVERYTHING is great here: Check in takes an extra minute but be patient, they are "preparing the most excellent room experience for you" and it is well worth it. Breakfast includes an order from the menu and excellent buffet. Beds are a little on the hard side but clean and comfy. Staff is excellent speaks english and will bend over backwards for anything you need. Location is great and not too far from public bus stop from airport. PERFECT for our travel needs.
Staff that are wonderful and go above and beyond
We stayed for 2 nights in a standard room and were extremely happy with our stay. The thing that made is so great were the staff who who extremely friendly and kind. From our warm welcome, to helping us with whatever we needed, they really made our stay memorable. The room we had was quite small for the two of with with a lot of luggage however we did opt for the standard room and others are bigger. It was sparking clean and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the old town!
Staff friendly and very helpful, great location all your needs shopping, restaurants and sights at your door step
Breakfast excellent. We finally got a room with balcony but had to pay around $50extra for it.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location
The location is a block from the lake and all the shopping. The water puppet theater is just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks including great vegetarian. The employees are fabulous and are there to assist you with taxis or tours although you don't need a taxi if your used to walking. Breakfast had an egg station to order and Asian food. My only complaint would be the juices they served tasted weak and watered down. Fruit was available daily. Amenities were provided in the room. Luggage storage on site.
Website photos need improvement
The photos in website doesn’t tally with the actual room. When superior room booked but the photo show in website is deluxe . Please don’t confuse users with different photo. I properly wouldn’t book via hotel.com
When I booked online the photo look bigger but the room so small . I guess the photo was from Meracus 2 . I was a bit disappointed with the room size .
Hanoi luxury
Incredible service . modern hotel. The staff make this hotel extra special!
Great stay
Beautiful hotel, Fantastic staff, excellent room. Best shower I have ever used. Very soft comfy beds, great hotel. Will definitely stay here next trip to Hanoi.
5* Service
A very pleasant stay, more than we expected from a 3* star hotel. Service was top notch. Totally recommending this hotel.
It was a good stay. Hotel staff were very nice. Room was clean and decent size.
Amazing customer service and great location.
Our stay at the Meracus Hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel was located superbly in the old quarter of Hanoi, which allowed easy access to al the shops and main attractions. Also the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with advice and ideas on what to do. Will definitely stay here, when in Hanoi again.
Good place to stay
Good clean and not too expensive place central to lake and old quarter. Staff very helpful, rooms well presented and good breakfast. Stayed two nights and would have re booked after halong bay cruise but booked out-unfortunately. Definitely would stay here again in Hanoi.
Low profile hotel with excellent service!
Meracus 1 Hotel is in the heart of Old Quater yet you will get a peacefully quiet room after a chaotic day walking around the city ! Only thing to improve is the cleanliness of bath towels!
5 star!
This hotel is definitely not a 3 star but a 5 star hotel! When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted warmly. The receptionist offered us cold refreshing towels and welcome drinks. We stayed in a family suite for 3 people. The room was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you need and even a labtop. The breakfast was superb and offered variety of food. We stayed here for 6 days and every morning the breakfast was a bit different so we didn’t get bored with the taste. The location was convenient. Being right in the Old quarter, everything was right nearby. The lake was only 2 min walk away. To and from the airport, you can take bus 86 which stops about 3min walk away from the hotel. The welcome note and handwritten goodbye card from the manager added a personal touch to the overall satisfying exeprience of the stay. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Hanoi.
Great stay
Wonderful hotel- close the the lake and night activities ans shows , shopping , food ! Made better by wonderful service
Great staff, comfortable bed, hot water and water pressure plus dynamite location.
genuine hospitality
Our 2 night stay at Meracus 1 was a great way to acclimate to Old Quarter. The staff were all fantastic particularly the ladies managing check-in. They offered us the most delicious cinnamon tea and gave us a handy map with tips that we referenced all throughout our time in Old Quarter. Room was compact but nicely furnished and comfortable. Would recommend
Very pleasant stay!
Only stayed a night but had a very pleasant stay! The service was incredible; the staffs were so helpful and friendly. Room is like in the picture and the beds were so comfortable. The lobby looks very fancy. The location was also perfect as it was near the Hoan Kiem lake; where everything is around. The only minus was that there was a small lizard in the toilet. Regardless, I really recommend the hotel!
Simply The Best!!
The best place to stay!! We couldn't have asked for more; we were smack in the middle of the shops and close to eateries and action! The service was absolutely outstanding and, desite travelling up and down Vietnam, no other place's breakfast came close to what the Hotel Meracus served us - so divine I wanted to sneak the chef home with me! I wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else to stay, if I went back. They advertise themselves as being like family, and they really and truly are.
Incredible Service and Excellent Location
Absolutely amazing hotel with an incredible staff. Throughout our stay in Vietnam, we found this to have the highest quality of service and genuine hospitality. It was extraordinarily clean and comfortable. You could not ask for a better hotel to stay at in Hanoi!
very convenient
it was an enjobale stay with hospitable staff
Language barrier or lack of concern for guests?
The air conditioner did not work in the room. Woke up at 2:30am in a sweat. Called the front desk about the issue. Someone came to the room and used the remote for the AC, said the issue was resolved "ok" and was never seen again for the night. The issue was never resolved, no fan was brought to the room and there was no offer to move to another room to finish the nights sleep comfortably. That morning at 6:00am, we informed the front desk that we had to keep our room door opened to the corridor to let out the heat etc. They followed us up to the room, looked at the remote and said it was "ok". No credit was given for an unacceptable nights stay.
best hotel near hoan kiem lake
it was lovely. excellent staff
Best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam
This hotel is outstanding with fabulous staff, especially Rachel and June. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The people who work at the hotel are professional and go out of their way to help with tours and advice. We highly recommend this hotel to visitors
Good location but room is small. Service is good. Security not so good, got thief broke in to our hotel in the midnight during my stay.
Tidy and cosy hotel in the center of the old Hanoi
Lovely clean and cozy hotel in the center of old quarters. Really friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Suitable for families.
Excellent Place to Stay on Ha Noi Old Town
We chose this hotel based on location and referrals from friends who had had excellent experiences there. It is an inner city hotel located in the old town section of Ha Noi within walking distance of shopping and great local restaurants. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent guidance for places to visit and how to travel and navigate the city. Their map was great and spotlighted the top visitor attractions and gave great choices for restaurants with price guides. The hotel breakfast was very well done and offered an array of Vietnamese and western dishes. We had 6 people in our group including two young children and found the hotel perfect for all. It is exceptionally clean and well managed and the staff was very attentive to our needs.
Great deal in a great location.
Excellent choice for location and service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Mattress could be firmer for a better night's sleep.
Great location and excellent staff
Stayed for 4 nights in a deluxe room. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rachel even helped us purchase last minute tickets for the Water Puppet show on the day we checked in! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter along "shoe street", just behind the Water Puppet Theatre and about 100m from Hoan Kiem Lake. It was far enough away from the backpacker areas but still close enough where we could comfortably walk to the bars, restaurants and shops frequented by foreigners. There isn't a pool or spa but they recommended an excellent spa (SF Spa) nearby. We asked for a room with a view on a high floor during booking and we got a top floor room with a large balcony and a fantastic view of Hoan Kiem Lake! It seemed like the only room of its kind, looking from the front of the property. Check in was very smooth as they had anticipated our arrival and everything was ready, just had to sign on the registration form. They also inspected our room to ensure all was in order, turned on the A/C and laptop computer before escorting us up to the room. The room was small even by Vietnam standards but it came with a large balcony which was about two-thirds as big as the room and came with outdoor furniture. Guess that's why the room seemed small :D. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate. It had eggs cooked to order and also freshly prepared pan cakes, eggs benedict and Vietnamese pho noodles.
Really enjoyable hotel
Nice hotel with great customer service. Staff couldn't do enough to help with booking tours shuttles or guidance for getting about Hanoi. Comfortable bed and clean room. Very close to the middle and lake so you walked out the door and pretty much had everything at your feet
Great central hotel with helpful caring staff
Fab hotel highly recommend if you want a central Location with the buzz of Hanoi. Lovely comfortable clean room with laptop if needed. Staff could nit hv been mire caring and helpful . Would dtay again in an indtant .
Really good staff , friendly, attentive and very approachable. Breakfast was great, a good variety of choices.in the heart of the old quarter, good location.
My favorite Hanoi hotel so far.
I stayed in a couple of different rooms at the Meracus. The first time due to a booking error I was upgraded to a "Family" room. Beautiful, big and a window to the outside. The "Superior" room that I had booked and is what I got the next time was a lot smaller and had a tiny window that opened to the stairwell. Both rooms were clean, great quality and came with a couple of bottles of water and a tray of fresh fruit. Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel
good service
well trained staff, explain everything clearly. good service, packed breakfast for us as we had to go to airport before breakfast time.
Great room! Fantastic staff!
Very nice hotel with a great staff. The level of English of the reception staff is exceptional. Breakfast was above and beyond. Highly recommended for reasonably price accommodation.
Fantastic stay, staff were so welcoming. If you don't have a specific plan for what to do in Hanoi, there's no need to worry as they will show you a map of what's good in the city upon checkin (thanks for recommending the 1946 resturant) - it was a great experience. One important thing to note though is that most places in Hanoi, including hotels, seem close their doors at around midnight (not 100% sure on the time) so don't be alarmed if the doors are shut if you return late. Our concerns swiftly went away after we found the door bell and they quick to let us in to our room. Thanks to everyone that looked after us at this hotel and I would recommend.
A good as it gets in this location/hotel segment
The hotel is medium size and well located in the old quarter. The service provide was, without exception, excellent, and was consistent with that provided by a much larger and prestigious hotel. A pleasant and somewhat homely breakfast is served downstairs consisting of local dishes. The room is simple but very comfortable and linens etc. were all scrupulously clean (and garnished with rose petals). The laundry service was good. In short, this is a highly recommended mid range hotel in the old quarter.
Impeccable service
Good things first - the service at this hotel was impeccable; I cannot remember better and that includes far more expensive and luxurious hotels. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. When my friend asked where to get oranges to make juice they directed him (nothing surprising there) but when he came back with oranges they explained he had made an error (he brought the orange ones, the fool) and so the lady at the desk took him out to buy green oranges (who knew?). And they were consistently brilliant like that - taxis were booked and arrived promptly, tours and spas were reasonably priced and easily booked, directions were precise, suggestions were helpful, breakfast staff were super and attentive, when asking for ice it appeared almost immediately. And so on. Less good things - the hotel is tiny and our rooms were super small. Hard to get two people and their cases in at the same time. You may bump your head on the wall trying to get out of the bed. If I were to stay again (and I certainly would) then I think paying the extra for a larger room is definitely worth it. The corridors are noisy, you will hear the other guests leaving and arriving and you will hear the rooms being serviced from around 7am. I could also fuss about the soap (awkward bottles) and a few other odd things but that would be unreasonably fussy. Overall, a terrific place to stay mostly thanks to the terrific staff.
Perfect Stay
This was the best stay in Hanoi over many other hotels i stayed at so far.
Friendly staff, good location, nice and clean room
Staff was very frendly and helpful, also with any ad-hoc request. With small gestures they definitely exceeded expectations. The room was clean and nice. Room service did a good job every day. The Hotel is located in the old quarter, just 1 minute walk away from the lake. Breakfast is good, offering western and asian food. The only thing to improve would be the wifi, which was sometimes quite slow.
Friendly staff, clean room
Hotel staff cares a lot and exceeded our expectations several times with small gestures. Room was clean and nice. Location is great, being in the old quarter and close to the lake.
Right in old town chaos
Right in the chaos of old town in one of its busiest little streets, which is convenient and at times inconvenient. Smaller hotel, but very clean and very friendly. A good choice if you are transferring to Halong Bay for a cruise. Rooms are good without being spectacular. A note though for the staff who looked after our luggage for a day, and were extremely courteous and friendly. They are great and a big asset to the hotel!
Superb!
My friend and I met a car accident on our way out of Hanoi, on the road to the airport. We emailed the hotel about it because they had arranged for the taxi. They were ever so helpful and even asked which hospital we're in (even as we were already in HCMC then) so they could send flowers! These guys are just the best staff one could find in a hotel. I will definitely recommend it and will stay there again.
Excellent hotel at old quarters!
Great staffs, good selection of breakfast, clean and nice rooms
Excellent hotel good location
Will definitely go back to this hotel should we visit Hanoi again. Staff are very attentive and can speak good English. Excellent breakfast. Location is in the old quarters, a few minutes walk to the beautiful lake and city centre, and other places of interest including local eateries and restaurants.
Great hotel! (but be careful when walking around)
Hotel was great, staff were great, food was great and service was great! Surrounding area was good, as the lake is close by, but it can be a tourist trap, as thieves and rip-off artists abound. I caught a pick-pocket reaching into my girlfriend's bag.
A Home Away from Home
We stayed here for a week. Suffice to say that we were treated like a royalty. All the staffs will greet you with a smile n a greeting upon meeting you everywhere and they are very eager to help you in every way they can. Upon check-in, we were given welcome drinks and cold towel for refreshments. Breakfast spread was plenty and we loved it how they take their time to cater to our needs as Muslim. They would explain which dish we can or can't take and if you need something like juice or cereal for the kids, they will get them for you, just ask away. Wifi is great any where in the hotel. The only beef I have is that the toilet's water pressure is too high. Upon the last day of our stay, the staff presents us with a complimentary farewell gift of traditional dessert. It was hard to say goodbye to a great hotel like this.
Fantastic service
Service and cleanliness was 5 star. Very attentive staff, polite and patient in answering our questions. We were so happy that we left an extra tip. Surrounding area is touristy as it's very close to the Lake, but there are pick pockets targeting unwary travelers returning to their hotels, so be careful.
Nice Hotel WithGood Service
A nice hotel with warm room setting. Clean and comfortable. A few minutes walk to Hoan Keam lake and is along the Shoe street.
Nice hotel and excellent services
Staffs are very friendly and exceptional services. Good locations.
Great service, Great Location and Great room
It was a small hotel, but with fantastic staff, very nice rooms and excellent location. strongly recommended.
Personnel de la réception aux petits soins
It's nice.
Nice location with good hospitality. we had great stay and the hotel staffs made our days in Hanoi great one.
立地がとても良く、ホアンキエム湖や買い物、レストランも近くて便利でした。 安い部屋は窓が無いのがやや残念ですが、その分静かでよく眠れました。ホテルの朝食が美味しかったのとスタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
I centrum .
Fin service och bra bemötande. Bra läge i en old quarter. Små rum utan fönster men beväpna sängar och inga störande ljud. Bra dusch.god frukost.
Sehr saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten ein Fenster zum Innenhof was schade war, da kaum Licht reinkam.
Good hotel with great staff!
Good hotel with extremely friendly staff! The hotel is in a great location (walking distance to everything). The hotel is slightly outdated and our room would need to be refurbished within short. Overall we are very happy with our stay, and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

It was claustrophic and forgettbale. Older building, basically dingy. It is in a nice area, central to the old city. Other than that, mediocre or worse. Food at breakfast was completely average.
