Budget hotel. Room clean and comfortable, even though there were no snacks avilqble in the room and the room service didn't have any food available.

Good central location, all good

Very nice staff, lovely room and clean

Away from all the craziness in the old quarter so a good place to rest, plus good breakfast. Our TV was broken though, our room smelled a bit strange, and the car They arranged to take us to the airport was very unprofessional. Not bad for the price though.

Everything was just great For the price, you cannot expect better It can be rated 5 star or at least 4

Good hotel for a short stay

Good hotel with a convenient location close to the railway station. Room is clean and comfortable despite the hotel needs a bit of refreshment. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is okay but not exceptional The street is very busy so cant be a bit noisy sometimes Overall a good place to stay for couple of nights

Great Hotel ,location not so good

We were looking fir a hotel in or near the old quarter. This hotel is in the tyre fitting quarter. Having said that the staff were delightful and the room of a high standard. The breakfast was good and we were able to go to places we wanted to see by taxi

Nice hotel but in wrong area of Hanoi

pleasant hotel, great staff and services except restaurant, need a lot of work on menu and chef (was not too interested, lacked attention to detail, messy work station).

Best Room Ever!!

This hotel is awesome! I had the coolest room with an old style window that had a great view of a Hanoi neighborhood. Like 1920s NYC or Paris. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was great and so helpful. 5 stars all the way!

Nice clean place.

Stayed there 4 nights. Room was well kept. Staff is professional, courteous and hard working. Staff helped us booked and plan activities for the next leg of our trip. Reasonable price for hotel. Only criticism is there is no spa.

Great staff, ok hotel

Pros: wonderfully kind helpful staff, reasonably quiet, close to Temple of literature and Hanoi Hilton jail. Cons: 20 minute walk to centre of old town, huge selection of breakfast foods, but not great quality, they should do fewer things and do it better. Shower/Bath setup was stupid, constantly leaked water everywhere.

It was just ok for one night only ... you get what you paid for .... noise from the street early morning... staff are ok... don't expect too much

Nice budget hotel

We checked in at 06:30am so our room was not ready. We were given a pot of tea by the staff and they promised the room would be ready by 11am (and it was). Good location within 5 minutes of the train station. Our room was nice and spacious as we booked the suite. No real amenities at the hotel but we were only there for 2 nights. Restaurant is on top floor - dinner and breakfast were both excellent although dinner was a bit pricy compared to other places (about £15 for a meal for 2 with beer). We checked out at 05:30am on our 2nd morning so they made us up a breakfast bag to go. Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Prison are within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter and the botanical gardens were a little further away but taxis are dirt cheap. No complaints about this hotel, would recommend.

Comfortable city hotel

Hotel location was ideal for eating out, shopping and exploring the city. We could easilly walk to all the museums and attractions we were interested in.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Double beds are bigger than other Asia hotel rooms, more closer to US hotel room size.

Good value hotel in good location

perfectly adequate hotel for a good price. comfortable bed, nice bathroom, kettle, fridge etc. Bit noisy (outside street noise and from other guests in the hotel) but nothing major. Only sheet on the bed; no blanket/cover - which would actually have been nice.

Good for what it is

The staff were lovely but the hotel itself whilst very clean was quite tired and dated in appearance. It is also next to the train station which is good if you want to travel elsewhere by that mode but it would probably have been a better idea to stay in the Ancient Town of Hanoi.

Pleasantly surprised ..,.

I was keen to stay in a different part of the city so chose Larosa Hotel. Near the railway station and still in reasonable walking distance of Hoan Kiem. The neighbourhood was far less touristy and the shopping, dining, and ca phe options fewer but had a genuine feel of Ha Noi. The hotel was better than expected, the reception staff very helpful, and the amenities had a new feel about them. Clean, tidy. I was given a room upgrade which became very generous for one person, but appreciated. Only weak point in the room was the TV. It's size and position did not encourage you to turn it on! Buffet breakfast also generous and courteously 'served'. Highly recommended and worth a return visit.

Great value in great location

We stayed 4 nights at the Larosa on a recent trip, and we couldn't be happier. We stayed in the suites which were a small increase in cost but were worth the extra. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant on 3 occasions and found the food to be excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel. The main positive with our stay however was the wonderful staff. They were truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble, always greeted with a smile. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Friendly staffs

Talking to the staff in English or trying to speak VietNamese, getting smiles from the staffs every time,and correcting my VietNamese words.

Very comfortable new hotel.

This is a new hotel and I would strongly recommend it. I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent especially the fresh salads - the green papaya was my favourite! The staff were very very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Hanoi.

The staff at Larosa where outstanding. From the minute we walked into the hotel we were greeted with such enthusiasm. Thanh Tỉ Tỉ Thanh the duty manager on shift when we arrived always welcomed us with a smile and some friendly conversation. He also organised an awesome trip to HaLong Bay at a great price. This hotel is highly recommended and i'd definitely stay here again. All staff there were very good.

Nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi

After reading all of the other reviews on Expedia I had high expectations of the staff and customer service at Larosa, when we arrived we were not disappointed. The staff could not do enough for us, the rooms were very nice and the hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. In this area you get to see the real Vietnam as well as the tourist areas in Hanoi. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience

At first I was skeptical about the hotel service as it is new and I tried to search many other hotel but finally I choose this hotel as the price is reasonable and it locates in the centre of Hanoi city. Let me tell you my whole experience. It was FANTASTIC and beyond my expectation woww. When I first came in, i was amazed as this hotel looks like so beautiful and modern. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Me and my boyfriend stayed there for just 1 night ( I wish I could stay for longer) and we are very happy about the room service. They have great gym equipments (my boyfriend did try) and beauty spa ( i did my facial massage). The breakfast was included in the price( I paid 40$ for 2 of us staying for 1 night- you never can have a better price anywhere else with this service ) , the food was good too. The location is perfect, its in the centre so its easy to travel around to see historical sightseeing or street food( which is very famous in Hanoi). It takes 5 mins to walk to Quoc Tu Giam( a very famous historical place). Moreover, the PRICE is very reasonable and the WHOLE SERVICE is very satisfying. The staffs are well trained and professional. The hotel itself is so beautiful. And, the water system here is so good and strong. I did have my hot shower for more than 1hr and the water is still strong and hot. I went to many hotel before but Larosa is best until now.

受付の女の子の接客と笑顔がとてもよかったです。 おすすめの場所を教えてくれたり、SIMをお使いにいってくれました。 英語でスムーズに会話できます。

ハノイ駅近のサービス良いホテル

ハノイ駅から徒歩5分ほど。空港バスの乗降にも非常に便利です。ただ周囲はローカルな店ばかりなので、旧市街の方にしばらく歩く必要があるかもしれません。 ホテル自体も清潔で、規模が大きすぎないのがが無駄に移動の必要がなく便利でした。広めの部屋を手配していただきましたが、大きなソファーのリビング風スペースまであるような快適な部屋で、バスルームにはバスタブもありました。 朝食は種類はさほど多くありませんが、フルーツやプリンなどデザート系が美味しかったです。

Not up to standard service and location

The hotel was nice and had a good breakfast. The location was very dirty and quite displeasing! Service was not to standard, got tje feeling they were understaffed and people were not on hand even at the time they had told is they would be there. Also i am quite displeased that they would give one quote at payment renegue on the quote and ask for more (even if the original was already overpriced but that was what agreed to). Left a dishonesty feeling about it!

シニアルームに2泊宿泊。 残念な点 防音と書いてあってたが廊下で人が話す音や街の音、ハノイ駅からの音は部屋の中まで聞こえる。 シャワーが浴槽の上部に固定されたタイプ。首は動かせる。そのため広範囲に水が飛び散るためカーテンだけでは防げなく床が水浸しになった。 ドライヤーが古い。 良い点 ハノイ駅から歩ける。 朝食はサラダの種類が多い。焼きそばやペンネも日替わりであった。 スタッフはフレンドリー。 シャワーのお湯は常時適温。

Very good Hotel

I had stay this hostel for 3days. It was very nice hotel. This hotel have good location and good view with a convenient location close to the railway station(Ga-ha-noi). staffs have a nice smile and kindliness. When I could not open the security box. staffs help me. if I visited hanoi. I would stay this hotel. Thank you for all staffs.

Es ist ein süßes Hotel mit sehr, sehr nettem Personal. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zum Großteil fußläufig zu erreichen.
