가격대비 짱입니다. 위치가 대박입니다. 공항버스와 사파버스에서 내려 3분거리입니다. 주위에 맛집도 많구요. 다 걸어 다닐수 있는 위치라 좋았어요. 시설도 깨끗하고 침대도 편해서 잘 잤네요. 무료,차와 커피,물 2병이 준비되어 있답니다. 직원이 매우 친절하게 정보도 알려줘요. 1. location is good. 2. very nice service specifically Andrew helped a lot. 3. very clean room and bed.

Receptionist Leo is very helpful by recommending us where to visit and provide us alternative plans when places that we wish to visit are closed.

Facility was old. Bedsheet and quilt cover was dirty. Staffs was nice.

The Diamond King was great! The friends I was traveling with had stayed here on a previous trip, and so we decided to stay again. The service was excellent! The bellhop helped my friend visit a doctor, get medicine, and translate his prescription. They were incredibly accommodating and very helpful in the food and spa reccomnedations. I will definitely stay at the Diamond King again.

Great stay in Hanoi

Very good location near the night market with comfortable rooms. We stayed 1 night each in 2 rooms, both were great but we preferred the room facing the back of the hotel as it was quieter. Service was impeccable and the counter and restaurant staff spoke good English and gave recommendations on what to do and eat around the area. Rooms were decently sized and clean.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff are lovely and the rooms are great. The street is busy in the day as it is in the centre but great for shops. Good prices. Very clean.

Great Location

Had issues checking in on our early arrival. Was forced to book the family room that was available in order to get to a room at 05:30 for a shower and sleep after travelling from the UK. Not the most welcoming of starts.

Hanoi Diamond King = excellent choice

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Not only was the hotel in a great location but the customer service was impeccable. Ken, welcomed me to the hotel and made me feel at home right away. He explained the surrounding area and sights as well as offered possible tours I could attend. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. Plus, I was able to choose daily one cooked plate such as banana pancake, french toast, scramble eggs as well as Asian style cuisine. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Great little hotel in perfect location.

The staff in this hotel were outstanding, we tend to like doing things ourselves and they were happy to help with transport without the expensive add-on's. They looked after us like family. We stayed in the rooms at the front and were definitely worth the small premium. Our special thanks to Julia for the cleanliness of the rooms on both of the occasions that we stayed at the Diamond King. Also thank-you to all the staff we did and didn't get to meet.

Centralizada e bom café da manhã!

O quarto parecia mais confortável nas fotos da reserva e a janela não abria, isso me frustou um pouco. Café da manhã excelente. Ajudante e recepcionista muito carismáticos e atenciosos. O bar que aparece na foto não existe. Pedimos gelo e não possuía.

Personnels charmants et très agréables efficaces. Ne pas se sentir gêné pour poser des questions au sujet des choses a faire ils vous renseignent très bien et feront tout le nécessaire pour vous satisfaire.Franchement il faut le vivre pour vraiment se rendre compte de la gentillesse de ces gens

Accueil très sympathique avec conseils en prime. Gardiennage de bagage offert et très arrangeant pour divers services. Lit un peu ferme mais de bonne qualité et chambre bien insonorisée au vue du bruit permanent de la route. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Didnt have hot water to shower and water was very less. Staff could repair it to have hot water but just Little water came out.

직원들께서 매우 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 첫날 오전 12시 경에 늦게 체크인했는데 외관 조명이 꺼져있어서 찾기가 조금 힘들었습니다. 그렇지만 정말 관리가 잘 되어있고, 조식도 맛있고, 직원분들도 친절하여 만족한 호텔이었습니다.

위치는 굉장히 만족하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 다만 오래된 건물이라 시설들이 조금 오래된 시설이네요.

Zentrales Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal

Das Hotel liegt Zentral in Hanoi. Das Receptionspersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restsurantsempfehlungen bekommt man sogleich beim einchecken sowie Ausflüge werden vom Hotel gut organisiert. Zimmer sind eher klein. Früstück ist super, kann von Karte gewählt werden.

Établissement bien situé et personnel trèsattentif aux besoins des clients.

Bonne situation dans Hanoï, personnel attentionné même si l'anglais n'est pas toujours bien maîtrisé. 3 catégories de chambres, la plus simple n'ayant pas de fenêtre. Chambre conforme aux photos, pas de mauvaise surprise. Petit déjeuner avec buffet très copieux et varié qui se révèle excellent.une bonne adresse au rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Choisir la suite junior pour ceux qui veulent une fenêtre et pas de bruit.

Top-Service und Lage in Hanoi!

Das Hotel wirkte wie eine kleine Oase der Ruhe inmitten der belebten Altstadt und war perfekt für ein paar Tage in Hanoi. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele gute Restaurants und Bars. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tickets für die Wasserpuppen-Show, Taxi und Flughafentransfer wurden schnell und günstig organisiert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, man konnte zusätzlich zum Buffet etwas frisch Zubereitetes bestellen. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl und würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

När vi kom så sa dom att dom.inte har fått vår bekräftelse från hotel.com fast jag har fått dears Hotel bekräftelse att rummet är bokad. Vi fick ett annat hotel med samman pris säger dom :)) va ska man ta vägen när rummet är betald och när dom säger att dom har ingen rum ledigt vilken val har man :((

Je recommande cet hôtel très bien placé dans le vieux Hanoi. Propre , une literie super , un calme incroyable malgré sa situation et une équipe top , aux petits soins pour la clientèle ! des petits déjeuners super !

旧市街の中の便利なホテル

旧市街の旧家保存館(ママイの家)の向かい側で、どこに行くにも便利。従業員の皆さんは本当に親切で、何度もハノイに来ていますが一番感じが良かったです。 日本語は通じませんが、英語OK、朝食バイキング付き、バスルームにはシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ドライヤー、お部屋にはエアコン、冷蔵庫、お湯沸かしポット有り。

주요 관광지랑 가까워서 걸어다니는데 전혀 문제가 없었어요. 길에 항상 사람이 있어 밤에 돌아다닐때도 크게 안무섭고 방음도 거슬릴정도로 시끄럽진 않았어요. 청소도 매일해주셔서 꽤 깔끔했구 어느 호텔이나 그렇겠지만 직원분들이 친절하셔서 아주 좋았습니다. 이불커버는 수건은 매일 갈고 쓰레기도 항상 비워주시는데 여러날동안 묵었는데 이불커버는 매일 안가는것 같아요. 가끔 나갔다 들어와도 머리카락 그대로 있더라구요. 그래도 사람이 아예 바뀌면 커버도 바꾸시는 것 같아서 크게 신경 안썼어요. 방크기는 둘이서 캐리어를 펼쳐놓아도 안 비좁을 만큼 넓었구요. 창문 바로앞에 다른 건물이 있어 전망은 전혀 안나오지만 그냥 날씨 확인하는 정도로는 괜찮았어요. 없는 것 보단 훨씬 덜 답답해 보였어요. 조식은 한두가지 바뀌긴하지만 거의 같구 쌀국수나 샌드위치같은거 시키면 만들어 주는데 꽤 맛있었어요. 한국어 후기가 별로 없어서 다른 호텔이랑 망설였는데 아주 만족합니당^^

Hôtel très bien situé dans hanoi (nous avons fait 3 hôtels et celui la est vraiment central ) très proche de nombreux resto, bar, agence de voyages.. Bon accueil avec jus de fruit offert Chambre très confortable avec bonne literie Bon petit déjeuner (même si il est dommage de pouvoir prendre juste un plat à la carte en plus du buffet) Attention certaines chambres sont sans fenêtre
