TravellerAmazing staff and great rooms right in the heart of the old quarters. The breakfast was just right and the support from Amanda and her team ensured we got great cruise and day trip options. We had booked 2 rooms for multi day including a cruise in Halong bay in between right now around the new year. The rooms were clean and at great rates. The hotel team ensured they took our needs for vegetarian only food and gave some great recommendations for nearby restaurants.
