Great experience with Allure
This is the best hotel location in old quarter. You can’t find any fault with this hotel. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about what you are expecting. They even give you a food guide and tourist area around Hanoi. They also have tour consultant to cater your need if you are travel out of Hanoi. The room was clean and quiet. Air conditioner work very well for me during this hot summer period. The heater work well with warm water immediately when you turn on. Do not miss this hotel if you are coming to Hanoi. Will definitely come back again.
5 star !!!!
Allure hotel is certainly one of the best hotels you can get in Hanoi. Location is awesome, food is good, and most importantly service is above and beyond. Justin the staff is particularly helpful in giving us local sites and restaurants … we love his enthusiasm and cheeriness!
Incredible staff and service, in a great location. Would absolutely recommend and return
This is a great place to stay if you don't mind the busy night life with noise and crowds. The hotel photos are the real deal. We were happy to stay there with their very supportive staff. They make the whole experience super nice. Highly recommend it as it is in the heart of Old Quarter.
I’m the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, this quaint and charming hotel is the perfect place to stay! The staff is beyond helpful and friendly and willing to help you navigate your plans. I appreciated all the people we met there and how they go out of their way to make your stay wonderful!!
Staff amazing and all round great hotel
Hotel close to many attractions, yet quiet in the hotel. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The shower is great and bed very comfortable! Spacious rooms. The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough. Sam especially really helped us when we had an issue with a flight change, she called on our behalf our next hotel and got all our transfers changed too. One day I was hungover (Beer Street!) and she offered me ginger tea and anything else to help. She was amazing. We would come back to this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
Staff was wonderful and overall the hotel was great. The location however, was not great at all. It's a block away from the Beer Street, so gets quite loud at night with lots of people flocking to the bars around. It's extremely dirty on the streets. There is also a loud speaker right outside the hotel and announcements come on twice a day, once at 7:30 am and once at 5:30 pm and it's pretty loud and can be heard from inside the rooms.
Great location.
Excellent location. Clean and modern. Very helpful staff.
Thank you Wendy for make for us and incredible stay. You are a very nice and sweet person. We had a great time and had a lot of smiles and memories. Thank you for everything. All the staff was very helpful.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Great location. Gym can use an upgrade
Great place to stay in Hanoi, in fact we stayed there on two separate occasions. The deluxe room was well sized for two people, clean and quiet. The breakfast, which is included, was a delicious delight. The location is close to all the old quarter highlights. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great place that’s super clean and walking distance to just about everything. The staff is very helpful in making recommendations and supporting transportation needs. They also provide a FANTASTIC complimentary breakfast.
The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Service was excellent! Front staff was extremely helpful and can book your day trips. Lots of good eats, shopping, massages & nail salons in the area.
Excellent boutique hotel!
This was such a good surprise; we expected nothing but a room right in the smack of the old quarter, known for nearly unwalkable packed streets with hawkers and squat restaurants. But we arrived to a super clean and well managed hotel with excellent staff. It was such an oasis to come back to from the sweltering heat on the busy streets. The room was very quiet, making you forget that you’re in the middle of the Old Quarter. Sam was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, to the quality of a five star hotel concierge. Would totally recommend to anyone staying in this area!
Hotel is central to all shops, restaurants, and bars. Definitely great night life. The included breakfast buffet is a plus. Try their coffee and special of the day noddle bowl. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended.
A well-located hotel in the Hanoi Old Town. The double-glazed windows in my room completely blocked out any noise from the street. Walking distance to many great bars, restaurants and cafes. Staff were very accommodating and keen to share their experiences working hard to run the hotel post-Covid. Good luck to them!
Excellent hotel! Will definitely recommend it to my friends who are looking to stay in Hanoi
All the staff were welcoming and charming. The room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Location fantastic. I loved everything about this hotel. This is a real hotel experience made perfect by all the staff.
A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Excellent, friendly and super-helpful staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooms are huge and spotless and the beds are the most comfortable we’ve slept in in Vietnam. We can’t wait to come back!
This hotel was amazing and really helped us have a great trip to Hanoi. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The location is perfect in the middle of the Old Quarter and everything was walkable. The staff at the hotel was incredible. Anna, Vivian, Jenny, and Rose were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us when we needed something.
We absolutely loved our stay here! Very close (1-2 min walk) to beer street and night market. The room was comfortable, spacious, and QUIET which we appreciated since we read online how noisy Hanoi can be. Wendy and the other staff were so friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. My husband had an upset stomach and staff were quick to offer ginger tea and anything else to make him more comfortable. During check in we were provided with a brochure including foods to try and recommended restaurants/addresses. We really enjoyed their Banh Mi restaurant recommendation at Bahn Mi 25! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
Very warm hospitality - will give good advice on what is to be done nearby. They gave me an upgrade to a lovely room. Staff was accomodative to my requests.
Nice hotel.
The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. When I had a trouble with the pick up location of my tour, the staff quickly let me know where to go. And I could join my tour group successfully. I will stay here when I visit Hanoi again.
The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful with check in, food and sight seeing recommendations , arranging /coordinating with our transportation. The breakfast was also great with lots of options. Room was clean and quiet .
I booked the Allure but was transferred to their sister hotel (Tirant) due to operational reasons. So I ended up not staying at Allure but Tirant is run by the same group. Location was excellent, right in the centre of the old city. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel staff was super friendly, helpful and always happy to help! I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is in old quarter - close to a lot of good places. Everything was very clean and in great conditions. highly recommended!
All was good
The staff was exceptionally outgoing and friendly, namely Sunny, Jenny, and Joyce.
Clean, new and excellent front dest service, her name is Anna.
Lovely hotel with amazing staff in a unique location. The room was great and the staff was very helpful with all questions and requests
Hanoi hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable
The staff are all friendly and helpful. I felt delighted
Excellent location within old quarters surrounded by a lot of nice food, cafe, pubs etc.
An Oasis of Calm in the Old Town
Slap bang in the middle of old town, the Hanoi Allure is an oasis of calm amongst the madness of Hanoi. The staff are super nice and the rooms are comfortable. We were staying for two nights before a trip down to Halong Bay and everything was perfect. Breakfast was varied.
The staff are amazing and very friendly. We loved everything about the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
A good place to stay in the French quarter.
Good price. Great breakfast and serving staff.
Very small
Very different to photos and much smaller than portrayed
The hotel, staff, breakfast, and area were excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The facility, and most important the room, was clean and comfortable.
The best location in old quarters of Hanoi. You are right there amongst the hustle and bustle but the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was awesome. Service was awesome and the staff are very knowledgeable for all of your needs. We highly recommend this boutique hotel.
Clean, great staff and close to everything
Great location. Clean room and very accommodating staff. The front desk went above and beyond expectations. They staff even made accommodations for our family to shower up after we checked out and before out 11 pm flight. I would recommend this nice boutique hotel
Good location, friendly staff
Good location and staff are very friendly, especially Kate and Jenny. I got sore throat and Kate prepared a hot lemongrass tea for me at the breakfast, and Jenny introduced me to a local salty lemon. Although it said it has renovation nearby, we stayed outside most of the day and didn't really get disturbed.
Excellent hotel right in the heart of downtown Hanoi. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great, highly recommended.
Will definitely come back
An amazing stay in style at Allure Hotel! Just stayed one night but wished to have stay more! A swimming pool would be great. Thanks again! Amazing team, food and comfy bed!
From the time we arrived the staff were so helpful and the hotel was to a high standard plus our room was great the bed and linen was to a high standard and really enjoyed the shower ..Hotel was in a great area plus breakfast was great
Excellent boutique hotel
A calm and relaxing hotel amongst the chaotic old quarter streets. Excellent service from the front desk. Location is ideal. My room was very spacious and nicely decorated. I asked for a room with a bath and they complied. Very nice breakfast also.
Staff is very friendly and being helpful. service is excellent.
Location English speaking receptionist helpful in organising tours
Helpful staff and great location
The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was in the center of Old Quarter and hence was easy to walk around. It does get busy and loud at night, but not too late. Definitely recommend!
Everything is good
The best hotel in Hanoi
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Staff, cleanliness, location, pretty, comfortable...my favorite hotel in Vietnam! Was there for a month.
Top boutique hotel in busy Old Quarters
Excellent customer service, beautiful interior design, good breakfast
From the moment we were greeted at the door it was an experience to remember. The warmth of the staff, attentiveness, attention to detail, their helpfulness, the special room & ambiance created by all the little extras I cannot praise them highly enough. The joy of staying in the small boutique hotels is you are a person & not a number. The location in old town was superb with the restaurants / bars / shopping at our door step. All the things you come to Vietnam to experience. The double glazing meant the noise & hustle & bustle was left outside. Breakfast was fantastic. A short walk to the lake that is a joy to walk around in the middle of this beehive of activity. This hotel is a must stay in Hanoi.
6 Nights in Hanoi
The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bathroom was perfect and the location was excellent if you want to stay in the old quarter where you step out the door and into the mix of the old quarter and restaurants and shop galore to track down a bargain. The breakfast was excellent and all you could hope for. There is a small exercise area in the hotel and the WiFi was excellent. I found the staff to be the best asset of the hotel and they were courteous and obliging in organising side trips and tours and always welcoming on return to the hotel..
We had some difficulty with the construction noise next door. On one day started before 7.00am and continued all day until after 10.00pm. The management tried and went out of their way to comfort us. This was extremely appreciated. As can be seen we thought all aspects of the hotel itself were first class.
recommended!
great boutique hotel with excellent service.
Absolutely the best hotel in Hanoi we have stayed so far. All staff are friendly. I emphasize ALL! The location is good as it is in the heart of Old Quarter. The only downside is the construction next door which is noisy during the daytime. However we knew this in advance as we were reminded by the Hotel.
5 star service
Staff at the reception were very warm, friendly and helpful, definitely deserve 5 star. Room is clean, bright and the bed was the most comfortable one in my entire 10 days trip. Hotel is in a good location in old quarter, surrounded by many local eateries, cafes, bars, restaurants and the weekend night market is just a few street away. The construction noise did not bother us much as we were usually not in the room during the day. And the staff are always very apologetic about the situation, and were always making checks to ensure that we are not too disturbed by it.
Cozy small hotel with an amazing staff.
Extraordinarily friendly staff! Superb.
Great location, great service
Central in old quarter main district of Hanoi - perfect location. Beautiful building and excellent service from staff throughout
Everything is perfect and spotless in this hotel from the first step until the last. The room is so comfortable with full amenities and amazing complimentary. The room interior is great feeling the charm of Hanoi. I feel that things in this hotel especially in the room are designed very carefully to comfort the guests in all moments. The A/Cs are situated in the very right position for both sleeping and sitting area. Lighting is so good and can be dimming on your control. Sofa set in sitting area is so good and comfortable that I felt asleep on it. Toilet is very well designed also. Bed, blanket and pillows are super comfy for very good sleep. Everything in the room is very well arranged. The reception is so good especially Rachel who took very good care of me from the first minute 'til I left. She has so natural service-mind and ready to solve your problem at her best. In conclusion, I feel so good staying in this hotel and can say that this Hanoi Allure Hotel becomes the number one hotel in my mind now travelling around the world.
Beautiful boutique hotel.
Gorgeous little hotel, spotlessly clean, great air con, comfortable beds, good breakfast and amazing staff who spoke perfect English. Highly recommend
Lovely staff and great location
Great location in old quarter of Hanoi. Staff were excellent, they arranged a transfer from the airport at the last minute and were super helpful during the check in process. Additionally, while waiting to get picked up by a Halong Bay tour company the receptionist saw we had been waiting for a while so offered to call the tour company - turns out they had lost our booking so thank goodness the receptionist was so helpful!
perfect location. friendly staff. very clean rooms
Brand new hotel in the Old Quarter
Brand new and nicely decorated hotels located in the heart of the Old Qtr. Rooms are adequate size, beds are comfortable, shower pressure is very good. The front desk staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations and speak English very well. The only minor negative is that the hotel is in a neighborhood of "disco-type" bars and loud (bass) music can be playing past midnight. If you prefer to be in the middle of the nightlife, this is a perfect hotel for you. We had an early turn-in as we had an early flight the next morning.
Great service! Great breakfast! Very helpful. I strongly recommend. I am from Boston and have been to Asia about 50 times. This was the first time to Vietnam and this was one of the nicest hotels with the nicest employees Ive ever stayed at!
Nice & new hotel. Great location
Nice & new Hotel. Great location. Friendly staffs. Little noisy due to the construction.
Great little hotel
We really loved our stay! Very luxurious for the price. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Location is really great, right in the middle of old quater. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Chau who was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel.
Good location in the middle of the Old Town. Staff very helpful. Rooms well appointed and quiet. Bed very firm. Good selection of TV channels and Netflix. Overall a pleasant stay in a comfortable boutique hotel.
Excellence in services, location, cleanliness etc
The best hotel services I experienced ever! The staffs are dedicated, attentive & sensitive to customers’ needs. Bella went though lengths to check where to get served the traditional Vietnam drip coffee whereas Joyce arranged a surprise after she knew it’s our anniversary! We were pampered! The hotel is in a gd location— not too noisy yet convenient. We are light sleepers (with ear plugs), but the street noise is definitely acceptable. Lots of food choices and shops to wonder nearby. The staffs are eager to advise where/what to do/buy, and their hot spots list filled our fun time. We were served welcome drink & a tray of Vietnamese dessert/fruit on our bed when we first checked in...seriously, I did not expect boutique hotel to go to such detail to wow customers. The room is new and clean, gd size with bath tub. The room is also better equipped than most others similar class hotels. Besides the usual stuffs, it has hair dryer, digital weighing scale and umbrella. Even the alarm clock is superb and we asked the staff if we can buy the clock! For the morning breakfast, despite it is not too large a spread, it is adequate. The buffet is served with fruits, Western and Asian breakfast choices. This way, not too much food go to waste since this is a small boutique hotel. We are impressed with the service excellence the staffs aim to achieve. We would love to visit Hanoi again, stay in the same hotel sometime later, hopefully in the cooler season
Beautiful, well located hotel!!
Hotel is amazing. Beautiful room, really helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely choose this hotel again for another visit to Hanoi.
Great location in the Old Quarter with friendly staff and very clean facilities. The service by various staff members far exceeded my expectations. Special mention to the following staff members: Front Desk - Bella, Chau, Joyce, Tachel, Anna, Willam and Chen Breakfast Room - Lisa and Janet Doorman - Nick, Henry and Viet The only downside was the small closet space.
Lovely hotel ideally situated. Gorgeous room,702 with 2 balconies. Would certainly reurn
Good location Friendly
Good Location
nice small hotel with good service, unfortunately there is a big construction going on adjusting to the hotel with a lot of noise and disturbance, under consideration of that the hotel is overpriced, breakfast average but service staff is very nice and helpful
Great accommodation amazing breakfast
Lovely stay, slight noise from the clubs nearby but usually down bout 1am. I’m a light sleeper but overall no issue with the noise. Location is unbeatable with so many shops and restaurants around. Even though breakfast variety was small, but top quality ingredients and preparation. Room decor is also classy and works fine. Will not hesitate to stay again.
Great place
Fantastic staff! So helpful and friendly. The Day manager (female, wish I could remember her name) really helped make it a great experience. Very comfortable beds and good sized room. Breakfast was good. Hotel is centrally located to food, shopping, bars etc.
Nice new boutique hotel.
Nice new boutique hotel located in Old quarter area. Rooms are clean, good wifi signal, friendly staff. Just have to improve on the breakfast selection. Lots of things to do around the hotel.
Nice Boutique Hotel, friendly staff
Very friendly and good service as usual in Hanoi, the area is very convenient if you like entertainment, restaurants, bars all nearby. The rooms are good for this type of hotel, comfortable bed. Presently their is a large construction adjusting to the hotel therefor it is very loud during the daytime, from 8 am to 5 pm, breakfast is basic standard but good service by the staff
Hanoi - amazing city!
This hotel is in a great, fun and bustling tourist area near the weekend walking streets, dining/drinking area and the night market. We had booked to stay at Allure, but due to my daughter getting sick, we had to cancel last minute. They were great to deal with and cancelled our reservation free of charge. They have since followed up with me to check in on her and ensure I had received the refund. Will make sure to visit another time.
Out of this world service at this fantastic hotel.
The hotel was fantastic. The staff were the best I have ever come across in my travels.....and I have travelled widely and regularly.
Excellent Hotel in good location!
Excellent newly opened hotel with 5 Star services! Everything was great about this hotel from location, wonderful staff , nice breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. Although there was construction work behind the hotel, we were not affected by it at all as work stopped at 6 pm and we were out most of the day. We will definitely choose this hotel if we come back to Hanoi again.
Nice environment nearby at night.
It is a new and well kept hotel.
Great Experience
We had wonderful stay at the Allure and all the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The bed was amazing and e were very comfortable. We will definitely return to Allure & Hanoi.
Very very friendly staff & heart of old quarter
Very friendly and kind staffs!!! The place itself is very new and good condition, the most important thing is clean!!!!!! Strongly recommend to someone look for clean and warm hospitality. I enjoyed a lot here, definitely I will stay here if I come back to Hanoi.
Very kind staff
The staffs are amazing kind and friendly. And room and facilities are pretty good, specially I enjoyed orchid smell when I am in lobby. I strongly recommend this hotel to someone look for clean and friendly boutique hotel.
A little piece of heaven in the center of Hanoi
Probably the best experience I've had in Vietnam. Five star treatment for a very accessible price. The hotel is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, and even tho is really central, once you are inside the hotel/room there's no noise coming from the outside. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommended hotel in Hannoi
Really nice and cozy stay and convenient location.. Service is excellent!!
Thank you especially Miss chau
Excellent new hotel in old quarter. The staff especially Miss Chau were the best I have ever come across in 10 years of trip advisor reviews. They even all came out to wave us goodbye at the end of our stay. And a bottle of wine in celebration of our anniversary. The breakfast area is quite small but they rang us when a table became free after five minutes.
Great new hotel in Heart of Hanoi.m
Beautiful hotel just opened. Good sized rooms nicely decorated Huge bed really fast WiFi. Exceptional staff. In the heart of old quarter so a bit noisy outside with bustling street life but wouldn’t let that put you off. Air conditioning worked really well, a bonus. Fantastic value.
In the middle of it all...
This hotel is really in the center of the Old Quarter. Easily walk most all of the area with proper care and lookout for the thousands of motorbikes going in all directions. The staff was absolutely amazing here, each morning I was greeted by name for breakfast. Many of my days Joyce sat with me and helped plan my day of what to see and where to eat traditional foods. There is a wonderful spa just steps out the front door of the hotel, so after many long hours of exploring a massage before bed was great- also reasonable priced. There was music playing in the street but all seemed quiet after about 11 or midnight.
I really enjoyed staying in Hanoi Allure Hotel. It is newly renovated recently and everything was clean, well maintained. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was great too. The hotel is located in the center of area, perfect location for tourists. I would definitely come back.
Very new hotel
They were extremelyhelpfull, especially William Fung
Hanoi Allure Hotel
This hotel is super amazing. From the moment we step foot into the hotel we were in awed and were given superb service. The hotel is very new, clean and very nicely decorated. The location was just amazing as it is right smack in the centre of Old Quarter. Once we walk out we had tons of cafe and restaurants around us to try. We were spoilt with choices. Service was top notch and a big special thanks to Justin and Joyce. There were very nice, gave us alot of information and even upgraded our 2 rooms to bigger rooms as we traveled with our baby and needed the space. They delivered more than what was expected. The coffee house was very nicely decorated and we enjoyed our breakfast there. Overall, without any hesitation I would recommend my friends to stay there. If I were to go back Hanoi, no doubt I would choose this hotel again. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
Excellent location
Everywhere is within 2 to 10mins walk. Staffs were very helpful. The gym facilities is just 2 treadmill and have some stench smell.
Friendly and helpful Staff
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to stay.
excellent standard, new hotel !
I was old the time well advised by the hotel staff about where to go and or what to do. The old quarters are really worth to visit, one needs to bear in mind that Hanoi city is more than this area hence its advisable to move around to other areas. Taxis are not expensive nor the motorbike taxis (Grab), although only recomendable for those who do not care much about safety. Halong Bay is very nice but to far for a day visit (five hours by coach each way), however there is an enormous amount of tourist there therefore the pleasure of being there is largely reduced. I never saw the place as in the pictures in brochures and magazines. The Cave (Surprise Cave) at Halon Bay is really worth to visit. There is a need to be there overnight to have a better feeling and chance to enjoy. by the way, Do not miss going go Bai Dinh Trang which is only 2.5 hours away by coach from Hanoi, its really worth it ! One day trip is enough... enjoy Vietnam through Hanoi City.
Excellent stay
Wonderful stay at the Allure . In old quarter and a few minutes walk to the lake . Just the right size and not too big . Staff very attentive and keen to assist in all ways .
It's simply amazing! The staff especially Bella, are exceptionally helpful and attentive. The room is clean, cosy and very comfortable! Breakfast served was good too! It's indeed a pleasant trip staying at Allure!

Good Stay in Beer Street
We enjoyed our stay very much. The family room was quiet and huge. Breakfasf was decent. The areas have many eateries, roadside food stalls, restaurants and massage shops. Location is veey neaf Beer Streets and in Old Quarter. It also have a laundromat nearby. Tip: Request for a quiet family room.
