TravellerIt took around 15-20mins to check-in even though it was close to midnight. The water flow rate to fill the bath tub was ridiculously slow. Our room was on the 20th floor with no view. Room was very clean but lots of mosquitoes. Personally I would not stay here again for $210/night.

TravellerA true 5-stars-service experience. Some of the 5-star hotels in China are not maintaining the high-standard service you expect, but you can trust Marriott. Although the rooms are not as "smart" as recently-built hotels, their services will give you the true 5-star stress-free stays.

Wonderful brand new Marriott property that's immaculately clean inside and out. All of the staff are super eager to help and make sure you get everything you need. This was a business trip so didn't do anything touristy but there's plenty of good restaurants wishing walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time I'm in Hangzhou.

After 8 cities in 10days and ready to head home. This was a welcome respite. Front desk staff greeted us as we exited cab and the service contimued to be exceptional throughout our stay. Dined at one of the hotel restaurants. Food was excellent with service to match. Room had wonderful view of the river which was beautiful at night. All in alla great experience.

Booked a double-bed room for 3 guests. Not only did the hotel charge the same price for 3 people as for 2, it granted breakfast to all 3 of us. The room was quiet and spacious. Since the hotel has open for less a year, everything is fairly clean and in good condition. The service was also pretty good and the front desk was very patient. The only slight disappointment was the gym: not a lot of free weights and dumbbells only go up to 45lb (20kg), but it should still be more than enough for casual workouts.

Service is really good you have all the attention from all of the staffs. One word - superb! They have nice swimming pool too! However, the hotel is quite a distance to West Lake. Taking taxi to go back to hotel from West Lake is a pain, please allow at least 20-30 mins trying to get a taxi to send you back, and probably 38 mins ride back to hotel (including traffic).
