The owners are very friendly and do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. Its not a five star resort, and doesn't pretend to be. You get much more than what you pay. Easy walking distance to everywhere in Old Town.

Really friendly hosts. Great location, not far from everything but still nice quiet location. Modern clean rooms

We have stayed at Han Huyen homestay at least 3 times and each time we have really enjoyed our stay, the homestay is very clean, and the location is excellent would recommend anyone to stay here

Lovely room, really nice host, on a quiet street but only two blocks from where the action is. Recommended.

Very quiet and clean property, only 5 minutes walk to the old quarter and night market, no elevator but the staff quickly bring my luggage up and downstair, air con works well, room is spacious but best of all is the service, the family is very friendly and attentive, they also help book a car to danang which is cheaper than grab, I would definitely stay here again.

Not sure you can beat the location, it was perfect. Just a short walk to Old town, in a quiet street. Many restaurants nearby including the night market. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Fantastic guest house in great location. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Included free push bike rental which is a great way to get around town.

Comfortable & clean homestay, great spot.

A real home from home, super location for seeing all the main sights and in a lovely quiet residential street. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity plus an interesting night market. We loved Hoi An, quaint & full of character. We enjoyed the use of the free bicycles & the owners were helpful with onward travel & provided us with an generous breakfast. Great stay thanks.

Great Homestay

Great place to stay in Hoi An. Close to all the sights. The homestay is run by a nice charming family. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was real good.

Loved our stay with this family!

Loved our stay with this lovely family, who were so accommodating and helpful. The whole family is involved, and although we didn't get the chance to try it, there were activities where you could prepare a meal with the host family, and other activities. Location was excellent, short walking distance to the old town and night market. Great breakfast cooked to order by the mum of the family, so good! Wifi not very strong though.

매우 친철하고 여행하기에 좋은 위치입니다.

호스트가 매우 친절하고 잘 도와주십니다. 방상태 전체적으로 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 올드타운 걸어서 2분정도 거리로 가깝지만 숙소주변은 조용합니다. 아침식사도 기본 스타일지만 세심하게 잘 나오고 메뉴도 다양한 편입니다. 한 가지 아쉽다면 호이안이 워낙 덥고 저희 방이 3층이라 그런지 에어콘이 엄청 빵빵하지는 않습니다. 잠을 자는데는 문제가 없었습니다.

割安ということに尽きる。英語を話す家族は少しだけど、みんなとても親切。手作り感だらけの朝ごはんもおいしいです。

É uma casa familiar, bem próxima das áreas importantes. Staff atencioso e prestativo. Quarto grande, banheiro espaçoso. Condiz com suas descrições e estou satisfeito. Empresta bicicleta e oferece transfer por bom preço. Recomendo

excellent experience!

The boss of homestay is warmhearted and helping. They exchanged money, order all kinds of tickets and gave good suggestions. Plus, we left our passports in our room after check out, they delivered them from Hoi An to Da Nang free of charge.
