Very comfortable room and clean hotel.
Excellent
Front desk helpful
Great Stay!
Moab in January is cold, but we loved our stay. The hotel was quiet, and everything worked great. Breakfast was nice. Housekeeping was wonderful. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Wouldn't change a thing!
Very nice room, good size.
Great staff, super clean and co,mfortable.
So good
Hotel was clean and modern and staff was helpful and excellent
Amazing hotel and great price
I love Hilton properties & will always stay at Hilton’s, I used to work for Hampton & Homewood Suites years ago
Great
Great
A perfect hotel for visiting Moab during the Christmas holiday season! :)
We slept well here.
Very Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel. Clean and new.
The hotel stay was clean, comfortable but we stayed in second floor and it was noisy from people walking around in third floor. That was the thing that kept us awake.
Great property with easy access to the town. The hotel sat were lovely and room was very comfortable.
Wonderful place to stay that’s close to everything
We were greeted by a friendly and extremely thoughtful desk clerk. She took care of us and sent out a text as well to let us know that if we had any needs during our stay that we could just text. The room was great.
Nice and quiet
Thanks
Big room
Wrong room picture shown
The room in advertising shows wrong size comparison to what you get.
It was overall a very nice stay accept for the night where little kids were jumping off the bed above me. The bed could have been softer and there was only decaf in the room
Very clean room.
The property was clean and staff where friendly and courteous
Great location.
2 chairs
Like most hotels offer only one chair in our room, I wished there were 2 chairs, I hate watching tv from my bed, because it is very uncomfortable!!!!!
Customer service was awesome. Especially the night front desk worker on 11/15/24. She really went above and beyond and was so nice!
Loved our stay! Spacious and clean!
Complementary biacuits and gravy breakfast was excellent.
Newly renovated and great place to stay in Moab, great location with great breakfast.
Conveniently located in moab. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.
The made to order omelets in the morning were such a nice change to ordinary continental breakfast. Check in was very quick. We checked in early without any difficulty. Very clean inside and out. Many restaurants close by.
Nice large room . Breakfast needs improvement
The hotel is updated since we first stayed here nearly ten years ago, nice. -Room was comfortable, clean, well appointed. - Window is facing Highway and road/traffic noise was loud during evening, but reduced by the presence of multiple window panes; keeping hvac fan on continuously covered road noise during the night and we slept fine. - HVAC unit was quieter than most hotels, comfortable temp. -Mattress was comfortable. -Bed linen (top comforter/duvet cover (not bottom sheet or pillows) had very strong cologne odor not from laundry soap (cologne spilled on it? Strong enough to wake me during the night and made me worry that linens might not be clean), housekeeping changed bed linen on day asked to do so, fixing the problem. -Two days of 3 night stay required us to have keys reprogrammed when we came back to hotel after days activities and keys did not work. -Front hand railing along sidewalk uphill of main entry is rusted through and loose.
Hampton Inn Moab is in easy walking distance of downtown on Main Street. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare with eggs, meat, waffles and fruit plus coffee, tea and juices. Room was quite spacious. The hallway was a little chilly but rooms were nice and warm. Didn’t use them but had a heated pool and hot tub. Only drawback was parking felt like it was limited and required a walk down the hill which I could imagine would have been an issue had the frozen precipitation shown up. Parking felt limited since there were multiple pickup truck or SUV/ trailers taking up multiple spaces in the upper lot. Other than parking it was a great location for our 3 night stay.
Sad little hotel ..
Walls are paper thin. In dire need of remodel. Sad dirty little pool area. Firepit was broken. Food service is not appealing. No nondairy cream (oat milk or almond milk) and I have dairy allergy. Staff looked overworked and underpaid. Just a sad little place overall. After fees it was over $200 per night. Felt more like a $60 per night place.
Power went out in town making finding a place to dine difficult
Very messed with my stay . I will recommend this place to others. All rooms are pet friendly. The room smell good and was clean . You will never know there were pets in that room before
There are many safety bars in the shower, so very safe for seniors.
The property appeared clean and new.
Good location close to Arches National park.
The front desk was left unattended in excess of 15 minutes when we arrived to check in. They only perform housekeeping services every other day, unless requested when you check in.
very clean.
Nice place. Would be happy tasty again.
Good stay
Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also clean with good amenities. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast had good options but would like fresh fruit.
Very clean. The breakfast was wonderful!
Great hotel where we stayed for four nights. We had a studio with a king bed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was a short drive from the hotel to Arches National Park and we really appreciated the breakfast bags which enabled us to make an early start. The laundry was another really useful feature of the hotel. There are some really nice restaurants very near the hotel (The Broken Oar and The Sultan were both very good) and it is also within walking distance of the Moab Adventure Center. Highly recommended!
Very nice property. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Wonderful staff and accommodations. Clean, quiet and good breakfast choices.
Clean, easy check in, easy parking. Nice pool area. Rooms on the smaller side
Wonderful stay!
Property was brand new and very easy to find on the highway leading out of town. Desk staff were very helpful with information of the area. Excellent experience.
Consistently Good
Always consistently good with Hampton --comfortable and clean.
Very clean property great staffing, You are able to walk to restaurants very convenient location. We Will be back.
It’s the first affordable motel we’ve stayed at that had everything we wanted. Great room, workout facilities, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, and close proximity to our reason for visiting. Thanks to all concerned!
Seems better than it is!
The front staff was great. The room was just not very clean. There were toe nails on the bath floor corners and stuff all over the carpet like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No daily room service which I didn’t realize as no one said anything at check in. Overall not impressed and won’t stay here again.
Excellent
Pet friendly for big dogs
Pet friendly but not a very nice pet relief area. Big rocks and no grass not small dog friendly
It was a nice and clean property. Arches National park was vey close
When I woke up, the power was completely out in the building and there was no breakfast
Very nice!
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean and decent breakfast I would stay there again.
Nice hotel in good spot w the Arches Park
This seemed to be a relatively new property. Everything was clean and shiney. We enjoyed breakfast, enough variety. We walked to a nice place for dinner. The large windows in the room helped us enjoy the scenic rocks around the property.
Good stay
Good stay
Good hotel very comfortable
Nice stay at Moab
It was as usual , great
Nice and clean. Very affordable for what you get.
The green chili omelet for breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay
Rooms were ready and very clean. Staff super friendly. Rooms very quiet and comfortable. Beds very comfortable as well.
Close to National Parks.
Not great breakfast but clean and close to many things
This property was very clean and spacious with plenty of room in the parking lot. Breakfast was also delicious.
Nice room. Check in and check out slow. Noisy air conditioner did not allow restful nite. Would not stay again
Good experience overall
It was good. The only problem I had was that some large items were left for me by a local rafting company and the hotel staff said they hadn't received it. When I pressed the staff person, he was adamant that nothing had been received. Only after contacting the rafting company and getting insistence that it was delivered did the staff person realize it was in the conference room.
Huge rooms, v clean, great location for Arches national park and good shopping and dining options close by in Moab
The pool area needed umbrellas or some kind of shade. The temperatures got up to 104 and there was no shade to escape under when getting out of the pool. There was an incident on our floor, a can of bear spray was activated and it dispersed on our floor to the point we couldn't walk down the hall. A staff member showed no interest in investigating the situation, until I suggested she check out the incident. Our room got moved to another floor, but the staff was not empathetic or took in consideration their housekeeping team was still forced to work in the uncomfortable conditions
Great spot. Friendly staff.
It was nice and clean. It was a block from our events.
Convenient and nice breakfast.
I liked that this hotel was right down town. Restaurants were close and shopping was a plus.
The inn is easy to find since it is located right off Moab's main thoroughfare. Staff is friendly and efficient. The room happened to be one of largest we have enjoyed in all our travels. The beds were comfortable. The workspace provided excellent space to spread out documents and computers.
Really wonderful service and quality of the room. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect.
The staff was tremendously helpful. They were very sweet and kind. There was a flood storm the day we stayed and they handled the “emergency “ really well. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Our mini fridge never worked, but we had brought a cooler so it was ok. Room 144.
Good location with helpful folks after torrential rains and flooding.
Shampoo & conditioner bottles were not refilled.
Very accommodating, great hotel!
Nice clean hotel.
Didn’t go. Stayed in the Idaho Falls area instead
Just a very nice place and one of the best we have stayed in.
Rooms, location and service from the staff was terrific!!!
We have always chosen to stay at your Hampton Inn whenever we travel. This was my first visit to your city, and felt very welcomed with all staff. I would truly recommend your place to family and friends. Teri Palacioz
Clean, breakfast variety
Clean and seemingly new property. Very nice!
Friendly staff , clean room and functional, very good breakfast, friendly front desk
Clean and comfortable and modern.
The place was excellent, so Convenient for those who want to visit the Arch National Park near by
