The property was undergoing a renovation
Loved it
I loved everything about the room and the Front Desk Clerk Ryan was very nice.
It was a great place
Great location, great breakfast!
The only complaint I had was that I stayed there a week and asked to have the sheets and towels changed on the Wednesday and that was not done. Had to go to the front desk and ask that they change them Thursday
Property was ok. Only stayed one night. Would stay again.
Nothing additional
Stay was fine. What we expected for a Hampton Inn. Location was very convent for our needs. Included breakfast not so good; powdered eggs and paper thin bacon.
Nice breakfast
It was sooo clean .
I checked in and was told that there was a maintenance problem in the room I booked and sent me to another hotel as they were sold out, very disruptive as it took an hour to transfer to another hotel
The room was just average for the exorbitant rate that was charged for a night's stay. It was noisy and only moderately clean. There was zero availability for coverage of sports channels which was disappointing given that we were expecting to see our favorite team play football. What was to be a nice anniversary weekend was marred by a poor choice of hotels. We wish we would have booked elsewhere in Jackson
Good visit.
Very old, they need to make some upgrades.
This property was so beautiful. We loved it.
Hotel nice room clean a little pricey
This was a great hotel. Good dining and shopping close by. Me and my wife liked sitting by the fire pit out front. The staff was friendly. The only issue we had was we were supposed to be charged $50 hold but they charged us $300 He told us they would refund but did not. The day we left we asked about it again and they showed us it was to be refunded. But we never got the refund sent back to us.
Best shower pressure you will find in a hotel.
Very nice area! Easy and accommodating!
It was a great place to stay, staff was very friendly
Great stay
Two night stay Great check in. Ladies were quite helpful. Clean room, comfy beds. Breakfast as expected. Would definitely stay again.
The rooms were nice and clean. I was right by the front desk and it was a little noise
Everyone was really nice and super clean room!
Friendly staff, very clean, excellent location
Hotel was fine and the staff provided wonderful service.
Did not have a pool or hot tub. Breakfast has a good selection. Something for everyone
Property seemed outdated and drab. Seemed a little lack luster for the expense.
very comfortable and clean room. good location. great value
A great stay in Jackson.
I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome this hotel was! Great rooms, it was clean, staff was good and the breakfast was great! The full breakfast was definitely an added bonus
Very nice hotel situated near the center of Jackson Hole. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was also nice. We asked for restaurant reservations around town and were given a list of compiled recommendations based on cuisine, which I thought was great. This hotel is also conveniently located next to a gas station and Target, so if you happen to forget anything, or need to stock up on supplies, this is in a good location. This hotel is also situated near the main highway that heads back towards Idaho, so if you are doing a road trip, it's not a bad place to stay. We stopped here overnight while we visited Grand Teton National Park. Not only is it close to the park, but also to the main area of Jackson Hole. You can not necessarily walk into town from here, but it is a quick drive. My only negative was that they didn't come in a refresh our room (i.e. make the beds, clean up the bathroom, give us new towels) while we were there. They required us to let us know that we wanted that done. Considering the amount of money this place charges, I thought that should be a given.
Front desk was very friendly and helpful as we had a photo tour early morning and needed 1 hr Kate checkout.. appreciated
Great place with a convenient location. No swimming pool.
Great check in Was able to check in early Staff was very nice 😊 Close to grocery store which was nice
Wonderful. Easy check in. Cute and nice touch having fire pits at the entrance. Lovely.
Breakfast was a late a couple times, but they were super nice about it.
Very professional and courteous staff. Everything was very good except walking from the parking lot was a sheet of ice -- tough walk to the door. It would be nice if they shoveled and salted a path from the parking lot to the front entrance.
Hard to find entrance of hotel…was really looking forward to soaking in hot tub, but wasn’t open.
The staff was very friendly. The clerks at the front desk when we checked in and checked out were first rate. We had left a suitcase and the check out clerk was great in contacting us to retrieve the suitcase. The breakfast was very good but there was no coffee available. We had to use the in room coffee pot.
Dining
Love the outdoor fire pits, breakfast was good as always, but disappointed at the room sizes. Very small and tight bathroom, and the space between the bed and tv is too tight! Most I’ve stayed in have large bathrooms with walk-in type showers in some, plenty of space, and much wider rooms. Seem like this was a redo of an older hotel. They should tear this one down for a new build! It’s Jackson Hole, plenty of other nicer hotels to chose from.
The staff were very friendly and helpful when helping with questions we had about the area.
Clean and good location
Amazing stay!! Hotel looks clean, rooms were confortable. Breakfast was fine.
Friendly stuffs and services.
Stay was a disappointment. Room 214 is right near the open stairs, lobby and elevator and you will hear lots of traffic (late night and early morning). We stayed 2 nights July 15-16, 2022 and both nights after 10pm we had random people knock on our door after 10pm. The last night my wife was woken up to someone trying to open our door after midnight (needless to say not a safe feeling when traveling with my young daughters). I told the front desk about my experience at check out and was told the manager would look into it- but no updates as of Monday 7-18-2022. Outside the unwanted visitors to our door- the price that we where charged (almost $800/night=$1600 total) does not come close to the value received (paper plates for breakfast- sitting area full so have to eat outside, dogs barking, and location/view on website I feel misrepresented where you actually land- I had parking lot/power box view).
The rooms are to small and bathroom need to have a safety handle.
Excellent service and a very good room.decent breakfast and a lovely front desk.
clean and friendly
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, several choices. The pool was being worked on but we took the kids to the Rec Center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Sadly one of the most uncomfortabel places to stay
We knew the pricw was going to be high just because it seems everything in Jackson Wyoming is expensive. We were also expecting to be comfortable and we were far from it. We booked the trip because my wife had to have surgery in town. We booked a king size bed that was much closer to a full/queen. We are both average in size and healthy. Both about 5 ft. 7 in. And both of our feet hung over the bed. I can say it was clean, but very far from comfortable. We got very little sleep because we could hear the reception desk and others talking through the wall all night. We for sure felt like we spent way to much money for a stay that ended up being worse for our than better.
Rustic design
Very nice hotel. Would stay in it again.
Very nice
I liked the fire outside felt great sitting there. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful. Tv was great i watched the Ghostbusters it was great.
I realize Jackson Hole in general is expensive, but the Hilton property is really price gouging. Their room rates are higher than 5-star properties in many international and domestic locations, but the property is tired and I noticed a musty smell when I entered my room. They are only offering room cleaning on request (they say due to Covid) but don’t reduce prices for lesser service. For these rates, they should be offering made to order breakfasts instead of the standard breakfast. The location is kind of hidden and could use more prominent signage. Lastly, they disallowed HHonors credit because I booked through Expedia - neither Hilton or Expedia mentioned this to me until after check-in. The only reason I booked there instead of another property was to build up some HHonors points … I cancelled a second reservation at this property and booked at a different hotel in Jackson Hole, saving $500 for a two-day stay.
Fire pit outside portico for relaxing.
They need to make repairs to the lobby. The chairs in the seating area were completely worn down and dirty. There were cracks and broken pieces in the tile floor. First impressions are important. The chairs in the rooms were also very worn down and dirty. They can use some upgrades for sure. Luckily, the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast area was also nice considering being in a pandemic.
**
Queen bed mattress not very comfortable Some noise due to room adjacent to office Complimentary breakfast much above typical for hotels with great servers and variety COVID surge and understaffing forced us to get our own towels/toiletries, but the few maid service people were extremely pleasant.
A Nice Hampton Inn
Though not located in downtown Jackson, the Hampton Inn was in a great, quiet location. The room was slightly on the smaller side but our family of 3 had no issues. Check-in and out were easy, coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day. Two lovely women were serving breakfast each morning. There was a list of items available and you were able to pick from that. It included waffles the days that we were there. When we requested additional towels or emptying the garbage, someone was at our door faster than we imagined! I may have had sticker shock if I had not booked months ago but that is Jackson - not the least expensive place overall. The only negative was no pool for the child to swim in. He survived. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we were to return to Jackson.
Hampton Inn at Jackson Hole Wyoming cost us $698 per night but the hotel amenities and cleanliness was not up to par. Room was dusty and not spotlessly clean as one would expect. Breakfast was below average
We stayed 3 nights at this Hampton Inn in Jackson Hole and unfortunately did not enjoy our stay, especially for paying over $500/night (which is not unusual for that area during the time we stayed). The main complaint is just the size. The room was very cramped with no seating area other than a chair in the corner. Hard to fit 4 large suitcases in there. The bathroom was equally tiny with hardly any counter space. Small TV too. Thankfully we were gone a lot so didn’t use the room for much outside of sleeping. It did have a fridge at least and a grocery store next door which was handy.
Rooms where clean. Free breakfast was kinda a mess. Mother and daughter was serving you. It seem to take longer with them doing it instead of you serving your self.
The $669 room for 1 night - There is no view from any room and it is 1 mile from downtown. Out of 5 different rooms we had in a week this was the by far the most expensive and was in a terrible location for the money spent. I will never stay at this motel again. I used to get rooms for $19,99 in the 80's and now they are $669 - Not cool, we feel like you are taking advantage of the surge in tourism this year.
Best hotel in Jackson Hole.
It was my third stay at Hampton Inn in Jackson Hole. Out of all hotels in the area this is the best one ever and next time I come here I will choose it again. Everybody is very friendly, helpful and full of nice and warm words. Beginning from a reception desk staff: Raphael, Grace, Rachel, Jenny and a few nice persons I am sorry I did not have a chance to ask for names. Every time I passed by the desk it was my real pleasure to stop for a minute to talk. They made my day better and added up more sunlight to it. I felt very much welcome and as if I was surrounded by true Friends. Of course other employees were wonderful. Housekeeping and breakfast personnel, too. The hotel is very clean, food delicious and in a good location. If You find Yourself in Jackson Hole this is the place You want to stay at. Trust me. Thank You all for everything. You Guys are the best. Have a nice day. Tomek
Very old and used hotel. Terrible for the price
Excellent staff
A nice property, but a bit hard to find from the road, tucked away behind another building. Very clean and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Parking is barely adequate when they have a full house (which they had during our stay.). Breakfast was adequate, but I believe that will improve as COVID restrictions are eased.
Location is accessible to teton park
Conveniently located. Last minute booking.
I liked that it was quiet and comfortable. The a/c could have used a filter change.
It fit the area we were in and was nicely appointed.
Clean room and nicely furnished
Bed was absolutely horrendous. We left early due to the uncomfortable bed. Spa was in very poor condition. Entrance inside was very dirty. Elevator floor was very dirty.
Large clean room with garden tub was awesome. Everything was clean and functioned properly.
Nice place. Crappy wifi
Overall good stay but could never get the wifi to work.
Good Choice
This was a good choice for my family of five for a one night stay. The room was on the small side, but with five people in a room it was really small. My fault though, next time I will get two rooms! The room was very clean. The young man at the front desk was very nice, accommodating, and helpful. With the COVID precautions in place, I felt the hotel did a really great job of keeping things clean, providing clorox wipes and hand sanitizer in the common areas for guests to use. My husband noted the hotel staff getting on guests for not wearing masks, which I appreciated. The breakfast was okay, but again they can only do so much during these times to give guests a meal. There was a pleasant lady behind the counter that set up a tray of food items you ordered off a menu. All in all, the trip was a hit with my family and I would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, professional staff and the price.
Ok but not great
Didn’t have hot water in the shower and sink. Room was small and bed was uncomfortable.
Best stay ever.
This was the best stay ever. From the very beginning when I arrived close to midnight due to a delayed flight till the very end when I had to return. I would like to thank everybody for Their hard work, but especially Mark and Jenny from the Reception. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. They made me feel like a part of a family. I am looking forward to staying at Hampton Inn in Jackson Hole again. Have a nice day. Tomek
Nice but expensive!
First time visiting Jackson. We were on a multi state trip in COVID times. This was our 4th hotel. They did a good job of communicating what steps they were taking for cleanliness. Accommodations were good, but built in cabinetry did not allow flexibility and seems to take up space. This was the only hotel w a hot breakfast!! Only down size was the cost was 2-3 times more than other comparable hotels. We ended up moving to a different hotel.
Breakfast really stunk. No variety. Eggs were powdered. No cereal. Hotel is run down. I had to complain more thsn once to get them to fix the computers for patrons to use. My room stunk like smoke - although i was told it was non smoking room. Laundry service only had one functioning washer which was dirty. Lights were never put on in the parking lot so it was hard to see at night. Very expensive for what i got
Loved the way this place is decorated as a lodge. The staff was friendly. Looked like updates are ongoing. My only gripe was the huge torn vinyl spot on the headboard...it just took things down a notch. However, I would stay there again.
Very clean, quiet at night and friendly staff. Close to everything you need.
Staff unfriendly, run down, out of breakfast sacks, had to request housekeeping because trash was full, out of TP & kleenexes, coffee.
Changes
The hotel has a great location and excellent customer service. They don't serve breakfast; they give breakfast bags instead. I didn't like that the carpet of the room looked diry and no room services during our stay(3 nights). We had to contact reception to ask for anything extra. Hotels don't offer room service due to COVID-19. Jackson is a great place to visit.
Overall good, but...
Overall good and met our needs. However, the mattresses were stiff as boards, the hot tub was not available and we weren't made aware of this at time of booking, and we weren't made aware at time of check-in that maid service would only be provided upon request each day.
Great hotel in Jackson Wyoming. The property was clean and staff wa courteous.
Would definitely stay again!!
We had reservations outside of town because there was nothing available in town for anything below $300 where I would be willing to stay. And that was when we resevred in January. With Corona we canceled the week before because the park was closed. It ended up opening on Monday so we hustled to re-reserve. I was super stoked we were able to snag a room at the Hampton for a great deal. It was clean (I'm super picky!!! Which is why I stay at Hampton Hotels). The AC needed some attention it was super loud but we didn't complain because we didn't want to move rooms. There was a to-go granola and yogurt option because of Corona. It is located conveniently just outside of the main square, downtown.
Love the location of this Hampton Inn, you can walk across a parking lot to a grocery store and a liquor store. There is also a bus stop right by the Inn. I was a little discouraged by the breakfast this time, usually it is great (I have stayed here before.) but due to Covid19 there was minimal breakfast items to pick from. I still recommend this place, just such a great location for a visit to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Great breakfast, cookies and coffee all day long and a great little spa as well.
So close to great
I would say that my ONLY compatibly was that the door jamb on my room was boogered up. Which meant that I could see and hear directly into the hallway. I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times and the rooms are always good. They are clean. The front desk is always helpful. And they have good coffee(which I find to be rare in my business travels!).
I stayed at a different placed and hated it so I was glad to find room at this place.
I liked the maid service. They really did a great job. I also liked the free water bottles.
My business trip went well and my room was wonderful as expected. I will always stay here when I can. And I’ll let anyone that is coming this way to make sure they stay here.
Nice caring staff and good breakfast... good hotel considering the location
We had to change rooms because the bath tub would not drain,I had to call and complain about the drunk upstairs from us who woke us up at midnight.
Clean rooms. Breakfast was great and varied. Proximity to activities was good.
Gem on outskirts of town
Located outside of town square but in the midst of business district so shopping and restaurants near by. Friendly staff, clean hotel, beautiful outdoor sitting area with fireplace. Even the moose will join you in the morning.

I'd stay there again!
Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Good amenities. My only complaint was due to noisy patrons, though it did not continue too late at night.
