Not sure why I was assigned to an ADA equipped room. Since this was one night;I did not say anything.

Coffee equipment broke two mornings, had to change room due to refrigerator and TV, microwave not working this happened a second time also and I was able to get behind the microwave refrigerator and reset but they wanted me to change rooms for a third time. My response was there’s no maintenance and since she booked through a third-party, there was no urgency.

The room was nice amd clean, the bed was extremely comfortable..check in was fast and easy..the staff was very nice and professional..i will stay again!!!

Standard hotel experience. Decent location. Quieter area than other hotels down the road in the shopping district. Sink counter is a little small. Showerhead had adjustable flow nozzle but would not adjust for me, I'm assuming because most people don't bother to use it and so it was just stuck in that position. Front desk employees stay in the office at night so no one really around unless call them out from the back. Music plays constantly outside the elevator so recommend requesting room away from the elevator or you can hear the music all night through the room door.

All excellent except only gripe is that they said free WiFi- but when I went to connect it demanded a Hilton honors sign up. I already have a Hilton honors number but no login option, ugh. It was just a pain. Had they just told me at check in I’d have given my HH number and it would’ve been fine.

I arrived in o check in and was told the room was not ready to that it would be another 15 minutes and that I could wait in the lobby or get a call. I left to do some shopping waiting for a call and never heard back.

I did not stay, requested my deposit returned as the hotel lobby was under construction and it wasn’t included in my booking.

The hotel manager said that he would give me 25% off each night bc of the construction and lack of cleaning my room With fresh towels. Unfortunately I paid hotels.com My hopes are that hotels.com Give me a 25% reduction.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. This property is in the process of remodeling, but everything was still as neat as it could be. Once the remodel is complete, im sure it will be amazing!! Great place to stay!!

Overall staff, service and amenities were great ! Although remodeling was taking place, there was no noise or any issues. Great location for all your shopping and , it offers a good variety of restaurants nearby. Will stay there again. 👍

Good location. Stayed here for BBQ on the way to Galveston for a cruise. They had a biker rally in Galveston so we stayed outside of town

The bathroom doors are put on backwards, making it really hard to get out of the bathroom. The shower glass doors don't stay in a closed position. The shower head is immovable and is directed in a way that sprays water out of the shower no matter what, whether it be a little or a lot. Under construction and told to come through the back door, but there are MULTIPLE giant dumpsters taking up majority of the parking in the back of the hotel. We had 2 rooms so I know it wasn't just one room with these issues. Room phone also didn't work. Unable to call the front desk for anything.

Sweet stay

Hotel was nice and comfortable but they are doing construction on 1/2 of the hotel and was loud during the daylight hours. Looking forward to seeing the renovation in the months to come.

Due to shortage of staff, I wasn’t allocated the room and offered one king bed and sofa bed. I specifically requested two queen bed but I wasn’t informed about the situation until I reach the hotel

Hampton Inn Houston- Pearland

This was the second time we stayed here. They are renovating the hotel so the place is looking brand new. They are still doing construction, probable until the end of 2023, but we did not hear any noise. The employees were very nice and professional. Breakfast was also nice. I hope you enjoy your stay!

The room had no clock and first agent wasn't able to secure one first night (second agent next day had no problem). The computer was a pad and it stunk... and didn't print. Pool wasn't that clean.

Standard Stay to Meet Your Needs

Decent hotel to suit your basic needs. Bathroom and room was clean, but could have used some extra attention in certain areas. Hotel is right off the street, and you can hear a little bit of street traffic at night. Breakfast spread was good. We only stayed one night for a local competition, and it was perfect for what we needed.

We love Hamptons in general. It’s our “go to”

The property overall is very nice and the staff are friendly. However, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me snoring all night. I was also placed in a room directly next to the elevator. Every time someone entered the elevator, I could hear a really loud screeching sound through the wall which literally kept me awake all night. The front desk did not have any ear plugs that I could use either. Beware of room 316. You will not be able to sleep.

Room was missing remote control for TV and the staff wasn’t nice about it. Everything else was fine. Comfortable bed.

Blood stain on the bottom of fitted bed sheet. When asked for the sheets to be changed, was given sheets.

I will start out by saying the girl that works the front desk is the sweetest!!! So very helpful and offered services that we didn’t even think about. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Breakfast was good and everything was very clean. Will definitely be back! Thank y’all!

Everything was great about the stay except when we entered our room, the cigarette smoke smell was extremely overwhelming. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, after that everything else was awesome.

The room was nice and clean. No odors. When we arrived there was no notice the front lobby entrance with cover would no be available.It was raining hard and when I asked about an entrance with coverage the staff laughed and said there wasn't one and joked about how hard it was raining. I have two small kids, an old dog, and lots of luggage to bring in. One lady did follow me out with a small umbrella but it wasn't helpful.

I was late arriving and tired the hostess was welcoming, friendly and personable. I enjoyed our interactions. The morning hostess seemed irritated. I'm sure her day got better. The breakfast hostess was very pleasant and helpful.

The property was well maintained and clean. However, we did not get the room that we booked. We booked a room with a jetted tub and when we got there, we got just a regular room. There was no communication that the room we booked was out of service so that was very disappointing.

It was conviently located. The Staff was very Professional and very helpful. The food was great ! It was just a little loud. I would stay there again because of the staff.

Mold all over our room . Asked for kitchen . And got a room without a kitchen . Host was loud and on the phone gossiping instead of being at the front desk.

Find me a room

We arrived about 10 pm and were assigned a room that was right across from a loud party. We switched rooms and unfortunately were placed in a room right next to the elevator equipment which we heard running all night. The next morning we spoke with Marianna who was helpful and told us when we returned in the evening we would get a more favorable room. Eventually our fourth room was quiet and comfortable. I do need to note that the woman who works the breakfast area is very helpful and thorough.

Booked room unavailable

Overall stay was good. At check in they did not have my reservation. I was told my reservation was marked for the day before and was marked as a no show but they had it under a different name. After 30 minutes of back and forth, they ended up giving us adjoining rooms. Not sure if the mixup came from the hotel or hotels.com, but it was inconvenient. After the mixup, we had no other issues.

The exercise room had a great variety of equipment, better than comparable hotels.

The facet water tasted bitter when I requested bottled water I was told I had to purchase water! When I checked out they refused to give me a receipt. I was told that since I had made my reservation through a tired party I should request a receipt from them!

I can’t believe there was NO MANAGER on duty over the weekend. There was a car alarm that went off ALL NIGHT LONG two nights in a row and the hotel staff DID NOT CARE AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!

Checking was fine. Breakfast was very good, a lot of different stuff to choice from. Room was clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hall ways to room smelled moldy.
