The rooms were very new and nice looking inside. Lots of storage space. The Continental breakfast was the nicest I've seen in a long time. They also had a cool beer draft system where you prepay and choose your own beers.

Rooms were small. No locks on bathroom door. Check in staff did not look up at all during check in.

The employee during breakfast on Sunday 12/9 was amazing. Our room was dirty. My bed has debris when I pulled the sheets back, I ended up sleeping on top of coverings. When I brought it, the reply was ok. Nothing was done to fix the problem

This is a nice, new (or newly-renovated) hotel. The front desk staff was super friendly, the room was bright and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast options were the best I had seen in a long time—eggs and breakfast meat and a make-your-own waffle station. I’m glad we chose to stay here!

There was no hot water our entire stay. As I book through Expedia, the property said there was nothing they could do about our bill

Rooms look great…..no hot water all weekend for a shower throughout hotel, turned on heat, smelled like I was going to burn the hotel down, one other parent in another rooms heater did end up setting off smoke alarms

NO HOT WATER! Did not notify us at check on that there wasn’t any hot water! AWFUL STAY! Staff very RUDE about the whole situation.

Place was really nice & clean. Breakfast was good. Pillows are waaaay too mushy and uncomfortable. Tub was slippery but good otherwise. Kids said pool was really cold. You g lady who checked us in was not the friendlist but we would stay again if we meeded.

The employees in the morning were friendly and the employee gentlemen in the evening was friendly and they all were trying so hard to help with accommodations. Ex we needed a rollaway and it was there in 10 minutes. Needless to say it was packed with all state games in town. Shortage of employees these days but these employees stepped up and each did 3 people’s job🙏😊

Loved everything about it!

I loved it! Elevators and doors were all centrally located so you didn't have a long walk no matter where your room was. The beds, oh the beds, were amazingly comfortable! After a short walk with all our luggage and then a pain free and awesome nights sleep you get to start your day with a great breakfast. There are so many choices, hot, cold, fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, omelets, bacon, hashbrowns, and more I'm sure, but you get the idea. Loved it and the price was very reasonable. I've stayed in both the Marriot and the Hilton for double the price but the Hampton has them beat hands down! Lol, they better watch out because the Hampton is going to put them out of business!

Nice hotel

Pool heater is broke. So water is freezing. Drove 2 hours here and picked a hotel, with a pool, with my son as a reward.

The property was very clean and the room was nice size.

We arrived with a 3 month old baby, after spending all day at a wrestling tournament. The nice gentleman at the front checked us in in record time! I had also called ahead and explained we had a baby and they made sure to get us on the top floor away from the elevators. Room was clean and shower pressure great!

We had a room facing the Taco Bell and main road. It was loud most of the night with jerks revving engines up and down the street. The walls are paper thin, too, so if you have busy neighbors... You'll be hearing them, too. I suggest requesting a room on the top floor and backside of the hotel. Very clean, though!

This hotel has remained a great place to stay in Columbus. The only thing we were disappointed with was the need to request housekeeping for our room. We forgot to contact them each day to request fresh towels, empty trash cans, etc., and this shouldn't be a "special request". Isn't this service included in the cost of the room? We didn't get a discount for reusing towels, etc.

I do think the hotel should have high chairs for kids at breakfast. Other than that very clean and nice hotel.

Good staff, quiet, comfortable, and accessible. If you are a Starbucks fan there is one a short stone throw away. More of a taco fan? Don’t fret they’ve got that too. If hamburgers and ice cream are more your style they have a Freddy’s to satisfy your cravings. If farming and agriculture shopping is your bag head and on over to Bomgaars! And if you’re hear for an extended stay or maybe in need of some tasty snacks head on over to Super Saver grocery store.

Pet friendly stay

Was kinda cold but weather outside was negative. The room was very very clean. The breakfast was good. They were pet friendly. Overall we loved our stay.

There was an issue with the thermostat in our room not working. The housekeeper went to her house and brought us her own personal space heater for us to use to stay warm. Her customer service was beyond anything I could’ve expected. We also received a discount on the rate of the room for our troubles.

Our stay in Columbus

Not happy with the fact the room didn't get cleaned during our stay and no clean towels were given us. Did LOVE the spaciousness of the room and the room darkening shade was fabulous. Breakfast was GREAT first day but poor gal was working breakfast and desk at same time alone Sunday. She needed help as several food items were out at 9:00.

The stay was alright

The staff were very nice. The bathroom was a little dirty, there was no exaust fan in the bathroom and there were light switches that didn't do anything. But our stay was alright.

The front desk lady when we checked in was amazing! She switched our room so we would be somewhere quite so my daughter could sleep.

Nothing was special just a nice place to stay.

Nice hotel to stay at. Comfortable bed, 24 hour pool, nice rooms, and stylish lobby area. Only complaints are that their was no fan in the bathroom, only one towel for the room, and a wet bar of soap provided in a box in the free room amenities.

The hotel was very clean, very comfortable and met my every expectation of a relaxing stay. The continental breakfast had a good variety and tasted good. The location had a Starbucks next door as well as a grocery store and multiple places to eat making this a perfect stop for driving through. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hampton Inn. Street light right outside window caused sleep issues as it is fairly bright on t g e room without black out shades.

Could have been a lot better.

The beds are hard as rock. We got locked out of our room due to dead batteries. No one in the hotel had access to new batteries so they had to call a manager in to come fix it while me and my small children waited. Mind you this was night time. Swimming pool is very small and smelt like pee. They gave my husband a room key without even asking for information. He simply said he needed a key for our room and they gave him one. Very scary. Nice new hotel but lacking in many areas. We will not be staying again.

Everything was great but there was rotten food in the refrigerator which made me think it doesn’t get cleaned the greatest!

Very nice big rooms with comfortable beds. The carpets probably could be cleaned. Breakfast bar had the typical foods.

Perfect stay for us. PET FRIENDLY! CLEAN! My husband, 2 kids, and one dog! Fantastic customer service allowed a late check out (noon) with no extra fees. All the staff was so friendly, and accommodating. I was talking to my husband letting him know I had taken the last of the coffee. Staff was already there replacing it before I could even let them know. Continental breakfast was really good, lots of options. So if you are watching carbs this was great. I was glad to see some low carb options along with the rest. Their was something for everyone bacon, egg omlets, along with the waffle makers, cereals, muffins etc.....yummy. The pool is a bit small but was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely stay there again or if other Hamptons are like this will look at staying in an Hampton with future trips.
