Very safe hotel

It is close to the airport and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice stay, the only thing I think needs improvement is the kitchen and food choices and taste. They had one waiter handling everyone and the food was cold and not much flavor.

Bedding dingy yellow and spread’s discolored. Remember need to speak slowly since often Spanish not first language. Breakfast was good. Great meal service ( guy was attentive, efficient, accommodating).

There is a convenient restaurant within walking distance. The staff at hotel are so customer service friendly and so courteous. Our room was very cozy. Thank you so much for such an amazing world class customer service experience. 👍✌

Tuve un problema con la regadera de mi habitación, el agua se salía y se mojaba todo el baño, el agua incluso salía por la puerta. Lo reporté desde la primera noche y lo hacía cada que nos duchabamos; el staff de limpieza siempre se mostró dispuesto a secar el baño cada que se usaba la regadera, pero las personas de recepción no parecían reportar nuestro problema ni intentar solucionarlo. En mi última noche un señor de limpieza lo comunicó a uno de sus superiores y fue cuando por fin intentaron solucionarlo y pusieron silicón para intentar detener la fuga, pero el agua se seguia saliendo. Si hubieran hecho caso a mi reporte desde la primera vez, hubiera podido haberse solucionado con tiempo, pero tristemente no fue así y el problema arruinó mi estancia por completo, era absolutamente tedioso ducharse. La recepcionista que nos atendió durante el turno de la tarde era muy indiferente.

The size of the room was a great size for our family. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast buffet was good. It is very close to the airport. Clean room, had a sofa, microwave, fridge. I would stay here again. The ck in and ck out was quick and easy.

Requested a special needs room and wasn’t able to get it. Upon arrival reception was not able to guarantee the ride to the airport next morning causing a big headache.

Great place to stay!

This is a great hotel, we stay here ever time we travel thru Tampico, after a long drive it’s always nice to stay in a clean comfortable bed. Restaurants and convenience stores are closed by and prive and safe parking is available.

Breakfast was excellent, room was confortable, we did not have any parking issues and the shuttle from and to the airport was great.

Transportation close to the airport

What I liked about the hotel was the courtesy of the staff and proximity to the airport. What I did not like, the lack of dinning around the hotel. It needs different options.

Shower hot water was going off and on while I was showering, I did request to don’t have housekeeping and when I come back to the room it was a foot print with dirt on the desk

Everything was great except not having lunch or supper. They said they did away with it. So we had to go out n eat dinner. Being tired of Driving for 12 hours that was inconvenient for us but the other services were good

The shower would't keep a constant water temperature. In a matter of seconds would go from normal to extremely hot to cold and back to normal. Therefore I couldn't enjoy my shower

All staff very kind, we’re provided with fridge after we arrived but NO Microwave oven because we did not get suite? Outside surrounding could of been neater. Had a great time👍

The staff was was amazing from beginning to end. Every staff member was willing to help you with anything you needed. The rooms were amazing and had a great nights sleep, which is not always easy to do.

Conveniently located on main thoroughfare which doesn’t allow for any green space. Underground parking is a bonus! Great staff. Next door to an excellent restaurant. Very nice room, could use television upgrade.

Need maintenance

El hotel excelente, creo que está por encima del estándar de Hampton, comparado con las propiedades de otras ciudades en este es notorio el esfuerzo del staff. La zona no es muy amigable, no hay tiendas de conveniencia cercanas, solo un restaurante a un costado el cual no tiene muy buena vista. El desayuno buffete es completo y además cuenta con shuttle al aeropuerto de forma continua. Muy recomendable.

Excellent location, if you’re taking an early flight from the airport from Tampico (Francisco Javier Mina) their shuttle service is excellent, since they serve their “free” breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am you have the time to eat something before you head to the airport!

We had a great time while in this hotel! Good price, location and breakfast. The staff was very kind, We had an issue with the shower in our room but they solved it and upgraded our room to a jr. suite. I totally recommend this hotel.

Arrive to room lte just to find that the bed sheets hadnt been changed as I found unwanted debris in it. Changed to another room to find the same situation. Third room was ok and the rest of the stay was good
