Everything is neat and nicely setup at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and smelled really clean. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area was so organized and constantly kept clean. Definitely our go-to hotel when we visit Lloydminster again! =)

The pillows are terrible. No support whatsoever. There was a hockey team staying at the hotel and staff did not enforce the quiet rule. Those kids were running like a herd of cows up and down the hallways yelling. We played hockey for years with our kids. That was never allowed anywhere we went.

Breakfast was not a great selection and I so I only ate once during my 4 night stay.

Disappointed for what I paid for the room

I stayed in the king size suit with the whirlpool. For what I paid for a night I was very disappointed. Room seemed to be clean, but Bed was in terrible shape. You could see that it needed to be replaced, as there was indents where people have slept. We all dream of cloud soft bed when you go to a hotel, but back was so sore when I woke up. I even complained to the front desk and she said she would let management know but who knows if it actually happened as nothing more was said. Even at check out. You could see that the dry wall tape was coming off the ceiling in the bathroom above the whirlpool. It definitely was not worth the $244 I paid. Won’t be going back there that’s for sure

We received a text alert that we could check in using contactless entry (or something like that). Tried to use it and the website was down but there seems to be zero point to it when we were given a room that was in progress of being used. When we arrived our room had been given to someone else and they were moved before they moved us in but the room had already been used by the previous people. The bathroom had a nasty spit wad dried onto the ceiling. The people in before us had left a few items in our room and came knocking 3 different times for stuff they had forgotten. The bed was quite hard as well. It just wasn't a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Second time staying here and we always enjoy. The service is great, beds are comfy and the breakfast is tasty and has great variety. Location is nice too with several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Hotel was full of either a sports team or something like that. Kids running up and down the hauls screaming. Parents hanging out in the halls talking at almost 10pm. Was a joke

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. The only downfall was that the walls seem to be quite thin and I could hear the tenant in the next room coughing all night. I will bring a sound machine next time...otherwise an excellent stay.

This hotel was ideal for my travel.

I stayed for the weekend of my wedding, the staff were so nice, accommodating and even helpful when I forgot something. I am a Lloyd local and it is great to see!

Clean and Tidy, breakfast area limited, had Hockey team filling up the whole area so no where to sit, foods items were cleaned out, tool a while to refresh food items.

I'm a wheelchair user and this was one the better accessible rooms for hotels in this price range. Very spacious. Easy to access plugs. Multiple grab bars for easy transfers in the bathroom. I have 3 issues. The microwave was on a bottom shelf i couldn't reach, the shower needs a bench to transfer onto but even so the handheld showerhead isn't reachable, and only 2 accessible parking stalls

It couldn’t have been better. Hotel was easy to find. Two quality restaurants conn ct to the hotel parking lot. In other words, well within walking distance. Shopping centers line the highway next to the hotel.

I understand that I missed the cancellation target, but extremely disappointed we could not change the reservation to another city with the same hotel chain. Our travelling went much quicker than we expected and were not ready to stop for the night. And wanted to travel a few more hours but there was no working with the hotel staff to change accommodations.

Great place to stay

Everything was great. One suggestion though - a no back up rule should be implemented for the parking by the walkways..pick up boxes hang over the walkways and or tow hitches stick over the walkway. These close the walkway and you cannot pass with luggage and becomes a shin bashing hazard.

Atrocious!

Sheets were stained and dirty with hair in the beds, hair was left in the washroom, Bugs in the room, Bathroom smelled of Sh!!. Breakfast was terrible! Let’s just say, we won’t be back!!

Clean hotel and great amenities, super friendly staff

A $250 pre auth for a room that’s already paid for in full through Expedia is outrageous. I have stayed there several times but never again. Also, what happened to the free cookies upon check in?

Lovely Hotel, Safe, not noisy, slept well. Spacious rooms, up to date fixtures. Pet Friendly! (gave notice ahead as usual) Smaller pool, but very clean and organized. Surrounding grounds to hotel property need a major cleanup, lots of junk in the tall grass and weeds when I took our dog for a walk.

Great place to stay for a little or a while

This is a new hotel and everything about it was good or better than expected. It is located on the very outer edge of Lloydminster but that was not an issue for us. We could not make use of the amenities since we were passing through but the breakfast provided was ok.
