I had a hard time finding the hotel. There is a tall Hampton Inn sign on 183 by a church. The hotel entry is off I-35 south of 183. Other than that all was good.
Thank you
Everything was fine except for 2 things. 1. We had to pay for parking. 2. Whoever was in charge of the breakfast buffet area on 12/15/24 needs to be trained in customer service. He was always in people's faces, shaking his had and raising his arms. A very rude person.
Over delivered in every way
Room was nice and clean. Easy in and out,
FIRST OFF, I needed a vehicle charging station and long before i booked the hotel i was told they had several. So when i get there and ask the front desk where they were located i was told that they didnt have any at all smh. So from there i was disgusted with the whole stay. Never will i ever stay at this hotel again👎👎👎👎
Great location, quality breakfast. Comfy rooms!
Very nice and helpful staff.
It is a nice place
Me
Great stay. Property is easily accessible and in a good area
Stay in North Austin
Good hotel close to the highway, traffic from the road can be heard.
I liked that the layout was different than most Hampton Inns. Overall a good stay. There was a loud drilling noise above me during the day and the body wash ran out while I was taking a shower.
Outdated, needs more work on cleanliness
We were in a room on the first floor. In the morning my son spotted a roach on top of the closet and then when we returned from town there was a huge roach in the bathroom. We killed it and notified the front desk. The front desk moved our room to a different floor and location. Later on that evening someone else had already moved in to the room we left because of roaches.
The front desk girls were so helpful and made a great recommendation for ordering food. Made us feel welcome.
Short distance to downtown Austin
Me
Good stay. Nice olace
Great place to stay, clean and comfortable, staff was super helpful.
Good place to stay. Wife was happy
This property was very underwhelming it was very promising in the pictures but when we got there I was very dissapointed. The hotel was hot, especially the 4th floor the ac was not good in the halls. The rooms had a weird smell and you could tell the floors had not been sweeped prior because there was dirt and small items left over from previous tenants. The pool was very dirty and had not been cleaned and I didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. The breakfast was also very dissatisfying as well, but decent for free. Overall would not stay here again and would say it was not worth $108. Luckily we only stayed one night.
Good
That socks
We had a late dinner and we went back to our room. As we pull back the covers, we find a dirty sock.we will stay somewhere else tonight
Honest review!
There is a $5.00 a night parking fee. There is security at night. The room was big, 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave.!AC struggled a bit during the day,but considering it was over 90 degrees it cooled off at night. There is a small gym and outdoor pool. The entrance isn’t huge and you will miss it if you’re not paying attention.
Very quiet and peaceful and clean
there was an area to walk our dog but there was also a $75 per day fee for our pet
No one at reception. Had to wait for 5 to 10 min.Charged 5$ for parking which was not mentioned at the time of booking
3 mornings cofee cold light roast
It was ok
Very clean loved everything
The breakfast was very pleasing and the dining area was spacious. I could hear the sounds coming from the other bedrooms that were nearby very clearly.
Good hotel
We did have a great stay. I did have to pay an extra 50 dollars a night, for some kinda room insurance, that I was supposed to get back, as long as there wasn’t any damages while we stayed in the room. We left basically the same as it was, apart from the bed not being made. Still haven’t received that money back yet.
Ok
Hotel was clean but the hallways were extremely hot. Once we arrived we were told you have to pay to park your car. They also were not any vending machines, we had to spend 4.00 for a soda in the lobby. Breakfast was decent but the lady was closing the door while I was still Inside eating.
Overnight trip
Stay was great, the pool area was clean with fresh towels. They had cookies at check in. Pet friendly. Definitely will stay again.
Very clean with friendly staff
Overall it’s a ok property. There is Tesla supercharger at short distance. Hotel property is little hard to locate due to an abandoned building nearby. Staff and other facilities are good inside.
Everything was good
Terrible customer service
I reserved 2 rooms ended up only getting one room. Still got charged for both rooms. Trying to get a hold of the hotel to see if it can he fixed but they never pick up the phone.
Breakfast was awsome!
1st time have to request a room cleaning service. Did nit automatic replace our dirty towels. Room smell. Breadfast items are not fresh. Coffee is ok.
Room was clean and comfortable..staff was very friendly.breakfast good and a nice selection.staff gave me great recommendations on eating places and travel around town. Hopefully I never need to go back to Austin TX. If I do this my place to stay.
We did not stay here. There was no pool for the grandkids so we went elsewhere sorry.
Comfy beds, and a wonderful hot breakfast.
Very clean rooms , friendly and accomodating staff. Amazing continental breakfast!
.
All employees were extremely courteous, especially the front desk and housekeeping.
My girlfriend booked this room for her and myself, another mutual friend booked another room a few doors down. In the morning we decided to stay another day but were struggling with the 3rd party site. I got a late checkout at noon.. at 11:45 i got a call on the phone saying my friend was in another room (the pther friends) and we werent allowed to stay over and i had to leave too and i had less then 10 min to get packed out and out. They then proceeded to bring 2 adult males and 3 females to the door and stand over me as i packed. And escorted us out.. we did nothing wrong. I slept the majority of the time. So rude and absolutely unacceptable and unnecessary
breakfast was good. walls too thin and too much noise from other rooms. also very inconvenient access unless you have your own car. not walkable area.
The only affordable hotel i will trust for my stays in austin! Its not too far and it was very clean. I felt good and safe staying here.
Tye location was right off the parkway, pretty small parking lot but I did like the fact that they have a parking pass for an additional $5 so they don't tow your car and to know the cars that are from the hotel.
We stayed two nights, they dont come give towles, nor clean out trash everyday. So if it is an off day, be ready to take the trash out your self. I know, First World problem, but for 200usd per night....
Quiet, close to everything, lots of parking
No

Comfortable stay
The building is probably old, but the staff kept it clean and nice. Breakfast staffs are friendly and keeps the area supplied and clean. Good value place
The staff was very friendly. The building was clean inside and out, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was very good. We will be staying there again!
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it always clean. The bed is very comfortable and clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we are in Austin.
I stayed for SXSW. As budget hotels go, it's definitely value for money. The location didn't matter as I was jumping an Uber into town every morning. Breakfasts were great. 24 hour tea and coffee. Safe and clean. I'll stay again.
I would not give it high reviews because of the lack of water in the fitness area when I went to workout early in the morning. That seems like a necessary thing for guests.
Convenient
This location has seen better days. It looks a little tired and could use some sprucing up.
Great experience. Slightly annoying you charge for parking :)
I loved the contenantal breakfast
Switcheroo
I have no complaints about the hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was hot and fresh. However, I did experience an issue during my stay. I reserved and paid in full for a king bed suite. When I arrived at 6pm, 3 hours after check-in, I was given a two queen bed suite. The front desk staff said that my reservation had been changed because the hotel was full. This was very upsetting because I did not receive any type of notification. I was told to contact Hotels.com to resolve the issue, which I did. I spoke with an agent for a few minutes, was placed on hold for another 10+ minutes, and then the call discounted. At that point I was exhausted and frustrated. I just wanted to check-in to my room and get some rest after a long day of traveling. The agent did call back with 2 options, move to a different hotel or get a refund.
Hotel lost our reservation
Average
Didn’t like how you had to pay for parking … and the place is average
Nice clean rooms, all updated. Staff is super nice, especially front desk clerk "Josh"!
The room was as beautiful as it is in the pictures. It was clean and I liked the mattress. There was really nothing to complain about. Loved it.
Very friendly atmosphere. Was greeted immediately when we walked in.
Great place for great balue
Great staff and security
I was charged a fee for parking which was not written anywhere that I could find on the initial booking. The person checking in next to me wasn’t charged because the young lady helping him “couldn’t figure out how to do it”.
In the photograph for the room described as, 1 Queen Bed, Accessible, Bathtub (Mobility & Hearing) showed a bathtub with safety bars and a tub seat that fitted into the tub. The bathroom had no chair. I requested a shower chair and was told there wasn't one, but was offered a toilet frame to elevate the toilet to use instead. The night desk clerk was pro-active, and promised that we would have a shower chair the next day, and also receive a discount on the room. He had the right idea, but sadly no follow- through or power to serve his customer properly. No chair the next day, and the discount was a myth. Management is being contacted, and corporate too.
Clean quiet room, friendly staff, comfortable stay, would recommend
Homeless people around at night.
I really liked the fact that the hotel is set back in a green area. It's a very inviting setting after the urban sprawl that is Austin. 'Staff was very friendly and helpful, too.
The service was horrible and slow. The room smelled like cat urine. It was not good.
The guy who checked me in was amazing so friendly, very respectable. Amazing he is someone to keep.
show up and the hotel was sold out, thank to the agent that help me last nigh, by the way great help!!
A lot of traffic noise
Great price, great breakfast !
Good hotel
Everyone is so nice and it’s clean
The front desk staff was excellent
Room clean breakfast staff very friendly and making sure coffee never went empty for long, will be coming back
Decent
Location of the hotel is in central Austin. It is right off the highway, so there is a lot of noise at night with traffic, sirens and people. For the most part, the room was comfortable. There was a bolted door in the room that I assume led to the room next to mine. Because of this door, I could hear the person next to my room snoring at night. Also, the pillows in the room were not comfortable. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Breakfast runs from 6am to 10am.
The pool was very clean and well-kept and the staff were very accommodating.
great service- friendly--professional
Didn't like the additional charge for parking each day, Rooms were older, worn furniture. Breakfast was very good each day
Rooms were clean and comfortable, even the pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options. Will definitely stay again.
The front desk peoole are so nice and always helpful !
Rooms are so small. Elevator not working and it was a hustle having to deal with luggage. Also, they charge for parking, which is rather unusual. There was a lot of noise due to construction outside.
Quiet and Clean
Loved our stay here. Very clean, pleasant staff. Breakfast was a bit lacking, and one of the elevators was broken, but being a weekday, we didn't have any issues with long waits for the elevator. Really enjoyed that there was a secondary entrance so we didn't have to traipse through the lobby if we didn't want to. Bed was super soft and comfy, but the pillows were flat. We did not have any issues with noise - either from inside the hotel or outside the hotel. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cold, and the mini fridge/freezer was just the right size for what we needed. It should be noted that you have to pay for parking - $5 a day, unless you are a Hilton rewards member. I actually am a Hilton rewards member, but somehow my reservation didn't get connected to my rewards account, so I had to pay for parking.
Parking fee
Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and attentive. Location was accessible to highways but in a run down area. The incidental was high at $75 per night. Did not like the parking fee, considering there was no security.
Hampton charged me a $75 "Incidental fee", which has yet to be credited back to my credit card. I used to be in Hilton Honors, & was a faithful member. I recently joined Marriott Bonvoy, so much better! And, none of the Marriott's are charging an absurd "incidental fee".
We were greeted by Angelica at the front desk and she was friendly. The bed was not very comfortable, but we still enjoyed our stay.
Great
Na
Hands down the best breakfast!

Room was clean but overall felt outdated.
