Nice breakfast

Very nice property. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great beds.

My stay was for work taking an onsite leadership training course. 4 nights in room #128. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff is kind and helpful. Housekeeping is wonderful. Now for the cons…The closet is partially blocked by a wall! Having to reach around a wall to grab or put clothes away was strange. There were also 4 dogs barking all night the first 2 nights. Once one would start all would join. Lastly there is no onsite restaurant or bar. Ultimately, I would stay here again as an alternative.

A really nice hotel in a nice area in Redmond WA. Will stay there again when we come back to visit our son.

Everything like new with a food taste. Helpful stuff.

Interesting Stay

Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Greater water pressure in the shower. Pat was a delight at check in. However, there was NO syrup for waffles, yet a Target store was literally in the parking lot where they could have gotten syrup. They suggested to use honey. Nope. Then a homeless person was bathing in the guest restroom on the main level. Hmmmm. Odd to say the least. Maybe it's a Washington thing. No lids for the coffee but just looked at me with a blank stare when I asked for one.

I would stay here again. It was quiet and close to Target and Kohls and quick driving distance to many shopping opportunities. The breakfast was good. So nice to have an option of hot eggs, potatoes and sausage in addition to many other choices. The only downside was there was no brewed decaf coffee at breakfast so had to brew some back in the room. But we would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were at the very end of the hall and and it was very quiet. Surprised how long it took for hot water to come on.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. May have been recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to be dealing well with a large group of teens in town for a soccer tournament. The only negative was that the room internet was down (but available in the lobby).

They were extremely polite and were quite hospitable.

A massive weather event left 650k people in the area without power the week before Thanksgiving. After four days without power and no ETA for return, my family booked a room for 3 nights to find warmth for the first time since losing power. I even remember saying I’ve never had a negative experience at a Hampton Inn. When checking in, the AM acknowledged that they were sheltering many families that had been displaced, understood we were in similar circumstances, and wished us luck with our power. The next morning, we were lucky to have power restored. We went to give the good news and cancel the reservation. On the way, we found dog excrement in the hallway and told the front desk (30 minutes later it was still there). We said our power was back, we’re checking out, and assumed a refund for the unused days. They informed us that we’d have to go through Expedia. Once home, Expedia said they would happily refund with the hotel’s permission. Unfortunately, Hampton refused. Even the general manager, who acknowledged the community impact and extenuating circumstances, refused any compensation. Hampton Inn‘s slogan is “Making you happy, makes us happy.” While businesses are not required to show empathy or basic human decency, the willingness to take advantage of people impacted by a natural disaster certainly doesn’t make us happy and demonstrates the true values of Hampton Inn.

I had my daughter's birthday party there and they were more than accommodating.

The pool and hot tub were out of service. And that was my main reason for coming. And I found someone's dirty sock under the curtain from the last stay before me...

I love this place ..stay so many times here since 2021. clean ,cozy, safe area , close to Target , kind staff with waffle machine ^^ (Only thing I miss is fruit smoothie ? There was real fruit juice as breakfast) Strongley recommanded!!

Rooms conditions are descent and clean however there is a scope to be better by eliminating dusts from bathroom counter corners. Specious rooms and bathrooms. Shower heads needs repair. Overall breakfast was good and staff is very friendly and accommodative. Overall nice experience.

Very convenient location yet quiet. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Well maintained. The breakfast bar has a nice variety of cold and warm items include fresh fruits. I would definitely come back again.

There was a little smell in the room

Enjoyed our stay. Particularly appreciated attentive staff at breakfast! Clearing, wiping tables, replenishing,…. Made even the breakfast a pleasant experience.

Best hotel in the area for the price

Glad I went with the reviews on this one. Great location. Close enough to the city, but just far enough away to avoid the congestion of Seattle and Bellevue. There’s a Target and a Kohl’s right behind it. Right off the highway, but not TOO close. Amazing staff, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good also. Will stay here again if I come back to Seattle

Stay was great. Quiet and friendly staff. The only negative was ice machines on 2 and 3 were out of Oder. The signs indicated it was a long term problem so the only working ice machine was a long walk to get to.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton. The Continental breakfast was great, 4 out of our 5 day stay. On one of our morning they ran very low on food, out of a variety of items including bowls and napkins. The rooms were dated and the air conditioner sounded like a blender each time it started. It was comfortable for the amount of time we spent in there.

We loved the location of this hotel to 60 acres soccer tournament. We definitely recommend. Target is walking distance and restaurants a quick drive around the corner.

We stayed here before and were back in town for another soccer game. Decided to come back because we had a good experience the first time. This time was just as good. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and we love the location! Who wouldn’t want to be right next to Target?!!

Room was incredibly clean. Since I was working all day from the room; I requested room service one eve and it was done promptly! The staff was friendly and even recognized my dog! I’ll stay here again for sure.

Property needs upgrades

Parking lot had very large pothole as you were pulling out of premise. A little more maintenance is required in the parking lot and surrounding area. When you’re walking down the hallway on the second floor, there’s dips and inconsistencies in the floor furnace.

Very good experience. Room is spacious with great layout. I like the large desk with one chair and 2 stools. The AC fan of my room is malfunctioned. Noise is unbearable. I turned it off before sleeping. I suggest the hotel to fix it before the hot season.

Staff were friendly and provided good service. We were given a room for handicapped people even though we did not request that. We did not like the ill designed shower in the room as it was difficult to prevent water from going onto the bathroom floor. We also did not enjoy the breakfast, especially the eggs (are they real?)

Quick trip

It was pleasant. We have stayed there before and liked how clean the hotel is.

We had the worst customer service from the front desk attendant our first morning there and the pool/hot tub had so much chlorine or something in it that it burnt our children’s cheeks and completely tarnished my jewelry that I’ve had on for 10 years. I am extremely disappointed and not happy, the front desk didn’t seem to care either!!
