Check in time is to jater when you need a room

It’s all great

Everything was great from check in to check out. Breakfast was delicious. Best stay of a longer trip!

Good breakfast!

Good basic accommodations. Room was supposed to include breakfast, but breakfast staff had to leave early, so they shut it down 2 hours earlier than advertised, with no alternative and no apologies. Facility was basically clean, but there were cigarettes and trash in the elevators.

Employees are extremely cordial. Just nice to meet really good people. Heck, Im gonna stay another night.

Stay was good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was the usual but well attended. One drawback is there is nothing at that exit besides a gas station across the highway. Restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away.

Employees were rude and I am from Memphis.....sad really

The receptionist was very judgemental to the point of being rude. I reserved my room 4 days prior. When I arrived after 4pm he told me that they didn't have any rooms available for me but he just placed the patrons before me in a room on tye 3rd floor. Then he stated to me that my room wasn't paid for yet and I said to him that's because I haven't checked in yet. He told me he only had one room which was right by the front office. I told him that I wanted to be up so that I could stirm watch. He proceeds to tell me that I had to wait until a room a cleaned, mind you check in was at 4pm I arrived after 4pm and I was inconvenienced by Brandon. Them miraculously he came up with a room on the 3rd floor. My worst experience ever. I will not be returning to that hotel.

The suite was clean and cozy for our overnight stay.

The room was nice, but they put us right by the desk. You could hear people all night. I didn't get much sleep. Never again here. You hear people outside the window, and the worker outside the door. Breakfast hits and yeah sleeping is done.

Brandon at the front desk was great. Made check in easy.

When I booked my stay, I chose a room with a soaking tub. I did not get the tub from the picture and when I mentioned that, their representative blamed the fact that I booked on a third party site. No initial attempt to satisfy my expectations, just passing the blame to me and the site through which I booked my stay.

Don’t stay here

The whole place should be torn down and rebuilt. Dirt and rust in bathrooms and even with all the lights on in the room, it is so dark during the daytime that my phone camera flash comes on when taking a picture. The only good thing is that reception was friendly and helpful.

Did not appreciate calling ALL the motorcycles park at the entrance where guests could not get to covered entrance. Also allowing each motorcyclist to idle their bike for half hour warm up prior to leaving at daybreak. Room 214 is directly above canopy and VERY noisy. Put the cyclists in that room.

Poor conditions

Found out after we checked in that the pool was closed. Kids were really disappointed. Room was also run down and indoor air was humid. Made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had my service dog with me and this property was extremely animal friendly. My only complaint would be that the cost of the room versus it's location and current status of the rooms was a little over priced. The window in the room had a sheer shade covering it which did nothing to block the sun. Worse, we were located on the second floor right by the pool where we quickly learned that those who were in the pool could see inside everyone's rooms. Once they have finished renovating the hotel I am sure it will be worth the cost we paid, but currently I don't feel it was worth it. I am not saying the hotel wasn't nice or that the staff weren't great. I am just stating that I felt more like I was paying for the name of the hotel instead of the comfort I expected.

Hotel was clean pretty and quiet..staff friendly and helpful

We were given a room without window shade (broken and removed). When we found out later in the evening I called the front desk and the girl who booked us in said that she knew it already, and asked me whether I want a discount or to switch a room. Totally unapologetic! How could she just kept quiet and waited us to call! We had to repack our bags and stuff and switched to an adjacent room late in the night. I will do my best not be in this type of hotel anymore.

Great Hotel

Clarice, the clerk on duty when I checked in, was so nice & friendly-I have never had such great service! Our room was spacious, the couch very comfortable, bed comfortable,& large TV & desk. There were plenty of outlets/USB ports. The desk chair wasn’t the best. Shower spray was ok. Parking was plentiful, area felt safe. Easy on/off I-40, close to everything we wanted in Jackson. Breakfast was good. Pet fee is steep ($75/night) but we appreciated being able to bring our pups. I would love to see hotels allow more than 2 pets-we have 2 but freq a 3rd due to owner illness (last time was for 4 mos). We would stay here again.

I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them. Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal. My only complaint is these big bottles of toiletries instead of SEALED individual bottles. I know it’s a less plastic thing but those are so easy to tamper with. Also as someone with allergies I can’t be sure what I’m using. So bring your own. Overall very nice

Breakfast included

Comfortable beds No wastebaskets, no hair dryer, no desk chair … told front desk and they took care of them. Telephone in Rm 219 did not work.

The hotel was absolutely fine and very convenient. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel because they were pet friendly. When I booked, there was absolutely no mention that there was an additional pet fee. The fee was quite high, about $85 with taxes. I was irritated that this was never mentioned during the online booking process.

Safe Quiet Bad entrance

The only downside was the was no food or anything like that, but it was right off the interstate. And the other downside was the ac stopped working in our room. The were renovating the hotel though.

The front desk was rude upon arriving. The property was priced like a Hilton 187$ a night but was keep poorly. Room was dusty and wiring too light was sticking out of the wall. Not worth the money

Really bad. Find something else.

Price too high for what you get. Sink was dirty, desk chair was crusted with previous guest chuncks of food. Shower curtain was too high up causing floor to flood when showering. One of window curtains was missing the decorative box that covers the roll mechanism.

Shower curtain was not clean and had a strong mildew odor. carpet had left food , and bathroom had a strong urine smell.

Good location for a one night stop over. Lots of places to eat nearby. Safe and relatively new location and decor.

It was a fantastic stay with one exception the shower temperature was Luke warm at best.

Nice with a surprise

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but we were charged a non-refundable $83 for having a dog. I didn't recall seeing that anywhere on Hotels.com when i made the reservation.

Convient to highway. Clean/updated lobby was nice. Must drive to restaurants or have delivered. Construction debris in back parking lot needs to be cleaned up. Little pricey for a Monday night stay. Overall, satisfied with the property.

Brought my Yorkie and had a great stay, plenty of grassy areas around for him to be off his leash after a 12 hour car ride from FL. Breakfast was great with plenty of options—just wish it was offered a little later until 10am on weekends 😉 10 mins to town, and next to gas station and right off the highway so it’s a convenient location also. Room size was excellent and the staff is very friendly as well.

Sheets were dirty on bed, floors were dirty all over hotel and smelled. Hotel needs serious updating and cleaning!!! .

They had no rooms when we got there last last night so we had to go to anther hotel. Please refund

Reception was not overly friendly upon arrival; little assistance when asked about local restaurants. Came with cat; bed had huge tear in box spring; cat stuck for period of time; requested xtra pillows as we had used all available to block holes in and around bed; was given two pillows with no pillow cases. Hammering in room above ours beyond 6pm. No hand soap in bathroom. No cold water in shower or at sink; unable to regulate temp; only hot to scalding; was unable able to shower following 10 hours on the road.

Coffee pot did not work. That’s important when I need to be out by 5 am. No shampoo. Supply chain I guess.

Girl at front desk not friendly at all and was put out if you asked questions. Tried calling front desk multiple times during the night and it was always busy. No cold water in shower so water was scalding hot. The hotel needs to be cleaned. Pool not open.

No refrigerator, dirty room.

The room was comfortable with good in-room amenities. The pillow was lumpy as if the filling was clumping. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were efficient though not particularly outgoing.

The hotel was undergoing a remodel, which affected the pool being closed and the lobby/hallway areas to be hot and stuffy.

We came in for a softball tournament for the weekend . Our room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. . We will definitely stay there again if we are back up that way.

I specifically chose this property because it lists its amenities as having an outdoor pool. My family was in Jackson for an extended stay for business and wanted to relax by the pool during the days that we were there. The place was torn up for repairs the whole time and the pool as padlocked with a sign that said closed for the season. Why would you choose your main travel season to tear up the hallways, the pool, and half of the parking lot? The breakfast was not kept supplied and there was a wait every morning to put out more supplies. There is no air conditioning in the halls and the summers are quite hot and muggy in that region. This is supposed to be a Hampton Inn owned by Hilton. Because of this, the prices are quite a bit higher than other hotels in the area. This place is more like an Econolodge.

Pool was closed. Desk clerk said he would reduce my rate but I don’t know if that happened. Lots of construction at the hotel. Room’s entry face plate came off. I was given another room that smelled smoky. Breakfast was not good. No nearby restaurants.

Staff is rude. Doing the minimum of whatever their job duties are. Breakfast is gone if you don't get there early. Pool is closed as of June 2023. Shower head was clogged.

We booked this hotel mainly due to the pool since my kids wanted to swim. Pool was closed and there were no mention of it on the website. Room AC was dirty and one bed wasnt tucked and have an under sheet.cjeck in was long and one person was manning the breakfast rush and was doing a great job. But you can tell she was overwhelmed. No coffee cups in the front until we asked for refills. For $250 a night I expected more.

Only had hot water, no cold water and bathroom sink leaked

After checkin on Friday we advised front desk that the sink in our room would not drain, plug stuck in place. Were told it would be fixed; we had to make do all weekend without use of the sink, brushing our teeth leaning over bathtub (not easy for seniors) and disappointed no one ever check on it before our leaving on Sunday morning.

Only hot water was available both at the sink and shower-no fun brushing teeth with hot water

Near downtown Jackson with good access to the interstate. We arrived early, and the front desk lady was sullen, not responsive, and borderline disrespectful. When we returned, staff had changed and we were welcomed.
