Was a great place, I would stay again

Sliding door only in bathroom, no lock, no bathroom fan, three inch gap on each side of the door. No free wifi unless you signup online for loyalty plan, otherwise $5/day.

Very good breakfast. Easy and speedy checkin. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Front desk staff were always joyful and welcoming. Clean facility. Housekeeping only made one of the beds, which we found a little odd. Overall a great hotel with many dining options in the immediate area. Customer service is a strength here.

I found the $75 pet fee for one night extremely high. Especially for this type of hotel which is not at all high end or even close. More like a motel with an elevator.

This is an ok place to stay. Our room was quite large but without much furniture- no luggage stand, laundry bag, robes etc. The pool was ok, breakfast was ok (tables and cloth chairs were not particularly clean). The area seemed safe compared to staying in Edmonton

I really liked how big the room was with modern and touches like a barn door on the bathroom and a walk-in shower instead of a tub that I would never lay in. It was very quiet. We would gladly stay there again and recommend to our friends.

The 2 Queen Suite was very spacious to accommodate my family (2 adults, 3 kids) on our fun trip to Edmonton from Grande Prairie. Kids loved the pool. Free breakfast was fantastic! Breakfast ended at 10 a.m. which allowed for sleeping in. Property was adequately removed from busy areas, yet close to main ring road (freeway) for good access to all parts of Edmonton. Price was mid range.

Noisy, woke at 7 am to a 2 stoke leaf blower cleaning sidewalks. Sounded like a chainsaw for 45 minutes. Back hurts from the king size bed

Lovely hotel, 50 km from the airport in a very quiet area. Mr. Mike's Steakhouse is right next door, which offers excellent food. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is served next to the lobby. Uber is always nearby for fast transport to any of the local sights.

This is our second time staying here and not our last. With two small children, the larger rooms are perfect for our family. This was our first time staying with our dog so we were nervous how comfortable we would all feel but it was great. Such a great location and I appreciate the hot coffee ready in the morning!

For the most part is was an ok stay. But the room was extremely dirty. The bed sheets had hair on it and other items on the sheets...like stains...it looked like it was unwashed. Floor was dirty.

Front desk staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. I had reached out to them before check in and they were quick to respond and accommodating. The room was excellent - spacious and clean with lots of outlets and storage - even a night light in the bathroom, which was a nice touch, and appreciated. Will definitely return when I am in Edmonton next.

Check in was amazing they accommodated both myself and my cat for the stay. Even allowed me early access to help us out.

We had an amazing stay. Even though I accidentally booked the wrong rooms, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and changed things over for us so we could have adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean and quiet and reasonably priced. 10/10 would stay again!

We liked the location but the 3 boys that weren’t being parented were super loud and running the halls.

Nice room, fire drills sucked!

The room was very large, no complaints about the hotel. But we did not appreciate the fire drills early in the morning, on both days that we stayed. Apparently the toaster in the kitchen set the fire alarm off those two days. Hopefully that's a rare occurrence

Staff was excellent!!! But washroom is weird when took shower all water spilled out of the tub made a huge mess and soaked my clothes they were hanging over a low hanger Felt disgusting and had wipe the water from the floor towel. Also window was right above the portico and it was dirty due to rain and ice water and that made the view very unpleasant :-(

Great check in. Room was lovely and clean. Standard “included” breakfast but this was the best tasting and nicest “ standard” breakfast I have had (and I travel a considerable amount).

Messed up my reservation then said sorrry were busy Also worst in room coffee ive ever had I wont stay here again

The bathrom door doesnt have a lock. Its only a sliding door. And the exhaust fan doesnt work. Overall it was good. Breakfast was amazing with many choices!

We were so very happy with our stay. They were extremely accommodating in our very late check in, and very early check out. Good free hot and cold contintental breakfast. They have a fenced off area for dogs. Will definitely stay here again.

There was a disconnect between the Expedia pre paid room and the check in who claimed they couldn’t do a check in as they hadn’t received payment. Took a long time to sort.

We came with the family from Vancouver for the metallica concert and stayed for a week at the Hampton Inn and suites. We were able to get connected rooms which was pretty cool. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. They offered complimentary breakfast each morning with quite a variety of choices. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Edmonton.

Needs improvement on breakfast menu. Hampton in Cayman Islands breakfast is way way better than what Hampton Calgary was offering.

Thanks for the excellent stay. Newer facility, very clean, and well maintained. Easy check in and out procedures. Staff was great. Room was big, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was the best I have had in quiet awhile. They had pretty much anything breakfast food you could ask for and it was busy, so everyone was enjoying it. I will definitely stay again when I travel back in the area. Thank you Hampton Inn Staff.
