Personal very helpful

We stayed at this hotel mainly for its location, and it was definitely convenient, just a short walk to Disneyland, which made our trip much easier. The room was clean and a good size, which we appreciated after long days at the park. However, the breakfast was really disappointing. The eggs were dry and tasted fake, and the overall selection was very basic. It didn’t meet our expectations, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Service was hit or miss. Some of the front desk staff were kind and helpful, but two specific ladies were surprisingly rude when I simply asked for water. I understand that water may need to be paid for, but other staff members had no issue offering it politely. The attitude from those two really stood out in a negative way. Parking was easy to access, though keep in mind there’s a $37 per night fee. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the service and breakfast could use improvement.

Everything was good about this property except it would be great if the breakfast was open for longer. All the other amenities were great!

My family stayed here yesterday when we went to Disneyland and we just walked like 15minutes from the hotel to Disneyland.

The space was good and comfortable, but we had a much rougher evening than we should have. We had booked one type of room, paying extra so it would be easier with our kids, but that room became unavailable due to another party extending their stay. They made an effort to make it up to us financially, but it still made the night harder than it should have been.

Location is great, staff is friendly and welcoming, place is clean and they have a great bksfast bar

Everything was great

The property is right next to the Toy Story parking lot. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the loading/unloading area. The hotel is updated throughout as of March 2025. Breakfast had great options and varies day to day. In general they had eggs, sausage, potato/hashbrown, fruit, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, coffee, etc). and food was good. Parking is $32/day tax. There were several restaurants nearby and Starbucks.

Best stay ever!

The stay was perfect per usual. Our only complaint was (for the first time) the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t want to make a fuss, but I’m positive the staff would have offered us something better. The food was great and perfect access to DL and DCA.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. They do charge extra fees not mentioned when booking.

Incredibly expensive parking at $32/night, subpar breakfast, average amenities. Basically they want to charge Marriott rates for a Holiday Inn experience.

Great experience- especially the breakfast! The jacuzzi was warm, could see the Disney fireworks from our room, and the bed was spacious and clean. My only warning is that the walls are thin, and motorcycle noise from the street is LOUD at night. Otherwise, great experience.

Hampton Inn and Suites Anaheim Resort was the perfect hotel for our visit to Disneyland. Our 5 family members fit perfectly into our room. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was very responsive. I'd come back here again for sure.

There was nothing i didnt like. Conveniently close to Disneyland. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff is extremely friendly. I choose this hotel everytime we make a trip to the parks.

Wonderful

The staff were wonderful and this location was perfect for visiting Disneyland or accessing restaurants within a block.

Terrific option for families going to Disneyland

This hotel was a great choice for my family who planned a 3 day visit to Disneyland. It is a very short walk to the Toy Story parking lot that provides security check and shuttle bus directly to the park entrance. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was pretty good. It is also in very close proximity to other restaurants. The room ( king bed, bunk beds) was a good size as was the bathroom. My children loved that they had their own private space within our room, with a bunk bed, tv, couch, and large pocket doors that they close when they wanted. Overall I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. Great value and great location.

Stayed here for Disney race weekend. Hotel is across the street from starting line. To get to Disney, we hopped on the shuttle at Toy Story lot down the street. So many restaurants within walking distance. The perfect off property Disneyland hotel.

The room was spacious and nice! Clean and comfortable! The only complaint I have is that they gave us an accessible bathroom that had a chair in the tub so the tub couldn’t be used for a bath, and the bathroom had a sensor light that came on when you opened the bathroom door and would wake everyone up at night if you needed the bathroom!

Great breakfast

My experience at this hotel was the greatest. Besides it being very clean Nola the receptionist was very helpful, friendly and made everything so easy for me. I will definitely be using this hotel property for the future.

We are local LA residents, but after a long day at Disney, even the 40 min drive back feels LOONG! We like to stay over for the evening and get a fresh start back home the next day. I chose Hampton Inn and Suites for its complimentary breakfast, convenience to the park, and the fact it had a pool and hot tub. The room was large and clean, the staff at the desk were helpful and congenial. The three things about our stay that were disappointing were the following: 1. Our room faced out to Katella Blvd. There was street noise ALL NIGHT. We were on the 3rd floor. It felt like we were on the ground floor. 2. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Very firm and shocking as the mattresses are usually great. 3. Most importantly, I was SHOCKED to find out there was a hefty overnight parking charge! We arrived at 11pm and left at 12 pm. We were barely there 12 hours. This was not stated in the Expedia booking, in fact, their slogan is "no surprises!" All fees were supposedly included in the price. If I had booked through the Hampton Inn website, I would have seen this, but I always use and trust Expedia to disclose these things. For the above three reasons, I will not stay here again. I will always double check the website of the hotel when booking through Expedia. I had just paid to park at Disney- shame on Hampton Inn for charging their guests, even Hilton Honors guests to park while staying at their hotel. Shame on Expedia for not disclosing these "hidden fees"!

Decent but basic hotel

A bit noisy, shower had a cold breeze on legs. There were some black stuff coming out of vents. Parking was also $35 per day which kinda sucked comparing to other hotels. Breakfast was great though and location was good too.

Hotel was fantastic! Great location, very friendly staff, and clean! Only complaint being the mattress was very uncomfortable, the water pressure is not great & coffee pot needs an upgrade lol!

Everything was great!

I loved that it was conveniently close to Disney land. I loved the cleanliness and neatness of the room and towels. I loved that there was a place to hang the towels. I loved the breakfast options. I didn’t like that the parking price was a surprise addition to what we had already paid. My husband would like breakfast to end later. The beds were comfortable and felt safe that strangers couldn’t sneak up to the rooms since you need a key card to get upstairs

Our family has wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is so convenient to access toy story line shuttle to Disneyland. We were so happy to choose this hotel.

Extra charge for parking expensive shower was a hassle to figure out to work pool area shower was broke ..and breakfast was mediocre

Property was located in a great spot. Plenty to do around the area. Room and bathroom were very clean. Only two small complaints. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin. We can hear everything and everyone in the halls and the room above us.

When we arrived it took over 45 min to be checked in. The lady was helping someone in front of us with an issue but the other worker was just socializing with co workers and didn’t pay any attention to us. Then When another man walked in proceeded to help the guy behind us in line. It was very odd. Then whoever was above us was stampeding for the two nights we were there. The front desk did not help.

The room was very clean and quiet. The facilities were very good. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning. They changed up the hot items each day. The front staff were friendly and professional. Easy walk to Toy Story shuttle and to many dining options. A convenience store right across the street was helpful. The only negative was that room service was supposed to come every second day but we did not get any. But we didn’t care so we didn’t ask about it. The elevator was super fast. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Disney Vacay

I just wanna say that our family stay of two nights in two rooms and the service there especially the front desk was absolutely fantastic especially Nola the young lady that helped us and went above and beyond. This is a five star hotel with five star service. Thank you so much for making our vacation a wonderful and happy success.

It was clean and safe and friendly. The food was great. I loved that the Disney shuttle was so close. My only complaint was the limited room cleaning. I am fine with every other day, but some of our days were missed. And then they said on the off days we could request what we need (towels, trash more shampoo). Twice we did this and only once did we receive what we needed. I am gluten free and they were quite helpful with me at breakfast. Also, the hot tub worked the first two nights then after that we were unable to use the hot tub as it was a cold tub.

Everything was beautiful comfortable and clean. The rooms had a lot of space for family travel and I also took my dog with me. The staff was friendly since the moment I arrived till we left.
