The best in the area with convenience fees!

A great place to stay before or after flights, or if there is some sort of need to stay in that area. A huge mall is 50meters away. An uber ride ro the very certre of Warsaw was 12 zl. Very inexpensive. Breakfasts was well presented, deliciouse and had a good variety. Room are just renovated, clean. No complaints at all. We definitely would consider coming back.

Very high level room that we needed after a long trip at the agrotourism place, very quiet and lots of restaurants around. Very clean. Breakfast options were amazing and fullfilling

I like the free welcome drink and breakfast is included. There is street parking if you don't want to park in the lot.

Everything was excellent

They only had two person to work check in, the bar and maintenance. waited 15 minutes for the girl to handle the bar before I could check in. At least make parking free.

Night receptionist Maciej and day receptionist Maya both went beyond the call of duty when the airline lost my luggage and there was only a few hours to locate it before i had to leave Warsaw. All staff and particularly these two were very helpful. I don't think the bags would have appeared without their help with phoning (I don't speak Polish), and following up to make sure my bag was stored at the hotel while i was at a meeting. Gratitude, thank you!

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. Room was very spacious and have everything needed to look after 2 kids. I d recommend though checking bathrooms doors/locks as my older soon got locked inside, we couldn’t get him out for 20 min. Although I appreciate your responsiveness when the issue occurred

Awful unfriendly behaviour of personal staff

I have booked the room fir 3 people, the receptionist made me crazy and tell that the room is booked for 2 people , than they gave te room for people with limited ability, moreovere we arrived in the morning around 11 , the receptionist aloud to check in only at 3 p m not 1min earlier, but Im sure they have that kind of room from the early morning , awful and unfriendly, I’m very upset

Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Mokotow doesn't have a Ukrainian TV channel (was covered in their TV guidebook) but has Russian TV.

Great location if you have a morning flight. Hotel is modern, crispy clean, welcoming but…. we had the worst night sleep ever- AC was working minimally and beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet - exceptional!

Frequent visitor to this hotel

Happy to say that the staff are now fully trained and able to cope with the demands of working in a popular and often full hotel. The only negative point I have to make is that the standard of cleaning in the guest rooms has slipped. I was staying in room 301 this time and there were several small areas of my room that needed attention. That said, I still had a very pleasant three night stay.

Excellent overall

Perfect stay near the airport but also close to the train station and various transportation to downtown. Only missing thing is an airport shuttle - it's 5 mins away by car.

Good Hotel with Flaws

Overall, this is a very nice hotel, modern, airy and with all the basic facilities. My room was of a good size and well appointed, the breakfast buffet was generous enough and of good quality, it was quiet at night although the building activity in the vicinity during the day accounts for some noise. The location is good if you need to be near the airport or have business in the modern part of Warsaw. For city sightseeing it is a long 1 1/2 hour walk or a 30 minute ride on a tram. The tram station is 300m away. There is a large shopping mall nearby. The hotel does not have a restaurant but offers snack type meals 24/7. The meals are poor microwaved affairs, the choice is very limited and not cheap for what you get. If you arrive late or on a holiday (like Easter) everything around the hotel is firmly shut as it is in a business district and you have little choice but to stomach one of their microwaved dishes. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable on the transport into to town, nor did they have a city plan. As there is nowhere to go in the evenings around the hotel, a Skysport channel for sport viewing would have been very welcome

Still hit and miss, yet so conveniently located.

I've been staying at this hotel on a regular basis since it opened, but it still has staff training issues compared to other Hampton by Hilton that I also stay in. The rooms are never made up to the high standard that I expect of a Hilton hotel and the breakfast staff are simply terrible, seemingly far more interested in talking to each other than actually doing their job.

Nice new comfortable hotel. Rooms are a good size and the hotel is very clean. Great to have a waffle making machine in the breakfast area. I’m a regular visitor to this hotel and I’m never disappointed.

Great hotel easy access to airport

Stayed in Mokotów for easy access to customers office. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful when needed. My only criticism is of the evening food menu. It’s very limited but in some respects is to be expected by this type of hotel.

Staff issues

I've never known another hotel where the maid closes herself in the room while she makes it up. That and other staff issue urgently need to be addressed. It's a new hotel, which is very nice but the staff let it down. Much more training and guidance needed.

Hit and miss

This hotel has only been open about 6 weeks and it shows. The staff are in desperate need of hospitality training.

My Stay

Hotel is about a mile and half from airport. Staff were friendly and they called a cab for me to go to the airport, A few restaurant within walking distance of hotel, hotel has only been open a few weeks. Breakfast was very good with a verity of food available.

Only problem was the lack of a shuttle bus from the airport, make sure you know which one you have booked as there are 2 Hampton inns near the airport

Fantastic! Clean, modern hotel that includes a gym, delicious breakfast, and most importantly, AC, which is rare in Poland. Also, super close to the airport.

Absolutely outstanding! Very conveniently located not to far from the Chopin Airport, but not to close. Easy access to the public tranportation. Very friendly and accomodating staff, clean and spacious rooms. Modern design. Perfect for an occasional traveller sa well as for participants of conference participants. Free continental breakfast and wifi. Overall perfect!

Excellent hotel, we enjoined it very well

Staid only one night. New hotel (open last week). Everything glitters. Very nice decoration. The service is excellent, of course everything is clean and functioning well.we were probably the first to use the room. Breakfast is pretty good. My wife and I found adequate flavors. Location is about 2km from the Chopin airport. However, there is no shuttle from and to the airport and you should pay attention not to be confused with another Hampton inn Airport hotel that is also near the airport. WIFI worked very well after short registration. Proximate to the hotel there is a small grocery store. Good value for money. Bottom line - highly recommended.

Hotellet var helt okej. Fin frukost, schyssta sängar. Ända som var lite besviken att man inte fick några beställa i förväg och frukost påsen när vi hade så tidigt flyg.

Perfect one night stay in Warsaw

I have enjoyed my stay a lot, room was nice, cosy and spacious, very comfortable bed, everything is new and very clean. Good breakfast included in the price. Small improvement could be to add more TV channels in English.
