The hotel is well situated in the city center. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything needed. Staff are amazing, big shout out to Axel who went the extra mile by helping us and guiding us how to get the maximum of our stay. Thanks Axel you are a star

The room are very small and very noisy

Very clean, easy access to the subway. Super convenient location as it’s right next to a big shopping mall and short walk to the main train station. Great breakfast. Would stay there again if I go to Stuttgart next time.

Good location and comfortable

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Axel at front desk that was helpful to give us some recommendation on what to see and dine in our short two nights stay

Wouldn’t do it again.

Have less than 20 parking spots for the whole hotel or a 7 minute walk to and from parking lot. Room for 3 you can barely get luggage in. While visiting only 1 nice front desk person. Don’t stay here is there are more that 2 of you and/or you have a car.

Weird early check in fee

Nice hotel, but they assigned me a room that was not ready even if they had room that were ready. I had to pay 15 euros to get a room, first time this happens to me.

Walking distance from train station Tube stop just outside hotel Breakfast was average but more than plenty on offer Staff very helpful Nice clean hotel Can’t fault this hotel apart from the shower screen, having a shower in the morning wets the floor quite a bit even with the small towel provided, beautiful looking design but unfortunately doesn’t catch all the splashing from body This is a very modern building situated next to a shopping mall, restaurants and little park with amazing water feature architecture for kids to play in i would give this a 5/5 rating but I paid about triple the average night stay due to being their to watch the euros I have looked at the normal price and I’d say this is a bargain at the price

Parking nightmare

Hotel was good. But had a horrible experience with Parking and hotel staff. Parking is pretty much non-existent in the hotel and beware of where you park in the next door parking mall. My car would have been locked out in the mall during Easter for 2 days. Hotel staff were not helpful and told me that it was my problem for not parking in the right place. I followed the directions as per their advice. Being a non-german speaker and in a new place, I would expect better assistance from the hotel staff.

Breakfast was great and right beside the mall which was a great plus since it was raining all the time we were there. Very convenient location.

Hotel is adjoining a train Station, you can hear some noise at night but not overly loud. Staff not very helpful asked for some clean cups when they left the dirty ones after servicing the room at first they said they would send them up then after waiting a while they called back and said come get them yourself

Mixed Review

Lovely clean hotel, although the cups/glasses in our rooms were NEVER cleaned for the 5 days we were there, hence my score. Breakfast was busy and the layout was very tight. For such a large hotel, there were only two coffee machines. The hot food was hit and miss but there was enough choice to be happy. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and attentive, although they did seem a little under pressure. There is a train stop right outside the hotel which is a huge positive, although it is only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre.

Subway rail/train stop ( Budapester Plaza) right outside hotel. Also Stadt/bibliothek stop 200 meters away which goes to airport, also the main train station is a 15 minute walk away. All around very convenient location and newer property.

Limited parking spot

There are really limited parking spots can use and i had to use street parking lot or other place which took 8 mins by walk.

I recommend to add some slippers

Very tiny room without any closet space or drawers. Shower doesn’t have a full door, therefore water is splashing everywhere. Impossible for the family of 3.

Checking staff really unprofessional, they didn’t allow early checkin, even requested 4 days before, no response till check in time. They gave 2 rooms totally different floors for kids, we requested close room if possible during booking 4 days before. Breakfast staff friendly , Reception staff not professional at all Rude and need to be trained !!

Great place for night stopover

Booked Hampton by Hilton as it was fairly close to the Mercedes Museum. Whilst the room for 3 was tight, it gave my wife and I and my grandson a good nights sleep. Our little Dachshund was made really welcome too😁👍 Breakfast was great and parking beneath the hotel was perfect.

Great place and very clean!

The hotel itself was clean and welcoming but the rooms were tiny. There was not enough room to move around the beds and we had no space for suitcases either. The biggest issue we had was parking. The hotel has a car park but when trying to park in there was told we were in the wrong place. The only option for parking was the shopping centre next door. This was fine but should be noted that the car park is closed on Sunday's and public holidays. We weren't aware of this and when we asked the hotel staff they told us that our car would probably be locked in. This left us with a very stressful night worrying about the following day. We were in fact able to get the car out, but you need to be parked in areas A & B as the rest of the carpark has shutters down. I thought the hotel staff should have been more informed of the parking situation. Other hotels in the area had deals with the shopping centre to offer daily parking rates, I'm really surprised that the Hampton was not included in this. Breakfast was fine but not enough seating so we had to balance 3 of us round a single person table.

Great location, lots of options to get around the city. Located right by a shopping mall with many dining options and supermarket. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Willing to help and answer questions. Breakfast had so many options to choose from - and so delicious. Highly recommend!

The room it littel but safe and quait the brekfast is great we are so happy we chuose you and realy I will recomendet to all my friends and family .

The whole staff, very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay here again, we stayed for 8 nights with 3 adults,was a little tight, but we made it work out. Location was great 15 walk downtown, 5 minutes to mall and U baun.

Avoid this property

This hotel is wrong, with small rooms and terrible cleaning. They didn't clean our room, and they made no apologies or anything. The picture attached is the trash outside our room during the whole stay.

In principle ok but....

Modern hotel, fresh appearance and friendly (though slightly overworked) staff - but: I am typically a very sound sleeper but had two very restless nights here without being able to pinpoint the cause for it, maybe it was the AC, maybe it was the AC. The (free) breakfast was also very basic.

Kaldığımız oda ve çalışanlar oldukça iyiydi. Otele ulaştığımızda çok erken bir saatti. Odamız hazırdı ancak ek ücret karşılığında giriş yapabileceğimiz aksi durumda check in saatini beklememiz gerektiği söylendi. Tek olumsuz denetimimiz bu oldu. (Sanırım hilton kuralı- ilk kez karşılaştım) Odada su ve terlik olmasını isterdim. Kahvaltı için çeşit alternatif peynir çeşitleri görmek daha iyi olabilirdi. Ulaşım mükemmel önünden u6- u12 trenleri geçiyor bu da her yere ulaşımı rahatlatıyor. Yanında avm mevcut

Good standard and location close to railway

ORTA ŞEKERLİ BİR KONAKLAMA

Otel konumu itibariyle çok iyi konumda ancak biz gibi ailelere verilen odalar biraz daha geniş olsa çok daha iyi olurdu , bavul ve montların asılacağı alan 1 kişilikti, bunlar dışında yatakların konforu oda temizliği ve kahvaltı iyiydi , en büyük sorun otopark ! Mevcut bina altındaki yer 17 araç kapasiteli , otelin mevcudunu bilmiyorum ancak 17 olmadığı kesin (: çözüm olarak da size 15 dk mesafe uzaklıktaki bir otoparkı öneriyorlar .

2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern und schließende Zimmertüren sind gut zu hören. Frühstück: Sehr große Auswahl, aber leider viele Fertigprodukte. Der Frühstücksraum mit ca. 50-60 Sitzplätzen ist viel zu klein geraten für die Größe des Hauses. Ansonsten modernes und sauberes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung.

주차장이 매우 협소하여 호텔 외부 공용주차장에 주차를 했어야 했고, 마트에서 사온 음식을 데울려고 보니 전자렌지가 호텔내부에도 없고 프론트에 물어보니 없다고 성의없게 대답하였음. 조식은 생각보다 나쁘지 않았음.

Kötü bir deneyim

3 kişilik oda almamıza rağmen 3.kişi için havlu, nevresim, vs.bırakılmamıştı. Resepsiyonu aradım, ilgileneceğiz dediler. Yarım saat sonra aradım, çok yoğunuz, gelin alın dediler. Resepsiyona indim, şu anda başka misafirlerle ilgileniyoruz dediler. Ben de misafirim dedim, beklettiler. Sonradan çözüldü sorun. Ayrıca 3.kişinin açılır yatağı çok rahatsızdı. Sabah checkout yaparken sordular, memnun değiliz dedim, özür dilediler sadece. Hilton adına hiç yakışmadı.

Goede en nette accommodatie voor een redelijke prijs.

Vor kurzem wurde ich in Nürnberg auf das Hampton aufmerksam und fühlte mich dort sehr willkommen und herzlich empfangen. So dachte ich, buche ich in Stuttgart wieder ein Hampton. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Der Empfang war kühl. Mir wurde- anders als in Nürnberg- kein Wasser, Snack oder coffee for free angeboten. Das Fenster hatte keinen Griff und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Der Techniker sei nicht mehr im Haus. Der Ausblick führte in einen Innenhof. Due Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig und 25 Euro finde ich eine Hausnummer. Auch der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum war trist. Als Gast einen Guten Morgen zu wünschen, weil das Personal nicht grüßt, fand ich auch befremdlich. Ebenso kühl die Begrüßung war, so war auch der Abschied. Hier kommen wir nicht mehr hin.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen (direkt anschliessend am Milaneo und an der S-/U-Bahn-Station). Parking ist für EUR 20 verfügbar pro Nacht. Das Auto durften wir auch noch etwas mehr als 24h stehen lassen. Besten Dank. Das Frühstück ist leider schrecklich. Trocken und ohne Geschmack. Nur Schweinefleisch. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben nach dem traurigen Versuch ausserhalb gefrühstückt. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Rest.. naja... es wird viel gequatscht zwischen dem Personal (Bsp. während des Frühstückes). Unser Zimmer hat leider sehr nach Krankenhaus gerochen. Fazit: Wer auf Shoppingtour in Stuttgart ist und nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat, für den ist das Hotel für eine Nacht perfekt.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Zentral gelegen. Direkt beim Mileano Einkaufscenter und nur 1 Station (S Bahn direkt beim Hotel) vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt

Würde hier immer wieder ein Zimmer buchen. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Die U-Bahn Anbindung ist wahnsinn, alle 7 Minuten in die Stadt. Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel Nur zu empfehlen

Ideaal hotel voor citytrip

The room was quite and really spacious. I rarely had such a various breakfast selection!

Vi fik et meget lille trekantet værelse med tv placeret helt håbløst o forhold til seng/stol. Vores udsigt var ind i en væg i hotellets gård. Meget depressivt. Der er INGEN mulighed for at standse/parkere foran hotellet mens man tjekker ind. Jeg måtte holde ved et nærliggende byggemarked, hvor en vagt brokkede sig over at jeg stillede bilen mens jeg gik tilbage til hotellet for at spørge til parkering. Jeg blev henvist til et nærliggende p-hus 10 min gang væk.

Parkering her er håpløst. Hotellet har ca . 20 plasser. Vi måtte finne egen og tilslutt ble det gateparkering som er gratis fra 22-08. Dette var unødvendig stressfullt og ødeleggende for oppholdet selvom vi var på gjennomreise. Vond lukt fra badet da vi kom inn på rommet. Frokost er grei, men ikke ferske bakevarer… Vi velger aldri dette hotellet igjen

J’y retournerai avec plaisir

Visité el hotel para un partido entre España y Alemania. El juego era a las 5 pm. Solicité un ingreso adelantado a cambio de un cobro adicional y no lo hicieron. Entregaron la habitación hasta las 3:15 pm. No estaba climatizada. Puntuación 2.0 de 5.0.

Ganz in Ordnung!

Relativ neu, 06.24, Zimmer sehr schön, Lage ganz zentral, Bahnhof fussläufig erreichbar! Frühstück ist nicht besonders umfangreich, aber dafür mit im Zimmerpreis bei www.hotels.com.

Väldigt trevlig service från receptionen, genuint hundvänligt och väldigt god frukost med flera glutenfria alternativ, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Schönes modernes Hotel. Zimmer i. O. Für 3 Personen ist das DZ etwas eng. Frühstück vielfältig und schmackhaft. Gute Lage am Mailänder Platz. Tolles Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants direkt nebenan. Das Zentrum zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!

Als Einzelzimmer OK, Doppelbett-Breite 150cm für Erwachsene zu schmal. Eckzimmer als Doppelzimmer ungeeignet.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Frühstücksraum sehr überfüllt, alle Personen laufen durcheinander. Lange Wartezeiten am Kaffeeautomaten und Büffet. Speiseauswahl ausreichend, leider aber ohne Geschmack. Ich persönlich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Es war sehr sauber ,dass Personal war sehr freundlich und hielfbereit das Zimmer war sehr schön und Ordentlich ,sauber. das Frühstück war super.

Bra och moderna rum, mycket bra frukost och lounge del. Städningen av toaletten inte bra under vistelsen.

Zentrumsnah und gute ÖPNV Anbindung.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt betrachtet sehr gut, alles wirkt sehr neu und ist in einem guten Zustand. Anbindung mit der U-Bahn ist top, da wortwörtlich direkt vor der Tür. Dennoch ist es im Zimmer sehr leise, obwohl U-Bahn und Hauptbahnhof direkt neben an sind. Das Frühstück war bei uns im Preis mit enthalten, und hat viel zu bieten in Sachen Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt war/ist, dass die Zimmer als 3 Bett Zimmer nicht zwingend zu empfehlen sind. Da das Doppelbett recht schmal ist und es nur eine Decke gibt.

Bessere Parkmöglichkeiten wäre gut.
