The staff harassed me

Hotel did not have a refrigerator in the room, facial tissues towel racks. The staff was not friendly.

To go to Rome city we have to get the taxi every day that cost us €25 each trip

The people were very customer oriented and helpful. Restaurant could use some more additions to the to the menu

Breakfast is not good at all small variation .... we had a lot of mosquitos in room staff help us but still some but hotel is nice overall

Fairly good hotel shame about location!

Reasonable hotel standard in the middle of no where unfortunately! Business two day stop hoping for some public transport access to vibrant areas or the city centre but found nothing. Only option is shopping centre nearby by entertainment. Rooms modern and clean, breakfast average, staff were not engaging but efficient. Would recommend but only for travel stops or airport layovers.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Outdoor pool. 25 minutes to the historic center by taxi.

The property is new, everyone professional and friendly. The a mall close by and a great restaurant as well.

Not our first time in the hotel. However not the best experience. We did not get the room we had selected and we could not get it changed because of "overbooking". Parts in the room are quickly aging and Cost / Benefit ratio was very unfavorable. Breakfast quality has dropped significantly The area around has a pleasant garden.

The hotel is at the Hampton standard and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The surrounding park can be a relaxing space and the parking availability is a big plus.

The staff was simply amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location of the property is not an easy feature of it. It's located in Rome east, far away from any of the mani turist attarctions. Even away from good dining. Perhaps it'd better to advertise the hotel as a business traveller location.

Crew were friendly and prompt. The hotel was very clean and updated. Breakfast was the best! We all enjoyed the food. Restaurant that is walking distance in the premise was great.

Great service from staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well kept up, and parking.

The hotel staff is really good, knowledgeable, and knew english well. Our issue was with our room and its location. We were next to the lobby so it was noisy all the time and hard to sleep at jight and then sleep in the morning as you could hear everyone's conversations and people running in the halls. The pillows and bed were also extremely uncomfortable. Besides this thebstaff did a grest job cleaning the room was a decent size.

The staff was nice.

Almost Perfect

Excellent property and staff. Only complaint is the breakfast items that are supposed to be hot never are hot. Our last morning, we had an early flight, so we’re there when breakfast opened, and the eggs were still cold. So as long as you do not bother with the (not) hot breakfast items and stick to the other choices, all will be great.

Froggy

The staff was very sweet. The lady at the reception was friendly and helped us around. Best part was we needed someone to wake us up for our flight at 2 am and the guy at the reception came all the way up and knocked on our door until we woke up!! The only bad thing about the hotel was that there were hundreds of frogs all around the hotel and I’m scared of frogs and I don’t want to step on them. They were not inside the hotel but there were a lot outside and that was scary

Cleaning stuff without wearing masks! - so the question is how do you ensure there is no covid-19 transmission among staff and guests Receptionists and @ Breakfast they were wearing to be fair (all time)

GOOD FAMILY HOTEL OUTSIDE OF ROME

THE HOTEL WAS A GOOD FAMILY HOTEL , COMFORTABLE & FRIENDLY STAFF AT RECEPTION HELPFUL , THE BFAST WAS BASIC BUT ADEQUITE , THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE M BUT AFTER THAT , EACH DAY IT DOESNT GET AS CLEANED AS THEY SHOULD , ALSO THE HOTEL IS OUT OF TOWN , SO A CAR IS NEEDED TO GET AROUND , BUT THERE IS A MALL RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL , WHICH IS CONVENIENT FOR FOOD & SHOPPING ETC

I had an amazing experience, they saved us from having to stay in a terrible place in Rome of which we had to checkout of after just checking in, the reservation I made immediately after online less than an hour prior to arrival to the Hampton worked out great.

The young lady who checked us in I think her name was Atlia was kind from beginning to end. The biggest problem was every morning around 3 a.m. We would start to smell a sewage order that would last until maybe 6 a.m. Very disturbing.

They were great! At first, they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. But it didn’t stop them from checking me in. They later called Expedia and got it all straightened out. We ended coming back for another night in the middle of our trip. Every single staff member was sooooo accommodating. I can’t thank them enough!

The hotel was a great deal for Rome but the location is remote (which accounts for the value) and not reachable by public transportation. Even taxis would not service the hotel unless originating from the Train station.

Roma with Family

The hotel is in new condition, the room was beautiful with comfortable beds. There is no minibar in the room. The service was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. We eaten one evening in the hotel restaurant and it was very bad decision, the food was not testy and expensive. The local neighborhood is industrial area and nothing to find there. You Must have a car or a taxi to get to city. Very close to the Autostrada of Rome.

Middle of no where Rome

So I booked this hotel based on cost and brand name. What a mistake. The location is in a run down industrial area that has no service to the city center. Plan on 50€ one way taxi trips as the hotel does not have any sort of shuttle service. For this reason we cut our stay short only to find out that Cheaptickets booked the room through Expedia instead of handling the reservation themselves. Expedia has a no refund policy that is different than Cheaptickets or Hilton. So We are out $550. As it stands Cheaptickets is claiming the hotel refuses to give the refund. The hotel says Expedia forbids the refund, but if I had booked directly with them they would happily give the refund. Very frustrating situation.

It is a decent place to stay in. Not many amenities and a secluded location

Delusione

Struttura nel complesso molto carina, bel parcheggio ed esterni molto curati. La camera purtroppo, non mi ha soddisfatto. Bagno con saponi in comodi dispenser a parete, tutto molto bello, tutto molto green, ma una saponetta per il bidet sarebbe utile visto che i dispenser sono nella doccia e vicino al lavandino… Pavimento della camera ancora con moquet, muri piuttosto sporchi, scrostati e con bucchi tappati con stucco a vista… Frigobar in camera assente. Una bottiglietta d’acqua in camera si potrebbe anche lasciare, è un piccolo gesto sempre gradito. Le uniche cose positive della camera sono il materasso (molto comodo) e uno spazio da lavoro abbastanza spazioso e soprattutto con una sedia da ufficio comoda. Ristorante promosso, mangiato molto bene a prezzo allineati alle aspettative Colazione super deludente Non so se torneró

Per favore cambiate solo il tappo della doccia e aumentate la pressione dell’acqua calda. Avrei gradito un paio di gradi in più il riscaldamento

Camera pulita, accogliente e buona insonorizzazione. Ottima colazione, buon ristorante anche se con poca scelta.

Economico a Roma

Hotel a Roma da recensione 3/5 se non fosse per le formiche in bagno, per una colazione scadente, caffè imbevibile, per un parcheggio che da punto di forza diventa un punto a sfavore per la mancanza di sicurezza che si ha in quella zona. In reception all'arrivo ci hanno detto di togliere qualsiasi oggetto dall'auto perché il parcheggio non era sicuro, accoglienza che non ti da certamente la possibilità di affrontare un soggiorno sereno.

ótimo hotel, porém a localidade.....

O hotel Hampton é muito incrível, com quartos ótimos, café da manhã farto e atendimento bom. ó único ponto negativo é o local, para quem tem carro ou vai usar carro, super recomendo, porém para quem esta afim de economizar, não recomendo pois terá que utilizar Uber/Taxi para chegar ou um trem, depois ônibus e por fim um Uber/Taxi para acessar o local. Ele é muito afastado do centro, o único "problema" é esse, infelizmente.

Fräscht rent o bra hotell Värt att notera är att det r svårt att ta sig till och från hotellet på annat sätt än taxi eller bil. Ok frukost, inte så mycket utbud för en mjölkallergisk men fanns ändå bröd pålägg frukt

Si está muy bien solo q deben de poner un transporte al centro en la mañana no se 9am y de regreso en la tarde del centro al hotel no se 6 pm algo así ya q x el transporte nos gastamos como 200 euros de 3 días entonces yo sugiero eso poner una combi o colectiva

There was no fridge in room and you can not adjust to room temperature on AC switch but generally it was good and comfortable. Receptionists were so polite.
