Great stay!
Lovely hotel, great room with a fantastic view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
.
The property is very nice and walkable to many places. It’s quiet and the breakfast is very generous. There is also on site dining but it’s a little pricey. The staff could have been friendlier.
Everything was located close to our property
Fab hotel & location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms too.
Good location, nice property and reasonably good breakfast was included.
I spent a couple of nights in this hotel, here for my what are the positives and negatives: - The hotel is in a very central location, great to walk around London - The rooms are decent, clean, and quiet For the negatives: - I would not rate the breakfast highly, some of the food they serve is not the best quality, also for the first time that I stayed in an Hotel, there was a queue for breakfast before we could actually get in and sit down, and we were being told that we had 30 min before we should release the table (Not the best when you are on holiday and looking forward to relax). - Outside of our room, you could see that some glass got broken before (a window maybe), no glass within the room of course, but I would think that it would be general maintenance to remove those broken pieces of glass... It's not a bad Hotel, but do not expect Hilton quality.
This is a great hotel a short walk from Waterloo station. Staff are courteous and was manned well. Rooms were really clean. Beds so comfortable. Added bonus of them looking after our bags safely as we continued to explore.
We have rated this as average due to entirely of the lack of ventilation in the room making it difficult to sleep. The controls don’t go less than 19degrees and we didn’t have a window in which we would be able to open it. The room was neat, the bathroom excellent.
Great stay
Lovely hotel, very clean, excellent amenities
Valuable Hotel
Big room , excellent service, delicious brrakfast
No hot water
The hotel had no hot water so we were unable to shower, I told reception and they said there was a fault so no-one had hot water, room was clean, bed mattress was awful
Lovely overnight stay for family( 1adult, 1 17yr old & 7yr old). Very accommodating staff and excellent service all around. From checking in, breakfast, checking out and even passing through all staff members were full of smiles. Very convenient to walk to central London, Westminster, London eye and many more.
Decor could be doing with a facelift, no USB sockets no bottles water in the rooms
Good experience
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, cose to Waterloo station. Good value for money. Breakfast had a good variety but cooked breakfast was not overly hot.
Good for the price
For a 3 start is good, clean and great staff.
In need of updating. Bed lights not working. One elevator broken. No USB ports available.
Staff are great , two lifts were out of order , very long wait for the lift had to walk up and down eight flights of stairs , in room 825 week shower temperature up and down
This was exactly as we had hoped. We slept very well. The rooms and hotel itself were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very appreciated. Friendly staff. Perfect location. All great.
Well situated to see London sights and very close to Tube Station. Food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Good value for money. Lifts not always working and its a long way to 8th floor! Was told on arrival we had been upgraded along with our friends. They did have an upgrade and we didnt! Paid the same prkce, booked at the same time, arrived together so that was quite odd!
Average room - tv could be better. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom is spacious with a big shower. Water pressure for shower was shocking aswell as the temperature changing often which meant couldnt shower properly. Breakfast was very chaotic going after 9am which you are made aware in advance however it doesnt look very good when the table isnt even cleaned before you sit down as someone has just literally finished off the table. I would recommend someone to stay here as it wasnt the worse hotel ive been too but dont come here for luxury.
Easy, efficient and friendly check in
Great location and facilities
It was just one night but was comfortable and clean, good location and easy to get to
Great place to stay. Very convenient
When I arrived at 3 PM, I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready, which was particularly stressful as I was traveling with my 1-year-old daughter who needed to nap. Despite repeated inquiries, I was told multiple times that the room would be ready in “10 minutes,” causing further frustration. Additionally, I had prepaid for dinner, but I was disappointed to find it only included two courses (starter and main, or main and dessert), which felt incomplete for a proper meal. This limitation was not mentioned during booking, and clearer communication about such policies would help manage expectations better.
Great Value for money
Hotel was clean, comfy and well staffed. Checked in early and was able to use the bag drop service both days. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of it. great location too
Good value for London, plentiful buffet breakfast. No frills room and uncomfy bed. Quiet and safe feeling
Great location and value for money. Would have liked complimentary water in the room. We had a sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable, the springs could be felt through it. Needs a topper mattress to help make it more comfortable. We asked for a cot when we booked it but was not given one and there wouldn’t have been enough room for it anyway. Baby had to sleep with mum. Great breakfast.
A good hotel close to Westminster bridge. Good local bus services.
Rooms for family too small.
Pathetic … not worth it
Receptionist no manners… they do personal talks to wash other instead of serving the guests. They gave me a tough time to change my room with damaged aircon. They forced me to switch a low category room.
Property was ok
Festive relaxing NY break
Excellent festive stay at the hotel for NYE and NY.very convenient to get to all attractions and well connected by the tube close by. Staff esp the reception staff (Abin?) at night always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary bfast buffet is a great start to the day and has lots of options
New Year’s Eve stay
Nice room, decent size. Great location, close to Waterloo underground station. Good security for New Years Eve. Interestingly they have all the signs about being eco friendly etc, and reusing towels where possible. Standard hang your towel and reuse or put on floor for replacing. However there is 1 small single towel rail (and no hooks) in the entire bathroom. Could not possibly hang up 2 towels, hand towel, bath mat to reuse.
Pretty new Hotel
Good for a one night stay but room was quite chilly, shower a bit on and off, and needed a bit of attention on the whole room - having said that for the location and the cost it was value for money.
Excellent
The staff was amazing Sammuel and Danny on the reception ,thanks both for your amazing attention. You really impressed me. Thanks for everything!! Lisett Mata and Family
The only Negative thing is they don’t provide Drinking water in the lobby or in the room, just if you ask
Very nice one week stay, location is good, breakfast is tasty
Excellent location and appreciated the food offerings (breakfast included; room service; 24/7 snacks for purchase). The beds were not very comfortable, which makes a difference when you’re staying for 3+ nights. I would recommend it for short stays or if you’re ok on very firm mattresses.
Poor room on stinky floor
I have stayed at this hotel many times but this stay was not good. We were put in the 4th floor in a wheelchair friendly room which had a tough bed and a horrible shower. But most of all the 4th floor smelt terrible. There had been a leak and the smell of dirty wet carpet was horrible. I did reply to my arrival message but heard nothing back. May definitely rethink staying here again which is a shame
convenient access to underground/overground
nice hotel in convenient location, easy access to trains to explore London and catch national rail for travel outside the city. Good breakfast though having the same for 5 days can be tiring.
convenient location
stayed here prior to cruise, and came back here after cruise. convenient location to train station. excellent breakfast although could be tiring after having the same thing for 5 days.
Better than ever.
We have stayed here before but it seems to have had a makeover. Everything was lovely.
Lovely room . Very clean. Breakfast excellent. Location one of the best in London for seeing the sights.
Two nights stay, family of 3
We spent two nights in the hotel, we loved the breakfast and the cleanliness of our room. Unfortunately the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was thin and when I checked underneath there was a wooden board.. no wonder it was so hard. The location of the hotel is very good, Waterloo station is 5 minutes walking distance
Lovely clean hotel and perfect location within very quick walking distance of Waterloo station. It was my friend’s 50th birthday and the hotel were very kind and had two mini bottles of Prosecco, chocolates, balloons and towel swans waiting for us on the bed which was such a lovely welcome - thank you so much! We will be back!
Hotel was perfect for my needs for a one night stay and reasonably priced for central london. I was attending and event in the Southbank Centre which I knew would go on until late. Its perfectly located for this and for the tube line from Waterloo to get to other locations easily. However being next to Waterloo Station and an ambulance station meant it was a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, I had a great stay.
Excellent location and accommodation. Also a very good breakfast. I will stay there again and would recommend it.
Room was a good size for our one night stay, comfortable.
Room was fantastic. Clean and spacious. Fab views over surroundings areas from the 8th floor. Breakfast was good but it was very busy and not quite enough space for all. I would definitely stay again
Perfect location for touring and very comfortable and quiet. Staff are very friendly.
Good hotel
A modern and clean hotel with good facilities. Fast check in/out. Good complimentary breakfast.
Excellent property with outstanding staff. The restaurant was also surprising good. The Lamb Shank the best I have ever had.
nothing
Some staff were unfriendly. Heat was not turned on unless you call since it is controlled from reception.
Good for central London walking and transport connection. Comfortable hotel.
A great place to stay!
Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff with a good eco ethos.
Great Hotel
First class hotel, staff very polite, efficient and friendly.Great rooms, clean with comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
room is clean
Basic hotel in central location. Clean. Good breakfast.
Great location
Enjoyed my stay here while in London for work. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was pretty good and the dinner was great as well. Beds were not all that comfy but still slept well. My only gripe would be that the maid service would try to come into our room even when the do not disturb was on the door. One day they even yelled into the room quite loudly/forcefully. Other than that would stay again. If you get the dinner, do yourself a favor and order the fish n chips and the apple crumble with custard. Amazing!
Poor
Very poor experience with this hotel. Do not recommend.
Staff was very nice and helpful, nice clean facility, excellent breakfast buffet included.
Great vibe. Lovely setting. Comfortable room. Particularly loved the breakfast.
London 24
We had another lovely stay great service and comfortable room. We will be back again
Australia family get together
W had a issue with a double booking and staff on reception dealt with this very well and felt valued-All staff in this hotel were very friendly and professional
Lovely room , near the tube station & brilliant breakfast
Property was clean and staff was excellent. Breakfast was a bonus!
Hreat location for London sites and underground near by.
Great location
Great location and would stay again if the price was competitive. Breakfast had a good range of choices and particularly liked the ability to make your own waffles! Room was fine but slightly dated and the bed was incredibly creaky and fairly hard. It was clean though and for a one night stay had a good sleep.
breakfast was awesome for been thrown in
Great buffet breakfast.
Everything was good except room stink badly
Lovely hotel. In perfect spot for local transport
breakfast was amazing. staff were always friendly and helpful. AC unit in the room didn't quite work so it was stuffy with no windows to open but that was the only complaint.
It was a comfortorable room. Nothing special. Although the bartender was wonderful he helped us so much
Hampton by Hilton Waterloo
It was really nice, helpful staff, lovely room and quite close to where I wanted to go. I loved having the tv in the room. Thank you.
Perfect hotel for a short visit in a central location. Great breakfast options too!
This hotel is situated in a convenient location close to Waterloo Station. The area has many restaurants and bars and there are plenty of people walking around late at night, so I’ve always felt very safe there. The hotel staff could not be more helpful and offered me a very late checkout. The room had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. There are plenty of breakfast choices and these are replenished on a regular basis until breakfast finishes at 11am. For all of these reasons this is where I stay whenever I’m in London.
Excellent staff,
This hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, it is walkable to all tourist sites. The breakfast is sooo good!
Overall, it was a nice place!
The staff are not friendly the air conditioning does not work the room was hot and the shower floor is not safe
Lovely hotel and staff
I enjoyed my stay. The Breakfast Buffet was available from 7AM to 11AM .The staff managed seating extremely well. Management posts estimated wait times so one could plan one’s day. I found it strange that my room did not have features to hang one’s clothes. No hangers and no bar to hang them on.
2nd time here and would come again - very clean rooms & common area and very friendly staff. However surrounding neighborhood is a bit gritty - but seemed safe. Wonderful breakfast buffet included (at least for our stay) - only possible improvement would be to keep the eggs, potatoes Etc a bit warmer.
5 minutes on foot from Waterloo station. 7-10 minutes to London Eye, Big Ben, Parliament Square and the Thames River. AWESOME location.
Very nice stay
Hotel is walkable distance to underground station and London eye.
The breakfast was good and the rooms were in great condition
Excellent
Very pleasant atmosphere! Chris was great! He was very helpful to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
Outstanding 6 days in this great hotel. Everything was perfect and i Will highly and unconditionally recommend this hotel . Cannot imagine of something better .
Good location with less than a 10 mintute walk to waterloo station. Good value for money.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Property was well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was convenient for access to public transit.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. Great facility, clean room and excellent breakfasts.
There was only one lift working all the time. Another one was intermittent and the last was stuck. No one seemed to care! First three days we didn’t have room service. Complained once and still nothing. Second time, someone did something and it was ok afterwards. Breakfast was okay. Same thing over and over everyday. Staff were not really helpful with directions. Overall it deserves a mediocre rating

A nice place to stay in Waterloo
The hotel is clean and is very comfortable in a good area of Waterloo London or far from The station and old Vic theatre
