Wonderfull hotel.moder everything you can ask for.small issue about AC.thermostat didn't work.hotel supervisor said the reason was because was raining.?

One of the best Hamptons I have stayed at when it come to service and friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean and the whole property seems like it went thru a recent remodel.

All was nice and enjoyable.

Staff is top notch! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious & our server was very friendly. Room was very nice & the bed was super comfortable. Will stay there again.

Great option for business stay.

This was a very nice property and the breakfast was wonderful, although they need to get a better waffle iron. The one they have works on time and not heat. The waffles come out to crispy because they have the time set too long. And of course, the client doesn't know that until they've used it. I know the one I have at home works on the temperature of the dough and not time. Oh, and they didn't keep it clean, very scrungy with lots of baked on bits that made it impossible to get waffles out even if you sprayed with cooking spray. Other than that, a wonderful experience and they could replace the waffle maker for about $50 and get a heat activated one. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I would stay again.

Please note that this location is shared with a casino, and during casino events, there may be significant noise and very limited parking availability.

The staff was extremely friendly. The food was excellent. There was a slight issue with the octopus being a little overdone, but the spices were wonderful. The management handled the situation so professionally. Amazing staff! Easy access off of Highway 1. Extremely comfortable. Scale, 125, I'd give then a ten.

I loved the bed and pillows!! Best sleep ever! The exercise equipment in the gym was great. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The cleanliness of my room and the hotel were excellent. My only wish is that the hotel had a swimming pool.

Just a really clean nice property. Although it’s in a really busy area, it was quiet inside the hotel and I slept really well. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

We were only staying 2 nights and the hotel was excellent. Large shopping center across the street. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Language barrier. Coffee maker was so filthy after two cups of coffee I immediately had to vomit up. Afterwards no problem. So cleaning is critical

Another hotel where the 1st floor is on the 2nd floor and staff never explained that. Poor and cheap breakfast. No eggs.

Great place to stay near the airport. Several hot options for protein at breakfast. Only negative is the shower that doesn’t drain properly.

The property is very modern, clean, and new. The only negative is the showers which do not drain properly. It is very difficult not to get water on the floor.

Quiet, clean, comfortable room - just what I needed post-surgery. The staff were really nice.

The bathrooms have a desig issue with the shower heads. When you shower, the water doesn't stay on the shower stall as it pours all over the bathroom floor. They front desk clerk told us they are aware of this design flaw but it wasn't taken care of since these shower heads were installed. Real bummer as we had to wipe the bathroom floor with the towels

We have stayed in this hotel for a third time We love their service, beautiful breakfast with lots of choices. The bed is very comfortable set in a modern room. There is also convenient underground parking.

The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Housekeeping came right away when we needed extra linens and helped me get on their wifi. Breakfast was decent, the room was clean and comfortable.

Me hospedé por 3 noches en el hotel y debo decir que mi estadía fue muy placentera, los cuartos son espaciosos y las camas muy cómodas, se me olvidó preguntar que marca eran las almohadas de la cama por que era muy confortables. El personal del hotel tanto en recepción, restaurante y limpieza fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Durante las noches que estuvimos hubo un concierto en el casino de al lado, el hotel nos avisó para que estuviéramos anuentes a la situación, lo cual agradezco mucho. Esta bien ubicado tiene supermercados cerca y muchos restaurantes en la zona. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Super nice and clean hotel.

A very nice hotel, and the best lentil soup ever

Difficult to work the television in English and no Netflix and thermostat I could not make function. I would either too hot or too cold and I wanted a sheet at Times and the duvet cover with my sheet. I did not sleep good at all because of being too hot or too cold

I had an amazing time staying here! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and fully equipped. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Bathroom door didn't shut easily and then it was difficult to open.

The Expedia description says airport hotel. It doesn’t say that the international airport is 7 hours away. This should be clear in the description. For a person NOT familiar with Panama, the map is useless!

1.the breakfast should be more vary 2.the bathroom will wet everything outside the bath when you are taking a shower. After you finish and need to walking everything is wet. 3.only give you one bottle of water for the whole day and night.

Rooms require security card to access elevator. Excellent: Comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, nice bar size refrigerator, iron and board, coffee maker with 2-tea and 2-coffee and free bottle of water. Breakfast was buffet with scrambled eggs, arepas, potatoes,hot oatmeal, 2-cold cereals, fresh fruits: watermelon, pineapple, and bananas, juices had way too much sugar, coffee was good. All free

Well located in middle of David. New building.

Great staff was always helpful, kind, smiling. The room was clean and perfect. The location is excellent. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores are right there. Two hospitals half a mile away. Everything within walking distance or a $3 taxi ride. If I have to say what I don’t like is the doorless shower. Water gets all over the bathroom floor.😏 If I could ask for one change, it would be to offer one or two english speaking movie channels. At least one would be nice. 😊 Neither are deal breakers. I look forward to staying again.🤗

This is the ONLY place that we will be staying at in David from now on. What a wonderful property and staff. 5 Stars!

Everything was perfect, and the hotel gave us the room at arrival, we did not have to wait for check in time, which was like 4 hours later.

Generally a wonderful stay. However, the check in was a bit slow with only one receptionist on duty. The shower was very stylish, but the design meant water went all over the bathroom floor. Both just small issues.

I loved my 4 nights staying here! Bed was very comfy!

Attentive staff, checked in within less than 5 min. Has free parking garage, elevators from parking garage, free breakfast, conveniently located by lots of stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. (Beds are a bit stiff, but everything else makes up for it)

This hotel is very clean, up to date and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The service in the bar area and restaurant wasn't great. The biggest thing to note is that if you are taking the AM Copa flight to Panama City do not let them tell you that the shuttle will take you at 8:30 am. That is not enough time. Otherwise a very nice place and we will stay there again.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms

They need bacon on breakfast bar not every one likes pork and onions for breakfast. Also waste baskets are tiny in room! They need a good chair to sit in while in room!

This was a great place to stay in David. The staff are excellent. They helped us get a taxi to the bus station. Came outside to the taxis talked to the drivers and told them where to take us and we were dropped off right where the bus to Almirante leaves from. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Some adjustment needed to get used to using our key in the elevator but no big deal. Highly recommend staying here. Nice restaurants nearby. No complaints at all.

Mitzi was our very friendly person who checked us in and knew my name the next morning at 6am when I was looking for coffee. Very kind and sweet

Very nice hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Shuttle to the airport is nice because a yellow taxi charged us $8 for the ride to the airport.

I wish the staff had offered info about Covid testing for guests who would be taking a flight. I also wish they had an airport shuttle on Sundays. It was a nice modern facility and a nice way to avoid going out into the city of David which is a city with modern conveniences, but one of the ugliest cities I have ever visited.
