Perfec location for a stay when you have to have a medical procedure at the Fundación Santa Fe Very friendly staff and the neighborhood has plenty of good restaurants

A wonderful stay

Close to medical center in Bogota so you do not have to take a taxi just walking. Breakfast is excellent!!! Very happy with the stayed!!!! Francisco at front desk is very professional!!!

Good location for the purpose i went to Bogota. Behind the hotel you have a lot of choices to eat in good restairants. Nearby a good shopping center Unicentro.

This hotel has everything that you need. Bright white linens, clean bathroom surfaces, food and drink available for purchase and a good breakfast buffet (no special requests) from 6am until 10. As an American I like efficiency in my travels and this Hampton by Hilton felt muy americano

Lacking toiletries, BAD Coffee in the room… only a tiny bar of soap was in the room… very basic but clean

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is in a very good area with nice dining and shopping options. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Rude staff and the room was kind of dirty, which they fixed. Delicious breakfast and overall okay room. The unhelpful new front desk staff is what ruined the last trip for me.

Love the location close to many restaurants and you feel safe around the area.

Beds are confortable, food is delicious, people are kind, clean rooms, and the location is great! You can find many restaurants around.

Very nice,clean, great staff. If you’re looking for much space, this is not for you. Close to the Santa Fe clinic. Great surroundings, La Hacienda is close by and good choices of several restaurants(all walking distance). The park is right in the back. Not great in transportation. But overall great and convenient!

All staff was excellent, frontdesk, housekeeping and F&B staff. Hotel is clean and excellent location.

While in the Fundacion de Santa Fe hospital for many days, I reserved a room for my wife and 10 month old son at the Hampton... They were very kind and accomodating and made a bad situation we were in a bit easier..

Had problems with the AC, problem was NOT fixed or solutions given while staying there. Extremely disappointing.

blood stains on sheets!

The hotel has a good price for the location and chain. Our stay was ruined because the sheets we were going to sleep in had blood stains on them! We took the sheet out and along with the stains there were huge hairs on the bottom side of the bed, truly a shame because the hotels not that bad and the breakfast is great.

Great location, friendly staff. Hotel was relatively new. No a/c though and the room did get warm. I had to request a fan.

Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and nice, they go the extra mile. Breakfast is "good enough" but they could make it better with a few more options. Pillows are really thick, no normal pillow options, took a bit of getting used to (we were there 6 nights)

Good location - there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. It was a buffet style with fruits, cereals, pastry, eggs and other local food.

Staff were really friendly and rooms were very clean.

Property was clean and nice and a convenient location. However the first night of the reso, they were fully booked, instead of them initiating the refund for the first night through Expedia, it was instructed that we had to contact them to do so. It is not our fault you were overbooked.

this hotel does not have a restaurant nor room service. it has a buffet only for breakfast and its included in your stay. but theres a lot of restaurants around this place. staff is friendly and the beds are comfy.

the Hampton Hotel........a great place to stay

My stay at the Hampton was extremely enjoyable and a great value. The staff was so eager to please and help in any way. The renovation is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The area is great for restaurants and strolling through the neighborhood. Security in the hotel is constant and always on task. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

The location is great! For the price, you are getting good value from a well known chain. I went for a combination of business and personal and the location lent itself to both.

Air conditions problems. Too noise, change room 2 times, first because the noise, seconds the air condition.

This was a hotel located near where my wife needed to be for a medical appointment. Nothing great, nothing horrible, just a little bit better than average.

Great neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a great market on Sunday is just around the corner.

Great hotel right in the heart of Usaquén. Many restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good with both hot and cold foods. The equipment in the fitness room was well maintained and clean. The room was fairly quiet. The traffic noise was not a problem during the night; and even during the day, the noise was relatively low. It didn't bother us at all.

I only stayed one night. Once inside the building, I couldn't tell I wasn't in the US. Check-in was a bit slow but otherwise everything was fine.

Great area for good restaraunts

Little upsetting to ask the desk for a yellow cab and they elected to send the hotel car. Cost more than double that of the requested equipment. I had not been informed of that intention.

Comfortable hotel in pleasant residential area

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for one night in February. Check in and check out were fast, courteous and efficient. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style and quite nice. The area around the hotel is safe and very pleasant with many choices for a nice dinner out. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for five days. The hotel is located in a good zone where you can find restaurants, bars, malls and they even have a pharmacy next to them. The staff are very professional and nice, the room was always clean and comfortable.

The hotel is new, so everything was clean and orderly, and the price was definitely right. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect (a block from the plaza in Usaquen), with plenty of restaurants and a great Sunday market. I'd highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

Don't expect to exchange currency at any Hampton inn in Columbia. They will not do it!!!!!!! To much employee theft with all that money left on site?

excellent choice for business

it was fantastic ... i went for business and my family had to come for emergency and they acomodate everything to help me change to a bigger room and picked them up at the airport. the only issue is the parking around the corner and the fact that is in a mayor road make it dificult to drop off or pick up. but i will definitly stay there again and again

I really enjoyed it compared to other hotels and it was very comfortable and nice compared to others.

Although property is away from the city center, there are nice restaurants in the area and the direct bus to the airport stops right in front of hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
