All staff was nice and helpful, food was very nice and room was clean
Many non EV cars parked in EV slots making it difficult to charge. That needs to be controlled
Great lace
Disappointed
Our 2nd visit to this hotel and sadly our last. The first time we stayed we had a couple of issues however overall it was ok, however unfortunately this time we felt let down. The room had a bad odour and was dirty with stains on the carpet and curtains. The tiled floor grout in the bathroom was dirty and in desperate need of a clean or re-grouting. There was a big dent in the wall behind our bed as if something had been thrown at it. The bed was uncomfortable and definitely not the queen size bed we was expecting. We noticed on the floor that we were staying that someone had trod in something that looked like dog mess and had wiped there shoe on the carpet by the lift entrance. This was there from 11 am on the Saturday and still there Sunday morning when we went for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful but the lounge area by the bar was again dirty. The corner sofas were completely covered in food and drinks stains. The ceiling above the bar area had obviously has a leak or something that had stained the ceiling and was in need of a lick of paint. So I’m sorry but at £130 a night there’s plenty of other options in Blackpool and I for one will be taking them up. Overall it’s a definite no for me for the Hampton by Hilton 4/10
Comfort
Lovely hotel, comfortable beds. Shower very good.
Sad to say
Our 2nd visit and sadly our last. Compared to our excellent first stay the year before this one was a disappointment. The room wasn’t as described when I booked because the bed was not a queen size and the room was small and dirty. Stain’s on the carpet and curtains also the floor grout tiles in the bathroom were filthy and in desperate need of a deep clean or re-grouting. The room overall was disappointing also because the wall behind the bed had a big dent in it like something had been thrown at it and we had a damp smell of which could only be described like a public toilet, also the air conditioning/heating control unit had a mind of its own but that could have been just me!. Then there’s the bar/breakfast area, this was a big disappointment because the sofa furniture was covered in Staines of food and previous spilt drinks along with kids finger prints. The bar itself had obviously had water damage to the ceiling and hadn’t been painted over. We stayed on the first floor and we noticed on Saturday lunchtime mud or possibly dog mess had been wiped from a shoe on the carpet by the lift entrance, and was still there until we left Sunday morning. The plus side was the breakfast was and still is great and the staff were friendly but sadly the overall impression of the hotel was dirty and this ruined our stay
Excellent base!
The hotel itself was all in all excellent. Friendly staff! Clean and great base for our family trip to Blackpool. However the bed was shocking, it was far to hard and disnt get the greatest nights sleep.
Room smelled like wee
Pleasant stay in winter
Very well presented accommodation and friendly staff. Well located with free street parking available.
well run
Visiting
Lovely clean rooms. Liked you could adjust your room temperature in the room. Pleasant helpful staff.
From reception welcoming us to our leaving everything was lovely.
Clean, good Breakfast, good Value
Trip to Blackpool
Room was small sopha bed not comfortable, all in all not too bad. More welcome treats would be nice.
Lovely hotel and great value for money
Very clean and fresh, can't fault the hotel. We did get to our room and realise we were given one with two beds rather than the one we booked of one queen but no big issue so didn't go back to raise it with the hotel but if you need a certain room I'd just double check that's what you are given at check in. Lovely hotel and very good value for money with a nice selection for breakfast so something for everyone. I was nearly put off by the parking charges in the hotel carpark however once we got there we easily found free spaces on the street right next to the front doors of the hotel, although this was easily available with it being off peak but saved us a lot of money instead of the £17 a day carpark.
Came here in Jan 2024 and was very impressed so booked again this Jan. Not at all as good - staff were very friendly but it was very short staffed. My room would have been left uncleaned for a second day if I had not asked for it to be done. Even then, I had to ask a second time on the second day before it was completed. Reception staff clearly tried their best to communicate with the cleaning staff, so I cannot fault the reception team. Pity.
Rooms are clean in the quiet end of Blackpool, which was nice
Great hotel and a brilliant location and the staff were fantastic
GENERALY VERY GOOD STAFF WERE EXCELLENT BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD THANK YOU.
Clean and tidy hotel. Everything is modern and sleek. Room had plenty of space and bathroom was new. I was very impressed overall and would highly recommend. It’s a bit of fresh air after a hectic day visiting some of the attractions that are noisy and busy. It’s a very calming hotel and the team made breakfast, dinner and checkins easy and fuss free. Very friendly front desk team, and breakfast and dinner team were lovely and chatty. We had a great experience.
Excellent stay with my children
Wonderful hotel… modern, clean and friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable and the toiletries provided are a lovely quality.
Excellent
staff were lovely. food was lovely .would definitely stay again
Excellent stay and everybody friendly
Great stay for the one night we had in Blackpool and a great dog friendly room and bar area.
Staff excellent. Room wasn't cleaned everyday and tea/milk never refreshed or cups cleaned. Room seems to automatically turn A/C off each day, which is also your heating. It's handy for pleasure beach and splash water park, bit distant for everything else. Tram stop nearby, buy tickets in advance on app as it's quite pricy at £3.50 each way.
Clean and tidy..staff is very nice and polite
Best experience
Slow to get checked in, everything else was good without being excellent
Friendly & Clean
Very helpful and nice on reception
Overnight stay
Stayed over night for a dance competition. Lovely room. Nice breakfast. Perfect for our needs.
1 night stay
Nice hotel and the breakfast is lovely Free wi-fi and very spacious room The shower is also really nice and plenty of room to move round in
Great break !!
Lovely hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again x
Great hotel at good rates with delicious breakfast
We had a lovely one night stay. Are 7 year had lots of fun xx
Horrendous ques for free breakfast
Horrendously busy breakfast time queing Lack of service Lack of food People queing for 30 mins just for eggs and beans Parking isn’t clear on website £17 a day parking I won’t be coming here again
Excellent staff and great room. The view from our room to the sea was superb. The area surrounding the hotel was very run down.
The whole experience was amazing and being dog friendly was do cool. The staff were exceptional nothing to much trouble they were an excellant team worked so well together nothing false about any of them . We are looking forward to our next visit .linda.steve and molly.
Enjoyable stay
This is the 2nd stay at this hotel. Nice large warm clean room. The view was of the car park. The 1st stay was of the. Promenade. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay here again.
Very comfortable and clean
The hotel was very comfortable and clean would recommend thus hotel
Nice hotel clean and tidy and lovely staff
Nice ❤️
Not impressed.
Room actually smelt like it hadn’t been used in a while. Had requested a quiet room but unfortunately it wasn’t ☹️
Good
Nice hotel, expensive parking
Weekend away
The hotel was very modern, clean and well equipped but the bed unfortunately was very hard and every time you moved on the mattress it would wake me and my partner up as the springs were so noisy
Noisey out the window all we could hear was cars and can hear people down the corridor very clearly, couldn’t sleep Pillows were uncomfy and the bedding was very uncomfortable
Excellent value for money, and a good standard in every respect.
Short break
Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and service handy for transport to town
Wonderful weekend hotel was excellent staff where great
No Forks given
Great hotel, well placed for the tram into town. Free street parking if you're lucky. Busy breakfast where they struggled to keep on top of the washing up. Had to wait 5 mins for a fork
It was a very nice hotel made welcoming by the staff
Lovely stay
Excellent all round
Lovely hotel clean and great variety for breakfast also staff very nice
Courteous and helpful check in. Room clean. Hotel in convenient location
A fabulous stay and fantastic friendly staff ! Thank You
Absolutely great reception at check in Thank You so much. Our sea view room is exceptional and everything else as usual superb ! Very friendly staff who can’t do enough for us. We absolutely love it here !
Room was lovely, hotel clean. Queue for breakfast was long.
Nice hotel avoid breakfast time
Lovely clean hotel. Good service. Great night sleep. Only down fall was breakfast as everyone got it free. Came down stairs and wait 35 min for table then had to line up 30 min to get near food. We all had trays so can get all food at once which i dont like. It was not relaxing my kids didnt eat as didnt want to wait and found it to busy. They ran out of lots of things.
The hotel on this occasion was really busy and breakfast time was a bit of a ‘bun fight’ which was very stressful. Not enough staff to cope with demand but can’t praise the staff that were on enough, really pleasant & helpful.
Expected better experience gor price we paid.
No issue with the room, lovely, clean and comfortable. Parking was a problem, we paid £17,0 parked ok, but we went out that evening and got back at 11.00pm, not a space to be had, very frustrating. Complained when checked out, was told the issue is being looked into! The breakfast was disappointing, the breakfast food area needs to be redesigned . Too many people queueing up for hot breakfast, but the toaster in wrong place so people think you are pushing in. Very overcrowded and quality of food not good, i ended up just having porridge as couldn't be bothered with queue. Needs reviewing badly.
The room was spotless and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay, the best thing was the peace you weren’t disturbed from any other guests. The bar/restaurant was nice and relaxed and the food was excellent, we would definitely stay there again.
Average stay!
On arrival all was fine. Once checked into room we noticed it was dirty. Stains on carpet, curtains and walls. Breakfast was horrendous! Terrible system which resulted in very long queues. Never seen anything like it! This needs addressing immediately as breakfast was freezing cold by the time we got back to the table. Parking very expensive, but you can park at the front for free if you are lucky enough to get a space. Food in hotel on the evening was good. Location good for Pleasure Beach- just a short walk and illuminations can be seen from hotel.
November couples break
Nice room, overlooking the car park. Went into the bar and was charged £6.50 for a pint. Why do hotels over charge like this. Do they not want customers to stay in the hotel? Breakfast was good but the same every day.
Great property and would stay again. Tram runs from just across the road and is easy to use and not expensive for a day pass. Staff very friendly and willing to assist where needed. Rooms comfortable and a decent size.
Stayed here for 1 night in November. First impressions very good. Check in quick. We had a family room overlooking the sea, with the added bonus of a small portion of the Blackpool illuminations were viewable from our room. There is some free parking on the street just outside the front of the hotel, not much but we were lucky to get a spot, otherwise it’s £17:50 per day in the hotel car park. Our room had two double beds, a nice bathroom with a large shower. One comment there was only a small wardrobe area and limited room for suitcases. We were travelling light so this did not affect us. But if you are travelling for longer it may be a problem. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs. I would only give the food 4 out of 5, good not great. We ate there in the evening and had breakfast the following day. The score is the same for both meals. It was busy both days and there were some problems with the breakfast, the apple juice just tasted of water and one of the two coffee machine was not working which lead to queues. Breakfast selection was very good. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. In terms of locations there are some run down buildings on the same street but this would not affect my rating. A tram stop is a very short walk from reception which give you access to the whole sea front. Overall a very pleasant stay. If i was visiting Blackpool again I would stay here.
Will definitely stay here in the future. Well looked after by all the staff. Rooms very clean and tidy. Including breakfast excellent.
Need to spend time for shower cleaning
Excellent
Great hotel, excellent location, friendly staff
Nice hotel, breakfast time needs attention
Nice hotel and easy check in, car park is only small so not the easiest to secure a space. Breakfast wasn't the best, long queues and bad coffee!
Great stay
Friendly staff, extremely clean hotel and comfy beds
Very amiable receptionist
The hotel was in a very good state of repair and cleanliness. We had a particularly good check in where a very amiable receptionist let us check in early- this was especially helpful as we had two toddlers with us and were able to prepare the room for bedtime without running up and down to the car
Smart property with friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet served in the morning. Hotel is in a quieter area of Blackpool seafront which will suit many, but otherwise it's a bit of a walk to attractions and facilities.
Lovely say park out side where it’s free
Perfect staff lovely room very clean and breakfast was very nice, just disappointed about the parking it’s just too expensive.
Really good. Hotel but Car parking expensive
Couldn't get internet room on the small side.breakfast average at best not worth £160
Nice room with sea view. Clean, quiet & within walking distance of the main areas The staff were so pleasant & helpful Enjoyed our first staying at Hampton by Hilton Blackpool
Nice hotel, great location
It is a nice hotel in a great location. The breakfast service in the restuarant needs sorting out though - it was chaos!
NO evening Dining. Honestly felt like I was in a well kept Holiday camp. The breakfast was not the same as others ive stayed at, I paid extra for a delux room with sea view. What we got was a very small room with 2 doubke beds. One pushed right up against a floor to ceiling double glass window. Took my mum for her 80th she has parkinsons in a wheelchair and im disabled with mobility issues. 2nd floor room right at end of a long carpeted corridor nightmare to push a wheelchair on. Absolutly creased me having to climb down to the bottom of the bed to get out as it was pushed up to the.window. Limited comfortable seating in the hotel and no seating in the room not what I would expect from the Hilton at all. So nowhere to relax whatsoever. Ended up taking mum to a popular pizza place for her 80th birthday meal because they have no evening dining area just bar service ordering with a very limited choice menu (Pub Grub basically) again not what i expected. Safe broken too. asked for a cocktail menu and was shown a sign on bar which pretty much consisted of 5 cocktails very basic Vodka vodka or vodka. Paid just under £500 for 2 nights and im afraid the Hilton have lost my custom on this one. Plenty on area at a fraction of the price we looked at one a little further down with waiting service a resteraunt and far more accomadating areas to sit and more room space. We were tempted to return to the Hilton and request a refund. Ruined her 80th birthday we wont get that back
Short break.
Very helpful staff very clean and good food
brilliant
very welcomig staff, very friendly, goog customer service
Staff were very helpful and friendly. When they realised we had a child with us they made up our sofa bed immediately. Breakfast was good but I don't think the scrambled eggs were from fresh, could have been dried eggs, but that's me being picky. Having the choice of fried or poached eggs would have made it perfect. Making our own waffles was a highlight for our daughter.
Great every time we visit. It is our go to hotel when we are in Blackpool. Staff is always helpful and friendly and rooms are nice and clean.
We took my grandson for half term. We had a view of the illuminations and sea view. The tram stop is across the road. Very convenient. The only thing we had a gripe about was the breakfast. Not quality. We had an evening meal which was excellent
4 day stay
The hotel is nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Rooms have air conditioning, clean and spacious. One of the nicer hotels in Blackpool. Only negatives about the hotel is the breakfast. Queues for a table and buffet line were a hectic between 8.30 to 9.30. Wasnt a great or big selection and food quality could have been better. Cutlery, mugs, bread, trays and even some of the buffet selection werent always available. Had to always ask staff for top ups. On a daily basis i found trays and mugs werent always clean. Breakfast was disppointing. Car parking - onsite parking is expensive if you dont get a car parking spot out the front of the hotel. Overall i would recommend this hotel. If i were to go again i would book room only if possible and walk to weatherspoons at south pier for decent breakfast each morning. Only a short walk away.
Perfect stay. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice bar for a drink at the end of a day
Not so luxurious
We planned to stay here as we believed it was a more luxurious option, but it didn’t quite work out that way. It was OK, but the beds were really uncomfortable, there was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom and breakfast was really inefficiently set up, so queues were very long. £17 per night to park is a bit of a cheek when paying over £100 per night to stay. It is well located for jumping on a tram into the centre. They did cater well for my gluten free requirements.
Hotel should reduce cost for parking as it’s not central and a walk down to the town £10 would be more acceptable.
It was very clean, easy access to tram to main areas and breakfast was great. Car park was expensive considering we had already paid for the room.
Nice hotel but not enough staff
Very nice hotel with great staff but unfortunately not enough staff , breakfast was way too busy for the amount of staff that had to deal with far too many unhappy customers due to the fact the hotel was fully booked but not enough staff to cope with keeping the breakfast food, utensils, tables cleaning etc in order. Management know what the occupancy is and should have enough staff to run the breakfast service.
I would have preferred it to be cleaner. There were lots of random hairs around our room. It made me wonder if a dog had stayed in the room before us. There were areas around the shower that were a bit black too. I chose the Hampton for the beds and hoping for a very clean room. Also, there were never enough plates out at breakfast which slowed down the queue moving along, and we had to carry our food all the way round to a meeting room each morning. The parking was expensive too and lkmited but I can understand that. The location is great.
Quality of breakfast was poor, was a very busy period but the waffle house was not supervised and got very messy no plates or cups batter mixture everywhere, main buffet quality of the food was poor eggs were vile again no plates glasses cutlery and the food was not getting replenished quick enough which caused a lot of waiting around and getting under each others feet would not stay for this reason again
Hotel stay in Blackpool
The hotel is way to big to accommodate so many people at half term. Check in took forever and breakfast was horrendous as seemed everyone went down at the same time so we had a long walk to get our food as no room in the restaurant and with two toddlers and being in our 60s it was not the experience I expected and put me off staying with this hotel chain in the future. The bedroom was lovely and clean but unfortunately the breakfast let it down. Sorry but the system needs addressing asap
Overall a good place to stay, clean, warm and friendly staff. The only negatives is the parking can be a bit of a nightmare finding a spot and the drinks prices are quite expensive but I would definitely come back again.
Nice new modern hotel close to all attractions
Great to see new hotels in Blackpool, just what it needs. This hotel was very busy (half term) and long queues at check-in, maybe look at self-service check-ins? Parking was easy, we had two vehicles so one was paid parking on-site (£17) and one on the adjacent street for free! Excellent rooms, all nice and new. Bathroom floor tiles did have grout missing/cracked, so need to keep up on snagging and breakfast was extremely busy. Apart from that an excellent hotel.
Really enjoyed our stay in a family room. Right next to pleasure beach and train station. Was perfect for a night to do the pleasure beach and illuminations.
Slow service
Too expensive for what it was.
Check - in was slow and very busy. Didn't get the room we wanted. We were a family of four and only had 3 bath towels, the shower head was leaking water on the side, so wasn't getting the full spray, scuff marks on the walls, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling (when the lights were dim) went down for breakfast on the Monday at 9.00 a.m. had to queue 1/2 hr for a table for breakfast, 1/2 hr to get the food and today wasn't too bad went down at 8.10 a.m. But by 8.45 there was a queue.
Tram station over the road from the hotel
Good and satisfactory
We had a good time
We were disappointed to find that the hotel is dog friendly. We have pet allergies in the family and despite requesting two dog free rooms, we were given one that had clearly had dogs in it. Despite raising the issue we were not offered an alternative. The manager did resolve the issue on check out offering a full refund but it was disappointing when we had raised it beforehand and had our request acknowledged.
We stayed he for one night, certain areas in the room were little tired. Slept well but having to wait 35mins in the queue for breakfast created a rush to be checked out for 11am. We decided that we wouldn't stay here again.

Poor food quality and cooking.
Extremely poor evening food and breakfast.
