Great place would recommend
Comfortable stay, nice breakfast and good location would recommend
Breakfast bliss
Short visit for an interview- great location and fantastic breakfast
Adequate
Rather out of the way location. No bottled water in room.
Rugby trip
We were in Belfast for the rugby as a group. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, although slightly chaotic when busy, bed really comfortable. We thought it was the ideal spot for eating out and diddly diddly music. Ate at Brannigans and Nu Delhi nearby, both really great.
Sports Trip
Very Pleasant Staff, room very comfortable, Breakfast was only ok,
Great stay
Great stay I booked two rooms as I've a big family. Good variety for breakfast also nice food and cocktails. Car parking is in the multi story carpark not the one opposite the hotel. Family friendly hotel which has lots of games for the kids to play.
Amazing location and excellent staff
Every thing was perfect great service
Property was close to central rail and bus routes. Very accessible to the city on foot. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not the best I've had.
Close to city centre and everything runs smoothly. Perfect for a quick overnight in Belfast.
We had the most amazing stay at this hotel and cannot recommend the hotel or staff highly enough. Made our New Year celebrations even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning this year
Y
Our 2nd time stay wasn't the best, friendly staffs
It was a family stay. We enjoyed the dinner though it was late. The staff were friendly. They allowed checked in while I was parking my car. The double bed was uncomfortable. What we didn't like the fact that there was a door connecting to another room which appeared to be dodgy and unsafe. Breakfast was average. Scrambled eggs were too salty. Breakfast options were limited but not bad.
Fantastic hotel
Absolutely fantastic stay. Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was lovely. Our room was stunning with lobely views if belfast. Staff very friendly, highly recommended
Would not recommend for families
Hotel is beautiful and the family rooms are really spacious. However i have a lot of negatives. The food was awful. The room we stayed in was freezing and the heating kept turning off. When i rang down a few times the maintenance man came and said this is as hot as it will get. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels and my childrens faces were freezing. After calling down again they moved us up two floors at midnight. We gathered what we could as our baby was sleeping and went to a different room. This one was warm but they forgot the bedding on the sofabed so i had to ring again. During the night the room was absolutely baltic. The next morning we went to get our childs shoes as we were told they wouldnt clean the old room. One of her shoes was missing and they had gone into the room. They gave us free parking for the issues. My children were sick for two weeks so this was a treat. I basically paid for them to go and stay in a freezing room. The breakfast was nice but I wouldnt recommend to families.
Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Easy walk to city centre.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good. Would stay again
Reception staff were so friendly & helpful
The hotel is in a great location, we got a bus from the Airport and it was about a 10 minute walk to hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice but recommend going early as it gets very busy. Will definitely be returning.
I had read that the property needed a little updating, what we found was very modern, from the reception to the bedroom. We had tv, hairdryer, iron and good running shower. We didnt dine, but had the breakfast, plenty to eat. Overall a great stay woild definitely return.
Amazing service!
Wonderful trip and lovely staff.
Staff were absolutely lovely. Location is great, lobby was lovely and welcoming and parking is not outlandishly priced. Room was really good, the only downside was some staining on the carpet and the hot water wasn’t super hot but more than acceptable. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Close to all Free parking & breakfast Superior staff Room excellent
Nice place for a stopover walking distance to everything. Rooms clean
Perfect for a night in Belfast
Excellent hotel, staff were more than helpful and nothing was a problem. Modern rooms and perfect for a family off four. Perfectly situated close to Central station and Belfast city centre. Food served until nine thirty was perfect before venturing out. Fantastic breakfast the following morning. Highly recommended.
Was great location. Clean and great facilities.
I have been stayed in Hilton before and with that experience i booked this hotel but with money i paid wasnt that worth. I paid around 260 pounds for just one night but the room wasnt that good enough. Even the option for breakfast was quite less with no live counters. I was quite dissatisfied with yhe price i paid.
Overnight stay
The check in at the hampton was very quick, and the clerk was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good being as i am on a gluten free diet, the room was large and comfortable, the hotel uses the multi storey car park beside the hotel at a discounted rate of £14 for 24 hours, as the hotel was so close to the sites we didn't use the car during our stay we went on foot to the sites and christmas market. We would definitely stay at the hamption by hilton again and we have no problems recommending you to stay there as well
Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and the room was lovely. We would definitely stay again
Excellent short stay.
On arrival at reception, greeted by Michael and checked in. Very smooth and Michael was very helpful, even arranging for a room on a lower floor First impressions of the hotel were very positive. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The food in the hotel was very good, breakfast and evening meal. All staff were were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good location. The bus station is only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay at the Hampton again
Very central, great rooms, fab breakfast, lovely and very helpful staff.
Nice and central to most sightseeing or transport links. Clean and good quality furnishings. Good breakfast - love the waffles!.. although slight disappointment when the advertised cocktail hour was no longer available - but they did make us up a couple of recent Halloween special cocktails instead.
Great base for our trip
Lovely friendly helpful welcoming staff. Great location: could walk to central locations easily. Great breakfast included so excellent value. Would be 5* but the bed was too soft for our backs and the layout of the breakfast servery area could be improved eg cutlery in a far corner didn’t make sense when it was busy over the weekend. Serviettes in another place completely. Nearly had a toaster fire in the rotating toaster (candle sized flame only) but spotted immediately by staff who dealt with it quickly and efficiently.
Great customer service. Clean comfortable accommodation close to everything
Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice and comfortable room. Would recommend
Good clean room and excellent service
It was a great location. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. They had a great breakfast every morning and the restaurant had good food and beers for the nights we didn’t feel like going out. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff were very polite ,friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean .
Great staff, great location, good breakfast options and nice food.
The staff at reception were great. Bit of a shame you can’t park for free at this venue but they do have a decent deal with a car park next door. Breakfast great quality and rooms very good for their value.
The hotel is not equipped to manage the number of people staying. Whilst we stayed we experienced three issues:- 1. Noisy rooms 2. During the night someone from a connected room was able to wander into our room through a door. We reported this and were told this could not happen as the doors were locked. This was not the case. I was told it would be looked into. The same issue happened again - with a random person just walking into our room on the middle of the night. 3. Breakfast was a nightmare. Each time went down for breakfast we were told there was at least an hours wait for a table. We hardly slept a wink due to the noise and fear of someone walking into our room again and again. For a hotel of its size the facilities to feed people at breakfast were inadequate. Would not recommend and would not stay in a Hilton Hampton again.
The bathroom flooded
Greta Hotel would definitely stay again. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic quality with plenty of selection reception staff were very helpful and informative.
2 night city break.
Excellent stay. From the moment we arrived at reception, all the staff were extremely friendly. Room was ready early, was very clean and had a great view. Breakfast was nice, had everything you would want and more. Location to the centre was excellent.
Nice hotel
Overall stay was good but the bed was terrible. Springs were broken and uncomfortable, felt we didn't want to complain as the staff were so lovely
Very comfortable, accessible and outstanding staff service.
This hotel is very clean, convenient, and offers excellent breakfast and dining options. However, the friendly and effective staff truly sets this hotel apart from others in the area. The staff is always prepared to provide friendly, outstanding service and assistance. I will return to Belfast in the spring and will certainly choose to stay at the Hampton in Belfast city center. Thank you for making my stay so very pleasant. See you soon!!!
Great spot & very clean
Lovely stay, cant fault location or staff. Only issue was a slightly uncomfortable bed to be honest, my back wasn't happy as it was hard (and i like firm) but thats personal preference. Breakfast was decent, lots of options to fill up for a day's walking / sightseeing & the hotel's location means this is ideally situated for that. You're just off the main drag & noisy roads. Close to great eating & drinking spots. Good transport links very close by. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Good hotel and within walking distance to many sites. Breakfast was nice and happy hour was delightful before heading out for dinner. Minor things: The floors were a bit dirty (hair stuck to wall/floor), the sink needed to be scrubbed, and the soap dispensers in the shower fell off and leaked.
Hotel was great ,spotless, staff lovely, really helpful, would recommended and definitely stay again .
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It was nice being able to store our luggage until it was time for check in.
As usual Hampton is functional and serves our needs.
Staff, location and breakfast were excellent.
Victoria was at desk on arrive, she was so helpful telling us about bus to Titanic and informative, thank you Victoria. The breakfast was disappointing my friend was vegan only vegan sausages on 1st morning , next 3 morning had to ask and a very young employer got 2 from kitchen. No scrambled egg on 2nd morning said delivery late and kitchen smal. After a lovely but tiring day I just wanted a quick snack in the evening . Waited 40 minutes had to ask whats happening and when it came it was wrong asked and drink did not come so again had to ask. Bedrooms clean. This is convenient as in heart of city. But for what we paid it was underwhelming. Not 4 star.
If I could give them 100 stars I would, can’t say enough about how amazing the staff were. Food was great too! Close to everything including bus depot.
We love this hotel. Because of the amount. of bars and restaurants shops and. good walk to local places to visit
easy access from both airports in Belfast. Close to the City Centre for sight seeing. The hotel was excellent, highly recommend it to others.
Convenience
Clean & comfy rooms, excellent service and great breakfast to kick start your day.
For business use only, not families
No upgrades available and more suited for business travel only. All rooms are single bed with pullout couch. Super good breakfast and value for the menu, but would have preferred being able to upgrade as it only had a pullout for the kids
Belfast
Lovely hotel however rooms not cleaned or dirty towels replaced on our 2nd dsy and coffee and tea not replenished xx
The location is very convenient for the bus station and the city but not a particularly attractive area. Breakfasts and staff were good the only dog was that the air conditioning was difficult to operate.
Beautiful hotel will definitely be back!
We came for our honeymoon and had the loveliest of stays! The staff went over and above. Super friendly and the breakfast was fab. Hope to return soon.
Room wasn't set up properly for us, not enough towels or sheets for pull out couch. Room was never cleaned during our stay,
Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Convenient location near the Opera House and many dining options. Where to unload the car was a little confusing. We used a pay lot next door, but could have driven up to the front door (which looked like a curb not to be driven on).
Friendly
The staff was very friendly. Our biggest complaints were the beds and pillows. They were not comfortable at all.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, even getting my coffee and juice at breakfast. Excellent bathroom; I am still recovering from a motorcycle accident and mobility isn't the greatest so to have a fully accessible wet room was ideal.
Would recommend
Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The gym was decent. Great location.
Great location by the bus station. Easy to walk to the main area downtown in about 10-15 minutes. Breakfast included had lots of choices
The reception, esp. Victoria, was amazing. Friendly and helpful!
The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.
Staff were very helpful and friendly!
A lot of the cooked breakfast was cold. Very good selection of fruit and pastries.
Great guest service and lovely breakfast buffet. Convenient restaurant for late hours bite.
We booked this hotel due to the proximity to the train station. There are plenty of dining options within a few blocks and the city center is only a 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay, but the room was cold. Tried to have the issue addressed with a gentleman named Pedro at the front desk, but he wasn’t able to get it fixed. However, he sent us an additional comforter. There’s no storage room for clothing, besides a shelf over the coat hanging rail. We needed to leave early in the morning and Victoria helped us have a breakfast bag ready. Also, due to our Hilton Honors status, gave us a voucher for snacks and drinks - thank you. She was very friendly and efficient.
Not enough room for this to be classed as a family room. There was nowhere for me to put my child’s buggy, I ended up having to fold it away and try and store it in the wardrobe which didn’t work. Ended up having to just leave it in the middle of the walkway and try and manage around it with a toodler which wasn’t fun. My husband ordered a pizza, waited for an hour to then be told they had forgotten and the kitchen was shut, really not good enough!!
Small room for 4 ppl
Enjoyable stay
From the time we checked in, we had no complaints. The staff seemed they couldnt do anymore for us to have an enjoyable time. The room had everything we needed for a two night stay, the free breakfast was very varied and plenty enough.
Very enjoyable stay. I will be back sometime 🙂
Two thumbs up!!!
Liked hotel, central walkable location. Parking was not far but staff not great about explaining logistics, which were a bit complicated with bus station, other hotels… result lost for about 1/2 hour. Happy hour offered but staff a bit overwhelmed by it and technology they were using to charge people got in the way causing delay.
The buffet breakfast was pretty good. Close to airport shuttle and bus tour pickups.
Nice hotel in a good central location. Close to bus station. Good breakfast
Nice Hilton hotel
Really nice hotel situated a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 2 walk from the bus and train station. The hotel was clean and comfortable enough size for a family of 4. It had plenty of everything from towels to tea and coffee. Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely return here again if taking a trip to Belfast.
Helpful staff
Good lication right beside bus station easy access to centre
.
The hotel had a good bar, good food and a delicious breakfast each morning. Also, parking was right next door and it was in a very walkable location. Would definitely stay again!
Great Hotel with lovely staff.
Great hotel lovely atmosphere from you walk in. Very modern I will definitely be back
No fried eggs
The beds were very hard. Tossed and turned all night. No fried eggs for breakfast, instead they were cooked along with/on a bed of tomatoes. I don’t like cooked tomatoes, so disappointed I couldn’t have fried eggs on their own, as you couldn’t separate the two. And no scrambled eggs available. Apart from the eggs, the breakfast was excellent.
Great modern property with fantastic breakfast
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Right next to the bus station that provides transport to the airport frequently.
Perfect for a short city break
Trip with friends Perfectly located Friendly staff Great breakfast
Second time visiting. All staff extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bedroom was very comfortable with great shower room. Breakfast was excellent. Will return.
Enjoyable
Good location, nice breakfast. Bed is very hard.
