Fantastic hotel! Clean, lovely facilities, friendly staff, great location facing the beach. First time visiting Benidorm and this hotel really helped make it a great stay.

This hotel is in an excellent position for a walk along the promenade or into the old town in Benidorm. The rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities in the bathrooms and a bottle of complimentary water in the room. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Something to note, the coach drop off is about 50yds down the road at the bus stop.

Great Hotel

The H10 Porto Poniente is perfectly located in the Old Town but being a short walk from the livelier part of Benidorm. We stayed in a Junior suite room 726 which had partial views on the sea. It was lage & welll appointed.

A beautiful hotel, facilities,rooms, food, staff, and cleanliness first class. Hotel situated in ideal situation for old town, and about 30 min to the strip. Very enjoyable stay, very relaxing.

Had an atrium room which was very spacious and beautifully presented. Food was 10/10, breakfast and dinner. Plenty of options to choose from, fresh and high quality meat, fish, salad, side dishes and more! Staff were great and attentive. Pool was the best part, amazing view!

The hotel was superb, very clean, staff wonderful very attentive, check in was fast and the gentleman that checked us in was lovely, very professional and welcoming. Restaurant very clean and food excellent. All in all would highly recommend this hotel.

Fab hotel!

Beds comfy, shower fab, food great. It’s also in a nice part of old town Benidorm overlooking the beach. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed here April 17th-21st and will definitely stay here again if we go back to Benidorm! Beautiful hotel.. so clean, modern, right on the promenade with the most gorgeous view of Poniente Beach. Breakfast was fab, dinner was ok. We had breakfast every day and tried the buffet dinner twice (when we weren’t full enough from trying tapas) not a huge selection but I always found something! Stayed in room 303 which is to the side of the hotel and you can still see the sea which was nice. Very quiet room, awesome black out curtains, huge room and bathroom…can’t fault it! Literally a couple of minutes walk to old town with lovely little restaurants and shops. The seating area outside the lobby bar is perfect for people watching - they will only serve you doubles though. Maybe this is known but I just wanted a single JD&coke before dinner and had no choice but to pay for a double. Not really an issue but it added up!! 😂 Staff were lovely, especially Sabrina on the front desk. Oh and spa was nice! It is very small but it wasn’t the hottest when we were there and just wanted to have a little dip (and actually wear the bikini I packed) so it was perfect! You book on the app or through the front desk and you get an hour but you can go as many times as you like.

Few steps from old town

Lovely hotel, only built few years ago. Very modern and comfy rooms and staff are very friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Few steps to the old town. Roof top pool and a few other smaller decks, one with a plunge pool. Would stay again.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Still good but breskfast is painful, the wait for eggs is way to slow and only hard boiled egfs are available if you want to avoid thay wait. My room 326 was very tired lots of defects which i didnt experience on my previous stay. I left my first visit as a big fan of the hotel my 2nd visit less so

Fantastic hotel. Excellent facility . One slightly negative point - Pool towel policy. Not happy that you have to pay for a clean pool towel if required. Never been to a hotel where this is the policy.

The staff are wonderful. That’s the standout. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine and the staff are superbly professional. Reception are also fantastic, especially Rudy, who was exceptional. I dropped stars because the food is not well labelled and on the oily side. Breakfast is better than dinner. Too much deep fried things and even vegetables were battered or swimming in oil. Wasn’t clear what food contained animal products and while they say they offer vegan choices, apart from basic salad and fruit, it’s not clear what’s not cheese or flesh and it’s easily fixed, just a little more information, would be really helpful. Also, a big disappointment was the spa. No changing rooms open, they seem permanently locked. Only the cold shower worked. Only two cascades in the small pool and one of those didn’t work. Too many people in it to fully utilise the very small bubble bench that some people didn’t move off, so most people didn’t get to use it and a single small sauna, no steam room. That’s all that’s in it and our opinion was, it’s not worth getting wet for! Nice touch was the complementary bottle of cava for my husband birthday. We were given a room upgrade, which was a nice gesture, but only what we would have expected from a standard room, no balcony, nowhere to dry wet towels, the bathroom had a damp smell and probably needs better ventilation.

Love love love this hotel so much this was our second visit this year! Can’t fault it and the aspect from the reception as you walk out each day is breathtaking and so uplifting.

Lovely hotel, but not all rooms have a balcony. Breakfast although nice was always very busy. Main pool area hard to get a lounger, but the adults area and solarium always had loungers. The Pool bar closes at 6:30pm which is way too early as people up there still at 8pm when they close the pool! Dinner was good, booking a time slot recommended. Don’t waste your time with the Spa. Rubbish!

We stayed for a child free(!) break for 4 nights in June 2023. We stayed in room 724, which had balcony and sea view. We loved the hotel. The rooftop pool is lovely - it does get busy early, but the beach is literally across the road and has sun beds and umbrellas to hire (6 euros each, so 18E a day for us). You can hire beach towels from the hotel - it is a 15E refundable deposit and 1E a day to change to clean towels. We did not mind paying this! Breakfast - lovely, great selection of food, tasty, clean. Pool Bar is great - only one person working, so sometimes a short wait - and it closes at 6.30pm. I personally would have loved this to be open later to enjoy the sun setting with a cocktail (or two!) Snack bar on floor 5 (by the pool). Simple, but good selection of lunch options - really tasty - good service. The hotel is super clean, it has a really lovely boutique vibe - we loved the clean decor. Location - great for the old town. We explored all the lovely tapas bars, shopped and ate really well. Great selection of restaurants (note that many of them require reservations ahead of time!!) We had a great stay, we will be back and have recommended to friends and family! Good job H10 team :)

Amazing experience A*****

We couldn’t ask for a more luxurious hotel, we were upgraded to the largest suite for my birthday celebration, the staff were exceptional, food and drink really high end. We were so happy to stay here.

Great staff and lovely rooms

Fabulous welcome by this hotel. Room large , light and airy with fabulous view of sea. The restaurant helped as much as they could to get me Gluten free options and breakfast was great. Only thing that let it down was on space on pool deck and spa pool was cold.

Great location, Hotel is relatively new and in excellent condition. The pools on the 5th and 7th floor were a great find. Staff is very helpful, breakfasts offered plenty of selections.

The hotel was very nice and luxurious. I didn’t expect it to be such a high standard for the area. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. The room and bathroom are decorated very beautifully but some improvements could be made to cleaning (I found some hairs and dust in my room). The breakfast and dinner were really good and lots of options for everyone but it was slightly annoying having to queue and wait to be seated, especially when it is not busy season yet. The spa is also very small - just one little pool and sauna which fits 2 people. You are only allowed 1 hour there and you need to pre-book your slot for this.

Fantastic hotel and great service

Absolutely fantastic stay in this hotel, modern and centrally located close to old town. Food morning and evening was a great selection with different choices each evening. Catered well for dietary needs. Drinks in hotel slightly more expensive than in bars but still reasonably priced. All hotel staff were welcoming and had excellent customer service, we would definitely return

Loved! Will definitely stay again

The position of the hotel was excellent and the sea view was wonderful. The hotel provided everything we needed and the staff were as pleasant as could be.

Great hotel

Great hotel and location. Few let downs pool area to small, having to struggle finding a bed. Food too is nice but a lot of complaints saying that some of it is overcooked and quite a bit of it undercooked.

Best hotel in Benidorm!

Best hotel in Benidorm ! From the moment we arrived the service we received was outstanding, the girl on reception even knew my name & was happy & made us feel extremely welcome, think her name was Aime ? ! Hotel itself was very relaxing , clean , great infinity pool ( although very shallow) but lovely to cool off . Food & Restaurant can’t fault it . Would definitely stay there again & pay that little extra to get a beach view room ,views were great !

Lovely hotel and very pleasant staff. Good choices for breakfast but tea and coffee not great. Spotlessly clean throughout but room cleaning staff could be more considerate to guests by keeping their voices down. Supposedly no leaving of towels on sun loungers but this happened all the time, they should enforce their own rules! Bar staff very pleasant but at times clearly stressed due to lack of staff. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Incredible hotel, fantastic staff - stay here!

We stayed here for a last-minute getaway and it was genuinely the best hotel either of us have ever stayed in. The service was fantastic, with the lady at the desk informing us that they had upgraded our room to a balcony room for free, which was a real surprise and a great way to start the trip. The ladies at the desk were great. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the waiting staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome during our stay, making the extra effort to speak to us each morning and asking us how we were finding Benidorm and the hotel. One waiter in particular was really memorable and his service was truly a credit to the hotel. We were only there for a few nights but we fell in love with this hotel. The cherry on top of the hotel is the spa - it’s free for one session and a great way to unwind for a little while. Needless to say, the hotel is highly recommended and we would come back in an instance.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Benidorm. Clean, modern, friendly and in a prime location for the old town. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now.

The Hotel is located right across from the beach, and local restaurants are a short distance from the property. The front desk staff will assist you with planning day trips. They were also accommodating in helping me get to the Hospital to get my Covid test before returning to the USA. The US State Dept requires getting a rapid Covid test one day before traveling to the USA. I love Benidorm, Spain.

From the moment we checked in the service was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was stunning and the bed is incredible. The roof top pool was stunning, with the best cocktails. The hotel is spotless and beautiful. Can’t wait to go back !

Great Hotel and Stay - However

Reception - Fast, efficient, professional Environment - Around the hotel, rooftop and bar areas clean and tidy. Room - We booked a room with a sea view and terrace - well actually it was a balcony (be careful when booking) Beds were comfortable, room pretty clean, although for a 4 Star I would have expected tea / coffee making facilities in the room and bottles of water. (You can get water at reception 150ml €1.70 outrageous) Great views from the Balcony (terrace) Restaurant - This really let’s this hotel down, it’s disorganised, the evening food is dreadful, the service from the drinks waiter RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. The food is a buffet full of loads dishes which have so much salt it burns your tongue!! Rubbery pasta, packet mix sauces, under cooked chicken, stale bread. a salad buffet that had seen better days. It would have been better to concentrate on quality not quantity. Just have a small menu 4 Entrées, 5/6 Mains, 3/4 Deserts, it would save on the huge amount of wastage too. Breakfast - English bacon on request which is positive, overall pretty average. I would advise avoiding paying for half board it’s not worth it. There are a couple great bars / restaurants close by too We would stay again as the room and views are stunning, but will bring the travel kettle, and avoid the restaurant.

Only downside was that there is no tea/coffee facility in the room. This is disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff.

My friend and I work for the NHS and this was our first break away from the UK since the start of the pandemic. We booked a short break, 3 nights. The hotel was covid safe, tables cleaned as soon as they where vacated. Room cleaned daily. We enjoyed breakfast and evening meal, good choice of fruit and vegetables, salad, desserts, I am sure that even the fussiest of eaters would have found something they enjoyed. The only negative, food could have been hotter but there was a microwave to heat it up if needed. We did use the spar, booked an half an hour slot, limited use due to Covid. Pool on the 5th floor and outdoor bar was lovely, we did sunbathe but not brave enough to take a dip in the pool. A bit chilly in November. The view from our room was fabulous and listening to the waves crashing was lovely. All the staff from reception, bar staff, dinning room staff and cleaners where wonderful. They always greeted you on entering and leaving the hotel. I felt like they went one step beyond and made you feel welcome. Lovely staff. The hotel is in a prime position, less than a 5 minute walk to the old town, lots of places to eat and drink close to hotel. We did walk into the strip in Benidorm, took about 20 mins (strolling). Overall we had a wonderful short break and would definitely book again.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the beach. Stunning decor and extremely clean. Delicious wide variety of food. Only down side was the pillows were too hard. ( friends and family staying at the hotel also commented on this too.) Would definitely like to return.

Breakfast letdown

Wonderful hotel wonderful location rooms was perfect bed was really comfortable but the breakfast was a big letdown so on organised food what was supposed to be hot was cold chef cooking breakfast had nothing ready there was no organisation at all which was a big letdown for us given such a high star rating
