Great location
The hotel is beautiful! It’s a little outside the main sightseeing areas but easily walkable or accessible by transit. All in all, an incredibly wonderful stay and a lovely, comfortable hotel.
Beautiful property
We had a wonderful stay at the H10! Beautiful property, very hospitable staff, good location
Incredible hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff was so helpful and kind.
Hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and nice. There was unpleasant smell in the lobby (cleaner?). The hotel is located in a busy area and requires a bit of walking or local transit to get to the more interesting areas of Lisbon. They claim to offer a shuttle to the airport, but actually charge 5x more for the service than the cost of using a ride-share app. The terrace is only open at certain hours, and they don't serve hot drinks - you can't enjoy it in the morning with a coffee, for example.
Very disrespectful
Great hotel, very friendly staff and in a great location. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Parking is expensive and hard to find under the hotel. A long walk to the historic district, but nice tile decor and comfortable rooms. Easy access to freeways.
Wonderful stay. Staff were very nice. Only wish the rooftop bar would stay open a little late. Overall great experience.
My wife stayed here the two days before our wedding, and it was the perfect place to tackle all last-minute details while still being close enough to everything to enjoy the city and host our families in Lisbon. The rooftop bar/restaurant has amazing views and was a highlight for us both.
Very clean with helpful staff.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and room. Staff are excellent loved every minute of our stay
I would highly recommend this place to anyon visiting the area. The staff was amazing and the rooms are very nice.
Absolutely immaculate. Very friendly and responsive staff. View from rooftop. Gorgeous rooms.
Great hotel, nice location, close to metro, rooftop bar
A bit of luxory
This hotel was gorgeous! The only hotel I stayed in while in Portugal. Beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable and luxioius. I would absolutely stay there again.
This hotel is a lovely place, i especially enjoyed the architectural style of the interior remodel. They maintained the unique style of the historical exterior and artfully made it modern and convenient for the visitors. The breakfast was fabulous and the service super friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay.
The staff
Wanted to visit Lisbon for a while, I couldn’t decided on a hotel or area until last minute. Once I saw the decor and read the reviews on H10 I was sold. It’s a well put together boutique hotel. The sitting area was grand and the restaurant was cozy and Victorian style. Staff was fantastic at checking and very helpful, thank you all. We signed up as a member and received a welcome drink. The room is a good size, nice layout. Clean and my wife love the seating area by the window. I was celebrating my birthday and they were sweet enough to leave a bottle of champagne and a cake. Highly recommend this place. Walking distance to shopping, about four minute walk to the metro. I suggest you try to hop on hop off bus in the Square. Redline was the best one. And food at the Pinocchio restaurant on liberty was fantastic.
Nice but don’t book room 1003
Very nice staff at this hotel. Very helpful. The rooftop bar is also nice but do not book room 1003. Lots of noise due to their kitchen or supply room sharing a wall. The banging around kept us up.
This is a lovely boutique hotel. Great location- you can walk to many different neighborhoods. The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and making us a last minute reservation. The breakfast was outstanding.
Excelente hotel precio y calidad , servicio en todo impecable
This hotel was very nice, location was far from the main sites but metro stop was close by. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good but very limited gluten free options. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this hotel when staying in Lisbon!
Great location
Great staff, and located right next door to a sports bar! Hotel was clean and the room was big and very nice. Very close to a metro station.
The rooftop area was very cute and the breakfast here was great! Overall highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely boutique hotel close to the main avenue yet away from noise. Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel was central to everything. The train station was a mile away..lots of restaurants and shopping close by..staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were absolutely lovely and comfortable. I recommend staying here.
Excellent location. Close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away from the crowds to be quiet at night.
Lovely hotel with a roof top bar area that has some brilliant views over the city. We found the staff there lacked any warm and friendly hospitality to would expect in a small hotel. This was consistent throughout our trip. Our room was really nice and clean but the bathroom was dated and a little dirty around the bath edges and back sink. We stayed at a H10 hotel in Rome which was great. The staff acknowledged we received a really great service. Sadly wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.
Beautiful property but walls are thin! We could hear our neighbour snoring and conversing quite clearly.
Fabulous hotel with very friendly staff in a great location.
Family trip to Lisboa
This hotel is a perfect location for anyone who likes to walk the whole avenue of Liberdad. The staff are professional and helpful. The rooms are unique and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended
It was our second stay at this hotel. We absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful hotel with great ambiance and furnishings. Our room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
A nice hotel conveniently located to the Avenida da Liberdade. However 9 years since it opened and you can tell some amenities are a bit tired. Our room, whilst nice, had a fairly old circa 2014 television which didn't work very well, and the light fixtures above the bed were coming away from the wall. Not exactly what you'd expect from a 4* hotel. However, the staff were (mostly) very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was extremely slow in service but the staff were friendly. The bar on the lobby level was a bit of a ghost town, service slow and usually only one person rushing around doing everything!
Nice, modern and clean room. Bedding and towels were of a nice quality too. Large shower and good quality soaps etc supplied.
Very friendly staff reasonable size rooms
Very nice hotel.
Loved staying here. Room was spacious. Walking distance from luxury shopping. Beautiful rooftop and extremely friendly staff. Would stay here again without a doubt
This was a beautiful boutique hotel. We had a charming corner room. Good size room w/closet space. Large bathroom. Nice rooftop bar! Hotel was in nice location. Beautiful park nearby.
Property and hotel is great. Parking is a challenge if you have a car (taxi, Uber no problems). Street parking or a hotel lot that is a confusing drive through various streets to a garage that is barely noticeable.
Lisbon gem
The staff was very cordial and hospitable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, great air conditioning and the shower is fabulous. I would definitely recommend it.
This hotel was our absolute favorite in Europe. I will definitely look for this chain in other locations when we travel. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and so comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was amazing.
Hotel is beautiful, service was extraordinary, food was delicious! so glad we stayed here
Perfect
It was a beautiful property and we loved our room. The staff was helpful and the property was clean and maintained. We had trouble with our AC staying on during the night; it tended to shut off in the middle of the night. We did have to walk a bit to get to restaurants and sites.
Professional and helpful staff
It was a great stay at this H10 property! The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Without even mentioning anything, they left a cake and a bottle of champagne in the room to celebrate a travelling companion’s 50th birthday! Nice touch!
Loved the hotel. We only had trouble finding their parking garage, but then a free on street spot opened up. Nice location. Just wished as many Portugal hotels, they had safety bars in the bath and shower.
Luxury without the Pretence!
Super area at the city center hub. The staff & service is excellent—they go out of their way to welcome you without being pretentious! Quiet area with great local connections on all metro/trams/tours. Quiet, comfortable rooms & beds. The breakfast is a full service all you could ask for!! Thanks to all! B&V Medler
I enjoyed just wish it was closer to the main downtown
Location easy and convenient
Giving H10 a “10”
Hotel was gorgeous. Service sraff were excellent as well. Very limited tv selection options but otherwise a lovely stay!
Great hotel
Excellent boutique hotel. Large room, by European standards. Great staff service throughout hotel and good location. Will definitely return.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was a great size, comfortable bed, ample closet space and nice bathroom/shower. We would stay here again given the opportunity.
Beautiful property and room. Several annoying negatives: broken elevator for entire stay, no hand towels in room, and roof top bar closed with no notice. In addition, stupid placement of hairdryer locked into place with extremely short cord which made it very difficult to use, and very narrow shower space with super slippery no mat surface. Not what we were expecting from such an expensive and highly rated hotel. Disappointing.
Nice accommodations, friendly and helpful staff
The hotel was everything we were looking for, quiet, clean, quaint with excellent service.
Amazing hotel
This property was a very charming boutique hotel and the breakfast was delicious.
Our hotel stay was terrific - the staff were friendly and very helpful. Their continental breakfast was fabulous. The location is convenient to the metro and though not near the water is a reasonable walk to a lot of places. We enjoyed it.
Lovely boutique Hotel within easy walking distance of the old city. An extremely helpful front desk staff. A delightful surprise was the very good quality of food in their dining room and the knowledgable and entertaining servers.
Recently remodeled stunning old building. Decor inside was bright and country specific with cultural details like blue and white tiles and blue and white tile murals. Stunningly done. All staff encounters were first rate and pleasant. I would stay here again.
Terrific boutique hotel with a lovely room, great bar @ restaurant and terrific staff. Well located and convenient. Will definitely stay again.
The hotel was awesome... the surrounding area was not up to par in relation
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It’s beautiful. I was sad to find the terrace closed for construction so i hope I can go back one day. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff amazing, the restaurant and bar offers are delicious.morning breakfast buffet amazing! Close to metro so don’t worry about location. Easily walkable area. Grocers across the street for water and snacks and even wine. Fantastic food in restaurant or across the stree at Portuguese restaurant ochado dourado. Welcome drink of wine and pastel de nata. Daily encouragement notes. Clean, comfortable, safe and just all around lovely. Business are so some things closed around it on the weekend. Can’t wait to go back again. Thank you
Pretty good, but not excellent hotel
First, the good stuff. The room was tastefully appointed, looking clean and modern but with a style drawing on the traditional Portuguese through it's extensive use of tilework. I found the reading lamps awkward, but otherwise I was very pleased with the room. The public space of the hotel was tasteful, but cramped given the property's scale. For the number of rooms it has, I was surprised to find the lobby, bar and restaurant all squeezed into only part of that one floor. Finally, I found their fulfillment of the Hotels.com/Expedia membership perks suspect. They didn't upgrade my room, claiming the hotel was booked up. Fair enough, but over my three day stay I didn't get the feeling it was actually that busy. More certain is that the "welcome drink" is mediocre: infused water (which at any other hotel in this class would be offered for free) or cheap sparkling wine.
The staff were excellent. Hotel very clean
This hotel is beautiful. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main square so it's in a nive quiet area with some good traditional Portuguese restaurants nearby. The restaurant in the hotel itself is very good. I would stay here again if I return to Lisbon.
Well located. Walkable very easily ( 20 minutes) of the old town. Very close to metro stop and thebus stop ( 3 minutes walk). Beautifully clean. Helpful and friendly reception staff. We did not eat at hotel - so unable to review food and drink. However, a welcome drink and cute little pastries at the reception, whilst you check in, is a nice touch. Bedroom nicely decorated, very clean, quiet. But note that the terrace at the very top floor, with the view, only open from late March till end of autumn.( that was not cited on the hotel website )We were there in mid and were unable to access it for a drink. All in all, a lovely place. Would definitely recommend it!
Loved this hotel!
The hotel was beautiful and the staff wonderful. Just a very minor thing was the bathroom door didn’t close well which needs a screwdriver adjustment to fix.
An exceptional hotel, much appreciated!
Convenient location; helpful staff; well maintained property with stylish decor!
Great hotel and location. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast!!
Excellent service
This property was perfectly located. Amazing staff!!! Top stylish decoration. Comfy bed !!
I love this hotel. It was so beautiful place to get over our jet lag. There’s a little supermarket right across the street. The rain shower was excellent.
Amazing. Spare your time in looking at other hotels. Book this one today!
Fabulous
The property is at a wonderful location and walkable to shopping and sightseeing. We arrived early at the hotel and the front desk staff was very kind to accommodate us with a early check in for 2 rooms. The rooms were modern and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.
Limited service at resturant, bad service at bar
Very comfortable bed, tasteful design, great location close to Metro station
I had an amazing stay at H10 Hotel. The staff's warm welcome, impeccably clean rooms, and delightful dining options made my experience truly memorable. The attention to detail in design, coupled with outstanding service, sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend it for a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Looking forward to my next visit!
Lovely
Property was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is beautiful The staff very helpful and friendly Bed super comfy Bathroom with bathtub amazing too Great place to rest after a day of walking up and down the hills of beautiful Lisboa
Very convenient hotel, good atmosphere, very comfortable and spacious room, awesome bed, nice commodities, very close (two blocks) from metro station, excellent breakfast and service overall. Great selection.
10 out of 10 excellent staff The location is awesome public transportation nearby also Ubers are around 5 to 7 euros nearby to most tourist places from the airport uber was 11 euros only, please don’t take normal taxi use bolt or Uber the public bus is also excellent and inexpensive, the rooms are extremely clean awesome beds with espresso machines (in case you like to buy your own pastries to save money a coffee maker is a must) they have a mini bar for extra charges, the breakfast amazing make sure to add it it’s worth it, they make you eggs a la carte my favorite was royal eggs and eggs Benedict they also have a buffet included they make you cappuccino they have fruits, seeds, granola, yogurt, cheeses and different pastries, in front of the hotel to your right there’s 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants from different nationalities Uber eats also works, the hotel street to your left you walk straight to marques pombal park and many others tourist destinations, the hop on off is nearby in duque loule or pombal park you get the tickets from them the bus offers 72 hours for 34 which is awesome you can get almost anywhere, to me this hotel offered us everything we were looking for, I don’t really like to struggle much, but I want to be on my budget, nearby you can find high end stores too overall the hotel delivers great amenities and they also have a gorgeous rooftop restaurant you can go to haves view of the city.
Lovely hotel with outstanding customer service. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. There is a delightful rooftop bar to enjoy also. First class hotel which I would recommend , unreservedly, to anyone visiting Lisbon.
E10 hotel is very close to metro. Staff are very friendy and helful. We will come back to book again for sure.
Lovely hotel and very helpful stuff.
Nice room and very comfortable
It was a charming and beautiful place to stay. Would stay there again.
The staff are wonderful and attentive.
The perfect hotel for our stay in Lisbon!
Wow! What can I say? This hotel is amazing. H10 Duque de Loule is the standard by which every boutique hotel should be measured. It gives the essence of Portugal with the beautiful blue tiles incorporated throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, tasteful, and modern - and warm and inviting at the same time. The rooftop terrace offers an uninterrupted vista of water in the distance, plus the foreground of quintessential Portuguese tiled roofs and colorful houses and buildings scattered throughout the hillsides around the hotel. The staff are genuinely concerned with the comfort of their guests. Complimentary pastries and sparkling wine greeted us at check in, and every afternoon after sightseeing. There is a delightful restaurant on site. Robes, slippers and deluxe toiletries are furnished. The hotel’s location provided easy access to everything we wanted to do in Lisbon, while still being off busy pathways. It was quiet, luxurious and peaceful. I can’t imagine anyone not being thrilled after selecting this hotel! Thank you H10 Duque de Loule, for an incredible introduction to Lisbon!
The hotel was clean and convenient, being blocks from a Metro station. The staff did everything they could to help during my stay, including printing out messages I had received and then rescanning the reply so I could send a document to DHL to help with a shipment home. I would stay here again.
The hotel was nice and the staff as well, except for the front desk supervisor, she was not very accommodating when we told her the room was dark and had no view. The prices are not cheap I feel they should try to make the stay more comfortable. Definitely will not recommend!!
The staff here were amazing. Always friendly and accommodating. The negatives are the condition of the rooms needs a bit of maintenance. The towels were tired and need to be replaced. The toilet and tissue paper are rough. Tiles in the showers had dirty grout. There needs to be some USB charging ports added for convenience and more hangers.
Absolutely superb customer service. Delicious breakfasts. Great location.
Loved our stay at this hotel! Room was amazing, staff was friendly and very helpful with our inquiries! Hotel was in a very convenient area to get around the city.
