В описании размещения нет четкой информации о том, что размещение предполагает общие удобства. Для меня это было сюрпризом, неприятным. Плюс оплата только наличными! Это также видно только если прям постараться и все почитать. В целом убрано, да Но очень хорошая слышимость. При этом слышно и движение по квартире и беседы соседей. Пахнет кошками и старыми вещами. В подъезде пахнет кальяном из бара внизу. Из плюсов - только близость к цивилизации. В целом жилье не заявлено как комната в квартире. Плюс бронировали мы 4х местный номер, а получили трехместный с дубовым диваном в виде третьего места.
