Adorable and comfortable

bad experience stay at this Face to Face Guest House, Dirty, no add on toilet roll, owner kitchen is like a disaster, smelly. overall is BAD

I like the room but the bathroom is not very clean and entrance is messy. It is close to train station.

The view of mt Fuji from a short morning walk was sensational. I have a sore knee, so I didn’t cope with getting up and down off the floor very well, but still a great experience. The smoke smell was a bit overwhelming since my baby has asthma. But the room was warm enough. The staff were very friendly and kind. But yes.. the smoke...

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly, she went out of her way make our stay a great one.

Great hosts!

This place is within walking distance from Nishi-fujinomiya station. It's a traditional Japanese home with futons and tatami floors. The hosts are super nice and outgoing. I really enjoyed staying here.

최고의 숙소입니다. 호스트의 친절함과 객실도 잘 관리되고 있네요. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 역에서도 너무 가깝고 주변에 편의시설도 많아요.

値段を考えれば十分。 ホテルとかのサービスを期待していく人は安宿など選ぶべきではない

とにかくコストパフォーマンスがとてもよい‼️ 近くに飲食できる店が少なくてコンビニ弁当で夕飯かなと思ったが、近所にウェスト・ギャザーというスポーツバーがあって、そこがとても美味しくてよかったです。宿の方も親切でよかったです。

It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Luckily I wrote before that smoking inside the house isn’t an option. Even though there were full ashtrays in the kitchen and in front of the entrance in my time there none smoked inside the house. Thanks for that. As I only stayed two nights I didn’t use the bathroom. It really was disgusting using the washing facilities and the kitchen. There was a really bad smell inside the fridge. I didn’t really meet the staff properly. The lady talked two minutes to me when I arrived other then that I haven’t seen anyone. I did hear people come and go in the evenings and early mornings. There also was a lot of dirt coming from the walls I guess it’s the material but still it’s very dusty and no clean storage place for the luggage. The price was the only good thing about this house and the quiet neighbour.

Traditional, a bit old, but very nice!

這是一間傳統的日式住宅。雖然看來比較古舊，有些位置也有點損壞，但仍看得出屋主有在用心打理，環境都很乾淨整齊。屋主是個很可愛和善的婆婆，很喜歡這個地方！

店主さんが戸手良かった!

宿の方の人柄が温かかった。 敷布団は薄かったです。シーツはなくベットパットを敷布団にかける感じでした。 設備は古いですがお掃除はきちんとされています。

部屋が汚い、エアコンきかないし臭かった

꼭 재방문할 가치가 있습니다!! 사장님의 친절한 배려로 사장님의 차를타고 이곳저곳 데려다주셔서 차로밖에 갈수없는 그런장소도 방문할수 있었습니다 저녁에 다같이 술먹고 이야기했던 추억 잊지 못할겁니다.

It wasn't clean, it was damaged and absolutely Not worth 5000 Yen. The people are realy nice, but that is the only good thing there.

スタッフさんが親切で、地域情報など教えて下さいました。また、スタッフさんと一緒にお茶をしながら朝のひとときを過ごせ、子どもたちも大満足でした。また行きたいと言っています。

The owner are super kind. They drove us to Shiraito falls and also drove us to see nice view. We felt like home :) Thank you for everything:)
