Temperature of refrigerator was not cold enough. Safety box was broken.

Good price, close to MRT, & clean, BUT room for improvement in basic necessity - no fridge (even a small one is ok); booked a standard room with city view via Expedia website but repeatedly educated by the receptionist & the duty mgr that it's a room with no window! pls follow it up with Mgt of the hotel!! Tks!

Convenient new hotel with good value

Stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair period and chose this place mainly because of the price and locations as other international chains were overpriced during that period. The hotel is easily accessible and one metro stop from Guangzhou East Railway Station. Two metro stops (Shipai Qiao and Tianhe Sports Stadium) were within walking distance. The hotel was newly renovated and the lobby and rooms were in good condition, but mosquitoes and other insects were sometimes present, though easily dealt with by turning up the air-con. Bedding was comfortable and soft, as opposed to some other hotels in China which have ridiculously hard bedding. There were standard amenities in the room but there was no fridge and safe. Comfortable stay overall and good value for the price.

ランドリーがあるので大変便利でした。洗剤も置いてあります。また、洗い終えた後の乾燥機への移動や乾燥後に部屋に届ける作業もスタッフさんがして頂けるので楽でした。

大堂企里，員工殷勤，床枕頭非常滿意，衞生有待改善

對於內地幾百蚊一晚仲供應埋早餐，感到驚喜。員工亦很幫忙，提供埋叉電頭，枕頭係我訓過最好最啱我訓床軟硬適中，係個廁所板有非常明顯兩個鞋印😱😱😱😱😱由於我哋攞房之後趕住出門口無發現，唔係實要求換房，算係美中不足啦，可幸其他都滿意

地點在天河旺區，容易找。離地鐵站約8-10分鐘路程。附近好熱鬧（很多大型商場，天河步行街，餐廳）。但位置在內街所以晚上很寧靜

地點很方便，近地鐵站，吃飯購物有很多選擇；房間裝潢不錯，床也舒服，美中不足的是房間的空氣不夠清新，有一點霉味。服務員告知是因為近日下雨的緣故，如果可以改善，相信會有更多的好評

住一晚，房間偏小。附近有食肆開到很晚。第二天早上樓上裝修不能睡晚點，隔音一般。

酒店住宿無問題，但有地方需要改善 1: 訂房時如果不是即時付款，有機會被酒店通知信用卡過不了數(可能over booking)而被酒店取消預定。 2. 酒店不靈活變通，一班跑步選手到步後查詢早餐可有特別安排。雖然最後都可提前至5:50， 但不夠體貼。 3. 沒有免費延遲退房服務。其他酒店可延長至15:00。

雖然覺得價錢有點貴，但位置近地鐵，就在大商場後面，食飯的餐廳很多選擇。整體感覺舒服，服務員也不錯，如果有需要都會再來住

가격대비 좋은 호텔입니다. 관리가 잘 되고 있구요, 와이파이는 중국번호로 로그인 해야 하는데 제가 중국번호가 없어서 호텔직원이 본인 번호로 도와주어서 해결했습니다. 택배 서비스등 직원들이 친절했습니다. 시파이차오 3호선 역에서 도보로5분거리이며, 텐허루 메인로드와 인접하여 주변에 식당이나 편의시설 많습니다. 아침식사는 정말 좋지 않았습니다. 방울토마토만 먹었네요 ㅎ

繁華街も近く便利

綺麗で良かったが、場所が少し分かりづらく、タクシーでたどり着くのが困難であった。ホテル自体は価格の割には綺麗で良かった。

立地が良いが、快適さはあまり言えません。一番困ったことは部屋中の匂いです。壁にカビも付いているので、このホテルの換気システムは問題があるかもしれません。なんとかしてもらいたいです。
