Nice but AC is turned off

The hotel was nice but there was no air conditioning which was terrible night. Extremely hot in the room

Very old and unpleasant place with cockroaches in a bathroom. Towels in a bathroom and bed sheets are no longer white color but almost grey. Breakfast was nothing you would want to touch. We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, but wouldn’t recommend this place even for such a short visit.

Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out.

Price is too high for the offered services 1. Sauna isnt clean with broken banches and deartt floor ,dirty doors. Visitors are doing what they want ,including breaking the rules,but the stuff doesn't react even after being asked to react 2. Room cleaning isnt good. After cleaning the room,still was dirty 3. The lower shower was broken and was liking, even after stuff was informed, withing a week ,nothing has been done 4. During the breakfast, most of stuff doesn't speak english,so asking any question wasn't able to get any answer.

Hotel was overall okay. The beds were extremely hard and literally hurt to sleep on. The breakfast was nice, there was a lot of different options. Both pools were nice especially the inside pool which was warm. For the price, it was a decent stay.

The best thing about Grupotel Taurus Park is that it is close to city center Palma if you drive a car, they also offer free parking lot. The price vs services is fair, the hotel offers great breakfast options. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Drunk teenagers everywhere. Nobody stop them. Couldn’t sleep probably, loud noises while we were trying to sleep.

Wedding Anniversary stay

Just had a wonderful 3 night break at Taurus Park the staff were all amazing from our check in to our meals and to the cleaning. The food was absolutely fantastic so much variety and plentiful. We had one small issue with the hairdryer but that was resolved. Would definitely highly recommend and would happily stay again thank you everyone at Taurus Park

Great time

Lovely Hotel and staff. Chose breakfast included. Kids loved it. Lots of activities. Very well situated and near airport and local beach, restaurants etc... very eco-friendly. Didn't had the best view and requested some cutlery or a spoon and was told no. Left early morning as we had a early flight and was advised cold breakfast could be provided but was not offered on check out even though breakfast was paid. Other than that nice staff at the restaurant, indoor pool lady very nice too.

Pool size and clientèle let it down sadly

Hotel was lovely and clean and room was fine. Cleaned everyday. We only stayed B&B but food was average, as was bar food. Drunked Germans in the pool from 10am each day, singing and being noisy.

A great Stay.

The breakfast is good with lot of choice. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and great with the balcony. I had 2 kids of 5 and 8 years, the swimming pool is great for them, with the not too deep area in the big swimming pool. There is a supermarket, restaurant and a playground in the area!

Quiet a nice crowd relaxing due to being out of season will be busier during summer but it's a great hotel friendly staff clean and well maintained. Bust stop outside the hotel to and from the airport for five euro each way. I'll stay again.

LADIES BEWARE! Maintenance men will enter your locked room without prior notice. Hotel staff not at all helpful and did not seem to think it’s a big deal. Other than that, it was a typical hotel, very tiny room that hopefully you won’t be in much, decent pool, and good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Good location walking distance to the beach. Nice big pool with lots of sun loungers but they can get taken quick so move fast in the morning to claim a spot. Breakfast had lots of yummy options. Room was of good size. Did not like that the gym closed by 6 pm. This is crazy early and not practical for people who like to do gym before they go out at night, also room cleaners on multiple occasions missed my room which was very annoying. Gym desperately needs a weight rack.

Amazing time

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast if absolutely amazing, rooms are still cleaned every day and they allow you to stay on the hotel grounds and take a shower even after check out. They truly go above and beyond.

A good option for your holiday

The hotel is located at three blocks away from the sea line, you only need 10 minutes to get to the beach, with realxed walking. Room was clean and and had a very nice view over the sea from the 9th floor. Elevators are fast, no worries about getting to your room. Staff is friendly and can help you with every need you may have. Breakfast is good, no fancy stuff but everything good and fresh! The only big minus is the internet service, which is useless! You won't be able to open any page or download any email. I have used my entire quota with mobile internet as the hotel's network is completely useless, as mentioned. Another minus is the lack of welcome package - would have appreciatted a bottle of water in the room, at check in! We've arrived at 23:00 hrs, checked in and had no water to drink. Bought a bottle of 0.5 l still water from the vending machine in the lobby with 2,40 eur! Drank it and went to get a second one, but guess what - there was no other remaining in the vending machine, so I felt asleep thinking of a glass of cold water to chill! It would have been so easy and cheap to fix such an issue by the hotel!

Nice hotel

Hotel is a bit old but well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Meals were great, with a lot of choices. Close to the beach (under 10 min walk) but very quiet at night, which was good. No issues finding a spot in the free parking.

Hotel Tourist Park.

Hotel was very nice very and very clean Food was great. Room was very nice very clean staff was very helpful and overall excellent. Also had the use of next door hotel accessible thought a walk way on level one This hotel is only 5 min walk from beach.

The room where clean, but the hotel is located on an area cathering to a German clientele and the service is only provided in either spanish or German. A very few employee speak decent english. I would I have like to know that before going.

AVOID THIS HOTEL- NOT 4 star!!!!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in all the years I have been going on holiday. All of the staff apart from 2 people in that whole hotel was the most rude people I have ever met. I don't know how they have that job dealing with customers with the attitudes they have. They all need training on how to have manners and be polite. The beds... If you can call it a bed. The base is just a plank of wood with little plastic legs with a mattress that may as well be made out of concrete. There are no BASIC amenities in the rooms that you would expect for a 4 star. No kettle, no iron or ironing board. No drawers to put any of your things. The tiny minibar was warm and didn't keep anything cold. We could not use the pool as there was vomit floating in it. It just amazes me how this is a 4 star hotel . There is nothing 4 star about it!! Do not stay at this hotel, so much nicer hotels in Majorca!

The hotel has a nice position. The promenade is a short walk away. Even so the food was great some dishes could have been a little hotter. There is plenty for everyone. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are quite large. We slept very well. We had entertainment every night. Well worth a stay. Also we took a taxi from the airport which only took 15 minutes and it cost us €20

Recommended for price/value

Fast check-in (although the staff could use a bit more of a welcoming mood) and good (touristy beach area) location, quick walking access to Playa de Palma, a long strip/boardwalk with typical touristy business and a nice sandy beach. Room was spacious enough and clean. Water pressure was very good. Could use some renewal on bedding/sheets. Breakfast buffet was great although pool bar food was average. Friendly waiters. Elevator is slow and limited to certain floors. Parking is free. Tennis courts are in real bad shape, although that was a key amenity we booked this over other places, we did not bother to use them, they were completely worn down. Would recommend this hotel if wanting to stay at that touristy beach location but a bit away from all the bar mayhem. There are also good local eats/businesses nearby.

When we made the reservation we requested a double bed but they gave us two single beds. Didn't like the fact that they charged us for water at a dinner buffet! Really? They didn't allow us to bring our own drinks.

Fantastic stay couldn't fault it

Had a fantastic time couldn't fault the hotel, was very quiet around the poo but maybe busier when children off school. The hotel was very German orientated I've breakfast and to but that didn't really bother us

Hotel was a bit old and rusty. Maybe 2-3 star, definitely not 4 stars. Service was brilliant. Beds were not the nicest possible. Many Germans in the neighborhood.

No pool inside or gym. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Corner rooms balcony can be accessed by next room and viewed by the other guests very easily.

good price quality - but beware of arenal

the hotel offers clean rooms, air conditioning and a nice breakfast. Nothing to complain about, I would go back to such a structure - the only negative to consider is not related to the hotel, but by its surroundings, as it is in arenal, which is German territory apparently. If you are looking to find some spanish environment (yes you are in Spain), please go to somewherelse. If you want a summer Oktoberfest on the beach, this place is ideal for you.

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Rundumpaket für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Speisen am Buffet sind vielfältig. Den Strand erreicht man fußläufig in etwa 10 Minuten.

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist alles in gepflegtem Zustand. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Das Essen ist typisches Buffetessen. Es ist jedoch für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und qualitativ gut.

L’hotel est en globalité plutôt bien. La chambre spacieuse. La piscine intérieure chauffée est un vrai plus avec salle de sport et piscine extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est complet et correct. La situation de l’hôtel est bien par rapport à l’aéroport. 30 min en bus de l’aéroport avec la bus A2. Et à proximité de la plage et des rues piétonnes. Idem la station de bus est juste à côté de l’hôtel pour rejoindre le vieux palma. Les points négatifs sont l’insonorisation. On entend tout. Les conversations des gens. Les claquements des portes, les gens qui marchent. La musique les cris. Et le second point c’est la propriété de la chambre. Je suis arrivée tardivement et il y avait déjà des saletés au sol mais je n’ai rien dit de l’heure tardive. En revanche le lendemain après être passé la dame qui avait fait le ménage avait laissé une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre ( serpillière ou chiffon sentant l’humidité ) l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé. Le lendemain pareil. Après avoir passé la journée à l’extérieur en rentrant dans l’après midi l’agent de ménage a frappé à ma porte pour faire le ménage et m’a pressé car elle devait finir. En rentrant dans la chambre l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé. J’ai essayé de les interpeller mais elles sont tout le temps au téléphone. Le dernier point c’est qu’avant d’arriver à l’hôtel j’ai cherché à joindre l’hôtel deux semaines avant et plus d’une dizaine de fois, mails, message via le service de réservation et réseau sociaux.

Eigentlich fast alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind etwas netter als die Zimmer. Aber es ist alles da, bis auf eine wirklich gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das fehlte uns sehr bei den heißen Temperaturen

Essen war nicht wirklich gut

Leider nicht mehr zur Erholung oder für ruhige Augenblicke am Pool geeignet. Selber habe ich eine Erklärung des Hotels unterzeichnet, was alles verboten ist und dann trifft man am Pool auf grölende Massen, die zur Krönung noch ihre Shisha aufbauen und im Pool Alkohol konsumieren. So leider nicht mehr.

Waren 3 Stunden vor dem Check in schon da, haben spgar ein Upgrade bekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal und mir gefällt das Frühstück und Abendessen sehr! Nur zu empfehlen!

Ja umgebung uberal mist in Wiese, Inere pool kalt viel zu viel Chlor Augen und Nasen hat sofort angefangen zu brennen, Bett wackelig, Zimmer gepflegt, wende zu dünn, Frühstück auswahl ahhh nicht gross aber geht's

Resepsjon og matsalen var super service. Dessverre mye fyll og noe bråk. Hadde med barn og det var lite heldig. Måtte ved et par anledninger si ifra i resepsjonen - en sexdukke noen gikk rundt med ved bassenget og en som spydde i busken. Vaktene fulgte opp fra resepsjonen, men i baren ved bassenget virket det som de sjenket selv om folk var dritings. Et par anledninger hvor folk stupte på grunnen pga alkohol. En anledning natterstid som vaktene også ble tilkalt pga bråk i naborommet - rask respons men ødelegger likevel mye i totalen. Vi kommer ikke tilbake uansett og anbefaler ikke dette om man skal ha med barn.

Je recommande cet hôtel !! Les lieux sont propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, il y a du choix et les produits sont d’assez bonne qualité. La chambre et la salle de bain sont agréables et belles. L’hôtel propose différents types de services au sein de l’hôtel petit bémol il faut souvent payer en plus .

Buen hotel ,pero muy orientado hacia cliente extranjero, especialmente aleman, hora de siesta un DJ. Personal muy amable. Comida aceptable. Ubicación buena pues está alejado de toda la zona de restauración, pero a 10 m de la playa. Buen hotel.

Preis/Leistung stimmt, einzig die Betten sollten drigend ersetzt werden. Eins sehr sauberes Hotel.

positiv: - Gute Lage - Saubere Zimmer und schicke Anlage - Strand in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - reichhaltiges Frühstück Negativ: - Betten waren sehr hart, wir hatten morgens deswegen immer Rückenschmerzen - Die Badezimmertür ist nur ein durchsichtiges Milchglas, wo man an den Seiten noch reingucken kann. Sehr unangenehm, wenn man mal im Bad Privatsphäre möchte

Top Unterkunft am Ballermann. Mega Park und co schnell erreichbar, Kiosk um die Ecke, Unterkunft sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

Estaba bien, aunque ya se ve un poco viejo

Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Strand und zum Ballermann, war das Hotel ruhig.

Für einen Ballermannurlaub das perfekte Hotel. Im allgemeinen sehr hellhörig.

Service im Restaurant ist nicht wirklich gut. Teller nicht sauber, wackelige Tische, Ich wurde von fünf Tagen nur zweimal gefragt ob ich Tee oder Kaffee haben möchte. Teller wurden zum Ende hin nicht mehr abgeräumt und noch viele andere Kleinigkeiten. Bevor ich nochmal dieses Hotel buche, gebe ich lieber etwas mehr Geld aus.

Angenehmes Hotel mit ordentlichen Annehmlichkeiten. Speisen ebenfalls zufriedenstellend.

Wieder ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt im Taurus Park. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen in Ordnung. Die wichtigsten Anlaufziele für uns waren gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel einfach nicht wohl. Zimmerausstattung ist alt, Zimmer waren nicht gerade sauber, die Lobby, Bar und Poolbereich einfach nur furchtbar. Als Gast spürt man, dass das Hotel nicht mit Liebe geführt wird.

L’hôtel est très beau ,le personnel est accueillant.Le restaurant propose des plats variés tous les jours .la chambre avec balcon est un atout majeur ,propre avec une belle salle d’eau moderne ,un dressing et un lit King size confortable.Un parking sécurisé. Je recommande cet établissement.

Die Lage war super für eine Sauftour an den Ballermann. Aber die betten waren eine quall und eine grössere katastroffe (federbetten und das noch heut su tage!

Seul point noir: la piscine intérieure, partagée avec l’hôtel Orient du même groupe, était très sale et, contrairement au règlement intérieur, il y avait des enfants non accompagnés qui jouaient dans le spa. Gros avantage: le petit déjeuner très copieux, avec beaucoup de choix, dont alternatives sans gluten/lactose, végé, etc., oeufs et pancakes préparés sous vos yeux! Emplacement à 10mn de la plage; quelques restos à proximité; quartier plutôt calme. À 20-30mn en voiture de Palma centre, accessible aussi par deux bus directs. Nous avons apprécié également le bar et les installations sport & jeux (billard, fléchettes, mini golf, courts de tennis, ping pong, petite salle de fitness), ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Bra och prisvärt hotell. Bra frukost och man hade även möjlighet till en enklare frukost från 04:00 om man ska med ett tidigt flyg. Saknade en vattenkokare på rummet. Kylskåpet är kopplat så att det bara är på när nyckelkortet sitter i. Detta gjorde att det aldrig blev riktigt kallt i skåpet. Så om man vill kall dryck så måste man lämna ett kort i hållaren. Men då försvinner syftet med denna. Men vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen
