Loved our stay!

The terrace overlooking the ocean was great. The area was quiet, and no noise from the street could be heard. I didn't like that guests were placed in rooms next to each other while other rooms were vacant. The reception could provide more information about the property during check-in.

Great for families with small kids

We were 2 adults with a toddler and an infant. The room setup that you can go outside to a loan was perfect, also the option to go to the bigger hotel next door was fantastic. The rooms are older with wear and tear but overall we had a good time :)

Lovely gooiday

Lovely hotel and great to be able to use the sister hotels facilities. Room clean and tidy and checkin smooth. Not too much in the way of cooking pans that’d work in the combination oven but we managed.

Not feeling the 4-Star

The hotel is ok, seems well maintained although some of the tiles around the pool area were broken and uneven. Being season end it felt a little tired from a hard summer season. Watch out for the pool towel exchange date and time, this is policed with draconian authority miss the time and they won’t change them! We where swamped with <5 year olds in the adult pool, wasn’t quiet the off peak chilled experience we where looking for! Probably wouldn’t go again - but was ok

Playa feliz was quieter and relaxed but you could go up to the more lively Hotel in 5 minutes walk if you wanted to where they had more facilities and good restuarants.

Good location with convenient local shops not much locally outwith the complex. Food in Sultan Restaurant is excellent and good value but they should serve it on hot plates so it does not cool down so quickly.

Lovely place on the beach

We had a lovely stay at Bahia Feliz - the apartments are spacious, well equipped, the location on the seaside is great (even though the nearby beach is not amongst the island's best). The staff is polite and helpful, and the pool is perfect.

Amazing Christmas break

I booked the Christmas week 6 of us. The staff are amazing. All ways something for the kids to do Games,swimming. Kids club. There is a supermarket near by if you don’t have the all inclusive and there all good price.

It was great being by the sea ,location good. The staff were great and helpful. Apartment clean but really small. The pool was extremely cold, it was meant to be heated. That spoiled the holiday a little. The childrens soft play area was really out of date.

Nice, clean, well organised. The garden is fantastic established.

Brilliant resort and hotel.

Loved every single minute and didn’t want to leave. Our two daughters (14 and 10) had an amazing time, with lifelong memories made. Room was perfect and clean and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment, very clean and beautiful. swimming pool was outstanding I really enjoyed my holiday with my family and I will recommend this Palya Feliz Hotel to everyone. Everything you need is around you, shopping centre just five minutes walk from your apartment. Regards

Riesige Anlage mit vielen Appartements. Leider spricht niemand Deutsch. Zu wenige Parkplätze. Wasserwärmer war verostet

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Neuwertiger Zustand des Zimmers, alles sehr sauber. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir fragten nach einem Topper und die Reinemachefrau hat ihn innerhalb von 10 min besorgt. Vielen Dank.

Towels and bed linens were stained. The wifi was not working for one of the guest. The clerk late night ignored our requests after some time to fix wifi. The bed linens for the sofa bed were not ready and not in the apartment so I had to get them at the reception desk.

Hotel mit Küchenzeile. Alles da,. Etwas älter. Aber trotzdem noch in Recht gutem Zustand. Sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Abendessen vielzeitig und meist gut. Allerdings im Nachbarhotel und Restaurant war eher "Bahnhofshallen-mässig" dadurch lohischweise ziemlich laut

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen

Las instalaciones y zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas, el desayuno es bueno, pero la habitación está descuidada. Inconcebible que los colchones estén hundidos y la almohada deformada y demasiado gruesa. Había hormigas por todo el apartamento, la ducha está inclinada hacia fuera y se sale el agua y se queda empozada en una esquina. Por el.precuo que tienen esperábamos mucho más.

Les yeux fermés....

Juste pour une nuit... mais clairement, j'y serais resté une semaine.... j'avais un toit pour dormir, un bon lit, une douche pour me laver, le wifi, un frigo....le reste m'importe peu...je ne comprendrai jamais les gens qui prennent des photos des joints de salle de bain un peu noirs....je viens pas acheter l'hôtel ! Bien accueilli, c'est l'essentiel

Solo estuvimos un fin de semana y estuvo bien pero no me gustó que al hacer la animación en la piscina solo hablaran en inglés a los hoteles también vamos españoles

Near Puerto rico and Amadores with an incredible view

Mysigt boende med fin pool i lugn miljö.

Trevligt boende i lugn område. Vi hade inte All Inclusive, och då saknas trevliga matställen på boendet tyvärr. Lunchrestaurang på stranden 300 m österut helt OK. Litet centrum i Bahia Feliz med fyra restauranger på kvällen, jättemysigt och trevligt. Boendets ” utspisning” liknar en skolmatsal…..utan mysfaktor. Lägenheten jättefin med kokmöjligheter och två terasser.

No me gusta q en mi propio país tenga q adaptarme a los horarios de comidas de los extranjeros. La limpieza se hace cada 3 días, y no todos los días como se hace en cualquier otro alojamiento.

Bra family hotel.Vi var störde på dag tid med mycket ljud från en reparation som pågick i en våning nära våt rum.

Si quieres tranquilidad, este es tu sitio. Personal muy amable, en general. La comidad del buffet es estupenda y muy variada.

Kan ikke anbefales, dårlig trykk i dusj og så godt som tett vask på badet. Skikkelig ekkelt. For sjelden cleaning av rommet, elendig markterasse som ikke frister til å brukes. Den er mer som et inngangsparti. Liten restaurant med få fristelser. Vi kommer ikke tilbake

Las atracciones muy pobres, pero de resto muy bien. Calidad precio genial

Destacar el comedor y el equipo de personas allí formadas son increíbles en sus trabajos desde el camarero al chef, un 10. Y lo peor la comunicación y el sector sector servicios de entrenamientos solo dirigido a los ingleses y alemánes

Un sitio ideal para pasar unos dias en familia

El hotel debe estar reformado de hace poco, porque estaba todo en perfecto estado y se veía nuevo, la única pega fue el A/A de nuestra habitación que no funcionaba, se lo comentamos, lo intentaron reparar pero faltaba una pieza y nos dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación, que algo deje de funcionar es una posibilidad que siempre esta ahí. Luego nos dejaron retrasar el check out sin coste. El servicio y el trato por todo el personal del hotel fue excelente, muy cercanos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.
