962호에 1차 여장을 풀었는 데 2시간 동안 난방을 하여도 난방이 되지 않아서 AS를 2회 요청하여 959호실에서 편하게 숙박을 하였습니다. 호텔에서는 난방기 시설을 정기 점검을 하지 않은 실상으로 보여 집니다. 특히 동절기의 사전/정기 시설(난방)점검이 필요한 것으로 보여 집니다.

8 am call from house keeping.
The house keeping staff ring my door bell at 8 am every morning for the cleaning of the room. Doesn't matter if I have the "Do not disturb" sign or not. This is a bit to be improve. There is no restaurant or shop nearby and the hotel canteen is the only choice.
