Great serviced apartment with everything required for family holiday stay. A quiet area with many shops and eateries within walking distance.

Great if rooms were pre-heated during winter

Although it is a service apartment style hotel, it would be great if the rooms were pre-heated before our arrival. We arrived late and fumbled a little over how to switch on the heater in the rooms. The water in the toilet sink did not come on after using it once in the morning. Other than this, I must say there were 2 very helpful and seemingly senior (in rank) staff helping us hold the door and moving the luggage at block 7 when we checked out. Another plus point is that the bed was very comfortable. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen size bed in another room within the apartment. For some reasons this was not indicated in many hotel booking sites except for hotels.com's site. Such information is critical to people who require larger beds.

Is a nice property but distance is far from tourist spots.

Nice, quiet, with everything I needed.

The property was a little older than expected. The two bedroom unit has only 1 bathroom and they only provide two towels. You have to sign for any extra towels. The kids enjoyed the playroom.

The receptionist in night is very rudely. Otherwise are ok. :(

Having a small indoor and outdoor play area for the children aged 3 & 2 means they are happy. The apartment was kept really clean and the beds are very comfortable

20 minutes in a taxi to Disney lovely and warm apartment with three big bedrooms and two bathrooms kitchen and living room. Small indoor play area perfect for toddlers and a larger outdoor play area.

Really really nice

The place was really nice. Everything is clean and very well maintained. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment and it was super nice. The metro and bus station is just a block away. Banks are nearby and there’s malls with lots of restaurants.

Staff weren't help and support and poor dinning options. Difficult to find the exact location.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The hotel was clean, convenient to shopping and public transportations. The only thing I want to say is that we booked the hotel for 3 adults with free breakfasts but only 2 free breakfasts were offered. Not sure if this was an error on hotel.com side or what.

The direction to the hotel from subway is not clear, we followed the direction and we walked a really long distance to reach the front desk. Overall, the hotel is exceeding expectation. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. There are lots of choices of restaurants and is close to subway line if you know the shorter route to the hotel. For sure we will book this hotel again next time.

Staff Not very friendly, the hotel is weird to access, with separate buildings and kind of clinical setting outside, not pretty. BUT the room is out of this world amazing, hi tech ful of amenities and absolutely gorgeous. We WILL stay here again

nice and clear service apartment., we have taken 2 bedroom apartment, near to Jinqiao Rd Metro, on Line 6 ( Gangcheng Rd direction ). Its 15 min travel from Century Avenue Metro on Line 2. 90 min from Pudong International Airport. Receptionists are good, only one was not replied well. She was not polite and helpful. We observed same with other guest. Need to review by the management.

Fabulous apartment hotel Pudong Shanghai

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment well equipped and modern. Great location near shopping and metro. Our stay included breakfast for 2 every day. Breakfast was buffet style and offered Chinese and western options. Excellent value. Would highly recommend

We were quite happy with our stay. The place was quite convenient as being close to many shops, eating places and transport, very nice in appearance, kept very clean. The people there were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (all you can eat) was good value for 48 Yuan (AUD 9) but got a bit boring after a while. The beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Place

This service apartment is very nice and clean with everything you need. It also locates at a quiet location. Wi Fi is slow though. Will definitely stay there again, price is very reasonable too.

Most comfortable hotel

The room was big and clean. It had all the amenities needed; kitchen with all the equipment needed, laundry room with washing powder. The beds were extra wide and had very soft sheets. The suite had aircon aswell as central heating.

Nice hotel, suitable for family trip!

The hotel is near one of the MTR stations, but need to take around 30-40 mins to go the city center. Overall, the hotel is good, staff are very helpful, and many restaurants nearby the hotel.

Great location and beautiful unit

Loved staying here. Have young kids and the unit was perfect for the family. Staff were really helpful. Location was great, everything at your doorstep and the metro only a short walk away. Will definately stay here again!

just great, huge rooms, everything virtually new, very western layout, western shops around complex, great train access 5 min walk. out a bit but doesn't matter at all as transport to anywhere. area completely new and modern.

Good location, rooms is new and clean. Friendly staff and the environment of the public area is great.

Front desk staff with flat affect; neither friendly nor rude. Complex is very nice. It's a gated living community. The breakfast is in a small dining area, small selection but very good. Our room was a 2 bedroom city view, very luxurious and spacious. Overall, very nice complex.

The apartment was very clean regularly serviced. I enjoyed my stay and there was easy access around Shanghai via metro /taxi. Breakfast was disappointing.

great room, great location, great facilities. however, service team seems not really helpful. There are few issue happen but not solve in time: 1. I didn't find the reception at the beginning. We follow the instruction and go to an locked basement. 2. Alarm setting. There is a security set at the front door I find it quite thoughtful. But I accidentally make it ring somehow. They told me the system is not really working, and they have no one know how to do at that moment. 3. IP TV was having connection problem, but they told me due to mid night, there won't be anyone help.

Nice place, short walk to line 6 Jinquao Rd subway stop. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection on weekdays, weekend breakfast is just fruit and pastries. Espresso machine in breakfast area still operational. Good AC in rooms. Nice gym.

A rare find in Shanghai for Family stay

Very difficult to find a great hotel with two bedrooms in a city like Shanghai, so we are pleasantly surprised by what we booked. Very nice, quiet condo-like hotel with spacious rooms for a family of four. New furniture with all daily essentials provided. Close to a shopping center with great choices of local and western food. Morning breakfast was a nice add-on with a balanced menu of western food and Chinese breakfast items. Service desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kerry who called a taxi for us on the day of leaving, and he ran all the way from service desk to our building to help on-load luggage. Will return next time!

Family vacation

We enjoyed stay here because the layout and the size of our room is just right for my family. The breakfast was included for 2 only. Wish it was included for the entire family of 4. The breakfast items were very basic. They don't serve breakfast on weekends; they provide breakfast brown bag which you pick up at the front desk and bring back to your room to eat. The location is a little bit far from subway station, especially we have to walk under the rain. It is a safe neighborhood to walk around at night. There is a mall nearby, a long 1 block, across from the subway station.

Great Place

It's more like a service apartment. My wife and I are very happy with this hotel and will certainly book it again if we return to Shanghai. In fact, we will most likely check out any Green Court if we visit any cities in China. Very pleased with this place.

very good. only complaint is lack of a variety store around the area- had to walk a bit to get basic necessities. subway was nearby, and took half an hour to get to nanjing st in puxi.

Super nice and new place to stay

We stayed at this hotel a apartment for 6 nights and will stay here again when we come to Shanghai. The location is very nice and the grounds are beautiful. The metro is within a 5 minute walk and it is very close to many restaurants. This hotel seems to attract many foreigners from all over the world. The breakfast is very good. They do not serve it on some weekends but will provide you with a grab bag. The listing shows a restaurant and lounge but they do not have one, as of yet. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a large place with a very good price. We got the standard two bedroom apartment that has one bed and a work area in the second bedroom. Wifi worked great and the choice of English television stations was great. We have rebooked for our next stay already, but didn't get the same rate, $75 for this stay and $89 for our next one. We will check the price guarantee and most likely wil receive a lower rate before we come back.

A beautiful and nice place to stay with family

Our two children, my wife and I had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment hotel. The two bedroom apartment and all facilities in it were luxurious, clean and tidy. Very close to a subway (jinqiao station) which helped us a lot during our 5 days stay in Shanghai.

Nice and spacious hotel room.

Easy walk to the JinQiao Station with plenty of food options close by. For the foreign pallet, there is a Burger King and a Pizza Hut within easy walking distance. Around the corner from the Burger King is a great Curry shop. The gym is well equipped and the hotel grounds are nice. The only negative is that the breakfast is pretty limited.

Good location

The serviced apartment is located between two train stations. There are loads of food choices nearby. It maybe a little tricky to find the entrance to the apartment block on the initial visit. The package only allowed breakfast for two person, although we booked accomodation for four. So we ended up having breakfast elsewhere.

Good value

Pros: Large apartments, friendly staff, good kitchen, new fully furnished units, clean, decent breakfast. Cons: Distance from the tourist sites (45 mins to the Bund or French Conceasion via metro and the metro stops running at about 10:30pm). Bear in mind that Google doesn't work in China. As such, the hotel's location on google map is off by about a couple of blocks. Also, make sure you have the name and address of the hotel in Chinese characters as you may well end up hiring a cab driver who doesn't speak a word of English.

Nice service apartment for family stay

I booked this service apartment for CNY festival as it's close to my parents house and there are two bedrooms for my kids' stay. The staffs are not many due to holiday but all are quite nice and willing to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My daughter liked the kids playground where she went and play a few times. It's quite a happy journey for my family especially my kids. Planning for my next trip with same hotel.

Nice apartment for family or business.

This is a relatively new apartment hotel. The staff are trying their best to provide best service. The hotel should provide towels based on the number of guesses per unit, instead of the standard 2 per unit. I believe they will improve their service procedure shortly. I would stay in this place the next time I travel with my family.

今回2019年5月に2泊しました。まず、タクシーの運転手がフロントの場所がわからず、大きな荷物を持ち別の場所に降ろされました。フロントがこじんまりとしすぎており、わかりずらい。敷地内は貸し出しされている部分が大半のようで、ホテルとして使用しているのはその一部分のようでした。 朝食の場所はフロントの後ろの棟の二階にあります。土曜日でしたが、簡単なビュッフェ形式で、お粥、パン、コーンフレーク、卵料理やベーコン、フルーツと味は美味しかったです。ただ、水が不味いため、紅茶やコーヒーが飲めるものではなかった。 広い室内ですが、アメニティーはタオル類も全て２人分のみ。4名予約でしたが、朝食も2名分のみ。チェックイン時に追加してもらえば対応してもらえます。 また、シャンプーリンス類は小さなボトル１つずつのみ。2人が一回使用したらなくなる量で足りず。髪がギシギシになったため、近くのファミマで購入。自分用のシャンプー類を持参した方が良いです。 食器や鍋など自炊できるものはありますが、食器用洗剤はなし。自炊をするなら食器用洗剤が必要です。シャワーは水量が弱いです。バスタブはありません。 部屋には大型テレビがあり、トトロが日本語で観れて、子供達は大喜びしていました。 チェックアウトを4時30分の早朝、5時にタクシーを呼んでもらうようお願いしましたが、きちんと対応していただけ、満足。 フロントは早朝は不在のため、巡回警備スタッフが代わりにタクシーが来たと部屋に連絡してくれました。また、ホテルデポジットは500元。エポスカードのVISAは使用できず。他のVISAカード使用でき、チェックアフト時は、フロント不在のため、警備スタッフに鍵を渡し、フロントが7時に来たらデポジットは返金処理してくれると言っていました。 全体的に満足でしたが、浦東からは少し離れているので、タクシーか地下鉄移動になります。隣のショッピングセンターではいくつかの日本料理店が入っており、疲れた胃には嬉しい夕食となりました。 長期滞在3泊以上する場合や至れり尽くせりのホテルが嫌な自由気ままに暮らすように泊まりたい方にはオススメです。ホテルらしいおもてなしが必要な方には少々不満に思うかもしれません。 フロントスタッフは親しみやすい感じの良い対応でした。

朝食は別料金のようです。

ホテルというよりかはサービスアパートのような印象。浦東空港まで30分程度の距離感なので、フライト前日に宿泊するホテルとしては選択肢となるかと思います。

清潔で広くてWiFiも使えて全てが揃っていて、快適なホテルです。朝食も付いています。近くにファミリーマートやスーパーマーケットがあるモールが有り、自炊も可能で長期滞在も可能でしょう。Googleマップではクルマでの経路を示されますが、メトロ6号線の雲台駅と金橋駅の中間にあるので電動バイクに気をつけて大通り(張場路)を進むと良いです。
