TravellerThe offered room was in the basement, with a small window and little daylight. When booking on this platform, this was not indicated. The fee for this tiny room and location in the basement was by far too high. I will not consider this establishment any longer for my stays in London
TravellerGreat location. Lift broken so had to lug suitcases up and down stairs 2 flights. Air conditioning shut off every 3 hours so would wake up in the night very warm and have to restart it. Snug but had everything we needed including a small fridge. Shower was great.

It's a nice 2-star hotel at best. Your paying for the location that's all. The room was very small and straight off the reception. It was basic and uncomfortable but it was at least clean.
TravellerStaff were lovely and no complaints about the facilities. Only thing is the rooms are absolutely tiny. I got a standard room for 2 adults and the only thing that really fits 2 is the bed. There’s barely enough room for 1 person to walk, let alone 2. The bathroom is minuscule. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel as it is listed. I have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels. But again, the place functions and the staff are great. Just a little bit of false advertising
