Overall a great and comfortable stay. Pictures show exactly what was booked, and accommodations are just as stated. Nothing unexpected.

It was great! A perfect spot to rest after our long days out and about. A short 15-20 minute walk to the JR loop line, or much shorter if you opt for the metro.

It's just 10-15 mins away from Namba and shinsaibashi Station. Near limousine bus to go airport too.

Super close to Dontonbori if you are walking! AC worked well and the room was nice. Exactly what you expect when booking it, it is an apartment style place. It can get pretty noisy but earplugs are provided to sleep!

Great location, but it had the smallest television I’ve ever seen.

Had everything we needed and was within walking distance of metro stations and amazing shopping.

Location is good, close to busy areas and city center, also to metro stations and grocery stores. Communication with the team online was good. Instructions were clear since day 1 via email as well in the apartment. Apartment was big and spacious, has kitchen utensils, good shower. However my friend and I were a bit disappointed as our apartment was a bit smelly during all stay and cleaning could have been a bit more before our arrival. We have observed similar reviews pointing out the same, I guess it might be the same room or apartment for all, there might be more premium ones.

Walking distance to dotonbori., and family mart is just a few steps.

I like the room has kitchen. Clean and quiet. Space is good enough.Easy access to the supermarket and any traffic station.

Amazing! I'll definitely stay here again, ako i want to go to are walking distance, lots of lical restaurants, quiet neighbourhood.

The building itself is nice and safe and the unit was spacious and accommodating. The area around is convenient but can get noisy which is stated already. Overall it was a great stay and if ever back in the area would stay again !

Clean and convenient.

Super convenient to Dontonburi and Kuromon! Close to Metro. Property a little dirty. Bathroom super small. Has a washer not a dryer so we had to hang the clothes outside. It’s not hardwood or tile floors it was carpet… was a little gross.

10-15 mins. walk to shopping streets is ok. Overall average clean but first got into the toilet has smoking smell. Use air freshener a few times to get rid of the odor. Location is noisy (just next to highway) but good that they use extra sliding door (between the entrance & kitchen) to minimize the noise. Cleanliness is only average (not super clean & exact same as the photos it shown & facilities are not update. Website said it provides free water bottle but there's none in the fridge. We've 4 adults & they only provide 2 towels which we used 1 of them as hand towel in the kitchen. Adding 1 extra person costs additional $50/ppl. which is overpriced. Communication is good though as owner respond quickly. Would choose other accomodations if come to Osaka again.

For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get.

Area is nice,but too many restriction,pay this amount when smoking,when you break this.you can’t move the bed ,clean this.wash this?can’t stain the bed,,can’t stain the sheet …my personal experience is good .asking too many restriction

You get what you pay for. Check in and check out is all done electronically so there was nobody in the lobby.

The place is clean, all the thing you need is there. Good for large groups!

Abit far from the nearest station. Mattress/sofa abit dated. Other than those, still acceptable...

Very Nice place to stay.

Convenient location for us. Handy to a dairy and easy to get taxis. Good facilities in the unit however, we did find the beds a bit low and hard.

Amazing stay

My friends and I had an amazing stay! I love that it was walking distance from Dotonburi. When we asked for extra hangers and an iron, they brought it the day of. The place was clean and pretty spacious. Highly recommend!

Very basic. No front desk, though the self check-in is pretty nice. Mattress was on the floor unlike in the photos. Also lots of street noise that made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Not good

When we entered the room it was really dirty The owner forgot our check in time and we were shocked when we saw the extra dirty place. I need to call the emergency number for cleaning. The room is very very small , not like in the pictures. The location is avarage.

clean and quite

very clean, comfortable, quite, close to stores, there's a Family Market nearby and a couple of blocks away from a 24hour market only lacking storage, we used the hangers that was provided and the rest we just kept in our luggage.

The back room was great because we could close it off for our baby to sleep in. Also not too far from Dotonbori.

Overall was good but the toilet bidet was not functioning, and pillows are thin

Good room, good location, quiet, close to family mart and easy to access Dotombori

This property was great for our group of 5. 3 Adults and 2 children. Comfortable mattress and good value. It was a good base for our day trips.

Quite nice and neat to stay in. It would be nice if people stay in this place we their friends.

Perfect for 3－4 people

The air condition sometimes doesn’t work. Need stop whole air system then reroot again. Everything standard level. Perfect for 3-4 peoples:) Have a supermarket close this Condo & open 24 hours. Walking to Namba station need 18 mins, walking to Dotonbori 12 mins. A lot restaurants within 8 mins when you face to West direction from this building main entrance.

place overall meet my expectations and was near location i wanted to be.

整體是相當不錯的,但以下一些意見也盼能考慮改善。 1.床邊如有一個櫃桶或置物架擺放東西會方便一些。 2.床褥如固定更好。

El departamento esta muy pequeño. Las cosas se veian viejas y el dueño tiene demasiadas reglas. No me senti agusto y ademas muy lejos de estaciones de tren lo cual hace dificil el transporte.

Buena relacion precio - calidad.

Buena ubicacion, amplio departamento. Nos hemos quedado 2 veces en 2 departamentos distintos del mismo condominio. La segunda vez la alfombra del piso no estaba limpia como en el primer departamento. Tenia muchos pelos de cabello negro.

Amplio y comodo departamento.

Comodo departamento con lavadora y cocina completa. Bien ubicado a 20 minutos caminando del Dontobori. Solo le faltaria una mesa y sillas para poder cenar comodo, pero creo que es algo que no se acostumbra en la cultura del pais.

思っていたより広くて3人旅行で十分な広さで良かったです！食器やカラトリーもラップ、タコ足コンセントもあったので良かったです！鏡も多くて3人で身支度するのに助かりました！ ただ、床に敷くタイプのマットがカビ？わきが？臭がきつくこれを使って寝るのは無理だなって思いました！リンスインシャンプーなので、苦手な方は持ってきた方がいいとおもいます！それ以外は満足です！また利用させて頂きたいです！

洗面所付近に髪の毛が複数落ちていたのが気になりましたが それ以外は 気になる点がありませんでした。 スーパーやコンビニは近く お部屋は凄く綺麗で セキュリティも安心でした。快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました

在大阪的几天，走过很多路，这是所有见到的宾馆里面最差的，最老旧的，离吃饭，地铁最远的，不要被它的名字所骗，房间设施齐全，但是都很破旧，因此我提早结束这里的住宿。换间酒店，换个好心情

今年用事があり、この周辺の貸しマンションの3ヶ所に滞在しました。 その中で一番ここが良かった。 ワンルームだと思っていたが、1LDK近くあり、ベッドルームも2台のベッドを設置されていても、かなりの余裕でした。そして何よりも安価な点が最高。 昨今のビジネスホテルの料金を考えると、お得感がするし、何よりもくつろげる。その上独立したバスルームにトイレ、洗面台。洗濯機もある。 希望することは、長期滞在者も居るから、電子レンジだけは不十分。やはりコンロで簡単なものかを作れるようにしてほしいことと、宿泊する前の手続きを簡素化するなり、少なくともリピーターにはもっと簡単にしていただきたい。

이불 더럽고, 룸서비스 없고, 지하철역과의 거리도 멀고, 좁고, 방음 보온 전혀 안 됨

도톰보리~난바 걸어서 충분히 다닐 수 있는 위치입니다 일본에 일찍 도착해 1시간 먼저 입실도 가능하게 해 주었구요 지내는데 충분히 깨끗하고 독채를 쓰기때문에 별다른 훼방없이 잘 쉴 수 있습니다

깨끗하고 위치도 좋았지만 큰도로가 근처에 있어서 밤에 많이 시끄럽긴합니다

근처에 편의점과 동네 마트가 있습니다. 편의점보다 동네 마트가 싸고 일본 사람과 섞여서 사는 느낌이 듭니다. 다만, 뒤쪽에 고속도로가 있어서 사이렌 소리가 들립니다.(근데 이건 어딜가든 들림) 방마다 이어플러그를 하나씩 주는데 자는데 먼지 소리에도 민감한 사람이 아니라면 그냥 잘 수 있을 정도입니다. 숙소에 빗이 없으니 예약하시거든 빗이 필요하면 가져가세요. 다른 젓가락 숟가락 심지어 돈가스 자르는 칼, 포크 기타 등등 없는 건 없습니다. 그냥 다 있어요. 세탁기도 있습니다. 7층 옥탑방에서 묵었는데 발코니도 있어서 아침에 도시 풍경을 보면서 일어날 수 있었습니다. 그리고 주인분이 라인으로 대화 거시면 5분 안에 대답이랑 답 다 해주세요

因天氣還寒冷, 沒有足夠冷氣被,

一見綺麗ですが、寝室には小さいゴキブリが複数匹いるなど清潔さというところでは大幅マイナス評価でした。 また、テレビはコードが断線しているのか点かなかったし、浴室のドアは閉まりにくいしというところで安かろう悪かろう

지난 3월에 이어 2번째 입니다..도톤보리에서 10분이내거리에 있으면서도 유흥가가 아닌 실거주지에 위치해서 조용하고 숙소 바로 앞에 훼미리마트가 있어서 암때나 나와서 물건을 구매할수 있어서 편리합니다.콘도형이라서 수건을 첫날이외에 주지 않지만 세탁기가 있어서 빨아쓰면 되니까 오히려 좋은점이 있었습니다..보조침대까지 포함하면 4개의 침대와 침구도 더 있어서 가족여행에 적합합니다.세면대 화장실 욕조가 분리되어 있어서 효율적이고요..냉장고도 깔끔합니다.다음에 또 오사카여행을 하게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶네요

沒有備品，我人數是四位，但只有兩組被子及枕頭，找不到窗口聯絡。

道頓堀から歩いていける範囲で住宅街で静か、コンビニも近くにあり駐車場もたくさんある便利な立地でした。 施設はマンションの一角で広さは十分でしたが、トイレが公衆トイレのような匂いがし、清潔とは言えなかったです。 備え付けのタオルも清潔か不安だったので使用しませんでした。 安いのでいいですが寝るだけでの利用です。

非常好住宿

非常適合自己煮的住宿環境，兩分鐘抵達大阪最有名的玉出超市24小時，還有到捷運站只有五分鐘！

また、利用したいと思います♪

就像回家一樣方便

テレビが小さめでしたが、部屋は広くて必要なものはそろってました。

屋內設備齊全，新淨整潔，路台又夠開陽濶大，可以一家人在外吃飯聊天，只是略為偏遠，最近車站都要行大約7分鐘。

價錢合理，地點同車站有一段距離但尚算方便，周邊有食四肆，便利店和超市，整體住宿理想。

가족여행 추천해요

아기와 함께 하는 여행이라 걱정이 많이 되었는데 기대이상으로 깨끗하고 조용하고 한국인스탭분도 있고 조금의 불편함없이 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 응대해주시는 일본스태분도 너무 친절하셨어요 다음번에도 다시 머물고 싶은 곳으로 추천합니다

調理器具もあって助かりました。

ホテルも設備も問題なく使用できました。備え付けのキッチンと調理器具も清潔で、家族から良い所を選んだと褒められました(^^) 次回も大阪旅行に来る時はぜひ利用したいと思います！

옆집이 일반 가정집인 것 같았어요. 바닥이 카페트 재질이었는데 깨끗한게 맞는지 조금 의문이었지만 전반적인 청결상태는 만족스러웠고, 있어야 할 거 다 있었어요

家族での2連泊でした。出て直ぐの弁当屋さんやスーパー玉出がとても便利でした♪　お風呂に洗面器が有ると便利かな～！　トイレは清潔でしたが少し臭いが、、、 総合的には安くて満足でした♪　リピートしたいと思います(^^)/

美好的回憶

附近有超商有商店也有投幣式烘衣店，真的很方便，路好記不怕迷路，而且住宿環境也不賴，很適合值得一去，也打掃的很乾淨，有潔癖的也不用擔心，也有吸塵器可以使用，讚讚👍

แม้จะไกลจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินบ้าง แต่ก็มีแฟมิลี่มาร์ท กับ ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ใกล้ๆที่พัก ไปเที่ยวโอซาก้ากับครอบครัวทีไรก็พักที่นี่ทุกครั้ง สะดวก ปลอดภัย

非常棒的旅馆！很大，像个家一样，感觉都可以住好几年！就是有一天隔壁蹦迪太吵了。
