Great hotel in BKK, near shopping centers district, close to metro system, great installations, pool, game room, fantastic breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed. Great option for an affordable cost x benefit.

It was a great experience

It was nice stay, we enjoyed it. The washing machine it’s a plus. We didn’t try the sauna, or the pool. It’s easily connected to any area of interest, 7eleven very close. Some of the furniture wasn’t in best condition, maybe some things would worth investing in, also the towels kind of old and stained. But the bed was very comfortable. The tv didn’t have many channel options, but it’s a smart tv so you can connect to Netflix etc. we tried their room service, very affordable. it was a good value for the money.

The hotel gave you a lot for the money spent, and was ideal for an extended stay of 6 nights as we visited Bangkok for the first time. We would tour during the morning and early afternoon and then relax in the room.. The 2 bedroom unit we rented was nicely furnished - more like a condo rental with a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishes and utensils, cookware available if requested, and a, combination washer/dryer with a dining table that easily sat six adults. We were traveling with a group of 10 adults friends. We had take-out through GRAB on a couple of nights and we had enough seats in the unit to accomodate us all. The recreational floor was exceptional with a game room, library, sauna, Jacuzzi, and gym with treadmills and a full complement of exercise machines. It was conveniently located with a 5 minute walk to the BTS station at Ratchadamri. The breadfast was also very good. It was a 35 minute cabride from DMK costing between 300 and 500 Thai bahts. We would gladly stay there again for an extended stay.

Great Value Perfect Stay

The hotel is very modern, large, great amenities and terrific service. The room was large with a kitchen and even a washer/ dryer machine. A very nice king size bed, table for eating next to the kitchen and wonderful views of the neighbour I was on the 35th floor. The pool are nd exercise facilities are large and complete. Again great service at the pool area. During my visit I had a few issues come up which were addressed immediately and with a smile. Even the security were especial nice. The location is simple the best for access to the BTS transit system and shopping and some Bangkok attractions are within walking distance. I would certainly happily return here again.

Nice Hotel, great location, non-smoking please

The hotel is very nice. Big, spacious, grand. Free coffee and drinks all day if i remember correctly. The rooms are very spacious with a kitchen, big comfortable bed. Bathroom was fine--decently clean. I can be a little nitpicky. The only issue I had was that we had booked a non-smoking room but when we got to the room it had definitely been smoked in. Not to mention that when we got to our floor, the whole floor already smelled like cigarette smoke. You could tell it wasn't supposed to smell like that because the bellhop was spraying air freshener after he dropped us to our room. We had checked in at 3am and were too tired to make a fuss about it. The next morning i called front desk and they transferred us to a different room that was truly non-smoking. So the stars are for that service but not full 5.0 rating because of the initial room they gave us. Great location though, 7 minute walk to Centreworld.

Clean, comfy, good location. I would return

Beautifully clean Executive Suite. Comfy furniture, bedding. Staff very helpful. The only downside was the washer dryer which took over five hours to dry our clothes! But that aside, everything was great.

Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri was an excellent choice truly deserving of a 5-star hotel. The room was very large and extremely clean. The included breakfast buffet was lovely, and the hotel's location next to Lumphini Park, and the Ratchadamri subway station is a huge plus. I had zero complaints during my stay, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Good value for money and very satisfied

Excellent front desk and housekeeping. Spacious rooms with sitting room and dining area as well as a kitchenette. Washer was working but not the dryer. Housekeeping staff was courteous but didn’t have technical know how to fix it. Excellent location and safe. Walking distance from chit Lom and Ratchadamri bts stations as well as central world, Siam square and big C.

Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Best hotel we’ve stayed in and we travel a lot.

Nice amenities & convenient to go any places.

This is my second stay in this hotel which is so conveniently located. However I was surprised to see long hair in the basin when I checked in. 😢 But I am sure they changed bed sheet every night because there was ball pen mark on the bed sheet the first night but it was gone on the second night. 👍

Hi the hotel was fine , I was leaving early morning so I didn’t require a breakfast. But I had purchased some strawberries and cream to have early morning before i left however there was no plate or dish to eat from . Regards Steve

Perfect all around stay !! Staff was very kind. They were extremely polite and helpful each time we needed something or had questions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and an excellent start each day. I am a fussy traveller and have absolutely nothing negative tonsay about this hotel.

Good location, amenities and facilities

We were travelling with family of 7 adults and had 4 rooms on 2 levels. Rooms are exactly like photos, very spacious despite the somewhat dated furniture. Convenient amenities like washer dryer, microwave, full size refrigerator and even induction cooker. I requested for iron and body weighing scale and they were delivered quickly. The housekeeper even sent in a laundry rack with many extra hangers. Lots of storage space in the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and we had great sleep everyday. Located in a lane and tricky to find the nearest 7-11 but it isn't too far. The walk to the main road and BTS might be a bit tiring mainly because of the weather. The hotel offers free drinks in the lobby. Minibar is also free and restocked everyday. The beautiful pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for winding down in the busy city and we enjoyed it so much. Also on valentine's day, there was a small booth offering guests to make bracelets and they gave chocolates which made it a fun activity before going out. We also liked that rooms are spaced not too close to each other so it was very quiet at night. A good stay and highly recommended hotel.

Very convenient area and great hotel.

We chose this property due to its convenient location (between 2 BTS lines, in the middle of many shopping centers), and made the right choice! Due to its location, we were able to walk, shop, eat, and wander to our heart's content, then return to the hotel at night for the hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and steam room which was generously open until 10 PM. The suite rooms were massive, and although we initially had some issues with the washer/dryer, it was very clutch to have at the later half of our Honeymoon. We loved the espresso/tea machine in the lobby as well as the comfy seating.

The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were upgraded because one of friends required facilities for disable. It would have been great if breakfast was included

Very nice and convenient to shopping malls

A room with a cracking view

Stayed in a Grand Suite and we were on the the 45th floor. Superb views of the city which were fantastic at night. Room was in top condition with a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped but without any pots/pans or washing up stuff and no large plates or bowls. Wasn’t a major issue and they may have provided them if we’d asked but seemed odd.

The hotel is a very large hotel with its building one of Bangkok skyline. We stayed on the 43rd floor and had an excellent view of Bangkok. The room is clean, quiet and tended to on a daily basis. The hotel staffs are efficient, polite and helpful. a BTS sky train is close by and within walking distance. There is no convenient store in the area and one has to walk several blocks to find one. Airport link station is rather far from the hotel and one has to connect through a few BTS stations to get there. Otherwise, the hotel is within walking distance to main shopping areas (Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, or Central Childlom).

Tucked in among literally DOZENS of other hotel options in the same few blocks, GCP was a great choice. Loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer in every room; the gym, sauna, hot tub, and steam room; the round-the-clock speedy service; the spotless cleanliness; and the reasonably priced room service options. I even enjoyed their lobby coffee! I’d happily choose GCP again.

Property is on the older side, had to change room once to to mold smell , which they did and were great about it. Beds are comfortable and high quality. Shower- not great pressure. Pool- only gets sun from 9 ish to 12 ish during high season, due to buildings. This was annoying, because shaded pool was no fun for us. It’s good value and staff is amazing. Never ate there. Good location, about 7-8 min walk to bts. Fair value. Gym is above average, large, and in great shape for hotel. Overall, would give 3.5/5

Not clean hotel

The hotel very old and furniture outdated the bathroom not clean and very old. Hotel corridors needs renovation and cleaning. Hotel staff are friendly and respectful.

In general, the hotel is convenient. The room is clean and spacious. My mum in her 70’s joined me in the second half of my trip. I have booked a room for her and requested a room near to mine when I checked in. She was finally assigned a room on the same floor but on the other side.

Location is good, hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay!

Wow!

1st stay over in Bangkok. Needed to be near central world shopping mall for pick ups. Hotel was down a side street which was a bit off putting at 1st but wow its absoultley beautiful and super clean and safe. Our room had full kitchnette with washing machine ( didnt use it unfortunately) and a fantastic view of the high rise buildings.wow factor! The pool and spa area was stunning but pool water too cold for me which was disappointing. Great choice of breakfast items.coffee lovely. Short walk to malls and night market Staff very polite and attentive We would definitely stay here again .

Another great hotel

The only thing I was disappointed about was the hotel not serving alcohol.

The room was on the 47th floor. It was spacious and the view was nice overlooking bangkok skyline. There was jacuzzi in the room, but we did not have time to try. Free top up of snacks and amenities in the room everyday. There was also machine to provide free coffee and tea at the lobby. There was one issue, however. The microwave oven did not seems to work, which we had to ask for the staff to provide cooking pot and pan so that we could heat up our takeaway food. Overall, we were glad to stay in this hotel.

Need to walk pass construction area getting to the hotel. The walk path is dirty and abit unsafe with the large trucks etc. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially the concierge team.

The hotel was excellent, a true 5-star hotel. I was upgraded to a suite which was large and very well appointed. The location was very good close to shopping malls, restaurants, and transportation. No alcohol is served in the hotel. Some personnel speak little English.

I like the staff for being proactive to assist.

A very happy surprise!

I was simply impressed by the honesty of my maid.I had accidentally left open my safe with frankly a lot of valuables and there it was all there! Also, the room was spotless .In most places it would have simply disappeared.I commended the maid to the hotel staff and as well happily surprised her with a very decent gift.Fist, hotel comment I have ever made.Thank you

The location is convenient and the breakfast buffet is good. However, the staff can do a little bit more. I was travelling with my mum to Bangkok, but checked-in on two dates. I have told hotel a few days ago that I hope my mum to be near my room, because she is old. They said it was on request. The outcome is my mim was put in another room on the other side of the floor.

This is a spectacular property, close to a large shopping center but far enough away that its not noisy. The facility has a beautiful pool, fitness and a spa that provided great thai massages. The staff were always friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and had a lovely view of the city. I really appreciated the washer/dryer in the room as the humid temperature of Thailand had us making multiple clothing changes throughout the day. This is a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend a stay here.

This was a fantastic hotel in Bangkok. The hotel rooms are huge, very comfy, and has great views. The staff are very friendly! One thing to note is that the pool is pretty much shaded from noon onward, so if you’re looking to chill by the pool to get some sun you may need to do that in the morning. Overall would recommend.

Stayed here a third time w my wife and granddaughter. This place is great for kids! Pool is great(if a bit cold) and the game room is outstanding! Gym and treadmills top notch also. Oh and the suite-sized rooms (and I mean LOTS of room) are great! Thank you to all the staff!

Two bedroom apartment with living area and a kitchenette. Comes with washing machine/dryer which is convenient for long stay. Overall, very clean and comfortable.

If you want close the Central World and Platinum and local Resturant and MRT. So convenient to everything centre.

Service staff friendly. Room is clean. We used the washer and dryer daily. We got upgraded to suite so we got to enjoy the extra amenities.

Old but very clean suite - light mould smell in the living room - no curtains, only blinds, bedroom very bright in the morning - daily water and a small selection of soft drinks included - silent - great facilities (play room/kids room/gym/massage chairs) - very nice pool - walking distance to various malls with many excellent dining options

Good hotel and service, however the view is obstructed by the new construction site and getting too inconvenient and awkward with the construction site spraying water onto the ground from above getting you wet when you walk pass. Very noisy every morning even on Sunday. Construction start at 6-8am and won’t finish until sun down so hardly got any good night of sleep

We like the swimming pool. We have very bad experiences with the arrangement/communication between this hotel staffs and Expedia. We will think twice before working with Expedia and this hotel for our future trips.

Property was great. Room was nice, although the layout was a tad confusing. Only complaint is it took a long time for the hot water to start in the shower. Shout-out to the friendly staff at the reception who were wonderful during the check-in.

The property is very well kept, great rooms and luxury lobby, however smell of cigarette is really strong in rooms, we are a party of travelers and all rooms had similar odor. No bueno.

Vedy friendly front desk staff. 1st time stay at the hotel impressed me with the room size and free drinks (in the fridge) and snacks. Resort facilities are good for family. Walking distance to many malls in Siam.

Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. I was upgraded to something like a small apartment. I had a refrigerator and washer/dryer unit. The staff was quite nice and the breakfast b7ffet had something for all. The fruit was delicious. The room had great air conditioning. It was conveniently located near Centre World and a BTS station. Will definitely stay jere again.

Beautiful, large room and great facilities

One of the reason I chose this hotel is because of the washer and dryer option. However, the drying option is horrible, it keeps on making the clothes wet when it is drying. I tried using the option to wash and dry by itself and it didn’t work either. Maybe there is something wrong with ours ? But other that, I am happy with my stay.

This was a last-minute decision to stay inside of Bangkok last night. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The room that they gave us was excellent. Very clean and had a great view.
