This hotel was exactly what I needed. Lovely and comfortable inside, beautiful park across the street, private parking which I badly wanted, and such a friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast too.

Not a 4 star hotel

I wouldn't give this hotel more than 3 stars. location is good but the hotel is quiet old and lacks facilities. the car park is small and always full (we had to park the car on the street bc the hotel car park was full). breakfast was poor too. I personally won't stay at this place if I come back to Sicily.

HOTEL DID NOT TURN ON AIR CONDITION I WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP ALL NIGHT FOR THE 1ST NIGHT. AFTER MUCH COMPLAINING A/C WAS ON FOR 2ND NIGHT. SINK CLOGGED, SHOWER UNCLEAN. VERY DISSAPOINTING

Convenient location

Location is really good, close to Piazza Duomo, only few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Triple room is pretty good, but wifi is sometimes stop in my room. Breakfast is just ok, not much choices. The man receptionist is very nice and helpful. He find me the way to Mt. Etna and Taormina and tell us us where to park the car. Very polite and helpful guy. The hotel has a carpark for guest which is free. But I doubt in high season cause not much spaces to park. Overall the hotel is nice and good to stay. Rocommended.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Convenient location if you want to explore areas around / near Catania. However it does need modernising, the decor is very dated and the pillows were hard! Overall pleasant hotel.

we enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was a bathtub that would have been easier to get in and out of. There was also some peeling paint in the bathroom.

This is my second trip. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided by the hotel is generous and delicious. I will always book this hotel when I am In town.

Nice hotel close to the down town - Piazza duomo

This is a really nice place to stay for a vacation week. Staff are proffesional, breakfast was sufficient and location pretty good. Houskeeping was making sure everyday of our room condition level.

Difficult to live in room

No wifi except in bathroom. One working outlet. Lights on timer didn't function well. Nowhere to put anything in bath. Had to balance toiletries on waste can. Shower so small nearly unusable. Breakfast uninspiring. Location good and room clean.

Not worthy of 4 stars!

After reading all the reviews, we were excited to stay here and couldn't wait to experience carnival 2015. The experience was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The day before our arrival I emailed the hotel asking about transportation/directions from the bus stop, carnival activities and views from the hotel. I received no response to my email. Upon arrival at the hotel after traveling all the way from Palermo for the Carnival events, we were told that Carnival was cancelled due to the rain. They refused to refund our reservation or allow us to cancel our booking. Since we came to Acireale just for the Carnival events, the front desk suggested a warehouse we could visit 25 mins away where we could view the paper mâché floats. They also recommended a restaurant for lunch along the way. After walking to both in the rain, both sites were completely closed. Our room (a superior room #114) was dated. The pillow case had a stain on it. The bathroom light goes off after 2 minutes automatically- not ideal when you are showering or using the bathroom. The walls were thin an you could hear everything happening downstairs in the lobby and restaurant. Our balcony had a crazy metal covering over the window. We couldn't get it back down once we managed to pull it up so the light from the street kept us up all night. Skip it.

Great Stay

Stayed here for one night during our recent tour of Sicily. Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice with a balcony overlooking the small Piazza at the front of the hotel. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with toiletries and a good shower. Parking at a small car park at the hotel, which was very convenient. Easy walk to town. We ate in the hotel restaurant as we could not find anywhere open locally for dinner, which was nice, although not a great deal of choice. Good breakfast with a wide choice. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel

The hotel is situated at the edge of a small square in Acireale, within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful. The reception desk was always manned and the receptionists were happy to help with suggestions for local restaurants. Our room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel was quiet, with a calm, well-maintained air about it. I would thoroughly recommend it.

This was a last minute booking,due to our original hotel being canceled what a great choice,will definitely stay there again

Nice Hotel with friendly staff

Great hotel with friendly staff, free internet access and parking which is also a bonus. The Hotel is ideally located in the centre of the town and not far from the motorway and major routes.

Excellent central location near main shopping street with lots of nearby restaurants/cafes/markets. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English, free WIFI available for hotel guests but signal was very intermittent! Nice variety at breakfast. Hotel room was clean and comfortable with TV, mini fridge and large bathroom. Shower cubicle was extremely small but this was really much of an issue. Main downside was that the window in our room was boarded up from the outside so although it could be opened to allow fresh air in, we had no daylight in our room which was a shame considering how great the weather wa!!!! Overall was very pleased with the choice of hotel and wouldn't mind staying there again at all - although I would make sure to ask for a room with a window I can see out of!!

the hotel is a 50's built low level structure in a corner position and facing a small public garden ,quite pretty , whist opposite is a theatre that has touring shows from italy and localities. our room was huge with dark interior well suited to very bright sicilian summers. Very helpfull staff all spoke english, breakfast was a muted affair no hot dishes but the usual continental selections,cakes ,ham,cheese,fresh fruit,juicesand cereals, lovely bread rolls and the coffee they serve is delicious. limited under hotel parking was very useful as the streets around are packed with parked cars. Acireale is very quiet at night,not too many dining options hotel has a restaurant,the city has beautiful buildings and is an easy 2 km walk to calm fishing village.

Vanskelig å finne parkeringen, og den passer ikke for lave biler, men heldigvis gratis. Som vanlig mye søtsaker til frokost, men ihvertfall toast og syltetøy, og kvitost. Mye vulkansand i alle gatene... Nær Etna...

Siamo stati molto bene. Pulito , elegaante, camera spaziosa dotata di ogni confort. Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata. Parcheggio compreso nel prezzo. Da ritornarci.

abbiamo avuto un problema personale fin dal nostro arrivo. abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla struttura che in persona del direttore è stata molto efficiente per risolverlo rapidamente e al meglio. il personale tutto è stato squisito e cortesissimo ritorneremo per godere di questa ospitalità

Bon hôtel, propre, très bon accueil. Très bien situé dans le centre ville. Nombreux restaurants autour. Chambre spacieuse pour familles avec 2 enfants. Très bon petit déjeuner, avec un très bon service. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel

Ottima soluzione nel centro di Acireale

Ottima accoglienza nonostante l'ora di arrivo (dopo mezzanotte). L'albergo offre un comodo garage ed e' situato nel centro di Acireale. Ottima posizione per visitare Taormina e altre località sulla costa. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Ottima anche la colazione.

Albergo in posizione centrale nella bella Acireale. Camera buona, pulita, bagno comodo, aria condizionata con comandi in stanza e si può regolare e anche spegnere, cosa non scontata. Colazione discreta. Parcheggio interno. Il punto di forza però è il personale della reception, di efficienza e gentilezza rare e molto gradite! Difetto: cassaforte della stanza piccola, non entra un pc o una macchina fotografica reflex..

Keurig hotel, voor een nette prijs. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Er werd een check gedaan of het bed lang genoeg was ivm mijn lengte. Mooie locatie, midden in oude centrum. En niet onbelangrijk parkeerruimte aanwezig.

Une bonne escale

L'hôtel est très confortable avec un parking sous terrain. Nous avons eu la chambre famimiale 22 qui a une douche jaccuzi tres relaxante. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Un tres bon hôtel pour une escale à acireale.

Personnel sympa et chambres spacieuses

Très bon conseils reçu à l’accueil sur notre séjour à Aciréale ainsi que pour la suite de notre séjour en Sicile. La chambre était propre et grande, idem pour la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner qui était bon avec un grand choix. A savoir pour ceux qui cherche le parking privé, il faut sonner pour qu'ils vous ouvrent le portail électrique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons en Sicile.

Hotel centralissimo, dotato di garage privato e ristrutturato di recente. Ottimo servizio, solo che abbiamo trovato la camera col piatto doccia otturato e il phon guasto... Colazione da migliorare per un hotel di tale categoria. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

På rundresa. Hotellet fungerar mycket bra som bas för utflykter på sydöstra Sicilien. Hotellet har egen skyddad parkering. Bra läge i den gamla delen av Acireale. Bra frukost, mycket bra service,prisvärt Ett mycket bra hotell som vi gärna återvänder till
