Location close to subway and shops. Can't use swimming pool without a cap. Front desk staff not helpful when room wasn't satisfactory. Also a problem with Expedia advertising a room not suitable for 4 people

Excellent stay everything went smooth only issue was language barrier...so clean and modern first class service

Easy to find when using subway system. Only way to travel in Shanghai. Breakfast selections were great for overseas travellers if you didn't want to eat dumplings and soup which were on the menu as well. Rooms spacious,clean and good value for money. Would stay again.

Good and clean but outside of center

Overall a good stay, but few of the staff spoke English and it’s a little far from city center. Close to subway and a great food-court right next door makes it all worth it. Very clean and softer bed than most Chinese hotels!

Great location. Easy access to public transportation and many great restaurants - modern and traditional. The room is clean and comfortable, except it's a little cramped. The only issue we had was that the room was overheated and the room temperature could not be controlled by the thermostat in the room. The housekeeper was nice enough to suggest opening the windows. But the issue should be addressed by the hotel.

Great hotel in Pudong

I’ve stayed twice now at the Grand Soluxe - this is a comfortable hotel situated conveniently in Pudong. The hotel is right next to Pudian Road metro station, so getting around isn’t a problem. It’s also only about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Maglev station, so getting to and from Pudong International Airport is easy. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable, I’ve slept well here on both stays. I’ve only used the restaurant for breakfast, it has a good selection of Chinese and Western food available. Great hotel for a business trip, its location also makes sightseeing a breeze! I’ll be staying again.

I stayed here for three nights and slept very well. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean and quiet plus the air conditioning helps to achieve perfect sleeping conditions. There's a great range to eat at breakfast and the staff is very helpful. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Unfomfortable beds.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. One minor issue was that the beds were very very hard. This not due to poor quality beds, it's clearly a conscious choice of the hotel. The hotel mostly cater to middle aged Chinese, and they tend to prefer hard beds over soft beds. Another minor issue is that the breakfast seemed very overpriced, even for hotel standards.

Very nice location

Excellent location. 1min to line 6, 2min to line 4. Front desk is very friendly and efficiently. No air conditioner during my stay(11/4 ... 14/4) even though room temperature reached 29C was not acceptable!!!

Nice clean modern hotel with free breakfast buffet

I had a 24 hours layover in Shanghai and stayed over the Soluxe Hotel. The hotel is located only a block from the subway station, very convenient. From the airport, I took the MagLev to Long Yang Station, then took the subway (2 transfers) to the hotel. My only complaint (not the hotel's fault) is the subway transfer was not easy - long walk and fair amount of stairs. The hotel is very nice - modern, clean, and spacious. It deserves the 4.5 stars assigned in the hotels.com website. The price was very good, substantially better than other comparable hotels in Shanghai. The best part is that it comes with free buffet breakfast. The food quality and range of choices is 10 times better than any continental breakfast from a typical Best Western! The room was very comfortable. At 26th floor, I had a good view of the Shanghai Tower, WFC, and Pearl Tower. My only complaint (again not the hotel's fault!) is the air was smoggy, the the view was not very clear!

Few Restaurant to dine at

Food at the hotel is not good. Not much stores to visit and restaurants to eat out. Staff Service is not great. Difficult to communicate with the staff in English.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very nice and filled with many amenities, large towels. Hotel staff did not speak much english, but were very nice. The cab ride from the airport was about 25$

The stay was great, they upgraded my room for free and the view is wonderful and I can see the downtown area from my room.

nice hotel but.....

Shanghai was rainy during my stay. entrance of hotel is few steps away to main road and door-man refuses to get a taxi when i asked for, due to rain... it should not be the a 5-star hotel service... In addition, it's surprising for a 5-star hotel to charge internet in this century....

Great Value Hotel in Pudong

PROS * This hotel, at a room level, represents amazing value for money and I would stay here again in a heart beat. * Very well presented, clean, spacious. * Very comfortable beds. * Reasonable wifi service. * Breakfast was very reasonable too catering for all tastes and of fairly high quality. Cons * TV on-demand wasn't working which wasn't ideal for non Chinese speaking guests. * The hotel lobby bar was poor to be honest and the main bar wasnt open when we tried to visit it

Good hotel though staff not flexible and accomodative. Had to wait 2 hours for a room though they were available simply because of a rule book being followed, Also, very poor internet connection - spent twice the time it should take for mails etc. All in all not a good experience for a business traveller.

Dependable business hotel but nothing more.

Glad they upgraded me to a suite. Spacious, clean and with good amenities. However, too bad that the in-room wired internet access isn't free. There is no wi-fi in the room as well. Location-wise, walking distance to metro. Taxi to nearby shopping centres also fairly near, though don't really have any eateries around the hotel. Front desk staff was polite but not really friendly. Also quite often can't get any staff to help me with getting a taxi.

新し目で綺麗な設備ではありました。 アメニティについてもきちんと用意して頂けました。 改善をお願いしたい点は、最初に特段説明なく クレジットカードをフロントで出すよう言われ、1500元課金されたことです。 最終日に、責任あるかたから英語で、保証金として一旦受け取り、今日返すと言われてやっと分かりましたが、 初めてきたところで不安だったので、一言説明があれば印象が良くなったのにな、と思います。

10분만 걸어나가면 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 지내기 좋았습니다.

毎回利用しています

上海出張時にはいつも利用しています。旧日系ホテルと言うこともありウォシュレットやバスタブがついています。 朝食も中華以外にも和や洋風な料理もあり品数も多いです。 地下鉄6号、4号の浦電路駅から数分の距離のため、渋滞の多い上海市内移動もスケジュールを組みやすいと思います。

バスタブからシャワーのお湯がこぼれ床が濡れてしまう。

フロントスタッフの対応が悪い。

チェックインの際に支払を済ませ領収書を要求したが、 「チェックアウトの時に渡します。」 と言われ領収書をもらえなかった。 チェックアウトの時に領収書をくださいと要求したが、 「聞いていない。我々は20時以降仕事してるので。」 との回答。 チェックインの時に領収書に書く会社情報も渡したが、 それも「無い」と言われた。 スタッフの引き継ぎができてないし、全く社員教育ができていません。 二度とこのホテルは利用しません。

ホテルは清潔感もあり、朝食も美味しいです。上海では、よく泊まります。直ぐ近くに地下鉄の駅もあり便利です。

上海だけかもしれませんが、 １）使い捨ての歯ブラシ ２）使い捨ての櫛 の提供が今回ありませんでした。 　フロントに言えばもらえそうではありましたが、面倒くさくて コンビニで旅行用の歯ブラシを購入しました。 エクスペディアの注意事項に記載お願いします。 他の設備としては、昔からウオッシュレットが完備されており、ウオッシュレット必須な私には、大変心強いです。

なかなか快適でした。

部屋： ビジネスでの滞在には充分な広さ。デスクもあり、仕事もできます。毎日新しくペットボトルの水(ミネラルウォーターでした)が補充され、助かりました。 バスタブがあり日本人には嬉しい。ですが、水漏れをしているらしく、じわじわと水位が下がっていました。要修理だと思います。 スタッフ： 皆さん笑顔で一所懸命に接客されているのは好感がもてました。ただ、英語がまともに通じないので、こちらの要望を伝えるのが大変でした。英語圏の方は苦労しそうです。 周辺： 地下鉄の駅が近い。近くにコンビニ(セブンイレブン、ローソン、ファメリーマート)や、日本料理の店も。 治安も悪くはない。 全体： 全体的に特に問題なく過ごせました。

コンセントプラグが緩く充電できない箇所がありました。 それ以外は特にありません

朝食のメニュー数が、少ない

両替も満足に出来ない。 団体宿泊客がいたのでフロントは手が回っていない。 シャワーの出方は最低。 歯ブラシ、クシ、その他　アメニティグッズ　置かなくなりました。

Terrible, I called them after my stay because they forgot canceling my deposit, but as of today no return deposit.

場所が便利で、夜も安心の地域なので、浦東側で用がある時は、最近はここに泊まる事が多いです。

上海ではいつも使ってます

上海に行く時はいつも使ってます。同じクラスの中でも安いですし、室内も掃除が行き届いていていつも綺麗、日本人向けにウォシュレットもあります。フロントや掃除のおばちゃんも親切です。新しく施行されたゴミ条例で歯ブラシなど使い捨てのアメニティがありませんでしたが、フロントに電話したらすぐに持って来てくれました。徹底ぶりに少し驚きましたが、改めて考えると、当たり前と思ってる自分の感覚が麻痺してるのかもしれませんね。次はマイ歯ブラシ持って行くことにします！

工作累了一天，休息的好地方

酒店職員態度親切，早餐食材豐富新鮮。

出張でもプライベートでも利用しています。近所に大型モールが開業して食事、買い物にとても便利です。地下鉄入り口のローカルスーパーも朝7:30から開いていて使えます 。ホテルは少し古くなっていますが、中国ではまだ少ないウォシュレットがあるのがよいです。部屋もきれいで掃除もきちんとされています。

Check-in 시작 시간인 오후 2시보다도 2시간 정도 빠른 12시경에 도착하였는데도 early Check-in이 가능해서 좋았으며, 무료로 Deluxe Room으로 업그레이드 해 주셔서, 2박 3일 동안 지내는데 전혀 불편이 없었습니다. 객실내 무선 WIFI도 매우 빨라서, 동영상 시청하는 데에도 전혀 끊김이 없었습니다. 위치도 지하철 6호선 Pudian Road역 바로 앞이라서, 지하철을 이용하여 상하이 여러 곳을 이동하는데 매우 편리하였습니다. 그리고 호텔 주변에 편의점과 식당도 많아서 좋았습니다. 특히 지하철 6호선과 4호선을 연결하는 지하 통로에는 다양한 맛집이 있어서, 골라먹는 즐거움이 있었습니다. 다만, SPA 설비를 사용할 수 없는 점은 매우 아쉬웠으며, 조식 부페 메뉴가 좀 더 다양해졌으면 좋겠습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 시설, 위치 및 가격에 만족하였으며, 다음 출장때에도 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

호텔 로비가 좀 좁으며 앉을곳이 적음. 프론트 직원 영어 잘 못함. 룸컨디션 괜찮은 편이며, 하우스키핑도 친절함. 일본인 숙박객이 많은 편이며, 중국인은 많지않아 조용한 편이었음. 조식은 나쁘지 않은 편이나, 김치가 있었으면 좋았을것임. 적당한 가격대이며 가격대에 맞는 수준을 보여줌.

Snabb vistelse

Ett typiskt 5-stjärnigt Kinesiskt hotell. Jag hade bokat 3 nätter men efter spenderat 30min på mitt rum avbokade jag två nätter och bokade om dom på Marriott istället. Rummet var väl inrökt med inredning ifrån tidigt -70 tal. Utsikten bestod av en kontorsbyggnad där jag hade herrtoaletten på samma våningsplan. Läget på hotellet är bra om man har ärenden runt Pudong området annars ligger det långt ifrån allt.

定宿となりつつあります

リネン類や設備は少々古さを感じるが、スタッフの対応が非常に良い。 朝食は連泊しても飽きることがない品数で良かった。 地下鉄4号、6号線浦電路駅から徒歩圏内であるためキャリーバッグでの移動も楽である。

ウォシュレットがあり快適。掃除やリネン交換も素晴らしい。朝食も豊富で美味しかった！親切なスタッフとそうでないスタッフがいるけど、仕方ないかな

何回も使わせてもらってました

ビジネスで上海に来ると宿泊に使わせてもらってます。 従業員の雰囲気や朝食メニューは気に入ってます。 ただ、ホテルインフラ関係は低下してきてると感じます。 ・シャワー温度がなかなか上がらない ・シャワーノズルが壊れていてまともに湯が飛ばない ・WIFIが遅い 改善を望みます。

地下鉄利用に便利なホテル

近くにレストラン街もあり、地下鉄を使えば便利なので何度も利用しているホテル。だが、今回は蒸し暑い中、エアコンの調子が悪く、何度か電話でチェックを頼んだが、なしのつぶて。以前はこんな事は無かったが、スタッフが変わったのか？次回の利用は要注意！

いいホテルですが、2日目に部屋のバーのウイスキーが全て無くなっていた 誤解を招くと行けないのでフロントに言ったが 英語も日本語も通じずでした

今回は妻を帯同での滞在でした。従業員の優しい接し方に妻は喜んでくれましたが、、、シャワールームのタイル目地のカビは女性を滞在させる宿泊ではいただけない、、、清潔感のあるホテルと今まで気に入って4.5☆だったが、今回は4☆マイナス

地下鉄から直ぐのホテル

飛行機の到着が約６時間遅れ、チェックイン可能時間を過ぎてしまったが、チェックイン出来た。日本語出来るスタッフが居なかったが、それ以外は満足。

元日航という事で日本人客が多いのに日本語は通じない 1階はレストラン 昼のランチにコヒーがない コヒーショツプはない

地下鉄6号線1番出口から2分

世紀大道から一駅の浦電路が便利です。地下街に飲食店やスーパーもあり、また地上にでてすぐの信号の先にファミマがあります。そこからほんのすぐでホテルです。 お風呂は大きいし、ウォシュレットだし、スイミングプールもあり、また朝食ビュッフェは和洋中と味ボリュームとも揃い上海の喧騒に出る前のエナジーチャージにもってこいです。 チェックイン時間前お昼くらいに荷物を預けに行ったのですが、チェックインOKとのことでなんか得した気分になりました。 日本語通じる書き込みがありましたがそれはありませんでした。翻訳アプリ大活躍でした。

It is good for Japanese

This hotel was Hikko hotel before. Therefore there are a lot of information written in Japanese. It is very easy to know Japanese. And breakfast menu was very delicious and 7-11 is located behind the hotel. However the room was not wide.

交通の便が良い、平均点以上のホテル

地下鉄浦電路の二つの駅から徒歩５分以内で、ターミナル駅の世紀大道にも徒歩圏内で交通の便が良く、近隣にはマーケット、大小の食堂、買い物ができるマーケットや複数のコンビニなど、便利な立地。建物はやや古い感じだが、朝食のメニューも豊富、部屋も清潔に保たれ、通常の宿泊には問題ないレベルです。

Sauberkeit hat nichts mit 5 Sternen zu tun

Das Bad war total mit Schimmel befallen. Der Teppich war optisch dreckig und müsste erneuert werden. Absolut mangelhafte Sprachkenntnisse beim kompletten Personal. Vielleicht jeder zehnte im Hotel war des Englischen mächtig.

超滿意的住宿經驗下次到上海會考慮再入住

交通便利，生活機能不錯，因為班機較晚櫃檯特別通融到1:30退房，很友善的服務品質。住房乾淨，舒適，算是CP值很高的一次住宿經驗。

朝食があまり美味しくないので改善して欲しい 風呂、シャワーの排水口がつまり洗面台付近が水浸しになったのがとても不愉快だった。

繁華街に近い、静かなホテル

繁華街から少し離れているので、夜も静かな過ごしやすいホテル。繁華街も歩いて１０分ぐらいの所にあり、 非常に便利。浦東飛行場からは、リニアを使って地下鉄に乗り換えるが（２号線→６号線）、１時間以内。 地下鉄「浦電路」駅から徒歩５分程度。タクシーでは約１５０元だが、地下鉄の方が安くて便利。 部屋は綺麗で、特にバスルームが広く、清潔であった。但し、エクスペディアのゴールドステータスであるが、ホテルの特典は無し。提携していない？　注意、要。
