Extremely helpful staff in a very nice hotel

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are large with all the usual accessories expected in a hotel room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As someone who cannot speak Chinese, they helped me with taxis and mealtimes every day. The hotel manager went out of his way to help me for my return journey back to UK. He found and confirmed a hospital for my mandatory coronavirus test that provides results in English; he confirmed and booked my ferry ticket from Shenzhen to Hong Kong airport; he found my flight back home, saving me from an awkward zig-zag trip; and he arranged for me to stay in a hotel in Shenzhen, including transport to get there. His level of English is very good. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I can.

Very good quality hotel in Danshui. Service is good and helpful overall. Good to order cab if you go to downto. Quiet environment and not many restaurants option outside the hotel. There is shopping center 10-15min by car. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Good experience.

I booked an Executive Floor Room. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that while having an Executive Floor and ability to book an executive room, DID NOT HAVE AN OPERATING EXECUTIVE LOUNGE!! They have a space marked EXECUTIVE LOUNGE on the Executive Floor, but no executive lounge or services exist. The space is rented to a private company! I complained and after long discussion in Chinese, offered that I could use the mini bar in my room complimentary. There was no minibar and the refrigerator had a couple of redbulls, one beer, and several soft drinks and was never restocked...……….RIDICULOUS! FALSE ADVERTISING!

Location close to my business contacts and factories

location is quiet - a little to far away from center if you are looking to be in "town". property is clean and modern.

Great hotel for a fabulous room price

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Huizhou. The staff is great, front desk can speak English well enough. There's plenty of foreigners staying at this hotel. Breakfast is good, mostly Asian fare with enough continental breakfast choices for everyone. Hotel is away from the city making it quiet, but also isolated. You'll need to walk or taxi out to the busy parts of the city.

Hotel location is a bit out of town. Rooms are very clean and staffs are very helpful.

Enjoyable stay at Grand Skylight

All was good except the hotel is a little out of the way from local eateries. Nonetheless, the distance away from local food was just a short cab ride away. The rooms were new and clean, and service was excellent.

Value for money

Area is abit isolated and troublesomefor local food but room and in house services are above average.

Stay somewhere else

This is a rapidly fading new-ish Hotel which is located South of Huizhou. hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I should have booked an International Hotel in Huizhou City - about 20 minutes away. There is no real bar - just a coffee shop in the lobby which sells beer. English is a challenge for the staff - so it was impossible to get an iron for my crumpled shirts. TV is 99% Chinese Breakfast disappointing.

Becareful! Ripped off by staff and hotel.

Ask hotel staff to get a taxi, he got me a uber and said it costs $50. Later asked the driver, the fare was only $20. Hotel staff pocket $30. Confirmed with front staff no other charges need to pay when checking out. However, my credit card been charge $ 15 by no reason after came home.

Luxury hotel at an affordable price

Great room. Ended up with on the Executive top floor. Good breakfast. If you’re staying alone and don’t need two breakfast deal on hotels.com, just pay for the breakfast at the hotel. It’s about the same cost. $68rmb

環境很舒適 自助餐餐廳很不錯。 但在人員的服務水準上 非常的令人失望 向酒店需求付費的接送服務 前台轉接預訂部，預訂部說這是禮賓部的事 禮賓部接洽後報價，實際做預訂時又要漲價 到實際出發的前天打了電話確認了搭車流程 到了當天搭車卻說 預訂的人看錯時間 沒辦法安排 最後自己搭車去酒店後 詢問回程送機 前台一問三不知 也不幫忙聯絡相關的人 總之服務上真的令人很失望!

全体的には良かったが、携帯の充電に必要なケーブルを貸すサービスがなく、携帯が充電出来なく非常に困った。 他の方法で少しでも充電したいことを伝えたのですが申し訳ありません。の一点張りでした。

非常に快適にすごせました

広くて清潔なお部屋で非常に快適に過ごせました。日本語を話せるスタッフはいないようでしたが、最低限の英語で通じるので、チェックインのやり取りなども特に不便なかったです。ドライヤーの風圧もしっかりしているのが地味に助かります。また、朝食ビュッフェも品数が多く、とても楽しめました。ただ、周辺には本当に何もないので、フラっと歩いてコンビニに行ったり等は出来ません。

糟糕透頂

非常不一樣的入住體驗。 進入大廳映入眼簾的是喧嘩的民眾。 辦理入住時，現場只有兩個接待人員，等候多時，快到我時接待人員居然讓無禮貌的房客在我面前插隊。 以為沒事了，沒想到晚上10點開始有非常可怕又大聲的KTV聲響，跟酒店反應，得到的回覆是，KTV不是酒店的管轄，一般唱到凌晨2點就會結束。言下之意就是要我忍受這種可怕的魔音穿腦到2點。 真的就是到快2點才沒了聲響，我也才能好好睡覺。 非常可怕的體驗，我絕對不會再來住這家酒店。

不知是環保或是小器？

要多套沐浴露及牙刷需要收費。有人覺得環保讓人不要浪費，但我覺得就是小器吧
