Amazing people and great customer service!

The staff was great, they made us feel at home especially chef Huni. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property was an excellent value for properties near the old city. We were able to park in front of the hotel and walk to the old city. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. Moreover Huni (the food and beverage manager) was super hospitable and gave us all kinds of useful advice for our stay in the city. It is the excellent experience with the staff that made this hotel stand out for us

The hotel is clean and location is perfect for visiting the old city. The staffs were very helpful and when next in Jerusalem I will be staying here. I very much recommend this place

The room was very spacious and comfortable . We loved the buffet breakfast in the morning and also the buffet dinner was delicious, the staff was very polite ,helpful and friendly. We had a great vacation in 🇮🇱 Israel 🇮🇱

Good Price,Great Location

The hotel is situated about 10mins walk from the Old City and by extension the Public transit. Logistically this place is great especially for the price. The service was good and hospitable with a breakfast (though different to what I was used to) was good. If I had to fault anything, it would be the cleanliness. While not bad the showers could use some work with note to silicone sealing along the edges needing replacing. Also should be noted that while WiFi is provided by the hotel the further you go up the hotel floors the worse the connection is.

No the hotel I booked

The hotel is not an Ibis Styles Hotel, It has been sold and no one informed me abut this. Had I known this in advance, I would have probably made alternative arrangements. The Hotel was not anymore in the standard of an Ibis Styles it once had. It was badly maintained, run down and in need of much tlc. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. Towels, although clean, seemed very old and overused. In the bathroom, the original shower was not working while the additional one was flooding the bathroom as the shower screen was not big enough. Enjoyed the company of a colony of ants in the bathroom. When air conditioning was switched on, a bad smell was coming out of it so we had to do without it. Breakfast was OK. One positive about this was closeness to the Old Town - Damascus Gate was within walking distance.

I had a peaceful stay the hotel was nice except was rain dais only 2 out of 4

the hotel is located on the Palestinian side of the city. We were warned not to walk in the area after dark.

Worst Ibis Ever

The staff was initially rude and unresponsive to my needs. The staff at the desk sat with their cell phones and ignored MOST customers. On day one, my room door would not open (broken lock) and I had to practically beg for a new room. The new room had a horrible stench of cigarettes. On the daily basis, I had to ASK for towels, and the room was never cleaned. NOTHING was done (vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom). The breakfast was very bad, and the eating areas VERY unsanitary. Don't expect shuttles to be booked by the hotel. They FORGOT to book my shuttle and I missed a tour. I have stayed at Ibis in other countries w no issues, but this was the worst hotel I've EVER stayed in.

Great Location with Friendly Staff

Bad WiFi, breakfast mediocre, otherwise great!

(1) Breakfast could be better: hard boiled eggs was the only hot meal. Otherwise, the breakfast was OK. (2) WiFi virtually did not work: the signal was strong enough, and my devices connected to the network without problem. However, it seems that the network did not assign correct IPs for DNS (or DNSs were not working) and as a result domain names could not be translated into IP addresses. But even pinging known IP addresses did not work, only about 10% of packets going through. Bottomline: no WiFi.

Tight but bright

This new (less than one year) hotel is nice for an economy hotel. Everything you will need is in the room (except a fridge). The room size is a bit larger than the typical Ibis (sans Styles) but still a bit tight. It seems that every inch of space was accounted for in the room plan. The TV and wifi worked well and there is a convenient in room safe. The bathroom and bed were fine. I requested a softer pillow and it was brought right away. The front desk staff were very nice and went out of the way to please. Hats off to Abed who is all that a receptionist should be plus more. The included breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We enjoyed the well prepared buffet dinner one night which was very good and reasonably priced. We had dinner at the nearby National Hotel which was really good (no booze) and inexpensive. There is free street parking in front of the hotel (always had space over five days). The area is OK but I wouldn't walk around much after midnight. The walk to the Old City gate is less than ten minutes. If room size isn't an issue you should consider staying at this hotel.

Great family hotel

Very new hotel with friendly, efficient staff. My family and I spent a wonderful three days here. The breakfast was simple but nice. Rooms are simple but well thought-out. We were always able to find on-street parking without problems.

East Jerusalem

Great value in a part of town that is normally more expensive, but the included breakfast is not very good.

A comfortable stay at a convenient price

I stayed with a friend, we took 2 rooms, both were comfortable, basic, but spotlessly clean.

Prima hotel

Dit is een prima budgethotel. Goed ontbijt, personeel is erg behulpzaam. Parkeren kan in de omgeving van het hotel.

Hôtel et chambre propre.

Très bon hôtel confortable et chambre super avec un très bon lit pour dormir. Petit déjeuner pas terrible. Restaurants à proximité à 5 à 6 minutes à pied.

Quarto muito pequeno, intenet ruim e aquecedor não esquentava. O café da manhã é fraco.

O Ibis está localizado em uma área próxima cidade velha. Tem uma estrutura que atende ao que vai em peregrinação e precisa uma boa cama, uma boa ducha, um café da manha e seguir sua caminhada diária. Os funcionários não judeus são muito receptivos aos brasileiros em geral.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings ist das inbegriffene Frühstück sehr schwach!

Farbenfrohe Zimmer nahe der Old City.

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem schwedischen Generalkonsulat. Die Old City ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar , ca. 15 Min bis zum Damascus Gate. Free WLAN und eine Kaffeebar sind angenehme Serviceleistungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Airport Ben Gurion einfach mit einem Sammel-Taxi zu erreichen.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Belle chambre. A revoir le nettoyage de la chambre. Proche de la porte de Damas (15 minutes à pieds) et 10 minutes du tramway. Personnel très serviable.

Nyere hotel i midten af ingenting

Dette hotel er vist ikke så gammelt ( tagterrasse var langt fra færdig ) men virkede allerede lidt slidt og med et par fejlkonstruktioner desværre eks. afløb i baderum stod og "boblede" i flere timer efter brug. Personalet var forsåvidt meget søde og hjælpsomme, desværre lidt begrænset af dårlige engelsk kundskaber ( går måske lige op med mine dårlige hebraiske kundskaber ). Derudover ligger hotellet lidt øde mellem brugtvognsforhandlere, det svenske generalkonsulat og noget der minder lidt om affaldsplads. men heldigvis med et par kiosker indenfor gåafstand da der ikke var noget på hotellet

Не поддавайтесь тому, что этот отель относится к сети Ibis. Ничего, что роднит его с отелями этой сети, в нем нет. Во-первых, отель ОЧЕНЬ грязный. Грязно в номерах (в первом, куда мы заселились, вся кровать была в чьих-то волосах), грязно в холле (вокруг стола с чаем-кофе не убирают никогда), но всё затмевает столовая, где накрывают завтраки. Такой грязи и антисанитарии не видел даже в самых недорогих отелях Азии. Во-вторых, персонал. Неприветливый, плохо говорящий по-английски, не знающий иврита (это имеет значение, если Вы едете на такси из остальной части Израиля - большинство НЕиерусалимских таксистов плохо ориентируются в арабской части города, пытаются позвонить в отель, чтобы уточнить его местонахождение, но им это не удается). Никто из сотрудников отеля в Вас как в госте заинтересован не будет и помочь не захочет. В-третьих, общее состояние отеля. Открыли его совсем недавно, в декабре 2014 г., но состояние уже плачевное, ремонт сделан из рук вон плохо, многое уже разваливается. В-четвертых, месторасположение. Да, относительно недалеко от старого города, но отель находится в арабском квартале, а это далеко не самая приятная часть Иерусалима. Вечером темно,уличного освещения нет, тротуаров нет, очень грязно вокруг. В-пятых, завтрак. Сказать, что он скудный - это ничего не сказать. На завтрак нет почти ничего, а то, что есть - очень сомнительного качества и есть это не хочется. Одним словом, однозначно не рекомендую!

Mangelnde Sauberkeit

Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt, mit Brotresten auf dem Schreibtisch, Bettlacken und Bettwäsche hatten Blutähnliche Flecken und vereinzelt Haare, Bettlacken sahen vor dem ersten Gebrauch bereits zerknauscht und benutzt aus. Im Badezimmer lagen uberall ganz offensichtlich Haare. Es gab nur ein großes Handtuch trotz Reservierung fur drei, das nachbestellte Handtuch hatte einen Büschel Haarrest in sich. Internetnurzung deklariert im gesamten Hotel, tatsachlich nur in der Lobby guter Empfang, zumindest nicht im Zimmer 801.

Goed betaalbare hotel.

Hotel is netjes en modern ingericht. Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Locatie ligt dichtbij Old Jerusalem, ca 10 min lopen. Ontbijt is degelijk en goed verzorgd, alleen verwacht geen uitgebreide buffet. In de omgeving zijn veel eettentjes en anders kan je ook in een restaurant in Old Jerusalem eten. Ik had een goede WiFi verbinding.

Neues Hotel in Nähe der Altstadt

Sehr neues Hotel. Altstadt in 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Gegend eher dreckig. Zimmer klein aber modern.

Gutes Hotel für Jerusalemreisende

Bitte beachten, dass das Hotel in Ost-Jerusalem liegt! 10min bis zum Damaskus-Tor. Kein Luxus aber gratis Getränke und schnelles wlan. Internationale Gäste, nettes Personal und kleine Zimmer.

Blije klant!

De directe omgeving van het hotel is wat afgelegen maar ligt in een veilige buurt, het hotel ligt op 15 minuten lopen naar de damascuspoort en dat valt goed te doen. Het gebouw en de kamers zijn onlangs geheel gerenoveerd en het oogt dan ook als nieuw. Ook de kamer (en badkamer) zijn nieuw en schoon. Ontbijt is basic.

Man kann mehr daraus machen

Das Ein-und Auschecken sowie das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, schnell. Man gab auf alle Fragen eine freundliche Auskunft. Die Lage des Hotels ist ca. 2 Strassenbahnstopps vom Damaskus-Gate entfernt. Der bauliche Zustand ist gut. Das Bett war hart und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer entspricht nicht dem deutschen Ibis)Standard. Hinter der Zimmertür wurde nie gesaugt. Das Frühstück ist schlecht: Unsauberes Geschirr, laute Rap-Musik, schlechte Auswahl, Saft sehr dünn und am 1. Tag war um 09.00 das Buffett wie leer und schmutzig. Wenn man früher geht, dann steigen die Chancen auf etwas bessere Auswahl. Fazit: Besser für ein Zusatzentgelt die Qualität &Quantität verbessern und das Management mal nach Deutschland zur Schulung zwecks Vergleich schicken. Rezeption war aber sehr gut.

Отель находится в арабском районе, в пешей доступности от старого города, что очень удобно для посещения святых мест.Отель современный,комнаты маленькие, но уютные. Хороший завтрак.Отличное соотношение: цена-качество.
